In this update, a witness to a fiery plane crash
in Brazil says she heard intense noise as the aircraft
plunged to the ground. Videos show a passenger plane spiraling
as it plummeted from the sky into a residential area
on the outskirts of sal Polo. At least sixty one
people on board have died, and no one on the

ground has been reported to be injured. Natalie Sakari told
CNN she saw the plane as it was heading towards
her home.

Asb and Kiwi Bank have settled with two scam victims
after an investigation from the Banking Watchdog. Both victims lost
to combined four hundred thousand dollars to online scams, both
of which included the assistance of bank staff to make
the fraudulent payments, but both banks refused liability and blamed

the victims for authorizing the transactions. After investigations by the
Banking Ombardsman, both banks are agreed to settle, but neither
accepted fault, and the Greens have launched a petition against
government plans for blankets speed limit increases. It will reverse
a labor policy which dropped speeds on many state highways
