this update, multiple properties in Dunedin have been red sticked
after extensive rain damage. The city is now in recovery
mode after heavy rain led to evacuations and a state
of emergency. Water services are returned to normal on the
Otago Peninsula, but West Harbour residents are still being asked

to boil their water. State Highway one north and south
of Dunedin has been reopened Port Chalmers Highway. State Highway
eighty eight will stay closed to the public for the
rest of the weekend. In Kluther District, a section of

Council says it's because of problems at the plant after
