Labour's leader says he's seen enough of Orcas to know

Two bus drivers were assaulted within an hour of each
other in Auckland on Saturday night. Police say a fifty
one year old man punched a driver several times just
after seven thirty pm on Customs Street East in the CBD,
before also punching a member of the public. They say
the man is due an Auckland District Court today for
breaching bail conditions and for assault with intent to injure.

About an hour later, police received another call to a
bus driver being assaulted by a passenger in gray Lynn. However,
they say the passenger had left the area by the
time it was reported. At the same time, some people
getting off Scott Free dodging fares on Auckland buses. Figures
provided to Newstalk ZB show at is catching hundreds of
fair evaders a week, but only four point eight percent

of them are facing enforcement action. Business reporter Michael Sergel
