fixed for Wednesday, the nineteenth of March. Local Government New
Zealand says it's disappointed another council has left the organization.
Western Bay of Plenty District Council has voted to leave ALGNZ,
labeling it far left and unprofessional. Council reporter Jacob Jones

Christ Church City, Auckland, West Coast Regional, gray Kuipra and
Westland District councils have already left. ALGNZ. President Sam Broughton
says the organization is non partisan and local government is
strongest when all councils are together.

Speaker 1 (00:41):
The Greens are confidence some government MPs will back progressing
a bill calling for sanctions on Israel. The party needs
six coalition MPs to agree to put forward co leader
Chloe Swarbricks members bill to have the numbers for a
debate in the House. Israel's launched another barrage of attax
on gazatly killing more than four hundred, promising it's only

the beginning. Swarbrick believes if a select few MPs agreed
to put the bill to the floor, they'll be committed
to it.

Well, I think they've got a few bit of coverage
and people genuinely thought that that was unacceptable. So I

Auckland police have followed their nose and arresting a twenty
year old in flatbook over drugs, cash and weapons. Officers
approached a vehicle parked up on Murphy's Road yesterday, led
by a strong odor of cannabis from the vehicle.

Speaker 4 (02:09):
Lachland Rennie reports a search the vehicle turned up one
hundred and thirty nine grams of the drug, divvied up
into eight bags. Officers also found two large knives, a
wooden baseball bat, and fifteen hundred dollars in cash. Police
say is their second discovery of bagged up cannabis in
a vehicle in the area.

This week, nine months later than planned, two NASA astronauts
who set off on a Boeing test flight are back
on Earth. Sunny Williams and Butch Wilmore splashed down this
morning in a SpaceX Dragon capsule off Florida's coast with
two other astronauts. The pears eight day deboo manned orbit
