In this update. Flights at Heathrow Airport are set to
resume in the coming hours after an electricity substation fire
closed the entire airport. It caused disruption to two hundred
thousand passengers and it's expected to take days to clear
the backlog. Repatriation flights are the first to be prioritized today.

(00:28):
The BBC's Rich Preston says the airport has also said
flights will operate as normal tomorrow.

Normal schedule tomorrow, but with the kind of nuts and
bolts added on the side that there's a lot of

people left stranded who still need to get where they're going.

New research is casting doubt over the usefulness of vapes
in tackling smoking. A study looking at twenty five years
of data on New Zealand teenagers shows there was a
steep decline in youth smoking right before vapes came on
the scene. Instead of displacing smoking, it suggests vapes are

a gateway to cigarettes for young people. Prime Minister Christopher
Luxon touchdown in Auckland early this morning on the back
of a productive visit to India if its were made
over the four days to expand tires across defense, tourism
