fix for Wednesday. They're thirtieth of April. Health New Zealand's
giving the chop to more than one thousand filled jobs
and hundreds of vacancies in its data and digital team,
offering some redeployment. His political reporter Azaria Howell.

The Health restructure cuts four hundred and forty seven rolls
and gives staff redeployment offers. It disestablishes six hundred and
ten more roles, replaced by six hundred and fifty one
new ones for which staff can offer expressions of interest.
Another seven hundred and fifty eight vacancies are being culled.
Health New Zealand wants to redeploy as many staff as

More than five thousand senior doctors are striking all day
tomorrow after more than eight months of failed pay negotiations.
The union says they're rejecting a Health ENDZED offer that

are being postponed, but hospitals and eds will be open.
