Good morning, I'm never ready, Manu, and this is your
morning news fix for Monday, sixteenth of June. In this update,
the Police Commissioner has confirmed he wants body cameras worn
by frontline staff and workers underway. Police considered buying cameras
last year, but decided to delay the decision. They're still
looking into ways to deal with transparency issues laid bare

when new taseres for frontline officers didn't include a camera.
Richard Chambers says he tasked a member of his leadership
team to look into options for body cameras. He says
they'll come up with options over the next twelve months
or so. A push to boost Chinese visitor numbers with
an improvement in visa settings and processes, they remain the
lowest market, sitting around sixty percent of pre pandemic visitor levels.

From November, the government will trial visa waiver status for
Chinese passport holders traveling from Australia, allowing them to visit
for up to three months. They must have a valid
Australian visitor, work, student or family visa, with the trial

drove a car with flashing lights enabling him to approach

It appears to be a politically motivated assassination. Hamilton Airport's
