In this update, thirty two people, including fourteen children, have
died in flash flooding in central Texas. The BBC reports
six counties have been impacted, including in Kerr where twenty
seven girls attending a Christian summer camp are missing. Authorities
say more than eight hundred and fifty people have been

rescued in the last thirty six hours following heavy rain
and rapidly rising river levels. Camp sites in Kerr County
near San Antonio were inundated, and more than twenty girls

Greg Abbott says they're not giving up rescue efforts until

of this flooding event. A man has died after a

time the coroner has been advised. A homicide investigation is
now being carried out after a baby found with critical
injuries at a Foxton Beach house died in hospital. Police
were called to the home last weekend and the six
month old baby was airlifted to Starship Hospital in Auckland,

address femicide in New Zealand. A report has revealed that
sixty three percent of maternal suicides between two thousand and
six and twenty twenty three involved a previous report of
family violence to police. College Chief executive Allison Eddie says
