Good afternoon. I'm Malcolm Jordan and this is your midday
news figs for Tuesday, the eighth of July. Suggestions and
inquiry examining the country's COVID response was constructed for a
particular outcome. The Royal Commission of Inquiry second phase is
focusing on views on lockdowns and vaccines. Labor leader and
former COVID minister Chris Hipkins says the terms of reference
