In this update. A large fire has broken out at
a flower growing nursery in Auckland overnight. The blaze involved
the large warehouse in the area of coumue Crusade. They
were not able to fight the fire from inside as
it was well alight and far too dangerous. There were

no injuries reported. A magnitude four point eight earthquake has
been felt by some residents and parts of both the
North and South Islands. More than seven thousand people submitted
reports they had felt shaking on Gionette's website, with reports
it was felt across Wellington, Daranaki, Marlborough and Tasman. A
warning the increase in deaths and hospitalizations from stimulant overdoses

is likely just the beginning. New Drug Foundation data shows
almost three New Zealanders die of a preventable overdose every week.
Executive director Sarah Halm says while an increase in stimulant
harm was exp did due to an uptick in use,
rates are still worryingly high.

We've also seen a growth in the number of fatalities
from new and novel substances. A group of called metazines,
which are more potent and fentanyl have for the first
time shown up.

The southwesterly wind change could bring severe gusts to the
North Island today. Met Services winds in Auckland, a Great
Barrier Island and Corimandal Peninsula could reach one hundred and
twenty kilometers an hour. Meteorologist Sylvia Martinez says people should
make sure items on their property are secure.

down and power cuts.
