In this update far, no friends and colleagues of respected
film director Leita Mahorthy have been invited to pay their
respects at a marai in Auckland's Point Chevalier tomorrow. Tamahorthy
passed away peacefully at home at the age of seventy five.

more than fifty people have been injured in explosions at
a mosque in Indonesia's capital. The BBC reports the explosions
happened during Friday prayers inside a school complex which housed
the mosque in the Kalapa Gadding district of Jakarta. The victims,

who were mostly pupils, suffered a range of injuries, including
severe burns. Police have identified a seventeen year old student
as the suspect. Travel chaos in the US, with nearly
two thousand flights canceled or delayed because of the federal
government shutdown. Airports around the country are faced with a
shortage of air traffic controllers. We're calling in sick because

they're not paid during the shutdown. The government's boot camp
pilot's been slammed as short sighted. Wadong Tamabekis revealed six
of the nine youths reoffended within two months after being
released from the military style academy. The report, however, says
