A Horror Movie podcast...with a Gay Agenda. Join Pablo and Paul every other week as they dissect their favorite and least favorite horror movies, explore queer themes, and make each other laugh/cringe along the way.
The boys revisit 2003's The Texas Chainsaw Massacre—a remake that's meaner, nastier, and relentlessly violent. Paul and Pablo appreciate how the film yasssifies Jessica Biel wholesome 2003 image, while her hero shirt knot gives the film's tightest performance. Leatherface could never.
While Paul was out on his honeymoon, the Horror Daddies chose Ghost Ship as the boys' next film to cover--because why not? Well, luckily Paul wasn't on a cruise for his honeymoon because, well, imagine the PTSD he would have had covering this film?! Ghost Ship transports the boys to the horrors of the early 2000's, a time where WTF ubiquitous with horror story telling.
This week, while Paul is away on his honeymoon, Pablo is joined by the hosts of Scared Gay’s sister podcast, Horror Daddies! The trio discusses the trials and tribulations of the 2009 reboot of Friday the 13th. Does it live up to the franchise’s legacy? Is it entertaining? How many times does Pablo refer to Willa Ford’s hit single, “I Wanna Be Bad”? Listen to find out!
Coming Soon: Ghost Ship (2002)
Well, Paul can finally relax and enjoy the fact that the boys have finally covered the 2007 “classic” I Know Who Killed Me, starring millennial tabloid queen Lindsay Lohan. With enough blue to make Eiffel 65 happy, this story about a writer—no, a stripper—no, someone…who knows?—is perfect for Scared Gay. Listen to find out why the movie was chosen and what the boys truly think of it.
To kick off our tabloid princess (or something) series we're doing, the boys are traveling down to Louisiana to hang with a massive cast for the CW, and with the Queen herself: Paris Hilton. She doesn't touch any wax in the film though. Why? Because...that's hot.
Coming Soon: I Know Who Killed Me (2007)

This one is quite the doozy! This week, the boys try something a little different, and give you their definitive ranking of the V/H/S films and their segments. This franchise has quite the history, and quite the spread of talent, intrigue, and lots and lots of t*tties. Some of these are masterpieces...others...yikes.
Coming Soon: The Gay Bed & Breakfast of Terror (2007)

On this weeks special Bone-Us episode, the boys are covering the film everyone and their mother is talking about: Curry Barker's "Obsession." And man, are they ever obsessed with Nikki. Join them as they do a bit of an abridged version of a normal episode, but still get down into everything that makes this film an instant classic! SPOILER ALERT - they spoil everything.

BIG trigger warning: This movie is heavy. Even heavy for these two. If you've seen this movie, you know what we're referring to, if not, read some reviews/see the movie/listen with discretion. This movie is a doozy! But like also amazing? And also heartbreaking? And f*cking crazy.

Is it horror or thriller? Is it both? The only thing the boys know for sure? This juicily 90's thriller (or horror) has a STACKED cast of strong ass women. And we're here. for. it.

Warning: Skip ahead to 27:16 if you don't want to hear the boys' thoughts on the whole Taylor Frankie Paul situation. Beyond that, they have a blast covering the iconic 1982 Spielberg/Hooper classique, Poltergeist. This cast of characters is everything. Craig T. Nelson is hot AF, Dana is a hot ass mess and we love her, and then there's the queen herself: Zelda Rubenstein.
Coming Soon: The Hand the Rocks the Cradle (1992)

This is a fun one. Like the plot of this film, the boys are a little all over the place in the best way possible. From Pablo's surgery recovery, to Paul's undying love for the first 3 seasons of Charmed to...this movie.

Just in time for Christmas, the boys bring you the wild, over the top, and plot hole filled classic, Black Christmas. But not the original (see episode 38!), this is the one from the 2000's that has everything: mean girls, incest, skin cookies - who could ask for more?

"Wanna date?!" This week the boys head on down to their basement lab to discuss the 1990 exploitation B-horror(?) film, Frankenhooker. This movie...doesn't age well. But is it actually a feminist film? Or is it just what we were able to get away with in the 80's/90's?
