Hour 3 begins with Simon talking to Linda Little, Child & Neighborhood Safety Expert from Neighborhood Service Organization (NSO.org) about ways to keep your children safe in the neighborhood this Halloween. She also shares some shocking statistics from the #DontTouchMe campaign - 90% of offenders are known to the victim, 70% are usually family members and only 20% are ever prosecuted. And later, Simon and Mrs C discuss the unbelievable misfortune on the USS NIMITZ over the weekend when they lost not 1 but 2 aircraft overboard in 30mins. The only worse luck than that was the sailor that had to repot it to the Captain!
