listener demo, it's basically out of all the stations, our
listener demo. They you know, it's been profiled whatever, and
so there we do have a strong base of listening. Listen,

Well, first of all, I want to discuss something that
that it bothers me a little bit and I always
assumed it, but I learned it for real, which is
that we work for iHeart Media here, the monsters collectively,
we work for iHeart but we don't work for that
version of iHeartMedia. What do you mean, Like, there's the

version of iHeartMedia that came out to Boxy Park for
the Bailey Zimmerman concert. That's iHeartMedia. What do you mean
It's almost like they forgot about us.

It's entirely, entirely Russ Rollins. You're not going to grab
this at all, I don't think, because you've you know,
you've gotten to experience a different kind of role in
all this, but it is a remarkably different experience when
I heart corporate steps steps in, yeah, steps in, and
all these people from New York and from all these

different places, and they treat you or us like, uh,
like talent, They treat they with the utmost respect.

I was like, Ryan Seacrest, really good again it is uh.

And the joke this has been said for quite some time,

obvious experience that I've had where I'm like, this is

Because I got there, I expected fully like, all right,

im gonna stand there. And I get there and a
staff of people come up to me and they're like
like headsets on, like talent here, talent here, and I'm

like me, you're looking around and then they bring me.

They're like, do you need a new water? They hand
me a Fiji water.

They hand me a sandwich from Honey Baked Ham.

This is the way Jack should be treating us all

Really, oh my god, I'm like and I'm like and
I'm I'm very much in this moment doing the act
like you're supposed to be here, so I'm I'm while
the staff is with me, I'm just like, of course
you guys did this. Why would you not thank you

And the door closes and I go wow, wow, wow,
look at all this stuff.

look at all this chips and they're all for us,
Like I'm like a kid in a candy store. But
then a man named Noah comes in with this like
very large, very fancy charcuterie board.

charcuteriie boards.

an ar for I Heart. What the staff, behind the scenes, staff,

the way that they set up the state my sound check. Uh,
just are our handler, Megan?

She checked in on us constantly and consistently, Hey do
you got do you need anything? The rush rollins again,
this has nothing like Again, we could be that we
are the rebels of iHeart iHeart Media. Yes we are,
but we can also be treated like this when we
are be it. How about this include us in these

kinds of events like we can do the what was
the Christmas event.

what we proved to them yesterday. It's like, oh, what

There was a guy, one of the guys of the
crew that helped us set up the stage. He was like,
he was bragging on us. He was telling everybody else like,

and he was part of the crew. He's schooling everybody
else there.

We got him like he was there.

Oh yeah, he's done. We've done stuff with him before
in the past time.

Okay. Yeah. So so you got there and you're being
treated the way you feel like you should be treated.

So it's so beautiful, Like in our trailer was right now.

he he's the first one that runs into the suits,
and so you tell them about thees. You guys write
a lot of emails and they're like, what are you?

Okay, So I don't deal with the corporate side that much.
The most corporate I deal with is really just Jack

this at the time. I just think they're just guys

down on the ground level.

And so they're they're like, oh, are you Ryan, and like, yeah,
like what part do you were for.

I'm like, I worked for the monsters in real radio
over here, and I'm like, I think these guys are
like tan but radio guys something because they have the
country station in Tampa.

Yeah, And I'm like, yeah, spent that's really cool. But like, man,
it's like I got like forty five.

jokers love to send emails.

It was absolutely again like in just to echo some
of the things that Ryan said in the in the
sense of uh, we do work for different companies here
there are there are two different companies.
Speaker 1 (17:21):
Uh.
Speaker 2 (17:22):
Everything that I in the emails, in all the emails
that were going back and forth, they were asking me, Hey,
what do you need to be on stage? What is
the you know, what do you need for this? This
and this? I submitted all all my requests. Everything was
there on point. I showed up and they're like, uh,
oh hey Angel, the DJ, all right, follow us. And
so I literally walked into the backstage area, walked on stage,

did my check, did all that, and then went and
hung out with Ryan and ate snacks and really yeah,
but it was again it was really it's a really
cool experience. It's a really cool thing to see that
part of our company when it comes to UH production
and on a show, and just like all the they're
(18:03):
very very detailed oriented. And that was that was a
neat experience and in that regard So how about the
concert itself?
Speaker 1 (18:10):
Concert was cool Man.
Speaker 2 (18:11):
Uh again, Uh, I'm familiar with Bailey Zimmerman, but I
can't say that I'm familiar with his like whole catalog.
Like someone's try to get at me. It's like, oh,
I'm surprised you don't know who he would who he
is Angel. He was on the X you know, Faster
and Fearus X soundtrack. Oh yeah, cool. That's not the
best soundtrack, so that's probably why I didn't pick up
on it. Sorry. You know, it's like they get.

That it looks cool guys. Yeah, Geico was a sponsor.

Yeah, shout out to Geico and uh. And then there's
a they're gonna do more of these this, you know,
the upcoming year, so hopefully, well we'll be uh included

cool kid. You could tell he's young. We got we
got a moment with him about how old is he?
I think he's twenty four to twenty five.

Two of my friends went out there, Kim Hooker and
and Mary Beth were out there. I saw him.

Yeah, you see, I bought me from the stage. I
saw them. Yeah, but yeah, you know, and the fan
base that was out there there. They really loved him,
singing along with him and everything, and.

Uh, it looks like a young crowd.

It was a really cool, young mixed crowd. Yeah.

Angel did the thing that I would hate the most
to do, though, like and he loves it. That's Angel
legitimately loves being a DJ. But he like the show
was from two till five, the actual like from gates
open till closing out right and Angel the guy the
Bailey's immering is only on stage for like forty five
minutes and at the most. But the rest of the time,

Angel's up there just DJ. Yeah, just looking at the
crowd and staring and he's doing a great job DJ.

But like for me, I'd be like, I don't know
where to look. I'm just like, do I stare at
the pole? Get too much in your head? Yeah, I
can't do that, man.
Speaker 3 (19:47):
I'm good for the five minute bursts that I'm doing.

But he's up there crushing as a DJ.

I think it was like feeling out, like the vibe
of it all, and once once he locked it in,
these people he's like they had eat out the palm
of his hand.

actually multiple companies that have to come together to do
it because like we got Geico, you know, the main sponsors,
So they got their people out there doing stuff. Then
oh yeah they're doing activations. Yeah, they're doing activation. I
had to learn what the term activation?

Men, what does that mean? I don't know.

Still, so Geico was okay, So well, uh, this is
again this is the corporate speaking that Ryan was talking
about in regards to when we're doing an event like
this and we have Geico is a huge sponsor. Well,
Geico is on site. They have a tent there and
everything and so uh and they have people manning the
tent and everything is yeah, rush, Like I kid you, not.
Speaker 4 (20:50):
The biggest event I've done for sure.
Speaker 2 (20:52):
Yeah, with all the things that we've done, this this
is up there.
Speaker 4 (20:56):
As far as I heeart caring about what we do.
This is literally the biggest.

They were like Ryan was given the cards, Hey, you
got to hit these points. Yeah, and there was rewrites
and everything.

Oh my cards got rewritten several times.

So ge goes on site, they have a tent up,
they got their people up, there's a QR code and everything.
So a way that they measure in our interactivity and

So so Angel gets off stage. I mean, these guys

six foot seven, Angel Avera comes comes down the stairs

off the stage dance freaking out. He's like on a
call and and Angel stops him and he goes hey
and dance like Angel goes hey because it's like in
his ear up to the head Ben and he's like.

they're happy. The production team, the stage set up team
said thank you and to all of them, uh, the
suits from New York and everything, they were like, you
guys did absolutely great, and uh yeah, some would say
that we were probably.

they like, yeah, angel and are kind of the best

It was absolutely again like in just to echo some
of the things that Ryan said in the in the
sense of uh, we do work for different companies here
there are there are two different companies.

Everything that I in the emails, in all the emails
that were going back and forth, they were asking me, Hey,
what do you need to be on stage? What is
the you know, what do you need for this? This
and this? I submitted all all my requests. Everything was
there on point. I showed up and they're like, uh,
oh hey Angel, the DJ, all right, follow us. And
so I literally walked into the backstage area, walked on stage,

did my check, did all that, and then went and
hung out with Ryan and ate snacks and really yeah,
but it was again it was really it's a really
cool experience. It's a really cool thing to see that
part of our company when it comes to UH production
and on a show, and just like all the they're

very very detailed oriented. And that was that was a
neat experience and in that regard So how about the
concert itself?

Concert was cool Man.

Uh again, Uh, I'm familiar with Bailey Zimmerman, but I
can't say that I'm familiar with his like whole catalog.
Like someone's try to get at me. It's like, oh,

and Fearus X soundtrack. Oh yeah, cool. That's not the
best soundtrack, so that's probably why I didn't pick up

was from two till five, the actual like from gates
open till closing out right and Angel the guy the
Bailey's immering is only on stage for like forty five
minutes and at the most. But the rest of the time,

Angel's up there just DJ. Yeah, just looking at the
crowd and staring and he's doing a great job DJ.

But like for me, I'd be like, I don't know
where to look. I'm just like, do I stare at
the pole? Get too much in your head? Yeah, I
can't do that, man.

I'm good for the five minute bursts that I'm doing.

But he's up there crushing as a DJ.

I think it was like feeling out, like the vibe

about in regards to when we're doing an event like

Geico is on site. They have a tent there and
everything and so uh and they have people manning the
tent and everything is yeah, rush, Like I kid you, not.

The biggest event I've done for sure.

Yeah, with all the things that we've done, this this
is up there.

As far as I heeart caring about what we do.
This is literally the biggest.

They were like Ryan was given the cards, Hey, you
got to hit these points. Yeah, and there was rewrites
and everything.

Oh my cards got rewritten several times.

So ge goes on site, they have a tent up,
they got their people up, there's a QR code and everything.
So a way that they measure in our interactivity and
everything and activation is how many people you get to
go to the tent do the QR code? Take the
pictures because again that screen that was behind me, that
was probably one of the coolest screens whatsoever. And so

they were taking the images that the people were uploading
there at the event, they're throwing them up on stage
behind you and everything. So that's a version of an activation.

Yeah, I didn't know that. So they're like, hey, it
says on this card. It's like, hey, you have to go.
You have to go make sure Geico gets activations.
Speaker 4 (21:43):
And I'm like, I now.

Know that I put my foot in my mouth with
in front of the executive vice president, not the emails
and the guy just below him. So I have to
like subtly ask like what does that mean?

the other one was like actually managing the stage itself.
And the video guys were interesting because they use the
exact same setup we do.

Black magic stuff like this looks like cooler because all
their stuff like tactical gears.

buddy shout out to Megan. She she's a big deal

job is to make sure if the artists are talent

She made sure we got salads. She made sure we
got these sandwiches from the Honey Honey bag Ham. We
got honey baked Ham sandwiches. She made sure that we
had a fantastic charcooterie board.

We made sure we go to mountain doors. That can

Angel's been up there the whole time being DJing and
for some reason, Angel, So they're about to start the show.
Now the production team, uh, the guy, the main guy, Dan,
he's like he's.

The stage manager, the stage manager.

And everybody's kind of freaking out because now it's time
for Bailey to come on, right, and and his version
of like people pampering him was like way higher than
mine too, And I'm already level.
Speaker 1 (24:35):
He's getting treated like a superstar.
Speaker 2 (24:37):
Oh yeah, yeah, we like, even us standing there, we
could tell that there was a difference. Oh yes, but
it was I mean like, for example, we had awesome,
awesome trailer. Everything was fantastic. Bailey's had a TV.
Speaker 4 (24:48):
Yeah, it was like an upgraded.
Speaker 3 (24:52):
So so Angel gets off stage. I mean, these guys
start rushing because the show, the show, show is about
to start. Dan the production man, stage manager's freaking out.
He's all he's all over. You could see that he's
very well. Baby's com bay is coming. Angel Angel Rivera,
six foot seven, Angel Avera comes comes down the stairs

off the stage dance freaking out. He's like on a
call and and Angel stops him and he goes hey
and dance like Angel goes hey because it's like in
his ear up to the head Ben and he's like.
Speaker 4 (25:24):
Yeah, yeah, what can I do for you? And he's Angel, is.
Speaker 3 (25:27):
That your gum? And he's like, yeah, can I have
some gum? Makes this man stop? The show is about
to begin. This man's freaking out.

I don't know why he needed go and it was
like he needed it badly and in that moment, and
I was like, this is the most autistic Ryan hool

I had been on stage, hadn't really been talking to anybody.
He was drinking waters and just I was like, oh
my gosh, some gum would be refreshing right now.

So are all these New York, you know, executives gonna
be like, oh man, these small time yokals done in Orlando.
Speaker 2 (26:08):
We crushed it. We absolutely crushed it.
Speaker 4 (26:11):
Some people said we were the best part of the show.

Yeah they were. They were impressed with our professionalism. Like
I said, I got in, I plugged in, got going
super fast. Uh, one of those things when in these
kind of environments, if you're not if you're not us
the distraction, if you're not taking away from everything and
you're just hitting everything, then you're crushing it. And so yeah,
(26:34):
they're happy. The production team, the stage set up team
said thank you and to all of them, uh, the
suits from New York and everything, they were like, you
guys did absolutely great, and uh yeah, some would say
that we were probably.
Speaker 1 (26:48):
The better part of the show. Actually, Actually the people
that the people that went to see My Friends if
they like, yeah, angel and are kind of the best
Brothers show. I guess they said that that guy forgot
some of the words of his songs.
Speaker 2 (26:59):
And stuff happens. I don't think he was sure what
part of Florida was in. Yeah, I mean, but you know,
you're you're traveling all over the place. You know, you're
you're in New York at the start of the day,
and then all of a sudden, recklessly, you're in a park.

Yeah yeah, yeah, I've actually never been out to Lake
Nona before.

And what did you think of Boxy Park?

It was great, like very cool little place. They got
out there.

Lake noticed this weird little town that didn't exist like
the other day.

Yeah, I mean I know nothing about it. That are crazy.

I don't know. We were talking about it, but I
don't know. There was a report that came out probably
in the last couple of months. You guys hit me
up on Remobile if you guys remember this. But yeah,
that part of Central Florida, the people that live in
those communities for their commutes, they spend the most time
on the roads than anybody else in Central Florida right now,
trying to get in and out of that area of
Narcoussi and Algum.
Speaker 1 (27:50):
That used to be the way to go to Moss Park,
right and like if you what.
Speaker 2 (27:54):
I'm thinking, that used to be okay, I know that
that would be the back way that I would go
to go to Kasimi, like Narcoussi and and all that
and get out that way.
Speaker 1 (28:01):
I used to take that road where we used to
go to Moss Park all the time because my dad
would take us camping and so and then I would
go camping out there. So there was nothing out there
when I was young.
Speaker 2 (28:10):
And now, dude, if you were to go out there,
you would again, so Lake doing a area specifically that's
where the Veterans Hospital is. That's where the other hospital is.
A bunch of you know, buildings that are coming up here,
and then just neighborhoods. Yeah, and then from that part
all the way back to like kind of where NARKUSI is.
They're just developing, but they're not building roads.
Speaker 1 (28:29):
Yeah, give me some gum. I want some gum.

Whoever gum, guys, Agent means his gum when he gets
up stage. I feel like he was so pampered to
the point during that whole day that he was like, yeah,
I can just start throwing out come.

I was just like, I just wanted some gum. And
then Right it was the look I do. I had
kind of I stepped in it in a little bit
when I saw Riot's reactions because Right looked at me
like that's what I would do.

the injury bug is just again. We can't seem to

No, no, we did not. We lost to the Knicks
and Jalen Suggs went down and I haven't seen an
injury report on him as of late, but he took
a couple nasty falls and Polo isn't back to being
one hundred percent yet. You could tell that he's his conditioning,
he's a little off. So we ended up losing that
semi final to the Knicks. What's interesting, this is like

the fourth time we've played the next this season, so
far Oh wow.

So I saw I think this wording about that game.
It was that particular game and one of the players
had his twin sons sitting on his lap on the bench,
and then and then they call he had to go
in the game. So he takes one of his kids
and gives it to the player to the and the
guy's holding the kid like, I don't know, what do
you want me to do it? It was pretty funny,
but yeah, I guess Nick's They beat him pretty badly
by twelve.

So, like we were, it was a highly it was
a highly entertaining game and a lot of you know,
fast break points and everything. But at the end, like again,
like I said from the very beginning of the season,
this team's going to go how we go with Jalen Suggs,
and we got to help or figure out a way
to keep him injury free because that's one of our
definitely spark guys. We're back on the court on December

the eighteenth, Tuesday, Thursday, December the eighteenth, versus the Nuggets,
so we'll definitely keep an eye out for that. Man,
I don't know where to start with this in the
sense of, let's just start with all the injuries yesterday
in the NFL was just not a good day for
a lot of key players, one being Patrick Mahomes. Yeah,
this season is over.

Yeah, it looks like he's got a torn ACL. So
he's done. That's it. And they're out of the playoffs
as well.

So past decade they've always been in the playoff. This

now Patrick Mahomes out, Yeah.

Torn a c L. So he's the first one that went.
One of the guys that went down, Davante Adams for
the Rams went down with a hamstring injury that looked
pretty serious. And then Michah Parsons went down for the
Green Bay Packers.

So so we'll see, we'll see what the report is
on with Micah because there's some saying it's a left
knee injury or a cl A left or a knee
injury as well. So you hate a Sunday like that
where you're seeing so many big time names go down
with injuries, yeah, because you know it's going to impact
the rest of the season. In the sense of your
guys are not going to be there, and the amount

of teams that aren't going to be in the playoffs
are you know, basically they're eliminated from playoff contention out
with the losses that they had yesterday. So we're getting
close to where we know, you know, who's all going
to be there?

They stop maybe that.

That game, the old game with Philip Philip Rivers, look
at that was that was pretty cool, man, I mean
they didn't.

It was an interesting game in the sense of the
last minute. How many you know, the field goals in

points scored in that quarter was nine to three all
field goals.

Yeah. What The guy for the Colts, the longest he
had kicked was fifty seven. He had to he had
to kick us sixty and he did it without a
without a problem. And it looked like they were going
to win. It looked like old man Phillips, you know,
forty four years old, was gonna win it for him.

Then they came back and and they got a field golden. Yeah.

I went eighteen for twenty seven for one hundred and
twenty yards, one touchdown, one interception, interception. Sam Darnold through

But think about this, Philip Rivers had four days to
practice in the for NFL to start in the NFL,
and he's trying to say he's a co coach for
you know, a high school team. That was.

During the game when they cut to his players at
the school and.

They're all and they're all celebrated, and he shows them
you know what you just Yeah, I was scared to death,
but I went and I did it, and I did
the best I could. And he admits he was a
little overweight, he wasn't in the same shape that he
normally would be for an NFL season. Uh, but he
went out there and did a great job. And I
was obviously I was pulling for him, and and uh.

I wish they would have won. I really wish it
would have been there. They won by one point, that

You sports people. Everything is everything is about the numbers
and the logic. Like, listen, that's a great heartfelt story. Man,
he lost, So what you know what he showed his kids?
You know what you go in and you know and
he looked awesome, we do he did too.

He showed his kids that you're old and you lost,
and you shouldn't have been there.

You should have touched it few for a touchdown, which
is amazing.

And he hadn't played in five years. He had four
days of practice. I thought it was great. I'm all
for it.
