like we're asking for our radio station to be part
of their huge event. Earthday Birthday is a huge event.
It's always big, it's always a lot of fun. And
they don't have to let us be a part of it, right,

the idea of having whoever it is, and it should

sale all right, which is gonna be Thursday, November the thirteenth,
and it's at ten o'clock. You want to jump in
on the pre sale because again, and you can do
this online through Ticketmaster, that first five hundred the tickets
are going for thirty five bucks. As soon as they
blow through those, the next seven hundred and fifty go

for forty five, and it keeps going incrementently up until
they sell out of that first thousand, and then, like
Ryan said, ga tickets will be eighty five. So you
want to jump in on that first day at whatever
price point you get in because you're gonna that's the
best opportunity to get a good deal on it.

First of all, that's a great price for a concert
no matter what, especially all day festival. When you got
you got one this weekend that was over three hundred
dollars to get to. So yeah, jump on board with

Brian Kelly, the coach from LSU who got fired right
famously fired now and he's suing them for the fifty

So North Carolina really cool, interesting story. So we are
thirteen original colonies. North Carolina is one of those. They
have different laws. Like you know, the rest of the
United States has very much more progressive laws. But those
thirteen original colonies, some of their laws go back to
two hundred and fifty years and they haven't changed them,
and they haven't really changed them much. So North Carolina
has a law called alienation of affection. And I'm not

licensed in North Carolina, and this is my legal disclaimer.

I've represented a lot of people and I have a

with my marriage, I can sue you.

So okay, So so if your wife cheats on you,
you can sue the guy.

Yeah, yeah, you can sue that guy, and you could
bring him the court. And you say, you ruin my marriage.

That concept because you stole her from me.

caught up in this.

And a guy this is years.

Ago, wide receiver, Kelvin Benjamin maybe Steve Smith, Steve Smith, Okay,
Steve Smith got sued by this, got caught up in
this a couple of years ago, and the husband of
the of the of the of the couple he sued,
that sued Steve Smith and Smith lost. I believe, Yeah,
North Carolina is very serious about this. I mean, like

I said, I've got friends that were stationed in North Carolina,
and I've told them all the same thing. I'm not
licensed there, but like they'll do it. But so to
answer your question, right, I mean, normally towrts you sue
them where.

The tort occurs.

Right, So like if you get a car accident in Florida,
even though you're a resident of California, you sue in Florida. Right,
That's that's the concept. I imagine it would be the
same thing for alienation of affection. But this young lady
who I've got no she's not in my TikTok. Brene
Canard was accused of seducing this this woman's husband into

a relationship with her tiktoks. And it started off very playful,
it got a little less playful and a little bit
more serious, and eventually they had a relationship and the wife,
after a jury trial, got one point seventy five million dollars,
(37:50):
finding can responsible for destroying her marriage. And so, you know,
this is one of those really dramatic scenarios. And Steve
Smith is another example. The wide receiver from Carolina. Uh
that so she had that she has that kind of money,
a lot of food.

She's a big girl. I mean TikTok pays her that much.

Uh, I have no idea.

How do you get a million dollar the judgment? I
mean that that means that that's the judgment.

You collect on it.

But they were suiting for I think three and a
half or four million dollars, so they were suing for more.

This is about half of what they wanted, you know.

And one of the things that I think that you know,
people don't realize, and this is this is true of
a lot of things, is uh, they don't understand all
the consequences of their actions. And this is this is
a little bit of a p s A so to speak.
It's a little bit of a you know, uh, friendly
reminder that when you do things, there's consequences. And even
if you know Florida doesn't recognize ilination of effect, there's

all kinds of bad things that can happen to you
when your person.

In North Carolina. Yeah, is there less cheating at North
Carolina than there is in Florida? Because they're based off
my experience, Yeah, I wouldn't think so.

It's really not. It's not deterring anybody.

But you know, from a population standpoint, North Carolina smaller
in Florida, So I don't know if the actual numbers
are lower.

But you know, here's what I will say.

I think I think that most people who are in
that situation, they're like, listen, you've done me a favor.
I no longer want to be with somebody who is
going to treat me this way, right, and then they
walk away. There are probably very rare opportunities where you're
going to spend one hundred and two hundred thousand dollars
suing somebody for alienation and affection just to get them,

just to get them back, unless I know, you know,
unless you know you've got somebody who could actually pay
the judgment and so interesting case.

So it sounds like I could go to North Carolina. Correctly,
what I'm wrong? Yeah, I mean I use my wife
as bait. Okay, we're rich people right now. There you
go all and I'm like, honey, go you know see what.

then like there's some rich guy comes and you're like,

So I had to bring my suits to Taylor again
for a second time. And so here's I've gone full
crazy on it. So I'm my goal weight now. Now
I lose another five to seven pounds because my abs
aren't where they I wanted them to be where I
had predicted that they would be based off of the
last time I was at this weight. But I also
set what I would say is fairly optimistic goals for

me from a physical performance standpoint.

What does that mean?

I want to improve my long jump, I want to
improve my bench press, I want to improve certain.

So so Ryan brought something up. Angel, you didn't hear this,

getting ready to get divorced body right like like like

about my belly.

So you got into great shape for the nine year
old just in case he wants to fight you at
some point.

We get he's getting boxing gloves in a small bag
for Christmas. I mean, you know, if Santa decides to
bring them those things, sure, and so I'm gonna start
teaching them how to spar and that we will have
a moment in time. I don't know when it's gonna happen.
I imagine sometimes be fourteen and sixteen. He's gonna think
he's gonna fight me. And we had a whole conversation
about it, and uh, and it's it's gonna be a

thing and and I will do to him whatevery father
should do to their something me, it came into place.

It easier instead of you didn't do it all this
time and getting a better bench press and long jump
and getting in shape.
Speaker 3 (31:20):
Why not just make your kid fat?

Because then like, then you don't have to do anything.

And then you're like and then at that point you're
competing against mom, and then you might do something to
your kid that will it will be irreversible, and then
you don't want the fat kid forever, but.

You know it might be worse than losing to your
kid in a fight. Is him to be like, well,
mister Smith is in really good shape. Why you a
fat pos?
Speaker 1 (31:42):
I think this is all in your head. I don't think.

that you sent me this information about that they're getting
sued for millions of dollars because she had an affair
with somebody, not just getting sued, you know what happened
with this, So I get the.
Speaker 1 (34:32):
Whole thing because I don't think I understand it went
to trial.
Speaker 6 (34:35):
So North Carolina really cool, interesting story. So we are
thirteen original colonies. North Carolina is one of those. They
have different laws. Like you know, the rest of the
United States has very much more progressive laws. But those
thirteen original colonies, some of their laws go back to
two hundred and fifty years and they haven't changed them,
and they haven't really changed them much. So North Carolina
has a law called alienation of affection. And I'm not
(34:57):
licensed in North Carolina, and this is my legal disclaimer.
Speaker 1 (35:00):
Alienation of affection.
Speaker 3 (35:02):
Okay, right, alienation of affection.
Speaker 6 (35:03):
I've represented a lot of people and I have a
lot of friends that were Marines in Jacksonville, North Carolina,
and so, uh, I've heard about this a couple of times.
Alienation of affection. The idea is this, if you interfere
with my marriage, I can sue you.
Speaker 2 (35:16):
So okay, So so if your wife cheats on you,
you can sue the guy.
Speaker 3 (35:21):
The bastard.
Speaker 6 (35:22):
Yeah, yeah, you can sue that guy, and you could
bring him the court. And you say, you ruin my marriage.
I no longer you know, have relations with my wife.
That concept because you stole her from me.
Speaker 3 (35:32):
He stole from me, Dirny dog and and and there's
it's a it's a civil lawsuit.
Speaker 2 (35:37):
So so if you if you, if you, let's say,
have an affair with a married woman and you're the guy,
you could be sued.
Speaker 3 (35:45):
That's right. So it's in your pants.
Speaker 2 (35:47):
It's it's to try to deter you from hitting on
married women.
Speaker 3 (35:51):
Or do it in Florida where we don't have such
to Flora and do it like most men. So sore.

Okay, So if you if they were to travel to Flora,
there their residents in North Carolina. She cheats in Florida
because her she's married and lives in North Carolina would
still count there.

Now you're asking me things I don't know about.

Okay, I have to.

North Carolina.

We had this, we had there was a few years
ago there was a celebrity that got caught up in this.
Are a professional athlete that got caught people get caught
up in Yeah, and it was. And it was basically
uh uh, the wide receiver for the Carolina Panthers that
used to be a stud He's the one that got
caught up in this.
Speaker 1 (36:30):
And a guy this is years.
Speaker 6 (36:32):
Ago, wide receiver, Kelvin Benjamin maybe Steve Smith, Steve Smith, Okay,
Steve Smith got sued by this, got caught up in
this a couple of years ago, and the husband of
the of the of the of the couple he sued,
that sued Steve Smith and Smith lost. I believe, Yeah,
North Carolina is very serious about this. I mean, like
(36:53):
I said, I've got friends that were stationed in North Carolina,
and I've told them all the same thing. I'm not
licensed there, but like they'll do it. But so to
answer your question, right, I mean, normally towrts you sue
them where.
Speaker 3 (37:06):
The tort occurs.
Speaker 6 (37:07):
Right, So like if you get a car accident in Florida,
even though you're a resident of California, you sue in Florida. Right,
That's that's the concept. I imagine it would be the
same thing for alienation of affection. But this young lady
who I've got no she's not in my TikTok. Brene
Canard was accused of seducing this this woman's husband into
(37:29):
a relationship with her tiktoks. And it started off very playful,
it got a little less playful and a little bit
more serious, and eventually they had a relationship and the wife,
after a jury trial, got one point seventy five million dollars,
(37:50):
finding can responsible for destroying her marriage. And so, you know,
this is one of those really dramatic scenarios. And Steve
Smith is another example. The wide receiver from Carolina. Uh
that so she had that she has that kind of money,
a lot of food.
Speaker 1 (38:09):
She's a big girl. I mean TikTok pays her that much.
Speaker 3 (38:15):
Uh, I have no idea.
Speaker 1 (38:17):
How do you get a million dollar the judgment? I
mean that that means that that's the judgment.
Speaker 3 (38:27):
You collect on it.
Speaker 6 (38:28):
But they were suiting for I think three and a
half or four million dollars, so they were suing for more.
Speaker 3 (38:34):
This is about half of what they wanted, you know.
Speaker 6 (38:37):
And one of the things that I think that you know,
people don't realize, and this is this is true of
a lot of things, is uh, they don't understand all
the consequences of their actions. And this is this is
a little bit of a p s A so to speak.
It's a little bit of a you know, uh, friendly
reminder that when you do things, there's consequences. And even
if you know Florida doesn't recognize ilination of effect, there's
(39:00):
all kinds of bad things that can happen to you
when your person.
Speaker 2 (39:04):
In North Carolina. Yeah, is there less cheating at North
Carolina than there is in Florida? Because they're based off
my experience, Yeah, I wouldn't think so.
Speaker 1 (39:12):
It's really not. It's not deterring anybody.
Speaker 6 (39:15):
But you know, from a population standpoint, North Carolina smaller
in Florida, So I don't know if the actual numbers
are lower.
Speaker 3 (39:23):
But you know, here's what I will say.
Speaker 6 (39:26):
I think I think that most people who are in
that situation, they're like, listen, you've done me a favor.
I no longer want to be with somebody who is
going to treat me this way, right, and then they
walk away. There are probably very rare opportunities where you're
going to spend one hundred and two hundred thousand dollars
suing somebody for alienation and affection just to get them,
(39:48):
just to get them back, unless I know, you know,
unless you know you've got somebody who could actually pay
the judgment and so interesting case.
Speaker 5 (40:00):
So it sounds like I could go to North Carolina. Correctly,
what I'm wrong? Yeah, I mean I use my wife
as bait. Okay, we're rich people right now. There you
go all and I'm like, honey, go you know see what.
Speaker 3 (40:11):
What was that movie from the nineties?
Speaker 5 (40:14):
Yeah, I want it in decent proposal legally though, and
then like there's some rich guy comes and you're like,
you're like, hoax up with my wife. And then I'm like, oh,
now we get to sue you for all.
Speaker 2 (40:23):
The money, get my wife, and then when it's all
said and done, then you and your wife you back
together because you guys had a deal all the way out.
Listen for the next two months, I don't care what
you do with him. Don't tell me about it. Don't
tell me now that and then we're going to sue
him afterwards and get all the money, and we you
and I can go live together in Hawaii afterwards.

So now we know Ryan's retirement plan stand outside of Bezos' party.

Will you be his attorney and then work this gimmick
for him.

I don't know if I could be his attorney because
it would be a North Carolina thing. Ohay, fortunately for you. Again,
a lot of friends that are Marines in North Carolina.
I actually do know a couple of divorce attorneys in Jacksonville,
So you know, just do it near a base.
