Yeah yeah. But for some reason, the brain pills I
don't think work. I'm not even doing.

But you believe all the other ones, the other ones.

Yeah, but if the brain pills, I'm like, Okay, you

I would say, like, obviously, anything over the counter is
probably bogus. You know, but anything that maybe have if
there's any product that does what they like, that helps
you with your memory and all that kind of stuff
or brain capacity or whatnot, and it's got that FDA approval,
that would be interesting.

That would be None of them have an FDA approval. No, yeah, no,
no no. And they have commercials they show these old
guys like, man.

I've been taking Predators and I think I think that's
the namail, but I can't remember it started with a

Make old people believe if they take these pills they
won't have you know.

that are commercials and stuff like that that don't have

could come with it.

brain is definitely like if you don't use it, you

lot of older people they do the shaduku and the
crosswords and things like that, and you got it in
reading well because your brain still has a level of
plasticity to it for a very long time.

But a lot of people just give up, you know,
they're like I would school, I'm good, turn brain off.
Watch TV and you'll see those people mental decline fast.

list of lawsuits that have been brought against them Away Prevagen, Provagen,
ev A, g E N, and the Federal Trade Commission
has been on them, the State Attorney's office from New

punishment outside of whatever, finds that they've been whatever, They've
had to pay fines, right, their punishment is that that
they've had to change their word. And that's what it
all comes down to. He's the wording of this, and
then I'm sure there's a cool little disclaimer that says like, hey,
just because we have this guy talking about it, not
everyone has the same.

the Journal of Intelligence, is what it's called. A new
study by the Journal of Intelligence. Found out that you
got No, I don't get it. I just read this article.

It says older and white or has a ceiling. The
human mind peaks at sixty years old. So I'm at
my peak, I don't have to worry about learning nothing else,
ain't it ain't getting no better from here.

At sixty years old is when you're gonna have every
everything you need to know, you're gonna know, and after
that you're just kind of you're just kind.

I just you had to look up what Guam spoke.
So don't act like you knew everything. Yeah, when I

But it says this is after decades of studying of
psychological studies said that the human mind is at its
peak when it's sixty, and then from sixty it starts
going downhill.

So so I'm as smart as I'm gonna be today

Well, my birthday hits in February, I'm gonna start losing.

It's a little bit, a little degrades a little bit
every year after that. So I'm so good. It's like, uh,
I feel I feel relieved.

You don't have to learn anymore.

You have to learn anymore?

An interesting way to look at.

It says as I get older, there is something that
does start getting better. What do you think starts getting
better for your brain as you get older, older than sixty?

Uh, you care less, happier.

It could be true and not if it didn't say

Okay, because you're happier done learning apparently, Yes.

I'm so happy.

I don't worry about trying to like, you know, I
thought about maybe they're picking up one of those Resetta
stones and maybe learn another language, and then no sense
in it. I'm at my I'm at my peak right now. Okay,
can't I can't learn that after this, so no pressure.

Uh, you're you're financially good, so you don't think about money.
Speaker 2 (26:59):
You know what it says, he is that that Uh okay,
financial literacy is something that gets better after sixty.

You're right about that. That is one of the things
that says.

And it says you're moral reasoning gets better after sixty.

Yet disagree. You think I've seen a lot of Facebook
comments over the years.

Yeah, it doesn't seem like that better.

Yeah, there's that sentence that you just read, and there's
the reality of what social media says.

Yeah, you're right. People that are over sixty do seem
to not given flip.
Speaker 4 (27:30):
Yeah, I agree all the time. And then I don't know,
they have all the stuff and they don't. Maybe that's
what it is.
Speaker 5 (27:36):
They got all the stuff and they're afraid people are
coming for their stuff, so they freak out about it.
Speaker 2 (27:40):
Older and wiser has a ceiling. The human mind peaks

It says, that's good that we only we only all
of our leaders are under.

Sixty, right, No, no, no, no, they're over sixty. Huh.

So when you so, when they say you're at your
your mental peak, does that mean like as far as
as the knowledge that you retain, the things that you
that you can learn.

What do you think that means?

I think you're just you're you're going downhill from there.

You're probably not gonna get any smarter.

It says that they studied twenty thousand people and they
all seem to be at their their intelligence peak at
sixty and then it starts to go downhill after that.

Well that's good news because I constantly feel like I'm
like losing my mental cognitive take can and say things
now like cognitive ability.

Every single day. So good, I gotta, I got.

I got a while still he knew how they have
those commercials for I forget the name of it, predigen
or something like that, which to help your mental capacity.
And they'll and I'll show these older guys like I've
been taking this for ten years and my mental uh uh,
mental pilty is right up.

That's all like hogwash, right like those.
Speaker 2 (29:12):
Yeah, those stuff, those things are are placebo pills. Is
has there ever been proof that they have pills that
help your your thought process?
Speaker 1 (29:22):

Oh yeah, Like I saw I saw this study.
Speaker 5 (29:26):
It was like, you know, how you can only use
like like ten percent of the brain that they say
they make they make this pill that like uh And
then I saw the guy take it and then suddenly
he could like learn really fast, and then he became
like kind of a super genius.

I think his name was like Bradley and uh, you're
quoting this from that movie. Yeah.
Speaker 5 (29:45):
I don't remember the name of it, but it's documentary.
Yeah he had he had limits and then he didn't
have limits anymore.
Speaker 4 (29:50):
Yeah, limitless or something. Yeah, that was a movie. It's
not real.
Speaker 6 (29:54):
But if you take magnesium, that's actually be really good.
Speaker 4 (29:57):
Why would I take the villain from X Men as
a pill? That's crazy.

They do.

They sell, they sell pills that allegedly, oh, it's gonna
make your brain function better and all this kind of stuff.

But yeah, that's all. That's all they real.
Speaker 2 (30:12):

You know what's funny is anything could come out on
the market. I feel like, like some new injection, some
new fast pills, some new cut weight, some new whatever
you do, it's just gonna make you really smart. And
Russe will be like, yeah, shoot me up with it,
like he'll try it's all for it.
Speaker 1 (30:26):
Yeah yeah. But for some reason, the brain pills I
don't think work. I'm not even doing.
Speaker 3 (30:32):
But you believe all the other ones, the other ones.
Speaker 2 (30:35):
Yeah, but if the brain pills, I'm like, Okay, you
guys are trying to foolish.
Speaker 3 (30:38):
I would say, like, obviously, anything over the counter is
probably bogus. You know, but anything that maybe have if
there's any product that does what they like, that helps
you with your memory and all that kind of stuff
or brain capacity or whatnot, and it's got that FDA approval,
that would be interesting.
Speaker 1 (30:56):
That would be None of them have an FDA approval. No, yeah, no,
no no. And they have commercials they show these old
guys like, man.
Speaker 2 (31:02):
I've been taking Predators and I think I think that's
the namail, but I can't remember it started with a
p but I've been taking this for ten years and man,
I'm sharper than I've ever been.
Speaker 1 (31:08):
And it's like, man, so you're trying to.
Speaker 2 (31:10):
Make old people believe if they take these pills they
won't have you know.
Speaker 1 (31:15):
Yeah, fretfulness a little bit. Yeah, and uh, I don't
know that exactly.
Speaker 3 (31:22):
You can't be shocked at there's we could go decade
by decade, year by year, and there's tons of products
that are commercials and stuff like that that don't have
FDA approval that make all these wild ass claims.
Speaker 2 (31:33):
I know.
Speaker 6 (31:33):
Yeah, side effects, you know, all the side effects that
could come with it.
Speaker 1 (31:36):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (31:37):
Oh, you can just take healthy vitamins like magnesium and
a daily multi vitamin and things like that.
Speaker 5 (31:41):
There have been plenty of studies that show like your
brain is definitely like if you don't use it, you
lose it kind of situation. And that's why, like a
lot of older people they do the shaduku and the
crosswords and things like that, and you got it in
reading well because your brain still has a level of
plasticity to it for a very long time.
Speaker 4 (31:57):
But a lot of people just give up, you know,
they're like I would school, I'm good, turn brain off.
Watch TV and you'll see those people mental decline fast.
Speaker 1 (32:04):
Oh that's what I'm gonna do. You give it up?

Yeah?

Netflix shows a day?
Speaker 6 (32:10):
Yeah no, no, no, listen, you watch a lot of TV,
and I would think you wouldn't have the time.

I watched one movie yesterday, but I think you watch
a movie a day.
Speaker 6 (32:20):
Could you always come in and talk about something new
you've seen and I'm like, I haven't heard of that
one yet.

Yeah, I've got pressure to have a topic every day,
So I got to learn something. I got to find
something that's pop culture to talk about. So that that's
why I do all that. But I'd rather just go
boating probably most of the time. Oh, man, I can't
go boating this weekend because the weather's going to suck. Anyway.
I digress that.

Company that you're talking about. It's a long and distinguished
list of lawsuits that have been brought against them Away Prevagen, Provagen,
ev A, g E N, and the Federal Trade Commission
has been on them, the State Attorney's office from New
York City, there's a And basically it'd be interesting because

they so they've had to change the word. So their
punishment outside of whatever, finds that they've been whatever, They've
had to pay fines, right, their punishment is that that
they've had to change their word. And that's what it
all comes down to. He's the wording of this, and
then I'm sure there's a cool little disclaimer that says like, hey,
just because we have this guy talking about it, not
everyone has the same.

This doesn't affect everybody the same, you know.
Speaker 1 (33:24):
Yeah.

I noticed in the last commercial it was this dude
and he was like, Man, I've been taking prevision or
whatever for ten years now. I haven't lost any And
they have a little thing underneath. This is an actual
client and these are just his results. And I wonder
why they had to put that.

But yeah, oh dude, is there's a ton of class
action lawsuits.
Speaker 1 (33:41):
Think about it.
Speaker 3 (33:42):
For the company again, for a company like that, all
these lawsuits and they had it hasn't pulled that. They
haven't stopped selling their and selling their stuff on TV. No,
and the commercial are still.

Running because people will watch it like, oh my god,
I'm losing I'm losing memory.
Speaker 1 (33:55):
Let me take that pill, says it will help. Let
me take that.
Speaker 3 (33:58):
I forgot that.

They ordered it already, Yeah, I forgot I ordered it,
so I ordered it four times.

Is that the one that's like made out of jellyfish?

I think that the main ingredients like jellyfish or something nonsense.
But back in like twenty twenty four, Like so as
of December twenty twenty four, they can't market it as
an improving brain function or memory at all.

We've talked about this over time, like you like we're
a big dumb fun here. Yep, big dumb fun I've
constantly said this, I said, I I don't I think
being smart is a burden. If you could dumb me
down a couple levels. Then I probably would be happier
if they gave you the limitless pill. If the previdence
did work, would you take it?

does it make you want to learn more things quicker
before sixty. Yeah, you can shove it all in there quicker,
you know, and realize that Okay at sixty I'm going
I'm going downhill after that.

This is the longest time period of time in my
life where I have not learned a new skill over
the last like four years or so, just with getting
the house, getting married, getting all the other stuff done, Like,
I haven't really had time to sit down and like
learn something new. But I I always for my entire life,
I love learning.

Like you know, there are older people that learn new things,
you know, learn how to play guitar or learn how
to do learn.
Speaker 1 (36:17):
New things after sixty. So I mean.

You can still I think when they're saying when they're
saying that you're at your peak, I think that's what
like the execution of stuff, recall stuff and everything. You
can still learn stuff and still be uh okay, you know,
make yourself acclimated to things.

And all that.

But I'm saying I think what they mean is that
the way that your thought processes, uh, you know, going
through the rolodex, and I'm pulling up memories that I'm.

The strongest I'm ever gonna be my brain. I don't know.
It all just makes me happy. I don't know why
you feel like there's no pressure now.
