Speaker 1 (00:10):
Man, I can't think puddle jumpers enough. MNC Fence just
called mo MCA Transportation, whom I'm forgetting, Uh, Jersey, Mike's
everybody that helped us for the mossl Brew bus, huge success.
Two sold out buses full of great people. Nobody was

(00:31):
in an ass, everybody was cool, Everybody was dancing and
partying and having a great time. All of the locations
we stought that were wonderful, great people. Uh, just one
great experience. Thanks to Jack Bradshaw for putting all together.
I always forget to thank Jack, and he does a
lot of work for those things. And he he was
on the bus with us, and and uh, Daisy del Toro.

(00:53):
You know, Daisy doesn't work for us. Daisy shows up
because she's Daisy, and brought tequila and brought to whiskey
and was the party man. She was a party on
our bus. She was the party on the on the
other bus. Uh. So thank you, Daisy del Toro. Thanks
to Angelique, she came out and was a mommy for
a lot of people who were taking too much. And
and uh, once again, every time Angelique comes out, I

(01:15):
got no loving respect for her.

Speaker 2 (01:16):
Man.

Speaker 1 (01:17):
She's she's such a sweetheart. Uh So, thank you to everybody.
Uh it was really was great and I hope you
you know, you guys had a great time. Thanks for
all the kind words that people are even texting them
in right now. People that got pictures with everybody. Bo,
thanks for Bou for coming. People love meeting Ba and
he had a wonderful time. Uh So it was it
was great all the way around. Now it's time for
Ryan to bring you the nerdy news.

Speaker 3 (01:39):
Gay nerdy, She's going out the lot.

Speaker 4 (01:41):
You urgeons come and take about a mask tis get
a fight up.

Speaker 3 (01:46):
It's time on some kind of it's a work in progress,
but it's better than what you got.

Speaker 1 (01:52):
Ryan.

Speaker 3 (01:52):
Fantastic DJ work there, Angel. I like that they like
beat match to Melinda there.

Speaker 4 (01:57):
That was good. Uh, nerdy news.

Speaker 3 (01:59):
Brown to you that mortgage guy down from that mortgage
guy don dot Com More on him later.

Speaker 4 (02:07):
Oh man, it fun time to be a nerd.

Speaker 3 (02:09):
We got the release dates for Fantastic four coming to streaming,
so that'll be a good thing.

Speaker 2 (02:15):
All right. What's already out on Amazon?

Speaker 3 (02:17):
It's out on Amazon, but it's it's gonna be coming
out on Disney Plush because that's I've been waiting.

Speaker 2 (02:24):
Did you see it?

Speaker 4 (02:25):
Yeah, I saw it.

Speaker 2 (02:26):
I loved it. You thought it was good. I thought,
I really.

Speaker 4 (02:29):
Again, I'm sure I love it. I just haven't seen it.

Speaker 5 (02:30):
It's i'm when it comes to the superhero movies. If
they follow the rule, if they follow their own rules,
then I don't have a problem suspending belief and throwing
myself into it. So I like the casting. I love
that retro future world that they they built. I loved
I liked the cars and everything.

Speaker 1 (02:50):
I think I need to watch it again, just like
I had to watch Batman again a couple of times
to like it. I think I need to watch it
again because you know, Mary Ellen was there. She wasn't
digging it. It's not hurt there thing and maybe that
and maybe I was tired.

Speaker 2 (03:03):
So I need to.

Speaker 1 (03:03):
Give it another watch. And it'll be on Disney Plus.

Speaker 3 (03:06):
Right, it'll be on Disney Plus. And that's coming out
November fifth.

Speaker 4 (03:10):
Okay, you can wait.

Speaker 3 (03:10):
Till November fifth, check it out, watch it again.

Speaker 1 (03:13):
That's the same day Frankenstein's coming out the adel Toro.

Speaker 3 (03:17):
I made the mistake last time. I was like, Okay,
Superman's out. It's on Amazon. I can rent I can
rent it. I'll just do that. And then like three
days later it came out on streaming and I'm like, okay,
I'm never doing this again, right right right, never doing
this again. But a fun little thing Marvel did was
they released a ten hour video of just the Thing
standing in the kitchen waiting what it's.

Speaker 4 (03:36):
Always doing, just standing there.

Speaker 3 (03:38):
He's waiting for ten hours to feel like ambient noise,
and that was an anticipation waiting for nothing is fully
animated for ten hours, just standing there and just kind
of not really moving all that much.

Speaker 2 (03:51):
Where's that at.

Speaker 4 (03:52):
That's on YouTube. It's on YouTube.

Speaker 3 (03:54):
It's called It's called The Thing Waiting, and you can
just we'll put that on your TV and just watch
old Ben Grimm just stand there for a while and
that'll be a lot of fun.

Speaker 4 (04:04):
Also, they'll come to theaters.

Speaker 3 (04:06):
Now, I've never been a rocky horror picture guy.

Speaker 4 (04:10):
I've never been to the Room.

Speaker 3 (04:11):
You know all these movies that are like fan favorites
where everybody sits there and oh, you've never seen the Room.

Speaker 2 (04:16):
I don't know what the Room is. My wife love,
I have to watch it.

Speaker 4 (04:21):
The Room is one of the worst movies ever made.

Speaker 3 (04:23):
It's It's It's a guy by directed, written, directed, and
starring a man named Tommy Weisso and it's known for
being terrible, but people go and watch it and then
they do that.

Speaker 4 (04:33):
They do things like Rocky.

Speaker 3 (04:34):
Horror Picture Show where they'll they'll say the lines and
do that.

Speaker 4 (04:36):
And I feel like I could.

Speaker 3 (04:38):
Do that with this movie that's coming back for its
twentieth anniversary.

Speaker 4 (04:41):
Oh yeah, and that's Wedding Crashers.

Speaker 2 (04:43):
Oh, I love that movie.

Speaker 4 (04:44):
Wedding Crashers.

Speaker 2 (04:45):
It's great.

Speaker 3 (04:46):
It's like one of those movies that, like, you can't
help but quote it.

Speaker 2 (04:50):
Does it hold up?

Speaker 4 (04:52):
I don't care.

Speaker 2 (04:53):
Yeah, I'm weird.

Speaker 3 (04:55):
I'm there to have fun and to watch it. I
quote Wedding Rashers all the time just in my daily life.
And so it's coming back to theaters for just a
twentieth anniversary thing.

Speaker 4 (05:05):
And I can't believe it's been twenty years.

Speaker 5 (05:07):
Wait, do you feel about it old the way do
you feel about Wedding Crashes? The way I feel about
Last Dragon? Last Dragon is gonna be back in the
movie theater with showing up, with showing up.

Speaker 3 (05:18):
Show Okay, well that's cool too. Speaking of classic things
that will make you feel old. I don't have a
PS five, but I'm gonna I mightna get one. I'm
definitely skittting one for the old hotel, all right, But
coming to PlayStation five PlayStation in general for the first
time is the original Halo.

Speaker 4 (05:36):
Is you gonna be able to play that on a PlayStation?

Speaker 3 (05:38):
Really?

Speaker 4 (05:38):
They remastered it, they upgraded it.

Speaker 3 (05:40):
It's doing the Unreal engine, and you'll be able to
play that first Halo game, which.

Speaker 4 (05:44):
Was iconic for a young Ryan Holmes. You don't know
what it's like, Russ.

Speaker 3 (05:49):
Now there's multiplayer gaming where I could sit in my
own house and I'm playing on.

Speaker 4 (05:53):
A team with like people all over the world. There
was a time, Russ, we're me and my boys.

Speaker 3 (05:58):
We had to like pack up our television, our CRT televisions,
bring our xboxes with us, go to my friend Jim's house,
and then we would all.

Speaker 4 (06:08):
Stay there all night all the TVs. Do a land party.
Doing a land party is rest.

Speaker 3 (06:13):
I do not land parties where you then you physically
you're in the same room with them, and you connect
all your xboxes to the network and then you play
Halo while drinking copious amounts of beer. Slash Mountain Dew
and like and just go and just go, and like
fist fights would happen.

Speaker 4 (06:31):
People would like had you be in an intern.

Speaker 5 (06:32):
That you don't know any English and then you get
invited by the two producers.

Speaker 4 (06:35):
That you're interning on, Oh you've done one.

Speaker 2 (06:37):
I did that with Jack Resharnato.

Speaker 4 (06:40):
It's so fun.

Speaker 3 (06:40):
I'm so sad for the children nowadays that they'll never
get to experience a land party because it was just
there was something about having to haul all of your gear.
I mean like Russ I'm talking like a full heavy
ass television, like the CRT style that you got to
bring in and just play some Halo.

Speaker 4 (06:57):
Man.

Speaker 3 (06:57):
I don't I feel like I want to just get
that going for like a monster event.

Speaker 2 (07:02):
What do you feel?

Speaker 5 (07:02):
How do you feel about this new trend with video
gaming where they're doing the remastered versions of video games.

Speaker 4 (07:08):
Could be good and bad. It could be good, could
be bad. Some of them are great.

Speaker 3 (07:13):
I don't know, Like I really like what they've done
with the like they completely for no reason remastered this
game I like to play, called The Witcher three, where
they just brought it in graphics wise to twenty twenty
five it's fantastic.

Speaker 4 (07:24):
I love it.

Speaker 3 (07:25):
They've done it with a couple of other games. I
don't mind playing a game over and over.

Speaker 2 (07:29):
No, I do not either.

Speaker 4 (07:31):
I find it to be therapeutic, cathartic.

Speaker 5 (07:33):
I've played Mass Effect from beginning to end, probably twenty times. Yeah,
something about you know, video game boobs.

Speaker 4 (07:40):
Okay, those are the fun stuff now, Russ.

Speaker 5 (07:43):
Russ is looking at us like, oh, look about two nerds.

Speaker 2 (07:45):
Yeah, I know, I can't. I've tried.

Speaker 1 (07:47):
I remember I tried to get into a video game,
but I felt like I was wasting my time. I
felt like I should be doing something that's going to
help the show in some way, and that doesn't to me.

Speaker 3 (07:56):
So I think, look, I look at it the same
way they say, like, you know, crossword puzzles and word ole,
it helps you stop dementia.

Speaker 2 (08:03):
Okay, I can see that.

Speaker 3 (08:04):
I think like gaming in general, if you're using your brain,
it's it's it's helpful, it's it's good. But the batside.
Welcome to the dark side of technology, guys. And I've
been waiting for this to happen since we've been messing
with it. I've done I've done some Ai Bubba's I've
done some other AI stuff.

Speaker 4 (08:19):
Here, but they've brought it.

Speaker 3 (08:21):
It's now here, guys, real time voice deep fakes are here.

Speaker 1 (08:26):
Can I tell you before you tell a story? I
gotta tell you something anywhere, remember you later or whatever.
But it's funny. We talk about this all the time, right,
we are up on what's going on.

Speaker 2 (08:34):
Yeah, we know what.

Speaker 1 (08:35):
I've got a buddy of mine and I love him,
but he went to school with me. He's my same
age and he's my friend who loves kiss right.

Speaker 2 (08:43):
He sends me this thing, yeah, yesterday, because dude, listen
to this.

Speaker 1 (08:47):
George straight did a tribute song for Ace Freely and
I'm like Tony and he sends it to me and
it's you know, it sounds like it's George Strade and
it's some song about I'm like Tony. George Strait did
not do a tribute song for.

Speaker 2 (09:01):
A Yeah you did it. Listen. Rihanna did too, and
he said.

Speaker 1 (09:07):
He thinks Rihanna and George both did a tribute song.
And I'm like, And then he said to me, because
people are people around the world are just really upset,
you need to tell Angel he needs to do like
a special Ace freely night, thousands of people show up
and like Tony, George Strait and Rihanna did not do

(09:27):
it a tribute to Tony's the kind of guy that
maybe twenty people would show up if we did it
a tribute Knight.

Speaker 3 (09:34):
Tony's the guy you gotta worry about, though, you gotta say,
Tony's the kind of guy that would have a girlfriend
that lives in another country, that just needs some money
real fast.

Speaker 4 (09:43):
Uh so, And and that he is.

Speaker 1 (09:45):
Convinced that George stra a tribute song phrase freely.

Speaker 3 (09:49):
The thing about it is is like break your heart
having to break that news song.

Speaker 2 (09:53):
I was laughing, I'm like, what the same age? Well,
how do you not know this, Tony?

Speaker 4 (09:57):
But here's here's where it's different. Right, So we able
to do the deep fakes.

Speaker 3 (10:01):
And the and the audio cloning and all that kind
of stuff for a little bit now, But we've always
it's always had to take time, the processor has to
process it. You you can't. You haven't been able to
do it live. And now, as of yesterday, you can
now do it live. Really, someone can clone your voice. Yeah,
talk to you on the phone with your voice or
your son's voice, your your fake girlfriend's voice and it'll

(10:23):
sound through a phone line, very very convincing.

Speaker 2 (10:27):
Now that is only for bad reasons. There's no reason.
That's just bad. There's no reason to have that.

Speaker 3 (10:35):
I mean, I could argue that, like for like movies,
you you could change the voice of your actor. You
could you're doing funny TikTok videos. But yes, there's a
that's my problem with AI. All of this stuff is fun.
The downside is so much bigger.

Speaker 2 (10:48):
I can have Angel read all my commercials for me.

Speaker 1 (10:51):
That's what I just thought of, that little little thing
you gotta I have to put on my voice.

Speaker 3 (10:59):
Yeah, so just be aware, like if you've got older parents,
if you've got people that are kind of gullible in
your life.

Speaker 2 (11:06):
That's why.

Speaker 5 (11:06):
Not for nothing in all jokes aside, kidding aside, that's
why I like, with my family, we had to do
that thing. There are certain things you have to do
with the advent of new technology. We need a code work,
and concerned about my parents and whatnot, and so we
had to establish the family code work.

Speaker 3 (11:19):
Yeah, much like like what I was told as a kid,
if a stranger was picking me up, they had to
have a certain phrase.

Speaker 4 (11:25):
So I know, they were real.

Speaker 3 (11:27):
Uh, and then you're they're not going to you know,
obviously a scammer in India is not going to know
your phrase. So just be aware that you're in a
different world every single day. And to be able to
do a live deep fake was the one thing I
was like.

Speaker 4 (11:40):
How we're done?

Speaker 2 (11:41):
How expensive is that?

Speaker 4 (11:42):
That's the craziest part.

Speaker 3 (11:43):
So they're actually doing this on consumer cards and the
lower end consumer cards. They're not even buying the newest
Navidia fifty ninety to do this. They ran this on
an older card that you can get off of eBay
for like a few hundred bucks.

Speaker 1 (11:55):
But I have to get your voice. I'd have to
get your voice and put it in.

Speaker 4 (11:59):
Yeah, too bad. I wish there was not five hours
of audio every day.

Speaker 2 (12:02):
Yeah, like voice, so that would be easy for all really.

Speaker 4 (12:04):
Only that's the other scary part.

Speaker 3 (12:05):
Rush you really now at this point you won't really
need about ten to thirty seconds.

Speaker 4 (12:09):
If somebody's talking, that's it. That's it.

Speaker 3 (12:11):
So if somebody really wanted to scam you, they were
targeting you, they could find your son, get them to
say some stuff into a like they secretly record them,
they go back, they they're like, oh, it's the biggest.
One is the Spanish prisoner scam where they call you
up and they go it's like, Mom, it's me, I'm
in jail, I need money, send this, Send this money
and you're like, oh my god, okay, you do it,

(12:33):
and then you find out you get scammed later.

Speaker 4 (12:34):
So just be aware.

Speaker 1 (12:36):
Talking about voices and this thing that my friend sent me,
so if on on Facebook or Internet or whatever, it says.

Speaker 2 (12:43):
That it's who I say it was George and Rihann.

Speaker 1 (12:49):
Okay, so can George Straight sue cause it's yeah, it
sounds like it sounds exactly like George Straight. It's a
corny song about Ace Freely. But he couldn't sue if
you want to.

Speaker 5 (13:00):
That would be like a personal uh cease and desist.
And they didn't follow with a cease and desist and
take it down, he would soe them.

Speaker 4 (13:05):
Yeah, it's crazy.

Speaker 3 (13:06):
So you got you gotta be be aware of all
the scams because it's it's nuts from it's unfortunate that
now that soras come out, I've seen so many videos
that are just blatantly fake, but they're rage bake fading fake.
Like there's one of like black women screaming and it's
they're AI women. It's an AI script that someone wrote
and it's it's to make you be angry because they're

(13:28):
they're yelling about EBT, how they can't use EBT, and
I'm like, hey, this is racist, b this is rage bait.
And see when you look at the comments, so many
people don't realize that it's AI and it's so much
harder to figure it out now too, especially on a
tiny screen.

Speaker 5 (13:41):
Do you do you feel it okay? I will con
see that there's an element of people that don't realize it,
but do I also think there's a huge element that
people using it, the same people that are created it
and posted it are also getting bots to comment it
to continue that whole rage bait kind of a discourse.

Speaker 4 (13:56):
We did the Brew Bus.

Speaker 3 (13:57):
I was show hungover. I didn't look at my social
media for two days.

Speaker 4 (14:01):
It was beautiful.

Speaker 3 (14:02):
So I don't think social media is real at all anymore.
And if you can get away from it, do it.
Just listen to real people like them monsters. And you've
just heard the nerd.

Speaker 2 (14:11):
Did they talk about the number one movie in the country.

Speaker 4 (14:13):
What is the number one movie in the country.

Speaker 2 (14:16):
Oh, I had it here.

Speaker 1 (14:17):
Uh it was something I never heard of before, like.

Speaker 5 (14:22):
Like, uh, I just had it and my losses sorry
because it was I didn't realize that they were doing
a big screen release, but it is.

Speaker 2 (14:30):
Yeah, what is what is chainsaw Man?

Speaker 4 (14:32):
Amazing anime?

Speaker 5 (14:33):
Yeah, it's an amazing animated series. I told you guys
about this a few years ago. And it's a guy
who uh basically gets infected and when with this thing
and then when he has to battle, chainsaws come out
of his arms.

Speaker 2 (14:44):
That's bad ass. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (14:45):
Anime is having a big year as far as like
releases go. Because they had Demon Hunters. I think it
was Uh yeah.

Speaker 1 (14:52):
It's killing that that's the number one costume. All the
Demon Hunters.

Speaker 3 (14:56):
Are Demon Slayer. I'm sorry, Demon Slayer. Different anime. Make
the theatrical release from them as well.

Speaker 2 (15:02):
He saw Man.

Speaker 5 (15:03):
The movie The Rezik Arc claimed the number one spot
by earning seventeen point two five million in theaters in
the USA and Canada this weekend. According to com Score,
Black Phone fell to.

Speaker 3 (15:13):
That's a documentar about Angel rivera black.

Speaker 5 (15:16):
Phone too, and then Uh Springsteen's movie The First Mile
Pick earned twelve point a five putting it at third
and then Tron Aron Tron is getting.

Speaker 2 (15:27):
Put away forever. Now, Yeah, it's never that dude ruined
the whole show with Bruce Springsteen movie. I don't know.
I think, don't you think.

Speaker 1 (15:34):
They like, I don't know, they got to be dead
for the movie to be good.

Speaker 4 (15:38):
You know, Elton John John one.

Speaker 1 (15:40):
Yeah, but it didn't do it didn't do that well,
like they didn't Bohemian raps that he did great because
you know he's passed. Elvis did great because he's passed.
Uhlen someone didn't do that good.

Speaker 2 (15:50):
Yeah, it did.

Speaker 1 (15:50):
It didn't make that much money. And you know, one
really talked about it. It wasn't you know what was
it called Rocketman of them something?

Speaker 2 (15:56):
Then. I don't know.

Speaker 1 (15:57):
I don't know how this Bruce Springsteen things to do
unless you're a big Bruce Springsteen fan.

Speaker 3 (16:02):
It did two hundred million dollars on a forty million
dollar budget.

Speaker 4 (16:06):
Yeah, it did really, really well.

Speaker 2 (16:07):
Bruce Springsteen.

Speaker 5 (16:08):
Yeah, No, Bruce Springsteen's the rocket Man movie. And we
talked about it at great length.

Speaker 3 (16:13):
Yeah, Bruce Springstey's only nine million right now. I don't
think that movie's gonna do well. I don't know, it's
just Jack Bradshaw's gonna have to watch it a lot.

Speaker 4 (16:21):
Hey, you just heard the nerd russy that mortgage got.

Speaker 1 (16:23):
More big dumb fun. When we come back, you're listening
to the March of the Morning.

Speaker 6 (16:26):
Go outside, Nerd, get out, go and got Tom to
be distracted by your worth.

Speaker 4 (16:30):
This chime Hans.

Speaker 6 (16:31):
Gone at the four oh seven on Fox thirty five
at four o'clock today, So I will be on that if.

Speaker 1 (16:48):
You want to tune in and say hi, that's cool. Uh,
and we'll be on there. Someone saying it wasn't Johnny
Cash's movie Walk the line.

Speaker 2 (16:57):
Was he still alive? Then? I don't think he was not.

Speaker 4 (17:00):
He died in like two thousands, early two thousands.

Speaker 1 (17:03):
Yeah, and I love that movie. I thought that was
really good. Now there, you're right the Bob Dylan movie.
Bob Dylan is still alive and his movie was great.
But you never see Bob Dylan like you almost like
I'm sure there are a lot of people that make
people have.

Speaker 3 (17:15):
Seen Bob doyling lately and they've been very disappointed and
walked out of his concert that.

Speaker 1 (17:19):
He might have thought he passed away, like like you've
been gone, you know, I've seen a lot of Bruce Springsteen.

Speaker 2 (17:25):
I don't know, like, he seems like a.

Speaker 1 (17:27):
Really nice guy, but I'm just not a Bruce Springs
themed dude, you know what I mean.

Speaker 4 (17:31):
It's okay, ye yeah, everybody.

Speaker 2 (17:34):
So I'm not running out and to see the movie
about you know.

Speaker 4 (17:36):
I like that actor a lot.

Speaker 3 (17:37):
I like Jeremy White quite a bit, so I will
eventually check it out. It's interesting, though, because that movie
is apparently a made about just one album that he's doing.

Speaker 4 (17:48):
Yea on a court track, it's Nebraska, Nebraska.

Speaker 5 (17:52):
Yeah, so it's it's so that's why I'm saying this
is so think of it this way in the sense
of it's not going to be a career spanning biopic.
It's specifically about this one window of time of his
so that eventually there's probably going to be a more
expansive movie done about that guy.

Speaker 2 (18:07):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (18:07):
I watched The Hot Ones with Jeremy White on it.
It was very good. And but he also talks about
how like he blew out his voice doing this movie
because he can sing, but he said like, and he
basically said what all people always say about Bruce Springsteen.

Speaker 4 (18:22):
And then Bruce Springsteen isn't singing.

Speaker 3 (18:24):
He's like yelling into yelling into a microphone doing an
impression of singing, So it was actually really hard on
his voice.

Speaker 4 (18:32):
Overall, I don't know.

Speaker 3 (18:35):
I will check it out, but I'm not rushing to
theaters to go see it.

Speaker 2 (18:38):
Yeah, I mean I'll probably check it out at home
or something like.

Speaker 4 (18:41):
That, but yeah, I don't know what's going to get
me back.

Speaker 2 (18:43):
In the theater right now?

Speaker 3 (18:44):
Change all mad, I guess I've never gone to an
anime movie release.

Speaker 4 (18:51):
Does it smell bad? That's my first question of right,
and it smells fine?

Speaker 3 (18:55):
No, Look, that stereotype is a legit stereotype for a reason. Okay,
I got a lot of gaming places around my house,
and my wife is she loves to play these kind
of games, and I go in there sometimes and I'm like, oh,
there is a some are better than others, but there's
always just like a bit of a funk.

Speaker 1 (19:10):
Hey, let me ask you guys question. You want to
go to thirty five and I can just have to go.
I have to run out to go to that meeting.

Speaker 2 (19:16):
You then go, we got we got a break? Why
did I get a nerd out here from you guys?

Speaker 1 (19:20):
Nerd out there you go. All right, So I'll be
back in a little bit. I gotta go do monster
business and talk to a big old poop sales stuff
that no, no, no, no, it's a sales sales meeting they
want me to go to.

Speaker 2 (19:30):
So I'll be I'll be back in them.

Speaker 4 (19:31):
Did not realize we have a show.

Speaker 5 (19:33):
I know.

Speaker 2 (19:33):
I done the same thing. Listen.

Speaker 5 (19:36):
I had to do the same thing a few months ago. Ryan,
This is the chance that we get to have be
in front of all of the aes this so this
is a good thing. Yeah, money Dollins is gonna put
you and I over. Yeah, be over, give us a
shout out.

Speaker 2 (19:49):
All right, there you go?

Speaker 4 (19:52):
All right, this is odd.

Speaker 3 (19:53):
This has never happened in the history of me doing
this show Angel where rush is getch up and goes.

Speaker 2 (19:58):
Was that one time?

Speaker 3 (19:59):
Well, but that's not an emergency bathroom break. That is
not an emergency bathroom break. So welcome everybody to Angel
and Ryan in the morning.

Speaker 4 (20:08):
Russy is gonna go take a poop. What's up, man, dude?

Speaker 2 (20:12):
How do you do what you do?

Speaker 3 (20:14):
Like? No, I mean like you have these weekends that
are exhausting to listen to, like how do you have
the energy?

Speaker 4 (20:20):
Are you?

Speaker 2 (20:21):
Are you?

Speaker 3 (20:21):
Do you have some kind of routine? Is it some
kind of secret drink that you have, Because there's no
way I could pull off what you pulled off this
weekend where you went from all the stuff you did
on Friday, including your show, to a whole day of
brew bus to then doing Kaye Orange.

Speaker 2 (20:37):
So I believe it or not.

Speaker 5 (20:39):
Like so, I knew that the weekend was going to
be tough, like say by Tuesday Wednesday. So with like
Tuesday Wednesday, I'm mentally preparing. So I did the vinyl night.
Did it at West n huge shoutout to get Dom
and the guys in West End. It's absolutely it's all
high energy. Yeah, but it's absolutely fantastic. And then everyone
that came out and brought their vinyl. But I make
different decisions like, for example, that particular evening, I just

(21:03):
had a handful of Guinness stouts because what's a sensible beer? Yeah,
it's a sensible beer. What most people don't realize that
that's you know, it only comes in at four point.

Speaker 4 (21:12):
Five and that's actually better than a bud light and.

Speaker 5 (21:15):
It's and it and because of that and because of
the flavor. You don't, I don't drink them as fast. Yeah,
I end up, you know, I'm I'm sipping on I'm
enjoying them because I genuinely like that, right, So doing it.

Speaker 4 (21:26):
That bud light, I am like, let's get this.

Speaker 2 (21:28):
Yeah, you're pounding those.

Speaker 5 (21:29):
So that what it does though, because then and and
and on top of that, I'm messing with other people's
records and everything, so I you know, don't want to
be you know, dropping records and stuff, so that I
do that wrap up and we were dude, we were
done by like eleven o'clock.

Speaker 2 (21:44):
Okay, you know I didn't. I didn't. That's the other thing.

Speaker 5 (21:46):
I didn't go to two on that because we started
early at seven. So then that set me up in
a good spot to do brew Bus on Saturday. Picked
up the sandwiches by ten and then he well we
got When I got back home from brew Bus, I
literally just vegged out, fell asleep.

Speaker 2 (22:03):
I'm on the sofa for the first first part of
my night.

Speaker 5 (22:06):
I woke up at some point moved to the bed
and then again I didn't. I didn't do too many
liquor drinks on that.

Speaker 3 (22:15):
Yeah, I did a lot, like I don't remember the
end of the evening at a time, but.

Speaker 5 (22:20):
I drank the like I had. I drank a shot
of the whiskey that Bookers that these burke Chickenman dropped
off and then had a couple I had all I
would do the flights of beers everywhere.

Speaker 2 (22:33):
I think the only the only.

Speaker 5 (22:35):
Fool beer that I can remember drinking was that eating
eating no wolf Brands, and wolf Brands had that end
of summer.

Speaker 2 (22:43):
That was absolutely delicious.

Speaker 3 (22:45):
I just remember the one I liked was the number five,
number five, whatever the number five was. But are you
the type of person that gets energy from people? Like
when you go out and about you you get jazzed
up more because like, for example, for me, the brew
bush is an exhausting day when it's over, because I've
given you everything that I have and now I need
a full last day to recover.

Speaker 4 (23:06):
Like I don't answer text messages.

Speaker 3 (23:08):
I barely do that already, but I'm not answering text
message emails, nothing And I'm just like on the count
doing nothing because they've taken my energy.

Speaker 4 (23:14):
Yeah, I.

Speaker 2 (23:16):
Tried.

Speaker 5 (23:17):
I tried to be protective of that so I don't
expend too much now. But on a normal Sunday, I
would have been doing the same thing that you did,
but I had to do I did Kaye Orange and then.

Speaker 4 (23:28):
What were you guys doing out there? Basically like a hanging.

Speaker 5 (23:32):
Yeah, like a like a promo hit. Well for about
two It was supposed to be two hours, but like
I said, all the suits showed up and so we
ended up having to hang out a little bit longer.
But doing all the social media stuff, meeting with there's
a new law firm that's a part of the cluster,
meeting up with the people from Kia, doing some you know,
so just doing all the stuff that you would do

(23:52):
if you were doing radio vision. Yeah, basically all right dude, again,
no joke. It was cool seeing the real radio logo
up there and there was neat so one. At one
end of Orange Avenue they have all the you know,
Southside and all the and the Spanish music, and then
at the other end of Orange Avenue they had all
the classic like hip hop and uh uh dance music
and everything. And I was like, man, I could have

(24:15):
been DJing this. I could have been I could have
started off their night. But we'll talk about that for
next year.

Speaker 3 (24:19):
So you need to get rushed out to like an
event like this, right, because like he's he's very sheltered
when it comes to the world of the Latino people. Uh,
how do do you think we could get him next
year Florida Puerto Rican Day parade.

Speaker 2 (24:35):
I think we should do that.

Speaker 5 (24:36):
We got the infight for the uh to be miss that.

Speaker 2 (24:43):
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (24:44):
Rus loves a parade, Okay, he loves he loves doing
that kind of stuff. If we can get him on
a float, you know, I think we get him out there,
he would learn a little bit.

Speaker 4 (24:53):
He would come back telling these.

Speaker 3 (24:54):
Those stories you know, those stories Russ loves to tell
where he goes there's black people there, there's white people,
and everybody got along and we fixed racism. I think
he would come away with that same kind of feeling.

Speaker 5 (25:05):
So and that, well, here's and this one, this particular one,
there's such there's so much good food. So that was
because so we ran the one couple, the one couple
that had that that brought food that way. We found
their food truck and so uh wow, dang, I gotta
remember the name of it.

Speaker 3 (25:21):
Yeah, I felt so bad for that because we kept
ordering breakfast or getting breakfast and then these like food
trucks would come in with like like one of my
favorite versions of food, you know what I mean like that,
and I just couldn't eat it. So would go over
there and be like take one Croquettah.

Speaker 5 (25:36):
No, I took a couple. I took a couple of
plates off. But dude, right after so after I here's
the other thing. That's why my my Sunday was crazy
along because right after that, after Kye ORNs, I had
to run all the way basically the Sandford and uh
meet up with my friends and and uh you know,
get some connects with Audi Audi North and visited that
they were they're back for Yeah, so they were doing

(25:59):
they were having an event themselves. They had a really
cool trunk retreat thing going on. But they had some
really uh incredible cars. And I'm a huge fan of
the Audi event. R six wagon. I need to I
need some money.

Speaker 4 (26:16):
Okay.

Speaker 3 (26:18):
Let me ask you this though, because the people that
we hang out with, especially on the Brew Bus, right,
like some of them can just go hard and hard
and like they they'll get up the next day like
nothing happened.

Speaker 2 (26:28):
They're professionals.

Speaker 3 (26:29):
Yeah. Well, one one of our friends got a job, Like,
so we get done with the brew bus. We get
done with the brew bus, and everybody's like hanging out.

Speaker 4 (26:40):
But everybody's done. You know, everybody's pretty toasty.

Speaker 2 (26:44):
I haul, yeah, I got out of there quick because
I don't what. Yeah, I don't.

Speaker 3 (26:48):
I was only told this later. People I guess were like, hey,
we should go to Rondos. Let's go to rock and
Rondo's and do karaoke.

Speaker 2 (26:54):
There was a lot. That's why I dipped quickly. I think.

Speaker 5 (26:56):
I don't even think I said a proper goodbye to
any of you guys, because when they were getting off
our bus, they were looking for the after party, already
were after party.

Speaker 3 (27:05):
I was like, there's no after party for the kod
after like the longest day of drinking.

Speaker 4 (27:10):
No thank you.

Speaker 3 (27:11):
I was like, I appreciate it, but I guess I
said yes. But but the problem was we ordered food.
We ordered food and we sent it to the wrong
place again because my wife won't stop doing that. It
drives me insane. But so we went to go get
food and then the whole thing happened. We not making
it so like Reese goes out, he goes out to uh,

(27:32):
they go down to rondas like Ash gets in the
just gets in a van with strangers.

Speaker 4 (27:36):
I like, I like him. I get to the.

Speaker 3 (27:40):
Sport from Jacksonville's going like they just all got into
they all these people had really just met, you know,
and but here we go. Now we're taking a road
trip to Sandford after a brew bus y'all are nuts.
But I get up the next morning to a slew
of text message. Do you ever get so many text messages?
Like in a group chat. They're just like, I'm not
reading all that.

Speaker 4 (27:57):
That's a book.

Speaker 3 (27:59):
It turns out it's Reese and he's like, hey, man,
you guys should come up to Ronda's this morning. I'm bartending,
and I go, I go what He's like, Yeah, last
night we drunkenly got a job. So I'm here this
morning bartending. You guys should come out. We open it seven.
I'm like, wait a n O seven am, seven am.

Speaker 4 (28:18):
He was there.

Speaker 3 (28:19):
These are when these text messages are coming in. He's like,
you guys should come and I'm like, I'm just looking
at that. I'm hungover. My head hurts more than anything,
and I'm like, there's no way I'm making it to
Ronda's and b That's what I'm saying. Reese is that
kind of person where he goes out and he gets
energy from people and then next thing, you know, he's
got a job.

Speaker 4 (28:37):
That's insane to me.

Speaker 2 (28:40):
But here's the thing, though, he's a professor. I like that.
He's a that's his profession. Though.

Speaker 5 (28:44):
Yeah, you know that. He's always worked nights. He's always
working that behind bars or running restaurants or any.

Speaker 2 (28:50):
Of that like that.

Speaker 5 (28:51):
So that's yeah, that's he's He's in his uh, he's
in his element.

Speaker 3 (28:55):
But it's funny though, Look his seven years of me
doing this job, right, I have not become a morning person.

Speaker 4 (29:00):
Oh well that but I've become not a night person. Well, yeah,
that's no benefit.

Speaker 2 (29:06):
That's the that's the that's the trade off.

Speaker 3 (29:08):
I've lost my superpower of being able to stay out late.
I mean I was always bartending, do stuff like a
comedy up to four in the morning. Five in the morning,
no problem. Now so sleepy eight thirty so sleepy.

Speaker 4 (29:20):
But I don't.

Speaker 3 (29:21):
It's not like I wake up refreshed at four am
and go let's start the day. I'm just tired all
day until about eleven thirty, when the show is well over.
That's what I'm awake. So the people that could do
that are amazing to me. But you you just seem
to be able to like I don't know if you're
just powering through.

Speaker 5 (29:38):
No, dude, it really is a strategic So, like I said,
it is a plan. This is all I have to
because if I don't think about it or don't plan
it out beforehand, then I make poor decisions and then
I'm then I'm pounding bud lights, you know, and doing
doing shots and getting home at irresponsible hours and so
and like I like, I you know, I love doing there.

(30:00):
So I want to make sure that, you know, because
I've done the brewbus hungover because I party too much
on the Friday and that's not any fun, yeah, you know,
And so like I had a blast, so I want
to make sure that I was good for that. And
then the Sunday thing was important and I want to,
like I go go out and visit the guys out
at AUDI. That's important. So you know, so when I
think about it, and I'm thinking about it, you know, Tuesday, Wednesday,
Thursday leading up to it, and I'm thinking it consciously

(30:22):
making these proactive decisions, it helps me in the moment,
like when everyone's doing shots and be like, Nah, I'm good,
You're an adult man.

Speaker 4 (30:31):
I live in my life like a caveman. I'm just
like wildly living for it.

Speaker 5 (30:35):
I understand that these like there's a version of that
I'm stepping into. This has happened probably within the last year,
you know what I'm saying. I wasn't always that way, So.

Speaker 3 (30:45):
All right, well cool, well, hey, did Rush get us
some new clients? Did he crush it with the sales department?
Is he even going to be back next segment? We
don't know, So stick around and find out. You're listening
to the Monsters of the Morning Real Radio one of
four point one.

Speaker 2 (31:19):
It's Roll Wady one four point one Monsters.

Speaker 5 (31:21):
In the Morning, Run and I.

Speaker 2 (31:23):
Holding it down. Ruscott pulled into a meeting.

Speaker 4 (31:26):
Yeah, I hope he's not in trouble.

Speaker 2 (31:28):
He's getting reprimanded.

Speaker 3 (31:31):
Maybe yeah, maybe he's just not telling us that he's
in trouble. And he's like, you, guys, you've got a
sales meeting.

Speaker 5 (31:36):
It's crazy the wagon the finger out of them.

Speaker 2 (31:40):
All right.

Speaker 5 (31:41):
This is typically what we do. News from the headlines,
and it's brought to you by.

Speaker 4 (31:44):
It is brought to by Headquarter Hyundai.

Speaker 3 (31:47):
Right now, you can get five hundred dollars Amazon gift
card with any vehicle purchase from Headquarter Hyundai. And if
you want thousands more than your cars are worth thousands

paying way over that book value. Plus she gets her

larger Santa Fe, Palisades and more. Head on over to
headquarter huntdaw On Reinhart Road in the Sanford Lake Mary area,

(32:08):
or visit headquarter Hyundai dot.

Speaker 5 (32:10):
Com right on, dude, Oh yeah, what are you gonna
pull the trigger on that car?

Speaker 4 (32:14):
We have money again, I'm recouping a little bit.

Speaker 3 (32:17):
I need like two more paychecks and then I'll be
able to like put a down payment down.

Speaker 2 (32:21):
Stop taking those bad beats.

Speaker 4 (32:23):
Yeah, well that's what's kind of I was trying to go.
So we'll see.

Speaker 3 (32:27):
I don't know should have used gambling money to purchase
my vehicle, but like that German vacation was like about
two grand more expensive than I thought I was gonna be,
so recouping I got.

Speaker 5 (32:37):
Youa I couldn't understand, uh getting everything. You know, everything
in order, everything in line, uh, building up the war test.

Speaker 3 (32:45):
Against Yeah, and I gotta buy a new kettle corn
equipment too, which is my kettle. My uh copper pin
is at the bottom of it fell out because it's old.
I mean, it's like eighty years old. So finally it
broke and no one fixes copper. Not like I don't
know if you know a copper place that'll fix a
copper big copper bowl let me know, Ryan at Real

(33:05):
Radio dot FM. But you had to buy a new
kettle corn table. I guess how much a table is
for kettle corn age? Just guess, because you're saying that
the way that you're saying it. I would I would
just take a shot. That's five grand.

Speaker 4 (33:19):
It's just a just a metal table. It's just and
it has little holes in it so the seeds can
fall around.

Speaker 3 (33:24):
It's easier to scoopid. Now, it's not five grand. That
would be crazy. I would never buy it. But one
thousand dollars.

Speaker 2 (33:29):
I mean that's walking around mind for you.

Speaker 3 (33:31):
No, no, no, And it's for a table. And it's like, man,
I feel like I could just build one myself, but
but I'm not going to know, so thousand dollars, Ryan, what.

Speaker 5 (33:41):
I tell you today is a sports equinox. What's that
mean to you?

Speaker 3 (33:45):
That means all the sports are happening today. That means
there's gonna be baseball, hockey, basketball, and football.

Speaker 2 (33:51):
There you go.

Speaker 5 (33:52):
This is the thirty second time in history that the
big four North American sports leagues are all in action
on the same day. Can we there a way we
should be able to put a parlay bet together for this? Okay,
I'm gonna help you get some of your money back,
right right. So if there's a way, well, you and
I have the both the same betting app right, So
let's put I'll throw these out and then let's see

(34:15):
if we could put a fantastic parlay.

Speaker 2 (34:17):
So for MLB, it's gonna be Game three.

Speaker 5 (34:19):
It's gonna be the Dodgers Blue Jays in Los Angeles. Okay,
so that's got that. The Dodgers have to be the
heavy favorite for that.

Speaker 4 (34:27):
Aren't they all ready the heavy favorite? Any crazy?

Speaker 3 (34:29):
That Toronto snug went out already?

Speaker 5 (34:32):
Now we got the uh Commodorees versus the Chiefs.

Speaker 2 (34:37):
That game.

Speaker 4 (34:38):
I don't know where to bet on that.

Speaker 5 (34:39):
Oh dude, no, no, no, that's Kansas City all day,
the quarterback for the Commodore's.

Speaker 4 (34:44):
I thought it was the Bengals versus the Jets all
day too. No, you should foe.

Speaker 5 (34:49):
No, you should have called me, buddy of mine, hit
me up. I was like, put put it on the Jets.

Speaker 2 (34:53):
Okay, all right?

Speaker 4 (34:55):
So I meant to do parlay.

Speaker 5 (34:58):
Just bet on the Chiefs. It's okay, okay, hit undo,
all right. So so you got to go Chiefs on
that one.

Speaker 2 (35:06):
Okay.

Speaker 5 (35:06):
Now here's the interesting one. With the NBA, we've got
We've got a few games to choose from. Hold on,
let me get yeah, all right, so we got Cavaliers
at the Pistons, Nuggets and turmbul Wolves, Magic and the
seventy six ers. Were not going to bet on the
Magic because that's our home team.

Speaker 4 (35:26):
Okay.

Speaker 3 (35:27):
That was.

Speaker 5 (35:31):
Raptors is well. That that's where you and I were
different on our parlays. That you got the Raptors and
the Spurs Spur. You Wimby's on a run right now? Okay,
all right, so Wimby's on a run, or we've got
the Thunder and the Mavericks.

Speaker 3 (35:43):
Okay, I think the game I was actually going to
bet on for that one was the Boston the Owen
three Boston Celtics right now against the Pelicans, who are
also I think threes.

Speaker 4 (35:54):
That's the battle of the losers.

Speaker 2 (35:56):
That's a that's a good one. Yeah, that's a good right.

Speaker 3 (35:58):
And the odds there are pretty decent. Oh man, So okay,
so now we got to do hockey.

Speaker 5 (36:05):
And then hockey. Hold on, let me can pull up
that what matches we have? I think tonight's kind of
a light night.

Speaker 2 (36:12):
For the NHL.

Speaker 4 (36:13):
It's a man, how much A.

Speaker 2 (36:16):
Yeah, we got two games to choose from.

Speaker 5 (36:18):
It's either the Blues versus the Penguins Penguins or the
Bruins versus the Senators. You gotta go with the Pens, right, Yeah,
Penguins are at home, but Pittsburgh Penguins are six two
and one. Saint Louis Blues are currently three four and one.
Or on the other side, it's the Bruins of Boston
who are currently four and six versus and they're and

(36:41):
they're going to be going up against the Ottawa Senators.

Speaker 2 (36:44):
They're at Ottawa.

Speaker 3 (36:45):
Okay, So if I do let's see, if I do
a twenty five dollars bet on that for those four games,
that's one hundred and.

Speaker 4 (36:51):
Forty eight dollars payout. That's not enough. Let's do one
hundred for five and ninety one.

Speaker 5 (36:55):
No, no, no, there's still a couple of things we could
add on here.

Speaker 4 (36:59):
This you would have got more than well, this is
the part I don't understand.

Speaker 5 (37:02):
Yeah, So for the this is the fifth time that
this has happened. We have MLS games going on, and
since our team isn't in the action, yeah, we got
a playoff doubleheader. So you have number two Cincinnati, they're
hosting Columbus that's at six forty five, and then you
got Minnesota hosting Seattle. UH to kick off the best

(37:25):
of three round one series for these for these teams,
So you could you could throw in a couple of
MLS matches in there to boot.

Speaker 3 (37:33):
I'm in okay soccer, oh man, they give me too
many options for soccer.

Speaker 2 (37:41):
You gotta go. I think you got to pick the league.

Speaker 5 (37:44):
Yeah, and then while you're doing that, we'll do another
interesting uh UH sports story. This year is first year
that uh I had the dollar amount here that we're
talking like in the millions of dollars to all the
buyouts that all the college coaches. Like if you added
off all together, it's multimillions of dollars for all the

(38:05):
college coaches that are getting guaranteed money. They're buyout cod
money for the their NFL contracts. This is on the
heels of Brian Kelly getting showing the door out at
