Speaker 4 (01:08):
Monster Sports start off with from Local Action.

Speaker 5 (01:12):
Orlando.

Speaker 6 (01:12):
Magic got smoked last night by the Atlanta Hawks seven
to one twelve, and what's worse is that Desmond Bain
was ejected from the game after a flagrant foul and
technical fouls. Now, the last time we had Orlando Magic
players ejected from a game, I had that here. Jalen

(01:35):
Suggs and Mobamba were ejected in twenty twenty three brawl.

Speaker 5 (01:39):
With the Timberwolves.

Speaker 6 (01:41):
Before that, it was Airing a follow suspended for throwing
a punch in twenty eighteen. So I anticipate, with the
seriousness of this that I wouldn't be surprised if he
got at least a one game suspension. If you see
the way that the play went down, he kind of
pulls the player down, which in and of itself isn't bad.
It's the follow through where he grabs a ball and

(02:02):
kind of fires it at the guy's head. That's the
part that's a problem.

Speaker 3 (02:06):
So, you know, I know, like last week you're saying, Hey,
but I don't freak out, you know about the Magic,
but it sounds like they are a pretty bad skid.

Speaker 6 (02:14):
I mean, but it's it's eight games into the season.
You know what I'm saying. We got eighty two games.
What you're witnessing, and that's why I like Ryan in
the six o'clock hour, this guy Ryan texts it in.

Speaker 5 (02:25):
He's like, I'm giving up da da da da.

Speaker 6 (02:27):
It's like, what you're witnessing, guys, what's happened is after
having a breakout season, right the Atlanto Magic is last
season was absolutely a couple of breakout seasons. Teams know
how to play them and so this is the thing
where coaching and pushing through and figuring it out on

(02:47):
the court, yeah, takes place. And that's what you're you're
watching them. This is not the growing pains of their success.
And so as they figure this thing out and get
on the right side of this, I think they're going
to be all right. What I would urge Desmond Bain
to do is like, again, you got to keep your
composure in those situations and and kind of not let

(03:11):
down your teammates by getting ejected out of the game.

Speaker 7 (03:14):
It's crazy that they were as far as the hard
Rock betting app went, Magic were favored to win that game.

Speaker 4 (03:20):
Yeah, and you.

Speaker 7 (03:22):
Said, don't bet against your team, but I did, because one.

Speaker 6 (03:33):
Would we Yeah, would we do the parlay? We do
the angela Ryan parlay. Other day, that's that's his own
separate entity. If you want to go outside of that
and do your old bets on that, then that's on you.

Speaker 7 (03:46):
I was just surprised because I saw the last Atlanta
Hawk Orlando Magic game and it was not good for
the Magic either, So I was like, nothing, not that
much has changed since then between these two teams.

Speaker 6 (03:57):
And here's the thing, Like, of all the teams that
they've run into so far, the Atlanta Hawks are going
to know how to play the Magic.

Speaker 5 (04:02):
They run into each other a lot.

Speaker 6 (04:03):
So well, hopefully we'll get you know, getting our composer together,
get it together. This Friday, we have the Boston Celtics
coming to Orlando, and the Celtics the kids seen there. Hey,
they're not as good. They remember they lost their star
player in the in the playoffs last year, so they're
they're down one of their one of their studs, and

(04:23):
they traded away.

Speaker 5 (04:24):
A couple guys.

Speaker 6 (04:25):
So the Celtics right now, I think we might have
the same record as they as they do.

Speaker 5 (04:29):
Oh really, they're terrible.

Speaker 6 (04:31):
Yeah, so they're yea, the Celtics are three and five
as well. Oh but again you say terrible, it's only
eight games into the season. They're gonna play eighty two.
You know, so it's a slow start. Sure, I'll give
you that. Figuring it out, That's what i'd say about
the Magic. Yes, it's the slow start. Yes they're figuring
it out. I think again, you got to be optimistic
in these points and not be so willing or ready

(04:54):
to kick the bucket for the season. It's a long,
long season, and these guys, I anticipate will figure it out.
We had a bunch of trade action going on at
the deadline NFL NFL Trade deadline. Quinn Williams is a
Dallas Cowboy. Sauce Gardner is an Indianapolis Colt, which makes
them just even more incredibly powerful. Rashid Shaheed is a

(05:18):
Seattle Seahawks, and Jacoby Meyer is a Jacksonville Jaguar. That's
just to name some of the bigger names that were
traded yesterday before the deadline.

Speaker 5 (05:28):
We'll see, you know what, Let's see us.

Speaker 6 (05:32):
They're gonna grade for the I don't did Miami do anything?

Speaker 5 (05:38):
Probably not.

Speaker 6 (05:39):
Miami Dolghars. Miami Dolphins got a d D for their
trade deadline activity. They got a twenty twenty six third
round pick for Jalen Phillips, so they didn't do anything, dude,
New England Patriots, Ryan got a B plus all right.

Speaker 4 (05:55):
Uh, they've talked about the seven and Patriots, the.

Speaker 6 (05:57):
Seven and two Patriots. They traded away wide receiver John Polk,
Keon White and Kyle Duger and they picked up picks
for twenty six two twenty six picks and with twenty
twenty seven.

Speaker 5 (06:12):
Picks, the pages are seven and two.

Speaker 7 (06:14):
Yeah yeah wow one in the AFC, baby wow.

Speaker 5 (06:19):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (06:20):
So uh and like the Pittsburgh didn't do my tea
that we got like a CE brave for that as well.
So and rest that's must sports, all right. So when's
the next Thursday Night with Thursday Night football?

Speaker 5 (06:31):
Who we got?

Speaker 7 (06:32):
Uh?

Speaker 5 (06:35):
I don't even look at that game yet.

Speaker 7 (06:36):
It is Denver and the Raiders.

Speaker 3 (06:39):
Ah yeah, that's gonna be Denver, right, gonta be Denver
all day?

Speaker 5 (06:42):
Yeah, Denver's party. Are you guys gonna do a parlay today?

Speaker 7 (06:46):
It's not because there's only really basketball today.

Speaker 6 (06:48):
It's a NHL and and NBA NBA action. Like if
you want to do two NBAS and one, uh, I
mean you could do a two game parlay, two NBA
one hockey. So we've got today's games gonna be Jazz
and the Pistons, Ryan, Uh, Sixers and Cavaliers, Celtics and Wizards, Pacers, Nets,

(07:12):
Timberwolves and the Knicks.

Speaker 5 (07:14):
Take the Wizards, Lakers and Spurs.

Speaker 6 (07:18):
You know what, if you want to sure bet, take
the Spurs over the Lakers or the Celtics over the Wizards,
and then.

Speaker 7 (07:28):
I'm gonna take this.

Speaker 3 (07:29):
I'm gonna keep betting on these damn Celticstic Okay, what's
the other game?

Speaker 5 (07:34):
And then?

Speaker 6 (07:35):
Oh yeah, what two NBA games?

Speaker 7 (07:39):
I want to see you?

Speaker 6 (07:42):
Uh, Spurs just suffered their first loss, their five and one,
Lakers are six and two.

Speaker 5 (07:46):
That's probably a close one.

Speaker 7 (07:50):
What about this Pasterers Pacers Brooklyn game?

Speaker 5 (07:53):
Oh yeah, take the Pacers.

Speaker 6 (07:54):
Take the Pas, but the Brooklyn Nets are seven and
then not that the Pacers are that much better, they're
one and six.

Speaker 5 (08:02):
And then Hockey take the Predators.

Speaker 6 (08:04):
If they're not playing tonight. We got the Mammoth versus
the Maple Leafs Blues versus the Capitals Blue Jackets, and
the Flames blue jacket black Hawks, and the Canucks and
the Sharks and the cracking who cracking that sounds Seattle cracking.
Currently are six, two and four. The San Jose Sharks

(08:24):
are four six and cracking.

Speaker 7 (08:26):
All right, we'll unlease the cracking.

Speaker 5 (08:28):
Unlease the cracker.

Speaker 7 (08:30):
All right, we got the Celtics, the Pacers and the cracking.
There you go, all right, what is twenty five bucks?

Speaker 5 (08:35):
You get me? Okay? Thanks? There you go? All right,
I get a monster sports story I want to talk
to you about.

Speaker 6 (08:40):
Let me let me answer this douchebag real quick, because
he's he's like Angel, No, No, Angel, three weeks from now, yeah, Angel,
three weeks from now.

Speaker 5 (08:48):
It's okay.

Speaker 6 (08:48):
We're only twenty two games in, hey, d head. I
from the very beginning, I've always said, and you can
look around, it's twenty five games in that most NBA
teams will make it an assessment on their team. We're
eight games in. So if you're that type of fan
that wants to jump off, that's on you. But I've
even every year that twenty five games in and I've
called a difficult season. I've done that, so uh, pipe

(09:09):
down there.

Speaker 7 (09:10):
I love it when Angel gets after that, and.

Speaker 5 (09:12):
That's monster sports.

Speaker 3 (09:13):
Last ail right, I got some more sports to talk
to you guys about, sort of, you know, loosely, when
we come back. Don't go anywhere. You're listening to the
Monsters in the morning, all right, welcome on to the

our bios and all that stuff is up at real

Speaker 5 (10:07):
Easy to find what's up.

Speaker 3 (10:09):
I'm russed with Angel and Ryan and Ambernova.

Speaker 5 (10:12):
And Ray Friendly.

Speaker 3 (10:13):
Ray Trendley is here, so we had him come in
a little bit early for for a segment or two, uh,
to chat with this because I bet you have an
opinion about this as well. Sort of sports related, not
really it's just that, you know, it's the it's considered
the greatest quarterback of all time. So he's in the
news and uh, and I consider that sports related.

Speaker 7 (10:30):
Uh.

Speaker 3 (10:31):
Tom Brady has revealed and I don't know, I guess
I've seen this or not that his dog that he
has is a clone of his deceased dog. And uh
so and they show him with the dog and this
is a clone of the dog that he loved.

Speaker 5 (10:46):
Uh, a dog named Lua. Uh.

Speaker 3 (10:49):
And then he's got this new dog, Juny, and Juny
is a clone of that. Now they don't talk about
how much it costs to do. They do say, though,
that he has invested in the company that does this,
that does the cloning. And I have to I have
to wonder, how much do you think it costs to
clone your dog?

Speaker 4 (11:09):
I'm going to guess one hundred thousand dollars?

Speaker 5 (11:11):
Do you think is that much?

Speaker 2 (11:13):
I mean, there's there's a lot that goes into it.
They got to get an embryos.

Speaker 8 (11:16):
You can actually clone a dog.

Speaker 5 (11:18):
Yeah, they cloned kinds of stuff.

Speaker 3 (11:20):
Butter. In fact, other celebrities have done this. Barbara Streisand
has done it, Paris Hilton has done it. Now Tom
Brady is doing it and it's all over the you know,
all over the news and everything. It was like one
of the headline stories this morning. And they show him
with his dog and he's like, listen. He says, I
love my animals. They mean the world to me and
my family. They're like family to me. And so he
missed his other dog, so he had this, he had

(11:42):
a clone. They still had some blood blood samples drawn
from the dog that passed away I guess a couple
of years ago, and they and they cloned the dog.

Speaker 5 (11:51):
You have to wonder if the dog.

Speaker 3 (11:53):
You think the dog has the same temper, you know,
they don't personality.

Speaker 2 (11:59):
I think they've I think they've done some of this
testing with mice and some sheep and stuff, and I
don't think they do have the same personality as just
physically they look the same. Yeah, And so you know,
you know, for dogs, there's some level of training that
you can do, but you know your dog.

Speaker 4 (12:16):
Is still going to develop its own more personality there.

Speaker 7 (12:18):
Yeah, there was an episode of not Nathan for You,
but the rehearsal that Nathan Fielder and he does an
episode where this lady has these dogs and she loves
it and we'll cloned it, and she doesn't like the
dog that's the clone version because the personality is so different.

Speaker 5 (12:37):
So just because it's clone doesn't mean it's like looks.

Speaker 7 (12:39):
Exactly the same, but it's they'll they will come out
different emotionally.

Speaker 3 (12:44):
So obviously he's glad that he's getting some you know,
publicity out of this because he is invested in the
company that does it.

Speaker 7 (12:50):
So you got to say, like I was confused by
this is a news story because we've been cloning animals
since like the nineties.

Speaker 3 (12:56):
Well that's because that's because it's Tom Brady and h
and he's invested in the company, and and they show
and they show him with the dog, and he's kind.

Speaker 7 (13:05):
Of promoted shadiness from Tom Shady Brady.

Speaker 3 (13:08):
That's what I was going to ask you, does it
Is it shady because he's invested in the company.

Speaker 4 (13:12):
No, I don't think so.

Speaker 2 (13:13):
I mean, it's it's pretty transparent, right, It's not like
he's hiding the fact that he's invested in the company.
And so, you know, I think that you know, it's
it's a little bit of free publicity, right because he's
he's a noteworthy newsworthy name, sure, but I don't.

Speaker 4 (13:29):
I don't think it's shady. He's transparent about it.

Speaker 2 (13:32):
I think the best take I saw on this though,
was if Aaron Rodgers had cloned his dog, the world
would be turning upside down over it, just because he's
into the ayahuasca and some of the weird stuff and
and you know, more out there stuff.

Speaker 4 (13:49):
You know, I think he was.

Speaker 2 (13:50):
He was with Robert Kennedy about the anti vaccine stuff
and so oh sorry, also got suspended for not getting
vaccinated for the COVID stuff.

Speaker 4 (13:59):
So yeah, he's done.

Speaker 2 (14:00):
He's done some weird stuff in the past where people
are like, I don't know about him.

Speaker 7 (14:04):
This is all tester though, to start cloning people, well,
you know, I saw another that's what we're ready for.
Like I don't want to be clothing fully illegal yet
or not, but like with the things that go on
with like the technology behind Crisper and the cloning, we're
gonna have cloned humans soon. And I feel like I
kind of hate this only because I like to adopt
rescue dogs. You know, I don't judge you if you

(14:24):
go to a breeder, but like I'll just like, there's
a lot of dogs out there another dog will make
you happy. Tom, that was a weird way. It's a
weird thing to not let go. Tom Brady has a
hard time letting things go like that.

Speaker 3 (14:36):
Was That was the argument was that people were upset,
like you could have just, you know, instead of cloning
your other dog, you could have adopted a dog that
needs to be you know, it needs to be adopted.

Speaker 5 (14:47):
Another question.

Speaker 3 (14:48):
Okay, so if we all believe and we've seen the movie,
you know, all dogs go to heaven?

Speaker 5 (14:51):
Right?

Speaker 8 (14:52):
Uh?

Speaker 5 (14:52):
All dogs Jewish one? So does a dog's been cloned
have a soul? Uh? Does this dog go to heaven?
This is a very important questions.

Speaker 7 (15:01):
The animals don't go to heaven.

Speaker 5 (15:03):
I saw the movie. It says all dogs go to heaven?

Speaker 7 (15:05):
Was that the curse religion I was raised in. Animals
don't get to go No, we know dogs can't go
to heaven. They don't go to heaven.

Speaker 3 (15:11):
I thought there was I thought there was a rainbow
rainbow bridge, and they go to their own little heaven.
It's like a doggy heaven.

Speaker 8 (15:17):
So a lot of people believe that animals don't have
souls and they're just energy, just like a plant dies,
They just go back into the earth.

Speaker 5 (15:24):
So so they don't have souls.

Speaker 8 (15:26):
I don't and I'm not saying that. I definitely think
animals have souls.

Speaker 5 (15:29):
So okay, so does a cloned animal?

Speaker 3 (15:32):
Does believe does Tom Brady's clone dog Juny have a soul.

Speaker 7 (15:37):
I think a lot of religions don't attribute souls to animals.
I guess I look at it.

Speaker 4 (15:41):
I guess we eat yea too, so like from historical standpoint, it.

Speaker 7 (15:45):
Would just be filled with billions and trillions of animals
that we've eaten, and we had to do it, like
every chicken wing you eat that you're consuming.

Speaker 5 (15:52):
Well, it's only dogs. All dogs go to heaven.

Speaker 8 (15:56):
I guess I kind of look at it like this.
When a woman can't get pregnant, they do in vitro
or they have someone else have the baby for them.
So you can save and you can freeze eggs and
then you can create, Like if I really want a girl,
I think nowadays they can take like a certain egg
amount and and and DNA to make sure that you
have a girl, if that's what you're really trying to
push for.

Speaker 5 (16:17):
They saying that's sort of like cloning.

Speaker 8 (16:18):
It's kind of the same thing. You just taking DNA
and trying to do the same thing.

Speaker 4 (16:22):
I cut.

Speaker 8 (16:22):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (16:23):
Maybe, I mean I don't necessarily think that in vitro
fertilization is the same thing as cloning.

Speaker 8 (16:30):
No, I mean it's similar. I feel like I feel
like it's.

Speaker 2 (16:33):
Because what they're really doing is they're taking the stem
cells and they're they're they're basically recreating them so that
way you get the exact, the exact replica, as opposed
to in vitro, where you're still combining two different cells
together to create baby. But as far as the dogs
have souls things, I think it's really it's really interesting because, uh,

(16:56):
I know of some some tribes and stuff in Africa
that still use dogs as like tools, right, Like they
use dogs to track animals and to do jobs. But
then you know, when they get a little old, they
still become barbecue.

Speaker 5 (17:10):
Right.

Speaker 7 (17:11):
That's awful.

Speaker 2 (17:13):
I mean when when you're when you're when your goats
and your your pigs and stuff are your livelihood, the
dogs are just like the surplus.

Speaker 4 (17:23):
So I just say, uh, you know, I don't know,
it's interesting.

Speaker 2 (17:27):
Ryan said, I didn't know this from a religious standpoint
that very few religions attribute souls to animals or dogs.

Speaker 4 (17:34):
I don't know.

Speaker 7 (17:35):
I remember that being think it's very upset about it
as a child being in like at least in Catholicism, right,
like it was the thought was that, like, you're here
to be the shepherd of the animals and the steward
of the earth for God, and so when you go
to heaven you don't have that job anymore.

Speaker 3 (17:51):
That's interesting, I think. I don't know if you're cloned.
I don't think they clone the soul too. I don't
think you get a soul when you're cloned.

Speaker 7 (17:58):
That's that's when you get into the human argument, Right,
you're a human then.

Speaker 3 (18:02):
Yeah, if you clone a human and that you know
they've done that already.

Speaker 7 (18:05):
Oh yeah, they've already.

Speaker 3 (18:07):
There's already several clones running around. Does that clone have
a soul? I say no, but.

Speaker 7 (18:14):
Of course it does.

Speaker 5 (18:15):
I don't think so.

Speaker 2 (18:16):
If it's soul though, like, is it like the spiritual
soul that you're referencing or is it like an essence
of like who they are?

Speaker 5 (18:24):
And you know that little thing that floats out of
you when you die, you know, you know, right.

Speaker 7 (18:32):
Exact thing from the cartoons and movies.

Speaker 3 (18:34):
Right right, right, let's talk about this. Let's let's leave
the elephant in the room. We have noticed that since
you've been losing weight. Yeah, your energy level is down,
is it? You don't seem as much fun. You're you're down.
Your memes are not as good as they used to be.
Like right now, you're really you're not You're like, so

(18:56):
is it the weight loss? Is it because you're because
you like, there's no food to get excited about.

Speaker 5 (19:02):
Do you feel like life isn't exciting? What's going on?

Speaker 2 (19:05):
So I've just been trying to find balance and so
you know, be old ray. It's called fat ray. That's
that's how I.

Speaker 7 (19:12):
Yeah, fat right.

Speaker 4 (19:13):
It's a disgusting human being.

Speaker 5 (19:15):
I don't know though.

Speaker 3 (19:16):
He was he was he was he was bringing us
the treats and here he was fun. He was shiptered
up on cars, he had funny memes.

Speaker 8 (19:26):
I think you're low energy because obviously you are trying.

Speaker 5 (19:29):
We talked about low energy.

Speaker 8 (19:30):
He's trying to cut the weight fast, so he's going
to be a little low energy. But once he gets
to that muscle and and nutrition, then he'll be back
and healthier. Just having more muscle mass. Yeah, that phase
that he's going.

Speaker 4 (19:41):
I hit my goal weight and I'm just not happy here.
You don't losing weight.

Speaker 3 (19:45):
You're like jelly Roll, Like jelly roll now lost my talent.

Speaker 5 (19:50):
He's like, h jelly rolls.

Speaker 3 (19:53):
Like veggie roll now right, Like he's all skinny, and
he's not as he's not as good and and and
and it seems like your energy is just super low.
So well, one way to be lost.

Speaker 2 (20:05):
I've lost twenty eight pounds now, wow, and I want
to lose I think another ten more.

Speaker 7 (20:10):
Oh, but it's not going to make it happier. Ray,
it's not going to make it.

Speaker 5 (20:14):
Wait, why do you want to lose ten more?

Speaker 2 (20:15):
Because I have this physique in my mind of where
I was when I was twenty eight, and I'd really like.

Speaker 4 (20:22):
To get back that.

Speaker 5 (20:23):
Really.

Speaker 4 (20:24):
Yeah, do you miss food? Not at all?

Speaker 5 (20:28):
Okay, you're in that spot.

Speaker 3 (20:30):
You're in that spot where like it's more fun to
not eat the food because you're seeing the weight drop.
All right, So you're kind of it's sort of a
it's sort of a.

Speaker 5 (20:38):
What what do you call it? Obsession?

Speaker 4 (20:40):
It's absolute obsession.

Speaker 2 (20:43):
Yeah, you know part of it too is I didn't
have as much muscle on my body because I was
I was fat ray but I mean I was bfr.
I was having energy drinks, I was eating carbs every day.

Speaker 4 (20:56):
I was not. I just wasn't taking care of my body.

Speaker 2 (20:59):
And I got Viome, which, by the way, you did
not really talk about what vyome is collecting in order
to get this stuff.

Speaker 5 (21:08):
I did.

Speaker 4 (21:10):
I must have skipped over that part.

Speaker 3 (21:13):
Specific a little bit of gotta you gotta give, you
gotta give spit, you gotta.

Speaker 5 (21:18):
Give blood, and a little bit of dodo.

Speaker 4 (21:20):
I thought I was spin blood. I'm like, this is easy.
I'll have to call you off the air and talk
about the last part.

Speaker 5 (21:26):
The biome is.

Speaker 3 (21:28):
One of our clients and they take all those things
and they tell you the foods that are are good
for you and the ones.

Speaker 5 (21:34):
That you Yeah, and it's it's it's helped me.

Speaker 3 (21:37):
I think I'm not losing any kind of weight, but
it's helping me feel better and all that.

Speaker 5 (21:41):
So you did it.

Speaker 2 (21:42):
So I'm I'm I haven't collected the sample yet. I
got the box yesterday and so I opened it and
I was like, oh, oh, because you know the blood
and saliv is easy.

Speaker 3 (21:54):
Yeah, you gotta put you gotta they give you this thing, right,
It's like it's like a little paper U, like a bridge,
and you put the paper bridge over the toilet.

Speaker 5 (22:03):
To catch you to catch the U and then you
got to scoop a little bit out and send it
to him.

Speaker 4 (22:09):
Yeah, and I'm not a huge fan of that.

Speaker 3 (22:11):
I wasn't either because I missed the whole bridge.

Speaker 7 (22:18):
This gross.

Speaker 2 (22:20):
So anyway, so I have an obsession and I'm and
I'm trying to figure out what the magic recipe is
for me. But so for yesterday though, I started incorporating
sprints into my my daily workout routine. And I'm also
you know, I'm impressed with your flexibility, so I've been
trying to open up.

Speaker 4 (22:38):
My hips more.

Speaker 5 (22:39):
You're obsessed.

Speaker 4 (22:40):
I am super obsessed. So I ran, but.

Speaker 5 (22:42):
Your energy is down.

Speaker 4 (22:43):
I ran four hundred meters sprints last night.

Speaker 2 (22:48):
And this isn't gonna make your dad love you without
you know, that's what drove me to like at the
military academy, like like all my family trauma and his stuff.
And I was actually thinking about that last night. It
never bothers me anymore, Like it's just like, whatever.

Speaker 5 (23:02):
Do you feel happier?

Speaker 4 (23:05):
I feel like I've got I feel alive, I feel I.

Speaker 2 (23:09):
Feel like I've got some purpose behind what I'm doing.
Before I was just I was just kind of uninspired.

Speaker 5 (23:16):
So it's just that your energy does seem low.

Speaker 2 (23:20):
So part of what I've been doing, no, but I've
been doing, I've been really focusing on like caman meal
tea because I've been trying to get away from melatonin
and like other things I was taking to kind of
take me down right, and so like I'm away from
all that stuff. So I've been having a lot of
melatone and tea. So like I've been waking up like
very refreshed in the morning.

Speaker 3 (23:39):
Huh.

Speaker 2 (23:39):
But I've been meditating in the morning and I've been
I don't know, I feel like I'm in a good place.
I'll probably get to like Tom Brady weird at some
point where I'll be cloning like my dog, and you
guys will be like a right lost it.

Speaker 8 (23:50):
I drink the melatonin tea to fall asleep at night
and I'll feel drowsy the next morning so that the
effects will still be on it sometimes, but.

Speaker 2 (23:57):
Well, the melotone, so melatonin, they there's a lot of
research on melitony. And I'm surprised this hasn't come up before.

Speaker 5 (24:02):
What came out this week about the melatonin, right.

Speaker 2 (24:05):
An increased likelihood of like heart attacks and heart issues.

Speaker 4 (24:08):
And so they say it's.

Speaker 5 (24:10):
Not the melatonin itself, it's the fact that if you
need that much melatonin, there's something else wrong with your uh,
with your sleep pattern. And so it really isn't the melatonin.

Speaker 2 (24:19):
That's the I didn't read that part, but that makes sense.
But I've never been able to sleep my whole life.
I have never readil to sleep. So when I do caffeine,
it's even worse. So I got if I have a
diet coke at lunch, I won't be able to go
to sleep. Talk four o'clock in the morning. Oh really,
unless I take a bunch of stuff to go to sleep.

Speaker 5 (24:35):
All right, we got to take a little bit of
a break. We'll come back.

Speaker 3 (24:37):
I do have a question I wanted to ask you
about something that we talked about earlier this morning. That's
a legal question, by the way, Friendly Ray Trendley here
TK law. If you're going through any kind of divorce,
any kind of family law stuff, you need to get
a hold of him. It's one firm for life dot com.
That's one firm forlife dot com and our man Ray
can definitely help.

Speaker 5 (24:54):
You. Don't go anywhere. You're listening to the Monster of
the morning.

Speaker 3 (25:07):
Let's there say that the saying give give Ray Trently
a donut, that might help.

Speaker 5 (25:12):
I don't know, you would need a donut right now?
Would now? Now he is, he is all into it.
He's all into weight loss. Uh.

Speaker 3 (25:18):
They're saying his low energy might be because of the Dolphins.

Speaker 5 (25:22):
You did go to a Dolphins game last week? I did.
How was that experience?

Speaker 2 (25:27):
You know, he said, to go to a home game,
it's a it's a fun experience. Although they played terrible.

Speaker 4 (25:31):
Uh. We brought one of my friend's sons.

Speaker 2 (25:34):
We brought him to the game as his first NFL
football game, right, and I remember my very first NFL
football game. Not the same stadium, but you know, South
Florida Miami versus Green Bay. It was an epic game.
This one was a real stinker. Forget I forget who
they lost to last week? Who was Baltimore the Ravens, Oh.

Speaker 4 (25:50):
Yeah, who had not been playing well.

Speaker 2 (25:54):
But if you watch that defense play on Thursday, they
were cooking.

Speaker 3 (25:58):
And this week like Josh and the uh, give me
the Bills are coming. I had a friend of mine
and even my wife said, hey, it's our anniversary. If
you want to go down the game, you know, we
can go and go to the game. I'm like no,
They're like, why would I want to drive all the
way down there to watch them get beat by the Bills.

Speaker 2 (26:14):
No, don't tell anybody I said this. I feel like
a bad fan when I say this. I told my
wife something very similar. I was like, well, babe, Sundays
have just opened up for me because I have no
desire to watch football, right, because you know, when you're
invested in winning, you feel like if you don't watch,
they're going to lose because you know obviously the team

(26:34):
will know you don't care, and then they will be
motivated to plan.

Speaker 4 (26:39):
Uh. I'm just like, well whatever, I don't care.

Speaker 5 (26:41):
To get things you know, you get the Sundays are open.

Speaker 4 (26:44):
Sundays are open.

Speaker 5 (26:44):
I just check your phone every once while. That's what
I do.

Speaker 2 (26:47):
Here's how excited I am. I'm going to clean the
storage unit this weekend. I'm gonna do some dusting. Yeah,
I guess some really exciting plans because watching the Dolphins
doesn't excite me right now.

Speaker 3 (26:59):
Hey, we had a caller this morning who won in
trivia and was talking about that he moved up to
Pennsylvania to help take care of his mom because.

Speaker 5 (27:09):
His mom was getting elderly.

Speaker 3 (27:10):
And we were talking about elderly care and things things
to do, and I thought we should ask Ray Trandly
about that because you do family law, so not just divorce,
and so when it comes to elderly care and are
you taking care of your mom? You know, Ryan was
talking about that and my mom's getting up there and
everything legally, are there any things that you should do

(27:33):
to prepare for that?

Speaker 7 (27:35):
One?

Speaker 4 (27:35):
Ryan, your mom is not old, she's still a young woman.
And rant she looks incredible. She does look incredible, looked.

Speaker 7 (27:44):
Incredible and then like one fall. Guys, it's all a
take you fall all the time. I'm not I am
not being facetious here. This happened with my grandma when
she was like eighty, right, she was a vibrant, vibrant eighty.
She fell one time, broke her hip and you never recovered.

Speaker 5 (28:00):
My mom, you're right.

Speaker 7 (28:01):
About that, God bless her is a hard working woman,
still going. But like she works she works with her
hands like she she's like she's up on ladders doing
stuff all the time. So the odds of her falling
are very high.

Speaker 3 (28:12):
What did he saying is krypt My nanny was really
and great, it was wonderful. She's one one fall broke
her hip and I think she died like two months
after that. So but being prepared for that, you know, financially,
and then you know, God forbid if they have you know,
Alzheimer's or something like that, like legally, what are some
of the things that you should do?

Speaker 2 (28:31):
So for me, it starts with early conversations. You know,
when when your parents or your grandparents are losing some
of their faculties, whether it's mental or physical, they're they're
generally really insecure about it, and so it usually takes
them some time to understand that what you're asking to
do is to help them and not necessarily to you know,
throw them in a home.

Speaker 4 (28:52):
Is kind of in the metaphor that a.

Speaker 2 (28:53):
Lot of people will use, and so start those conversations
early and often about just hey, what what are your plans?
You know, what can we do to make this as
easy as possible? Because I don't want, you know, my
wife and I to be burden. I don't want you know,
I don't want you to be put in a situation
that you don't want to be in. The more we
talk about those things and get on the same page,
the better. So it starts with the conversation. Then you know,

(29:16):
I would say, you don't have to hire a lawyer
to planning, but do some planning right so, you know,
if you've got an only child, add your only child
onto your bank accounts, right, like, make it as easy
as possible to train for your assets to them. That
avoid probate. Stuff like that helps. If you've got more
than one child, or if you you want things to
go to your grand kids or something like that, you

(29:36):
know that might be the time to go talk to
an estate planning attorney.

Speaker 3 (29:39):
So this is similar to what my me and my
mom came in and we did all that with you.
So that's the stuff that we did was state planning
is what we need to do, okay, and we make.

Speaker 4 (29:50):
It as easy as possible.

Speaker 2 (29:51):
You know, we go through a bunch of different scenarios
A lot of people don't want to talk about.

Speaker 4 (29:55):
Or think about, but we I don't.

Speaker 5 (29:57):
Yeah, yeah, I hated it. Because we're talking about you dying.

Speaker 3 (30:00):
Mom.

Speaker 2 (30:00):
M didn't want to do it, but so I you know,
it's funny because I did this with my mom, I
don't know, ten fifteen years ago. And now, like every Christmas,
my mom brings up her a state plan and she's like,
do you think we should upd up about my power
of attorney? I'm like, why, mom, do you want to
give somebody else power attorney over you other than me?
I'm an only child, right, Like, this should be really
easy and so and then I always joke with her.

(30:23):
I'm like, oh, you get some young hot guy on
the side, and I'm like, good for you.

Speaker 5 (30:27):
But to take care of that stuff in advance is
a loving thing to do.

Speaker 2 (30:30):
Absolutely, Because so, like I always say, like a lot
of things that you do are for you, right, Like
you buy a house, like you want that house. You
buy a car, you want that car, right, this is
for your family. It's a gift for your family to
simplify things for them so they don't have a headache
on the back end.

Speaker 5 (30:44):
Right.

Speaker 2 (30:45):
And then so other than talking to an estate planning
turning and just having these conversations, the last thing you
can do is you can you can be involved in
their lives. You know, I can't tell you how many
people I talk to, and it's usually children and they're like,
I hadn't really seen my dad in a couple of years,
and then all of a sudden, you know, I heard
from him, or he fell or something happened, and I

(31:07):
realized he wasn't all there, or he wasn't properly managing
his finances right. And so check in on your family members,
because you know, it's one of those things where you know,
you can kind of start steering that conversation towards we
need to get some help, whether it's a legal help
or it's medical help. You can start doing these conversations
just by checking in. But there's some really simple things

(31:29):
that you can do, like I said, adding people into
bank accounts, doing powers of attorney, things like that that
don't take autonomy away from your parents, but allow you
the ability to act if they lose capacity.

Speaker 7 (31:38):
We had a caller earlier that said he moved up
to Pennsylvania, He's take care of his mom, and he
had some kind of a government plan that like helped
him to take care of his mom. Yeah, do we
have something like that in Florida that you're with.

Speaker 3 (31:50):
Yeah, yeah, he said he got paid by the government
to take care of his.

Speaker 7 (31:54):
Mom, to be her caregiver.

Speaker 2 (31:56):
Interesting, you know, I know that through the Florida Department
of Revenue new they do that for adopted children. But
maybe if if somebody is determined to be a ward,
maybe there's some type of fund.

Speaker 4 (32:09):
But that's nothing I know about. I've never heard about it.

Speaker 5 (32:12):
I never heard Pennsylvania.

Speaker 2 (32:15):
Pennsylvania has been a little bit more progressive in some
of its social services in Florida House, even though we
have a lot of elderly people.

Speaker 5 (32:23):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (32:24):
So, but yeah, that's interesting. I'll have to look into that.

Speaker 7 (32:27):
Are we still even with the with the you know,
the mass immigration that we've had from other states, are
we still a very heavily old person in state.

Speaker 4 (32:35):
Yeah. I think that we're still the oldest old persons state.

Speaker 6 (32:39):
I mean, even with all the people are coming in,
there's nothing to offset that number.

Speaker 5 (32:42):
You know why, because it's warm, because there's no snow.
They want to move here because it's warm.

Speaker 4 (32:47):
We throw the best pineapple parties too.

Speaker 5 (32:51):
Yeah, that's where it's at.

Speaker 3 (32:53):
If they need to get a hold of you for
a state planning to make a plan, you know, just
just one firm for life, one firm for life dot com. Okay,
so when we come back, I want to talk about
divorce and porn.

Speaker 5 (33:05):
Right, Yeah, we.

Speaker 3 (33:05):
Got that, So we'll talk to Race Frendley a little
bit more. Hey, I guess found out from Jack we
had another winner for the one thousand dollars, So you
know it is very possible to win that thousand dollars.

Speaker 5 (33:16):
Keep listening for the keyword.

Speaker 3 (33:17):
When you hear the keyword, you take it over to
real Radio dot at them and you plug it in
and you could win one thousand dollars. And I also
want to remind you that tickets were not on sale yet,
but Ambernova will be will have a revenge match in
winter Haven on January sixteenth.

Speaker 5 (33:34):
It's Ambernova taken on j C. Love. That's the girl
that hit.

Speaker 8 (33:37):
Him at Angelique's leg with a Kendo stick right when
our tag team match started, which then resulted in me
unfortunately losing my mw W.

Speaker 5 (33:46):
Has Rush talked to you?

Speaker 6 (33:47):
They're looking for a jobber because she the person that
was gonna wrestle her this weekend, Jill Piper Teal Piper
got injured and so they need someone to kind of
fill in. We've kind of nominated you that you're up
to the you know, kind of jobber.

Speaker 8 (34:01):
It's definitely a nasty insult.

Speaker 7 (34:03):
Call me a job or. I'm definitely not that ault.

Speaker 5 (34:06):
That's what That's what it's called in wrestling. That's the
biggest inSpot.

Speaker 7 (34:11):
Like they need they need a hand, They need a
hand for you to come in. You need your hand.

Speaker 5 (34:15):
My amer is no jobber.

Speaker 7 (34:17):
No I'm not former.

Speaker 6 (34:19):
Wait a minute, mister MW you could have corrected us yesterday.
But this was not going about you were all about
it not I was.

Speaker 8 (34:27):
About me getting my title shot that I deserved.

Speaker 7 (34:30):
That's what he was about.

Speaker 8 (34:31):
He was like, well, let's get her that title shot.
If you don't have your listening, he's trying to get
me my title battle.

Speaker 5 (34:36):
Obviously didn't listen. Don't listen to those two. They go
back and listen to this. I trying to start trouble.

Speaker 3 (34:41):
By the way, On that night, on January sixteenth, the
current MWO champion Tail Piper will defend her title against
Island Girl Tracy Taylor. Also, there's an MWO a men's tournament.
Angel is going to be spending tunes and there is
a party bus that leads from Orlando to winter Haven and.

Speaker 5 (35:00):
It's the Ryan Holmes Monster Party.

Speaker 7 (35:02):
By who wait right, you want to get on the bus.
You can't.

Speaker 2 (35:05):
You're nerd and you're skinny and you have no energy now,
so man, I'll be drinking by them, just the closest
I'm here in the state of Florida.

Speaker 6 (35:12):
There is a certified caregiver assistance program that they do offer,
so probably more than likely if you're going to be
that person, the family member, there is a certification process
that you got to go through, but then you're eligible
to do that.

Speaker 3 (35:23):
Interesting, all right, more big dun fun when we come back.
