Speaker 1 (00:00):
Build out angel we have Oh, I got a surprise
for you, bro, one of my favorite things in the world.

Speaker 2 (00:14):
We're about to have it a little bit here. No
Jamaican patties. I don't know if you've ever been into
the world of Jamaican patties. There was a place down
back when I had my party World Place. There was
a place that had you had to go downtown Orlando
in the hood to go to this one place to
get to Jamaican patties. And I used to go all
the time. Absolutely love him. We have a company here

(00:34):
that brought us some which is awesome. I'm looking forward
to that. And uh and I invited my friend Judy
from Life Imagen f l A in for a couple
different reasons. Reason number one is it's the wrap up
at the end of the year, and people have heard
us talk about Life Imaging FLA all the time, about
getting in and getting that heart scan, and this is

(00:55):
the month where a.

Speaker 3 (00:57):
Lot of people have heart attacks.

Speaker 2 (00:59):
The number one one day is Christmas Day, right the
storm of micro in there. Christmas Day, which is which
is you know, my wife Mary Ellen, her ex husband,
died on Christmas Day of a heart attack. It was
the widow maker the same that you know that that's
the day that he died on Christmas Day. The second
worst day is the day after Christmas, and the third

(01:21):
day is New Year New Year's Day, right, yeah. Yeah,
And and so getting in and getting that that heart
scan super important. And we talk about it all the time.
And I had a guy just a couple of weeks ago,
Judy tell me they went in because of the heart
us talking about it.

Speaker 3 (01:36):
He had his heart scan.

Speaker 2 (01:39):
Was in putting his shoes on and said, Judy ran
in and all, let you tell the story.

Speaker 3 (01:44):
He ran in and told him what.

Speaker 4 (01:46):
Well, I brought him in my office when it happens
like that, I brought him in my office and I
asked him howthically and I talked to you like you're
my brother. Yeah, so I can really get down and
dirty with them on it. Tell him the truth.

Speaker 2 (01:56):
Yeah, And he said yes.

Speaker 4 (01:57):
So I told him, you need to go directly to
the Margins run and I give everybody my phone number
because you're my peepes I care. So he did, and.

Speaker 2 (02:05):
Yeah he had to. And the merger's room is right
down the street from where SO or R m C.
It's like three blocks away. He went down three blocks
away and they're like, we got to get you in
for operation like tomorrow morning.

Speaker 3 (02:18):
And it saved his life. Yeah, and that's just.

Speaker 2 (02:21):
One of And I don't know why we didn't keep
tracking we started when you started advertising with us, you
started coming in here. We should have kept track because
it's in. It's over two hundred people.

Speaker 4 (02:32):
Way over two hundred, way over two hundred. I've had
at least twenty in the past, uh since November first.

Speaker 3 (02:37):
Oh that that had to get the operation right.

Speaker 2 (02:39):
Away and it saved their life with absolutely yeah. And
you know, and these guys make fun of me.

Speaker 3 (02:44):
Uh but.

Speaker 2 (02:48):
You know, Ryan and Angel make fun of me because
because I don't know how this must sound a certain way,
but I don't mean it the way it sounds.

Speaker 3 (02:56):
Okay, you're going to continue to do this.

Speaker 2 (02:58):
Ain I'm gonna do it again because I want Judy,
Because Judy will get it, She'll understand what I'm saying.
We started the karl k Cancer Screening Fund because I
want people to get that it's okay cancer screening early, right.
Because you know, I promised my sister I would do this.
This was important to her. By the time she caught
it. It was stage four. It was too late. And I
told Carla, I'm gonna we're gonna do this, and we're

(03:19):
to do it in your name. She wanted me to
put it in my name because she's like, more people
know who you are. I'm like, no, no, no, I'm
keeping your name alive. We're gonna do this for you,
and and and you know, we're gonna get cancer screening
and and and she's like and I remember her saying
how great it would be to catch cancer early for
someone to save their life.

Speaker 3 (03:36):
So what I told.

Speaker 2 (03:37):
These guys is, well, we've had a bunch of people
that have been able to take advantage of the Cancer
Screening Fund, and we've had a bunch of people get
the screenings, but we haven't found any cancer yet. And
it's not that I'm upset that we haven't found cancer.

Speaker 5 (03:52):
Listen, listen to this.

Speaker 3 (03:58):
It's just tell you, guys, it's all in the tone
of his voice.

Speaker 2 (04:01):
It's just it's just it will it will be. It
will feel like accomplishment if we caught it early for
someone and saved their life.

Speaker 3 (04:09):
Does that make sense.

Speaker 5 (04:14):
You don't have to you don't have to baby him.
We're friends here. Don't worry about it, you know what
I mean?

Speaker 3 (04:21):
Tell him that he sounds like a loon.

Speaker 4 (04:23):
I do you shall Okay, alrighty.

Speaker 6 (04:26):
Alrighty, she said, already you.

Speaker 3 (04:28):
Know what I mean, Like you know exactly what you mean.

Speaker 4 (04:30):
But just imagine the peace of mind you're giving people.
Boy once they don't have it. But I know what
you Yeah.

Speaker 2 (04:35):
And the people we've picked are people that have cancer
in their family and they can't afford to get the screening.
And we've picked in and there's been I mean, I
forget the number now, but over thirty some people that
have done this and we've been able to pay.

Speaker 3 (04:48):
For it with the Cancer Screening Fund, which is great.

Speaker 2 (04:50):
All of them have been cancer free, and I'm just
kind of waiting for one that we can catch early
and save their life, because I think that I look
at it like I'm looking at my sister going to say,
we did it. We got one, We saved one life.
That is the way. And they think it sounds terrible.

Speaker 3 (05:05):
I don't want It's not that we think. It's not
that we think it does.

Speaker 5 (05:12):
And again, everyone gets what you're what you're implying. Everyone
gets it. You still haven't figured out a cool way
to say it.

Speaker 3 (05:21):
Yeah, help me with this, Judy.

Speaker 2 (05:22):
How do I say it? What's the best way to
say it?

Speaker 4 (05:25):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (05:25):
I don't know.

Speaker 5 (05:26):
I think, Judy, I think you stumbled on something fantastic.
And again you're continued talking about it. It's bringing up awareness.
That's a good thing. Yeah, we do talk about it
a lot. And another reason I wanted Judy.

Speaker 2 (05:38):
To come in is because this this Saturday night, we're
gonna be at the trans Iberian Orchestra and they're gonna
give us it. I don't know what the I don't
know what the check them ount is. I don't know
what percentage they're gonna give us, but we're gonna have
some some more money to get more people. Uh. The
early cancer screening, which is you know is important and
and you know.

Speaker 3 (05:56):
Hopefully we will will will help save lives.

Speaker 6 (05:59):
That's the you gotta change how you say it. We
are looking forward to saving.

Speaker 4 (06:04):
Line lives, right, that's what they're doing. Some mind for
those that do have cancer that runs, you know, really
really bad in their family.

Speaker 3 (06:12):
Yes, and give peace of mind.

Speaker 4 (06:13):
Peace of mind's everything.

Speaker 2 (06:14):
I mean.

Speaker 4 (06:15):
I had a forty two year old lady that their
mom died, or dad died, her grandfather died. I mean
it was like eight people she tried to get, you know,
carey credit and all that, could not get financed anything
because bless her heart, you know, she was Yeah, she
was in need. And so I went in there and
I told her, well, we told her about the Carla
Quay and the patient advocate come and asked me. And
I went in there and I told her and she

(06:36):
started crying. I started crying. She couldn't believe it. She says,
I can't believe this. She says, yell, are angels wells,
and we give the biggest hobo. I left out of
there just crying like a baby.

Speaker 2 (06:45):
And uh yeah, listen. And it's been a passion for me.
It's been the way I've dealt with my sister's passing
is by doing this and giving the people the peace
of mind.

Speaker 3 (06:55):
But hopefully, you know, catching someone early and then saving.

Speaker 4 (06:57):
Their life instead of stage four.

Speaker 2 (06:58):
Yeah, stage one to stage five. It's a big difference.
And we had a check yesterday from the Osceola County Firefighters.
They gave us three thousand dollars, which is very nice.
And I have the guy's name, hold on. Let's see here,
my friend Kim Hooker, who you know very well, she's wonderful.
Sean Smith is the one that donated the three thousand
dollars from the from the Osteola County Heritage and and

(07:21):
so yeah, so, and people ask like, how do you
apply for it? When they go to Life M the GENFLA.
If they you know, they talk to you and they listen,
we can't afford this, then you can.

Speaker 3 (07:30):
You'll let them sign up and.

Speaker 4 (07:33):
They fill out, you know, and I'm given the amy
history and everything, and then it gets approved. A lot
of times, I'll approve it right there.

Speaker 2 (07:38):
Yes, if Judy tells me, hey, we need to take
care of these people, we do it right away. And
we just try to raise as much money as possible.
We don't really have any administration fees, just so you
guys know, with the Karla k Cancer Screening Fund, we're
not paying ourselves or anything like that. All of it
goes to Life IM the GENFLA to get people early
screening because we we want to help save a life
or two. And and we've saved a lot of lives

(08:00):
with the so many more people have heart disease.

Speaker 4 (08:02):
Oh good, it's crazy, I mean, and you'll be fit
as a fiddle on the outside you look, but then
the inside.

Speaker 7 (08:08):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (08:08):
Another guy that I went to high school with sent
me a message. Just a couple of days after I
got the message. We talked about and he said he
went found out that he also had heart issues. He
didn't have to go to the hospital right away, but
had to be taken care of. And he thought he
was fit as a fiddle like you said, and realized
that he had to go to the doctor and he

(08:29):
will have to have an operation in a month or so.
But it wasn't like, you know, instant like some of
the ones we'd had.

Speaker 4 (08:35):
Right exactly, And you know, peace of mind, like I said,
is everything, And I'm going to say it on the air.
I'm on you to get it, get back in there
as weil. So haha.

Speaker 2 (08:44):
Now Linda Bird has been texting me and she's been like,
when are you going to go back? I'm like, that
was fine last time, Like that was a year change
in a year though it was a year ago in
my heart. So I have to get in.

Speaker 4 (08:55):
Again, yes, sir, once a year, absolutely, really absolutely yes.

Speaker 3 (08:59):
But I feel pretty good.

Speaker 2 (09:01):
Judy, Well, what.

Speaker 3 (09:05):
Do you do.

Speaker 2 (09:09):
Are you talking about busy? It takes thirty minutes. Both,
all right, tell you what, I'll tell you what. Okay,
next next Wednesday, we have the curable, okay, and I
have to stay in town next Wednesday after after the show.

Speaker 3 (09:24):
So can I schedule next Wednesday? Okay? So I will
go next.

Speaker 2 (09:28):
Wednesday before I we don't have to drive back to
winter Haven. I'll just stay in town. I'll just go
see you after the show next Wednesday, and I'll get
my heart skied.

Speaker 4 (09:36):
Sounds like a winter all right, okay, all right.

Speaker 2 (09:38):
Well, there you go Linda Bird to see her. I'm
doing it, Judy, got on me. Judy, thank you for
all that you've done for so many of our listeners.
I mean, I tell you track of how many listeners
you saved their lives.

Speaker 4 (09:50):
It's it's rewarding. And if you save their lives, look
how many other lives you touched a saving their lives.

Speaker 7 (09:56):
I lost.

Speaker 4 (09:57):
I lost a brother in law because he wouldn't come
in and get scanned and and a bag when he
says I had blood work. I had everything done, Judy,
I'm fine. Two weeks later I had a massive heart
attack and died.

Speaker 2 (10:06):
And that's while I've known you. That happened not too
long ago, that's correct. Yeah, yeah, I remember you were
dealing with it at the time, and there was something
you were going to do. Actually, I was coming in
you were going to come in here and.

Speaker 4 (10:15):
Fine, so hard I could not.

Speaker 7 (10:17):
I lost it.

Speaker 2 (10:17):
Yeah, and you kind of take it too hard, like
you feel like it's your fault for not getting them in.
Oh yeah, and you should.

Speaker 4 (10:24):
Like I didn't stick my foot up as guy as
Maximus far enough.

Speaker 3 (10:26):
Yeah, yeah, I know.

Speaker 2 (10:28):
But people, you know, people like myself, Like I've been
telling Linda Bird this for maybe six months.

Speaker 3 (10:32):
She's been getting on me to go in and see.
I'm like I will. I'm busy. You know, you think
you're busy. You don't think you have the.

Speaker 2 (10:37):
Time and and and you know early detection is everything.

Speaker 4 (10:42):
But also you think you had your fiscal yet all
your blood work done and everything. You're fine, blood work
does in show block. I just ask my brother in
law this in heaven right now, right, okay.

Speaker 3 (10:51):
All right, all right, next Wednesday, Next Wednesday, everybody that
I help you, Yeah, we'll keep we'll keep them on task.

Speaker 2 (10:58):
The day of the chure ball when I leave the
show I will just I'll go to lunch and I'll
go see you.

Speaker 3 (11:03):
Which I do lunch first or after, doesn't matter. I'm
already looking for a way to get out of here.

Speaker 8 (11:09):
Let's go.

Speaker 2 (11:10):
He's like, wait, I'll go see Judy. I'll go get
my screening next Wednesday. And that way you get everybody
off my back. But yeah, thank you so much. It's
Life Imagena FLA. For those that will know how to
how to sign up or what, how do you do it?
You just go to you pick up your cell phone,
you dial pound two fifty, you say the words free
heart scan. They'll connect you with Judy. There's a few

(11:32):
minimum requirements, but it's definitely worth doing.

Speaker 3 (11:35):
And and then and then ask.

Speaker 2 (11:37):
About you know, the heart screening is one thing and
the full body cancer screening is another. And for some
reason you've got cancer in your family and you can't
afford the screening, then we can sign you up and
put you on the list for the Carl K Cancer
Screening Fund, which is the nonprofit that I started. Uh
and we and we worked directly with you know, Judy
and Life in the Gena f l A. Also doctor

(11:58):
Sashinandina has been helped us for uh, screening for for
breast cancer. But there's no cost in that like that.
She just tells you how to screen yourself for breast cancer.
But uh, but you know any way that we can
help save lives and get early detection.

Speaker 3 (12:10):
That's what.

Speaker 4 (12:11):
And you know, do it for your loved ones and
go into twenty and twenty six with peace of mind.

Speaker 2 (12:17):
There you go, Judy, you're you're an angel. I appreciate
you coming in.

Speaker 3 (12:20):
I will see you. I'll see you next wednesdays.

Speaker 4 (12:22):
I'll hold you too.

Speaker 3 (12:23):
All right, very good?

Speaker 2 (12:24):
All right, there's Judy from Life in the Gene Fla.
Or when we come back, Angel, we've got some we
got some Jamaican patties. You got to go grab one
so we can talk about them in the next Segmentati, yes,
all right, we'll do that when we come back. Don't
go anywhere. You're listening to the mantras in the morning.

(12:44):
All right, Welcome out to the Monster's Mornings Reradio one
oh four point one, broadcasting live on iHeart Ready.

Speaker 3 (12:48):
How good is that, delicious? Angel?

Speaker 7 (12:52):
Wow?

Speaker 3 (12:53):
How good is that? I'm busy enough.

Speaker 2 (12:56):
I got a question, Okay, I do have a question,
absol delicious.

Speaker 3 (12:59):
Uh great, great product.

Speaker 2 (13:01):
Man.

Speaker 3 (13:02):
Absolutely, Chad is here, Chad is with juicy patties. Hello, Chad,
how you doing, buddy.

Speaker 7 (13:06):
It's great to be here.

Speaker 2 (13:08):
It is great to have you here. I have an
affinity for There's one thing I don't think I've ever
talked about. I love Jamaican patties. And back when I
had a business back in the eighties, there was a
place in downtown Orlando I used to go and it
was kind of in a neighborhood that most white folks
didn't go to, but it was this Jamaican place right
in the middle, and me and my buddies would go
down there and get the Jamaican patties. And I absolutely

(13:29):
love Jamaican patties. And that is what you what For
those that don't know, what is a Jamaican patty.

Speaker 9 (13:36):
So if you think of a burger like the in
the States, you think of a burger to eat, but
that's like synonymous toff patty. Americans want burgers, Jamaicans want patties. Yeah,
And we have a variety of flavors. We have mild
pat mild beef patties, spicy beef patties, curry chicken patties,
and also spinish patties.

Speaker 2 (13:55):
So it's basically the ground beef in a fried what
would you call it?

Speaker 3 (14:01):
I like the equivalent.

Speaker 5 (14:02):
So it's a Caribbean food obviously. And then it's very popular,
so it's almost like an empanada, but Jamaican style.

Speaker 2 (14:08):
There you go.

Speaker 5 (14:09):
And then so it's got the great great uh. The
dough that you guys use is absolutely fantastic. Yeah, and
then I got the spicy beef one today and it was,
oh man, that was such a temperature perfect, the flakiness
of the dough absolutely delicious. And that's yeah, it's always been.
I mean, like you were saying before, it's like I've
ever had a Jamaica patterns like bro one of my favorites.

(14:32):
I was like, well, who are you talking to?

Speaker 2 (14:33):
I love this.

Speaker 3 (14:34):
This is what my go to is at least once
or twice a week.

Speaker 2 (14:36):
So here's my question. This is just you know, amongst
us men, right as three men. This is not for you, daisy,
this is for us guys. I'm just saying, okay, we're
grown men, right, how many Jamaican patties is acceptable to
have for a lunch? Like, because I just had that
one and I'm like, well, I want another?

Speaker 3 (14:51):
Like can you eat two? Ors like eating two hamburgers?

Speaker 2 (14:54):
You can.

Speaker 7 (14:55):
That's why we have two patties on the menu.

Speaker 2 (14:57):
So how many?

Speaker 3 (14:57):
Okay?

Speaker 2 (14:57):
When someone comes in orders, what is typical to order?
Is it one patty or two? Or three?

Speaker 3 (15:02):
Because I'm thinking three, I can.

Speaker 2 (15:04):
It's going to be.

Speaker 3 (15:04):
Dictated off of your appetite.

Speaker 7 (15:06):
Yeah, man, it all depends on what you feel like eating.

Speaker 3 (15:08):
Okay, but tell me straight up, grown men come in
and they order how many.

Speaker 2 (15:13):
Too?

Speaker 3 (15:14):
Okay?

Speaker 7 (15:15):
And don't forget. We also have something we'll call it
Coker bread.

Speaker 2 (15:17):
What's that? You have?

Speaker 3 (15:18):
The bread?

Speaker 10 (15:19):
That?

Speaker 2 (15:19):
Yeah?

Speaker 7 (15:20):
God, you have to have the bread.

Speaker 5 (15:21):
It's like a sweet bread. It's absolutely delicious. Yeah, you
guys really know?

Speaker 6 (15:26):
Is I have some leftover for later? I just have
to do that.

Speaker 3 (15:30):
Dass get it all over her chest.

Speaker 2 (15:32):
So so if I go and grab another patty that
I'm not being a glutton. I'm not being a fat
at Hey.

Speaker 7 (15:38):
We don't judge. We don't judge.

Speaker 2 (15:40):
You don't judge.

Speaker 3 (15:40):
No, And where where is It's juicy patties is the
name of it. We got a new one getting ready
to open up though.

Speaker 2 (15:46):
That's where you're lookated at Yeah.

Speaker 7 (15:48):
So we have two stores.

Speaker 9 (15:49):
We have one on the east side, East Colonial, close
to UC but I think it's one zero three seven
six on a little drive. Ye, that one has been
opened for a while now. But we have one that's
it's open now. But we have a grant opening coming
up this Sunday, right, it's twenty eight forty two North
Hiawassee Road.

Speaker 3 (16:06):
Gotcha?

Speaker 5 (16:06):
Yeah, the grand opening is going to be this Sunday,
December the fourteenth, from twelve to two pm. Twenty eight
forty two North Hiawassee Road. You got live music out there,
you got DJ out there, you got eating contests, they
got giveaways. First fifty people who show up and grab
a dozen deal. There's a hookout for you there as well.
They want family friends and again the business is called
Juicy Patties.

Speaker 2 (16:27):
So is that how you spelled juicy and Jamaican? Because
because the word filled me off by the way it
was spelled.

Speaker 7 (16:31):
Listen, that's how we spelled juicy.

Speaker 3 (16:34):
It's a play of words. Broke. Yeah, yeah, I didn't know.
I didn't know.

Speaker 2 (16:39):
I'm like, I want to make sure I said the
word right because it was spelled different and I didn't
know that it was Juicy Patties.

Speaker 5 (16:44):
You can also set up and then get them delivered
at home if you go to Juicy Patty's USA and
then like Rust is saying, they spell at j U
I c I Yeah Patties USA dot com and you
can set up.

Speaker 3 (16:55):
Delivery for that.

Speaker 6 (16:56):
That's that looks very French.

Speaker 5 (16:59):
Look you see the location that's out in East Orlando
is just right up the road from your other you guy,
Carl Black.

Speaker 3 (17:05):
Oh okay, it's right off the road from Karl Black Chevrolet,
Buick and GMC.

Speaker 2 (17:09):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (17:10):
This was still this is on point.

Speaker 7 (17:12):
You don't have to eat one. You can get to
another one. Yeah, So don't just eat one.

Speaker 3 (17:15):
So if I don't eat another one, you're not gonna
laugh at me.

Speaker 7 (17:17):
Listen, we don't judge. The more you eat, the better
it tastes. Trust me.

Speaker 2 (17:22):
Well listen, just that first one I had, Now, the
first one I had was the spicy one.

Speaker 7 (17:26):
Spicy beef. That's the original.

Speaker 9 (17:28):
So when we have in Jamaica, we have we only
have spicy beef. That's the original flavor. Right, But when
we brought it to what has been brought to the US,
we kind of had to smile. It down so because
some people can't really handle. Yeah, but you you, you
you love the spice, so you can get another spicy beef.

Speaker 2 (17:46):
I thought it was great. We've got a friend of ours, Savannah,
who's been on the show for for many many years.
She works out of Gatorland. She is in Jamaica right now.
They took a bunch of supplies down to Jamaica. Uh,
and they're also doing whatever, you know, gator work she does.
You do you still have family in Jamaica.

Speaker 7 (18:02):
Yeah, I still a family in Jamaica.

Speaker 3 (18:03):
How bad are things as far as after the hurricane?

Speaker 9 (18:06):
Yeah, so most of my family's on the eastern parts
of the island, but I do have family on the
western side. That's the side that really got hit by
the hurricanes, and it was pretty bad. Luckily, we have
a lot of support from both local and international entities,
both in Jamaica and abroad that really came together and
helped everyone out.

Speaker 3 (18:25):
And you were born in Jamaica, Yeah, and then when
did you come over?

Speaker 7 (18:28):
I came over over ten years ago.

Speaker 3 (18:30):
Ten years ago.

Speaker 6 (18:31):
I know he was Jamaican by the accent.

Speaker 2 (18:33):
You didn't realize what because he could have still been
born here and so opening a business here, was it
difficult for you or not?

Speaker 7 (18:41):
It wasn't just for It's not just me.

Speaker 9 (18:43):
It's like a whole group of us, and it's it's
it's different than in Jamaica. But because we had mentors
with the because it's a it's a franchise, you get
mentorship from like the Juicy Corporate, So it wasn't as hard.
But there are still nuances that you still really don't know.
So it's a it's an ongoing process where you continuously

(19:07):
learn and improve upon everything.

Speaker 3 (19:09):
Yeah, I thought he was.

Speaker 2 (19:11):
I'm like, he's gonna give me like a very hard
Jamaican name to say or whatever. I'm like, what's your name?
He's like, Chad, I don't know what.

Speaker 8 (19:18):
Would be I know, And me and him are both
looking at it, and I'm like, that is not a
Jamaican name, and he's like, yes it is.

Speaker 2 (19:25):
I'm like it is, man, Chad is yeah, yeah, yeah?

Speaker 3 (19:29):
What are some other Yeah? What what's the most common
Jamaican name?

Speaker 6 (19:33):
I wouldn't know?

Speaker 7 (19:33):
Steve Desmond?

Speaker 3 (19:35):
Desmond? Oh yeah, okay, I can see that, yea, yeah, yeah,
you think right?

Speaker 2 (19:39):
Really well, listen, the food is amazing and once again
it's called Juicy Patties.

Speaker 3 (19:45):
There's one of u se at the area. Uh, the
new one.

Speaker 5 (19:48):
Like I said, the party goes down this Sunday, December
the fourteenth, and it's going to be at twenty forty
two North hiawassee Road. Like we mentioned, we're gonna have
a live DJ out there. They're gonna patty eating contest,
give away.

Speaker 3 (20:01):
You want to eat more patties for free coming out
and two patties are good. You can have two patties.

Speaker 5 (20:06):
They got giveaways for the first fifty people that show up.
And a party goes down Sunday from twelve to two pm.
And that's Juicy Patties. Very nice, Chad, thank you for
bringing us food. It's a pleasure and it's amazing. We
appreciated it. That's really good. I'm gonna grab another one.
So hey, don't go anywhere.

Speaker 2 (20:22):
You're listening to the Match of the morning, all right,
So Angel, we're sitting here enjoy and the fact that
we just had two amazing Jamaican patties from Juicy Patties

(20:43):
and those were so good and this is not just
a radio hype. That's just really good.

Speaker 3 (20:51):
It just really made me happy and daisy. You know
what she eat.

Speaker 2 (20:56):
It's got flaky crust, right, So she's eating her flaky
crust and she's get it all over all over her
chest and she got it on her like on her
chin and stuff like that, and she lives up at
me and she's like, did you call me a horse?
Do you remember the.

Speaker 6 (21:10):
Third I first got here today called me a horse?

Speaker 3 (21:12):
Right in the very first segment.

Speaker 2 (21:14):
I said when she was dancing at the Burles show,
she was doing daisy business, and I told I told
the uh, what's the name, lady James, I'm like, you
can't you can't tame that wild horse and so and
she doesn't know the phrase, she doesn't understand.

Speaker 3 (21:31):
So technically he did call you a horse.

Speaker 2 (21:33):
She did, right, No, oh, thank you a lot of angels.

Speaker 6 (21:36):
And right now I'm eating.

Speaker 3 (21:38):
And you felt self aware of that, and you're like,
I'm doing very horses.

Speaker 6 (21:44):
Like a horse right now this moment, I'm eating oil.

Speaker 5 (21:48):
Hold on, rush, you want to be over there and
protest this a little too much. I'm not calling you
a horse tactically speak, what's the same the saying is,
it's like taming a wild horse. So what are you
saying that she's wild and you can't tell.

Speaker 3 (22:02):
Her you're comparing her to if I can be a horse.
Not saying you're a horse.

Speaker 2 (22:07):
I'm just saying you're wild like a wild horse them.

Speaker 6 (22:12):
That's not it, Damn man, I'm trying to be like
a horse now.

Speaker 3 (22:16):
But that was four hours ago I said that.

Speaker 6 (22:19):
Yeah, but you know my brain works like that.

Speaker 3 (22:21):
I don't know.

Speaker 6 (22:22):
It remembers something like it remembers your.

Speaker 3 (22:25):
Bringing, like a bunch of little different voices talking about it, right.

Speaker 6 (22:28):
And then this one little louder voice is like, he
called you a horse.

Speaker 3 (22:32):
Hey, this is the second we do news from the headlines?
Do you what I called you?

Speaker 2 (22:36):
Whose news from.

Speaker 3 (22:37):
The headlines brought you mind? Do we need to give
a plug here?

Speaker 2 (22:41):
We do?

Speaker 3 (22:42):
Give me a second, I'll get your work on.

Speaker 8 (22:43):
Okay, But Russ, when you call me a horse, does
that mean it's a positive thing to you?

Speaker 6 (22:48):
You like horses?

Speaker 10 (22:49):
Or no?

Speaker 3 (22:50):
It doesn't mean I'm calling you a horse.

Speaker 2 (22:55):
I love horse. But what I'm saying, Daisy is you
know a wild horse. You can't break a wild horse.

Speaker 3 (23:02):
You can't get it. You got you can't put a
saddle on it. You can't you can You are like
a wild horse that you can't again, what are you
hearing when he says I.

Speaker 6 (23:10):
Heard him, but you know what he sounds like My
ex husband's too. Oh my God always liked.

Speaker 8 (23:16):
You can't be controlled, Like why could you just calm
down and do what a good lady? You're not making
this a better angel now, I'm like, well that God
makes sense.

Speaker 4 (23:26):
It's just a good.

Speaker 10 (23:27):
Term's termparing you to a horse. You can't be tamed
like a horse, but you're not a horse. You are wild.

Speaker 3 (23:40):
You got that wild like a wild I could say
wild like a.

Speaker 2 (23:44):
Wild donkey, wild like a wild monkey, wild like a wild.

Speaker 5 (23:48):
You're making a literal comparison to to demonstrate wild animal
wild wildness like a wild animal. There's wildness out there
and you're using an animal representation of what she is.

Speaker 3 (24:00):
Well, horse is better like a wild pig.

Speaker 2 (24:02):
You don't want to say that like you.

Speaker 6 (24:03):
No, no, a wild pig. It would be.

Speaker 3 (24:07):
Like you get in the mud with pigs.

Speaker 6 (24:09):
You don't do that with a horse. You gotta brush it.

Speaker 3 (24:12):
My point is you're you're untameable. No one's gonna tame you.

Speaker 8 (24:16):
I know, like my axes always said that they were
always like Daisy, you are wild.

Speaker 6 (24:23):
You're too wild.

Speaker 2 (24:24):
I don't know why I don't like you comparing me
to one of your exes, though I don't.

Speaker 3 (24:28):
Because saying the same.

Speaker 5 (24:30):
Thing that they say, the same terminology, like you're talking
just like one of her.

Speaker 3 (24:36):
You know, that's why she's triggered.

Speaker 2 (24:39):
You know, I don't like it when you're tired. That's
not what I'm saying, Daisy.

Speaker 3 (24:45):
Literally what you're saying, it's triggering the poor lady.

Speaker 6 (24:48):
I stop triggered. Now, look at me.

Speaker 3 (24:51):
Triggers a horse. Horse The horse trigger is a horse.

Speaker 5 (24:56):
I was brought to you by a great friends over
there Universal Hyundai, and and Ryan's thinking I get himself
with a Santa Fe, which I want him to do
badly because I think that vehicle he needs to do
a vehicle. And I think when you look at Ryan Holmes,
you're like, that's a stand.

Speaker 3 (25:08):
That's a boy. There is that way.

Speaker 6 (25:10):
He's taking a bus to winter Haven because he doesn't
have a car.

Speaker 5 (25:13):
Now he's got a party bus to win, right, No, no, no, okay,
and Russ hooked him up with this awesome great promotion
and everything.

Speaker 3 (25:20):
Oh you know, and this just.

Speaker 5 (25:24):
Drive, this is all stems from and I think you
were on that bush when they got into a big
giant beef because Ryan wasn't being a good DJ and
Rustlings he's a good DJ, and Russell's had to said vibe.
Brian wasn't setting the vibe. And this was on the
last Brew bus and there were a beef and even
his bow bow even rose up on Ryan and was like, yo,
you ain't paint ass angels way better than you, and

(25:45):
then got crazy and then Russ like took it over.

Speaker 3 (25:48):
Ryan got in his feelings. And then Ryan said something
to Russ and be like, yo, why do you do that?

Speaker 2 (25:51):
Man?

Speaker 5 (25:51):
He made me look like an idiot. And it's like
I'm not an idiot. I could do this and blah
blah blah. And so then Russ over compensating. Right, we're
going way overboard. It's like, I don't, sorry, buddy, give
you your own got him his own bus for this event.

Speaker 3 (26:05):
So it's his own party bus and he can he
can DJA once.

Speaker 6 (26:08):
He can, and so let me figure out what I
need to complain about.

Speaker 8 (26:12):
So I.

Speaker 2 (26:15):
Get this dr So I get him his own bus, right,
and I call it the Ryan Holmes Monster party Bus.

Speaker 6 (26:23):
Think that you did this giant head coming out of
the bus.

Speaker 2 (26:27):
This is what I told him to make the thumbnail.
He didn't do it, so I had to do it.
I said, hey, can you promote your bus? He doesn't
even tell him to promote the bus. I'm like, hey,
tell him what's on the bus? Tires, there's wheels on
the bus, there's and I'm like, you don't know how
to promote nothing, man like it drives me nuts.

Speaker 3 (26:44):
Tickets go on sale tomorrow.

Speaker 2 (26:46):
That moron hasn't promoted it.

Speaker 3 (26:47):
I gotta do the promoting for it.

Speaker 8 (26:49):
I posted it on my Facebook because I loved the
little busting in and then you put the little sign
with the winter Haven on.

Speaker 2 (26:56):
They're taking a trip to winter Haven and and uh
and that's for the wrestling thing. You're gonna be out
there for that as well. Tickets going sale for the
Ryan Holmes Monster Party Bus tomorrow morning at ten o'clock.
When it fills up, it will be filled up, it
will be done, So you want to get your tickets. Uh.
And it's just going to be a big party from
Maitland to winter Haven. Ryan's gonna be hosted in and

(27:19):
it's brought to you n C A transportations. We're want
to thank them for you know, the bus folks, and
it's the same bus as we use for the brew bus,
but this will be a Ryan Holmes party bus to winter.

Speaker 5 (27:30):
Understand what's happening, Daisy. This is two worlds colliding right
now because Russ feels compelled because he wants this to
succeed right right, and then the tickets are going to
sell out for this thing on the bus, right, and
then it's going to infuriate Ryan because he's like it
was supposed to be by Must, but you promoted it
and now you're going to take all the credit. Russ
can't let him fail, right, Russ can't be like sit back.
It's like you know what, No, I can't let him

(27:51):
failt he's a representative of No, he's not. He's a
representative of himself.

Speaker 7 (27:57):
Oh, I'm not gonna let that.

Speaker 2 (28:00):
When you when you when you stay monster on it.
That's a monster thing. And I gotta I gotta drag
him through whatever, dude you are.

Speaker 3 (28:06):
You constantly spoon feed that dude all kinds of stuff.

Speaker 6 (28:09):
He did spoon feed.

Speaker 1 (28:10):
I felt that.

Speaker 6 (28:10):
I felt that when I saw it with the giant.

Speaker 3 (28:12):
Hit, Daisy, wants a bus? No whoa chill chill.

Speaker 6 (28:21):
Wait chi like, don't give me now, you know.

Speaker 3 (28:23):
What we've seen those videos. Yeah, not that Uss. I
didn't I don't even want to train either.

Speaker 2 (28:29):
But honestly he complained because he didn't do the music
on the last. But som like, fine, I'll give you
a whole bus and you do your whole thing and
you can be the Ryan Holmes monster part. And I
thought he would be thrilled and happy and promoted.

Speaker 7 (28:41):
He it's just not.

Speaker 3 (28:43):
He just you know what it was.

Speaker 8 (28:46):
Now that he has the responsibility on his shoulders for
having to put on this DJ station and make people
like enjoy his bus, he probably just wants to relax
and there you go.

Speaker 2 (29:00):
That's the key to success. Relax.

Speaker 3 (29:02):
Now he's gonna do fine, and he will promote it.
He just likes getting under Russ skins. Oh well he does.

Speaker 5 (29:09):
He does Rus and then Russ has got a Russ
and not let him do it, let him do it
his way, so.

Speaker 3 (29:15):
Well, listen, he can do it his way as long
as he's started to do it too late.

Speaker 5 (29:18):
But it's it's too late, like you've already you've already
buss hogged you already tooken it over.

Speaker 3 (29:22):
No, I'm not gonna be on the bus. I'm gonna
be I got monster business to do there. But you're
not gonna not promote it though.

Speaker 2 (29:29):
I got to promote it. I want him to be successful.
It'll be successful, be good. I'm excited about it on.

Speaker 3 (29:34):
His mind right now, so he's fine, it'll be It'll
work out well.

Speaker 2 (29:38):
Tickets going sale tomorrow at ten o'clock for the for
the bus ride. Uh. And and the match is gonna
be great. I've been putting it all together and really
excited the folks that in winter Haven. If you want
to get tickets for the m w O wrestling match
in winter Haven, Angel is gonna be DJing out there.
Daisy's gonna be out there. There are special tables you
can get and you can get your tequila. Will be
at the tables.

Speaker 3 (29:58):
Of course.

Speaker 2 (29:59):
I'm the the CEO of the m w O, so
I'll be out there.

Speaker 3 (30:02):
Uh. You got to teal Piper.

Speaker 6 (30:04):
Oh now that you said the CEO.

Speaker 8 (30:07):
After I saw your post and I went on YouTube
and I started watching YouTube videos about wrestling, right, and
then I saw the owner of the w w E
Right that.

Speaker 6 (30:20):
Okay, well that guy he was gonna kiss.

Speaker 8 (30:23):
This beautiful girl's butt in this video, right, But then
the rock was like, no, I got you somebody else
to kiss the butt on this one, right. So then
he moves by the way, brings this really really really
fat guy on the on the stage him kissed this.

Speaker 6 (30:41):
Really big, big ass guy. Sometimes you're the owner of.

Speaker 2 (30:46):
The w.

Speaker 6 (30:49):
What are you gonna do?

Speaker 2 (30:50):
I'm not kissing fat I'll tell you that right now, What.

Speaker 8 (30:54):
Are you gonna do?

Speaker 6 (30:55):
You want to bring a real donkey?

Speaker 3 (30:56):
You have to wait and see. Uh.

Speaker 6 (30:58):
And that's it Now I know that the owners have
to do something special. Now I want to see some
special performing.

Speaker 2 (31:04):
You'll see it for sure. It's a Tanners, it's a
January the sixteenth. There is a bus that's coming from
here to there that Ryan's in charge of. Daisy will
be there, Angelie's gonna be out there. The whole show
is gonna be out there in winter Haven.

Speaker 3 (31:17):
And that was Rakishi. He thought he was about to
kiss Trisha Stratus Stratus, so.

Speaker 6 (31:24):
You know what I'm talking about.

Speaker 5 (31:25):
Yeah, that was an iconic that was That was a
rock at his one of his most highest rock powers
during that era of Russell, but I had.

Speaker 6 (31:33):
Never seen it. I saw it yesterday. For the first
of I was like, oh my god, Rush needs to
do something like this, like bring up the crowd, make
us great.

Speaker 2 (31:40):
But you're going to kiss thank anybody. I don't right,
people that get on I'm so mention this. By the way,
people that do get the bus tickets or whatever they
go out there. Uh, there's also going to be pontoon
rides if you want to do a little pontoon ride
before everything starts. Uh, they're going to get free pontoon
rides of the because it's where I the winter Haven

(32:01):
Chain of Lakes, So they're gonna do like quick little love.

Speaker 8 (32:03):
Somebody messaged me about the busting, so they were wondering
if with the bus they also get to get into
the general mission.

Speaker 3 (32:12):
I get to your ticket inside.

Speaker 2 (32:13):
Yes, yeah, but if you want to when you get there,
if you want to upgrade and get a table with tequila,
you can do that. If you want to be ring side,
you can upgrade for like ten bucks and be ringside.
So uh, it's gonna be good man. I'm super excited.

Speaker 6 (32:24):
I'm excited because I like winter Haven. I think it's
pretty cool over there.

Speaker 3 (32:28):
Yeah, yeah, I'm a big there. I love it.

Speaker 6 (32:45):
I had one and a half.

Speaker 3 (32:47):
I wasn't offered to I had one, and there's another
one out there. Yeah it's a spinach one I had,
but I had the coconut bread though. That was absolutely delicious.

Speaker 2 (32:56):
That is pretty good.

Speaker 3 (32:56):
Yeah, yeah, super so so Russ.

Speaker 6 (33:01):
How about this? What what if you give me an
opportunity to come up with something for you to do?

Speaker 3 (33:07):
No, it's okay. I got enough to do that.

Speaker 2 (33:09):
I got I got stuff planning, you know me, I
got stuff.

Speaker 3 (33:12):
Planning about that.

Speaker 6 (33:12):
He always puts me on stuff, right, Like I got
a burlesque. I gotta about that.

Speaker 3 (33:18):
CEO life, Come on.

Speaker 6 (33:19):
Man, you ce all the way. But I come up
with something creative so you can look cool too.

Speaker 2 (33:24):
That's okay. Listen, I've done something.

Speaker 3 (33:27):
I've done something.

Speaker 2 (33:27):
I don't look cool.

Speaker 3 (33:28):
Remember I got slapped by Savannah. Oh that was not okay, nobody,
that was super cool. I lost hearing. I lost hearing
for three months, so I think you know I do
stupid stuff.

Speaker 8 (33:39):
How about if it doesn't come up as something stupid
for you, how about I come up with something else
and it's a surprise that you You know what.

Speaker 2 (33:47):
I'm always open to ideas, Thank you.

Speaker 8 (33:50):
Because you know like I do everything you tell me
to do. Yeah, how about this one time you let
me prepare something for you.

Speaker 3 (33:57):
You're scared, terrified. It's scared, absolutely terrified. I have control issues.
I like to be in controlled, you know how I am.

Speaker 5 (34:06):
Ah, that's what it is, Daisy, you're just learning that
today's scared.

Speaker 6 (34:12):
That the wild horse will put something wild.

Speaker 3 (34:15):
In the middle of said wild horse? Oh wow, you
know what real quick I said, it sounded like you
said something else. That could be you man, that could
be your wrestling name.

Speaker 6 (34:22):
You you ever think you're getting I dress into a horse?
Wild horse coming there?

Speaker 5 (34:27):
But we already we already got making the stallion, Daisy,
the wild horse, del toro.

Speaker 2 (34:31):
You're not hearing me.

Speaker 3 (34:32):
We already got making the stallion. You're not gonna be though?

Speaker 6 (34:35):
Is she coming out? What if I dressed like a horse?

Speaker 3 (34:38):
Have you ever thought of getting in a ring? Which
would you get in the wrestling ring?

Speaker 10 (34:41):
You got.

Speaker 3 (34:43):
No?

Speaker 6 (34:44):
No, no, no, yeah, yeah, I have to be a bull?
How going to be a horse? That's a down ring?

Speaker 3 (34:48):
Would you would you? Would you wrestle against teal Piper.

Speaker 4 (34:51):
To the No?

Speaker 2 (34:53):
Do you want that?

Speaker 8 (34:56):
My life wide open and throw me into Hell's No
was asking to die or anything.

Speaker 6 (35:03):
I like my life.

Speaker 3 (35:04):
Leaving the pony to slaughter. Dude was literally like her.

Speaker 6 (35:08):
She would ride me like a wild horse.

Speaker 5 (35:10):
She would just had to cry. In your lifetime, right
and not counting your like family or whatever. Have you
ever been in a fight?

Speaker 3 (35:16):
Oh yeah?

Speaker 6 (35:17):
Oh man, can I tell you I get arrested for this?

Speaker 3 (35:20):
No, I've never had In college, I got arrested for
what happened at a bar.

Speaker 6 (35:25):
No, man, at college. I was rested on campus.

Speaker 3 (35:29):
That's right, man, So tell me what happened.

Speaker 6 (35:30):
So man, like you know how I know that high
life is going good?

Speaker 8 (35:34):
Right? So I'm in college, I'm an ambassador, I'm like
top notch, everything doing amazing.

Speaker 6 (35:39):
And then I used to dance for this dance group.

Speaker 8 (35:44):
So we're like in the middle of the dance floor
and we're all dancing at halftime at the basketball game,
and then I said I'm leaving. I go to the
bathroom and this beautiful, gorgeous white girl that if I
was at that time bisexual, I would have Anyway, that's
not the point.

Speaker 9 (35:58):
The point was.

Speaker 8 (36:01):
Horse and to the bathroom and she starts fighting with me,
and she's like, I'm a kick yard and then.

Speaker 6 (36:07):
She starts dancing at me and this and that.

Speaker 7 (36:09):
So she started with you yoh yeah, oh yeah in
the back.

Speaker 3 (36:11):
There had to be a reason. What did you do
to make a man?

Speaker 6 (36:15):
No, I was just dancing, man. I was doing Latina stuff,
dancing on her man.

Speaker 3 (36:20):
You're doing your thing. Her man's not behaving himself.

Speaker 5 (36:23):
And then typical fashion, they instead of handling her man,
she went after you.

Speaker 4 (36:28):
Thank you.

Speaker 6 (36:28):
Her Man was the star basketball player, tall black guy,
really cute and I didn't even know. I didn't even
know the guy, right, But you were dancing on it.
But no, I was just dancing halftime, doing what a like.
I was like a Hispanic cheerleader count So I'm doing
that thing. I go to the bathroom.

Speaker 8 (36:45):
This girl comes at me and she's trying to fight
me and stuff, and I'm like, look, I have leadership
role here, Like I have a lot to lose.

Speaker 6 (36:51):
I can't fight on campus, right.

Speaker 3 (36:52):
Right, So I told her, you know what, did you
guys meet at the bicycle, I'll.

Speaker 6 (36:55):
Fight you outside.

Speaker 10 (36:56):
You did older?

Speaker 6 (36:58):
I was like, I'll fight you outside.

Speaker 8 (36:59):
So then we got we go outside across the street
and then we get into a huge fight and I
just beat the living life out of this girl.

Speaker 6 (37:07):
Like I had a lollipop in my mouth. I didn't
even spit it out, and I just kicked so hot.

Speaker 3 (37:13):
That is pretty cool.

Speaker 2 (37:16):
You didn't even take the lollipop.

Speaker 3 (37:20):
Imagine it's a blow pop.

Speaker 5 (37:21):
And if he's just smashing this girl into the curb,
foot stomping her and then dog walking her, and then
when she's done, she's just blowing.

Speaker 3 (37:29):
Like a blondhead white girl.

Speaker 6 (37:30):
Oh gorgeous the way I like them.

Speaker 8 (37:33):
And then I beat her up so bad, right, and
then you know, everybody out of the basketball game came out,
so there's like people everywhere.

Speaker 6 (37:41):
Then police comes and they arrest.

Speaker 5 (37:42):
Both of us.

Speaker 3 (37:43):
They rush your both Really, did you actually jail?

Speaker 6 (37:45):
What's a real jail man? Real jail?

Speaker 3 (37:48):
And then your leadership role on campus, Lollipop.

Speaker 8 (37:53):
I had to resign out of being in that because
they were kind enough to not make me like, Lord,
I kicked me out or whatever, but I had to
resign and she got kicked out of the school for
a whole months for doing this. But I was let
go because she started it. Yeah, and she threw the
first lap and I kicked her butt. But anyway, that's
what happened.

Speaker 3 (38:12):
See what you're telling me is you can get in
the ring the lollipop kid.

Speaker 2 (38:19):
That's what we got, all right, take a break, more
big dumb fun when we come back. Don't go anywhere.
