According to dictionary.com, self-worth is defined as: the sense of one’s own value or worth as a person; self-esteem; self-respect.
Self-worth is the measure of how much we think we are “worthy” as a person. With this “worth,” we can feel more confident, and we can feel aligned with what we’re doing and who we are in this world.
The tips and ideas we share today are intended to help elevate your sense and definition of worthiness, regardless of how much worth you feel you have, this is an area we will always want to cultivate and attend to as we evolve and up-level in our own unique ways.
