from Moody's Jewelry from Blue Moon Moody Jewelry. In ninety
seven to five KMOD it was announced that the country

(04:34):
of Australia, starting today, is banning social media for any
child under sixteen.

Speaker 5 (04:43):
That's smart.

Speaker 3 (04:45):
Yeah, so TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, snapchat, YouTube x you could
face the sorry like I'm talking to They could face
fines of up to thirty three million dollars for serious
or repeated on compliance like.

Speaker 5 (05:02):
The companies themselves, like tiktoks and social media.

Speaker 3 (05:06):
Yeah oh so it's not like the parents. Now are
the kids that will have to pay that fine? No? Okay?
The idea of the loss to place responsibility on the
companies rather than families and platforms must demonstrate that they
have taken quote reasonable steps, and I think that's the
keyword there because it's super subjective. What's reasonable? How are

(05:26):
they going to regulate that? Because when you go to
any of these sites, whether it be a tobacco site
or an alcohol site or any adult quote unquote site,
they simply just say hey, are you eighteen? Yes or no?
And then you just click on yes, I am or
whatever or enter your date, oh birth to access and

(05:48):
then people just make stuff up. People here in America,
kids here in America have been you know, falsng their
birthdays just to have a Facebook, because you've got to
be like, what is it like twelve or something like
that to have a Facebook. So they'll just you know,
do the math and I was born in this year
and and and put that in. Yeah. So how the
human beings lie about their age all the time to

(06:09):
the point where we encourage it and applaud it and
think it's cute when women do it, right, they're fifty, right,
we think that's funny. And I'm not saying that women
shouldn't do that. I'm just saying that lying and age
is a thing we just normalize.

Speaker 5 (06:27):
I wonder if they're going to ask for the Social
Security number.

Speaker 3 (06:32):
So the biggest concern this is where it gets harry
because the country has said it's on those companies to
figure it out. But they said they need to be
doing age checks or remove suspected suspected underage accounts. And
in my brain, the reasonable steps are, we're working on it,

(06:53):
We've tried, they just keep redoing them, right. I feel
like there's a lot of scapegoating. There's a way to
kick the can down the road and be like we're trying. Sure, right,
So to me this feels like not a real thing.
Kids can get around it by VPNs. Yeah, kids are
pretty technically smart, so they can get around it by VPNs.
For those who don't don't know, that is a way

(07:14):
to make your make people think your computer somewhere else.
It's the way to get around fort and and uh
on Twitter, man, there's any of it? Yeah, or they
can just lie about their age. Yeah, and so the
company then companies then need to figure out a way
to make it real. How do you enforce it? That's

(07:39):
that's the problem. Like Lindsey had said, oh, you answer
your social Security number. Let's let's pause right there for
a second. Is social security global or is that just
an American thing? Right? It's it's so scurity as Americans.
I think other countries have a similar type of system.
So there's that, all right. Well, like here in Oklahoma,
you all got to upload your idea if you want

(07:59):
to see some movies on the porn side, all right, cool.
Fake id's kids been getting them for the since the
beginning of time. Yeah. Not a lot of fourteen thirteen
year olds have IDs though, right, but getting one isn't
a problem. You know, you just got it for the parent.
I gotta take you gotta do it like it's a
giant pen. And you're talking fake id's right, fake id's,
not real IDs and not the real I do you

(08:21):
need to get on the airplane. I'm just talking the
fake id's that we got as kids so we can
get into the clerb or so we can go buy
a beer at the age of eighteen. You know, it's
been happening forever. And is there is their website. It's
one thing to have a bouncer or or you know,
the the gas station clerk to be like that's fake.
I'm gonna have to take this. Lindsey knows all about that.

(08:44):
And then as opposed to a website, you would think
that the website might you know, have algorithms or use
AI that can detect that sort of thing, But I
don't know how that works. That's stuff that's smarter than
I am. I can This is just my prediction. In
no way do these social media companies want to delete
or encourage people not to be online. It's a business,

(09:05):
it is. Their main business is to keep you online,
So they are not interested in enforcing this at all.
If anything, they may push it out to a third
party so they don't have to manage it and deal
with it. And because it goes against their whole mission,
which is to have as many people online as possible,
distracted from what's really going on. And I think the

(09:28):
other part too, is that it kind of punishes kids
that are mature for their age, that are good at
you know, not talking to strangers and follow the rules
if you will. It kind of blanket treats all kids,
and I don't think that that's fair for any blanket
treating anybody. I don't think is smart, because everybody's a

(09:49):
little bit different. I don't love the idea of keeping
IDs right on file. I think that sketch kind of
feels unconstitutional in my opinion.

Speaker 5 (10:00):
Yeah, but I don't. I don't know if if there
is an actual age where even like when you said
the kids that are mature enough to have it, I
don't think there is a mature enough I think seventeen
is a great age. I think that is perfectly fine.
I love it. I wish that they would do that here.

Speaker 3 (10:19):
Listen, I'm my kids aren't going to be online. At
least I'm not going to let them have an account,
probably till they're eighteen, if I'm being honest. Yeah, doesn't
mean they won't lie, right right that that's just the
way it works. It's not going to This doesn't remove
the desire to be online. But what I think is

(10:39):
that I treat online like social media like going into
the store. My kids when they're I tell them all
the time, when you can go into a store by
yourself and order, buy stuff and leave, then I'll think
about getting give the world access to you. And it's

(11:00):
kind of weird to think about, and it feels not
like a smart move on my part, but it's scary. Yeah,
it makes it a real thing. Yeah, and you're just
doing your best as a parent to protect you. Sure,
But the idea of like going in and you got
to be like, oh my gosh, there's so many strangers
in here. And that is the truth. That's the way
online is. But I think there is some other ways

(11:21):
to make online security real. I think again, the companies
have no desire to limit people online. But what if
if you want to message somebody underage, you have to
have a verified ID. Yeah, again, people lie all the time,
but if you know you have to, if you want

(11:43):
to message somebody underage, you then have to voluntarily give
them your ID. Right, And again, you're right, people will
do that, but not a lot of people. Right, you're right.
The good, honest people will will not do that. Right,
they'll they'll they'll they'll follow the rules. But the the
not so honest people, the predators of the world, will

(12:06):
make it up and they'll lie just to get access
to that. Sure, And that's I don't think there's really
any way at all, hotsoever to regulate an age verification online.
So I think that there's a couple ways. If the
company did it blankly, like across the board, then VPNs
are negated, Okay, right, you can't use them because it's

(12:27):
that's the policy and everywhere in every country. And I
think you're right, people that want to be nefarious will be.
But there are a lot of people that are predators
that don't think they're nefarious. Yeah, they think that's that's
who they're attracted to. It is what it is, and
it's disgusting, yes, of course, but they're still going to
make it up and they're still going to lie to
get there. They may not think that they're nefarious, but

(12:49):
they're still going to do whatever it takes to get
access to what they like. Yeah. I think if you
controlled scroll time, oh yeah, okay, like have the company
will just say, you know, Facebook in this example or whatever.
You know, all right, you've been scrolling for five minutes,
and then what shut down the app for a certain
amount of time? Maybe you know how sometimes Reddit or

(13:13):
x you'll try to scroll and it won't scroll anymore
just because a glitch. Yeah, yeah, you just do that.
Make it where you just can't scroll anymore. To reduce AutoPlay,
make it where just doesn't AutoPlay videos. Make them anybody's
count under a certain age can't have an algorithm, right, Okay,
that way, they're not being fed things. If they want
to go look up Bob's Donuts, they can go look

(13:34):
up Bob's Donuts. They want to go look up their school,
they can go look up their school. I think that's
those are real solutions. When you don't ban cars because
of a certain group of people. You educate people how
to drive a car, you make them get a license,
you give them information to try and make them the

(13:55):
best possible drivers you can. Why can't that apply with
online Why don't we have an online class for kids.
Why don't we teach kids the signs of predators. Why
don't we show these are the bad places where predators
are known to be. Why don't we show don't talk
to strangers online? We say it, but that's not the
same We use the same philosophy from the seventies and

(14:18):
eighties of don't talk to strangers in a modern era
makes no sense.

Speaker 5 (14:22):
And it's not just predators that are on the social
media either. I mean it's influencers. It's showing like if
young as young as like fifth sixth grade girls are
on social media looking at these influencers and seeing what
they have and the products that they're trying to sell,
like oh well I need that, or I'm not going
to be pretty enough, or you know, or smart enough,

(14:44):
or no one's gonna want me. I'm not going to
be attractive if I don't have that. You know, they
get in that mindset and that's not healthy.

Speaker 3 (14:51):
Yeah, but that's always existed, whether it's a JC Pitney catalog,
whether it's an actress, whether that's always been a thing.
Now it is compounded, but it's always been a thing
that women have had to deal with, young girls especially.

Speaker 5 (15:04):
This is just more Why give them even more access
to it?

Speaker 3 (15:08):
But I think there are some real solutions. I think
an all our band to that age makes zero sense
to me. You know what would ultimately fix this problem
just getting rid of all social media in general, clear
it of the world. I am a fan of that,
but unfortunately these companies have shareholders and billions of dollars
at stake that the chance of that happening, you probably
have a higher chance of a nuclear bomb going off.

(15:29):
It's never going to happen now, even though we all know,
everybody in the world knows that that is the best
thing to do, and that social media is nothing but
a cesspool. But you're right, there's too much money at stake. Yeah,
that is a terrible shame. The current world of politics,
not just America, anywhere is we don't really do policy,

(15:50):
and there's no policy, no regulation of the Internet world
and some people think there isn't and I understand that,
but we give regulation of almost every industry so they
don't run amok. For the protection of the people, the
goal the government's job is to protect its citizens and
I think they're not doing that with the Internet. You're
absolutely right, they are not doing that with the Internet. Anyway.

(16:13):
We are going to do our top five today. It's
top five songs about helping others from listeners. Senna's Little Humpper.
We got tickets to the Cowboy Cup that's happening this weekend.
Take a break and we'll be back. Tell us this
morning show is coming right back, The Big Morning Show.
Let's go ahead and do news quikies. These are stories
that you may have missed in the news. It's time

(16:36):
for news quakies. World news, local news and news that
just makes you say what. Here's Corbyn, Gimbe and Lindsay
with what's going on news quakies from The Big Man
Morning Show. In nineties O the five.

Speaker 5 (16:48):
Woman charged after setting house fire, stabbing firefighters hose which is.

Speaker 3 (16:54):
A movie lindsay will promote a night's right.

Speaker 5 (16:57):
This happened in Dallas, Texas. Jermacia Denise Murphy faces multiple
charges after allegedly starting a house fire on Friday morning,
then cutting firefighters hoses with a knife to stop their efforts.
The blaze started around twelve fifty eight Friday morning. Following

(17:20):
several nine to one one calls. Fire rescue crews found
heavy flames in the one story homes front corner room
and extinguished the fire by one thirty five am. While
firefighters battled the blaze, Murphy reportedly stabbed their hose line
and cut it, and she was arrested at the scene.

(17:42):
Investigators determined that the fires was unsendiary in nature incendiary
in sender.

Speaker 3 (17:53):
Okay, yeah, well did it?

Speaker 5 (17:56):
Yeah she did it on purpose?

Speaker 3 (17:58):
Yeah yeah.

Speaker 5 (18:00):
Witnesses heard Murphy admit to starting it while she damaged equipment.
The vacant house sustained fire damage, but no injuries occurred.
She remains in Dallas County Jail on a sixteen thousand
dollars bond and that's it. She's charged with criminal mischief,
interfering with public duties, and drug possession.

Speaker 3 (18:22):
You don't say right.

Speaker 5 (18:23):
Arson charges are expected to be added.

Speaker 3 (18:27):
So this was a vacant and empty house. It wasn't
her house. No. I was trying to sit in her
figure out, like, why would you do that? Maybe for
insurance claims that would make sense, but it's an empty,
vacant house. So she just did it just just because
she wanted to watch this house burn down.

Speaker 5 (18:45):
Maybe, or maybe she was maybe she was squatting at
this place.

Speaker 3 (18:51):
Yeah, but if you're squatting in a house, you're not
going to burn your own house down, maybe accidentally, or
who knows, maybe it was their her ex hide out.
I'm more fascinated with the idea that she stabbed a
fire hose. Those are incredibly durable, right, it isn't your
garden hose. No, there's a really good knife, the crosshatching
of the material that's on the outside, the rubber ends,

(19:12):
I mean, and if it's full with water, it might
be damn near impossible to stab it with a knife.
I can't imagine she had a puncture tool or something
like that would be a more sophisticated tool. It was
probably just a small knife cutcoa man cockcoat. Knives cut
through anything. I just I think modern fire hoses are

(19:34):
very very very durable, so that or did she try
and they just went ahead and got her for that.

Speaker 5 (19:41):
Possibly it says that she'd stabbed it and was cutting it,
and that's when they.

Speaker 3 (19:47):
Are trying to Now maybe an axe would go through it.
I don't know. Our fire people that work in fire
for the fire department that are listening, tell it. Is
it possible to cut a fire hose? Let's try it?
I know there's only one way to find out. I
know that what's the company that has the Duluth Trading
Company has those fire hose pants that are awesome. They're

(20:08):
made of the same material. Allegedly, Well, let's order a
piracy if you can't cut through them. I just it's
not the same. Yeah. Thief says he was teleported and
its stolen BMW comes out of Florida, where a thirty
six year old guy named Calvin saw this twenty eighteen
BMW convertible sitting in the parking lot. See, the owner

(20:30):
of the vehicle left the car unlocked while he went
and walked his dog out the park. So Calvin jumps
in the car, starts rummaging around, finds the keys in
the cup holder. All right, so a lot of This
lies on the owner of the vehicle get downbass, leaving
it unlocked and leaving the keys and the cup holder anyway,

(20:51):
So he opts in the car and he finds the
keys and he takes off, does about one hundred miles
an hour, crashes the car right, doesn't crash it into
anybody else, It's just a single car. Rah Well, passerby
see it. They pull him out of the vehicle. The
police show up at the scene of the accident, as
they do, and that's when he went on to tell
them that he was teleported into said vehicle. He even

(21:14):
made references to the X men and told officers es
saved me from the aliens. He was go ahead and
taken to the hospital where he's treated and then taken
to county jail. He's charged with GTA, grand theft auto
and driving under suspension. I dig this guy. If he
can hold the line and he can find a really
creative attorney, he might get off on this charge. Pleats insanity.

(21:37):
No will say that. I mean, how do you prove
teleportation doesn't exist? You have a point and the aliens,
I mean, how do you prove he isn't Yeah, I
think we all agree that's not a real thing. But
how do you prove that in a court of law? Yeah,
they take a really good defense attorney or whatever you

(22:00):
know to prove them. On the other side, prosecutor, prosecutor. Yeah,
I think it's a pretty brilliant take to try and
get out of something got teleported. Nice. Yeah, creative thinking.
In and Out Burger drops sixty seven from order numbers
due to a viral meme. I love it. This makes

(22:23):
sense though for them to do this disrupts the business.
At least one In and Out Burger store has apparently
dropped the number six seven from its order system. Orders
now go from sixty six to sixty eight, skipping six'.
Seven that's what an employee is seen telling customers in
a video that when Viral. Sunday the employees tell the
customer it's because of people like. You in And out

(22:45):
has yet to confirm this was a company wide decision
or just that. Store it comes amid the popularity the
viral video six seven e, meme which has no clear.
Origin videos posted to social media have shown large crowds
of teens erupting in cheers when the order number six
seven is announced At in And out. Locations i'm fascinated by,

(23:09):
this that they can eliminate a number at any. Point.
YEAH i mean they're just, little little little Tense at
least WHEN i was working fast, food that's all it.
WAS i think it's on the ticket now and we'd
steal the number sixty nine giggody all the. Time, Sure
so are they just dropping the number sixty seven or
is it the number six and the number seven so
it goes from like five to. Eight, No, no it's

(23:31):
it's just those two numbers, TOGETHER i. Believe, now if
they call order number six and then the next order
number blank at the same, time then, yes, right calling
number order number six and. Seven but it's THINK i
didn't know that's so then do we skip other? Numbers
like do you eliminate? Thirteen? Right do you eliminate sixty? Nine? Yeah, yeah, yeah,

(23:54):
Yeah AND i think WHEN i don't know how in
and Out burger, Works and, HONESTLY i haven't worked fast
food in a long. Time but, again they were just
the congratulations by the Way i'm looking at going, back
if only that were a. Joke, Right so they were
just plastic tents or, whatever and then you would punch
in the number that you give them right into the

(24:15):
system or, whatever like, okay you want a double quarter
pound of which you use it right, da and then
you punch in order sixty seven and then hand it
to them and hand them their little. Tents ye at
least that's the way it was at the places THAT i.
Worked so unless it's, automatic it's, automatic it's automatically. Generated
then that's that's a bit of. It their engineer department
will have to go in and, yeah that's write code for.

(24:37):
It that's. Awesome AND i know people don't like. It
some schools have banned it and, whatever and it's. DISRUPTIVE i.
Understand you know that makes it, worse, right, right because
what happens when you ban something makes it more. Popular,
yeah now you've drawn attention to, it just ignored. It
it probably would have fizzled out by. Now maybe that's their,
plot and it makes people. Happy it isn't hurt. Anybuddy

(25:01):
it's not you, know defecating in a restaurant like it
ain't meth. True it's, annoying af but it ain't. MESS
a lot of things are, annoying right that we don't.
Ban is it because kids are doing? It that's why,
yeah of course that in. Dancing we think that's, silly
but that actually was a. Thing or rock, music The devil's.

(25:25):
Music all, right we got to take a. Break we've
got tickets to The Cowboy cup that we're gonna give
away in a little. Bit we'll be. Back good, Morning,

again like.

Speaker 5 (26:55):
The end of it in your mouth and suck on?

Speaker 3 (26:58):
It now that sounded? Normal, okay maybe We, yeah some
clicks in the, matrix.

Speaker 5 (27:03):
Yeah, Major, Okay SO i call this segment how much
money would you? Save if? So my biggest shopping offense
is Probably. Amazon so if there were No, Amazon i'd
probably save a lot Of i'd probably be. RICH i

(27:24):
could probably, retire not, really but it's probably more this
month because It's christmas. Time amazon very, Convenient so on,
AVERAGE i would say if there were No amazon, MONTHLY
i would save anywhere between three and five hundred.

Speaker 4 (27:43):
Dollars.

Speaker 3 (27:45):
OKAY I i Use amazon a lot, too And i've
probably used it for ninety percent of My christmas shopping this,
year but only BECAUSE i can find something, that, like,
say Whatever. Lululemon, yeah but THEN i can find it
On amazon pay for, Shipping, yeah you know WHAT i.
Mean SO i am using it a lot more. Too

(28:06):
AND i do buy some things MAYBE i don't, need
BUT i buy a lot of THINGS i need On.
Amazon SO i would still be spending that money if
it didn't Have. Amazon So i'm gonna say IF i Eliminated,
AMAZON i would probably save one hundred and fifty bucks a,
month maybe one. Hundred.

Speaker 5 (28:24):
Yeah AND i think about this too when it comes
To amazon, movies LIKE i will buy movies.

Speaker 3 (28:31):
Occasionally you KNOW i hate doing. THAT i know you've
said that BECAUSE i pay for so many, SERVICES i
can't justify spending more money to stream, something, Right, Okay
and aren't they like twenty dollars a pump every time
You sometimes you get a movie just and you only
you rent it to quote unquote for like what twenty
four hours maybe forty? Eight can't do. That If i'm

(28:55):
paying twenty dollars for a, MOVIE i better own that
it's not a bitch for. Life.

Speaker 5 (28:59):
See but if we if we do buy a movie On,
amazon it's because the whole family is sitting down to
watch a movie that is twenty. Dollars if we were
to go the six of us to go to a,
movie that's way.

Speaker 3 (29:13):
More, yeah you're just justifying the spending rather than the
thought process of why are we spending twenty dollars when
we pay forty fifty dollars on services that have thousands
of movie?

Speaker 5 (29:24):
RIGHT i, know but if we want to see a new,
release that's why we're spending the. Money, yeah speaking of streaming,
services how much would you save a month if there
were no streaming?

Speaker 3 (29:35):
SERVICES I i would IS i think My paramount BECAUSE
i only Have Prime video And paramount PLUS i Think
Prime video is like fourteen dollars a, month and so
so let you have thirty. Bucks probably BECAUSE i pay

(29:58):
for The, UTUBE tv And. Netflix so that's probably what
one hundred dollars a. Month and IF i put it
on a certain credit, card they give me credit, back
they pay like twenty five percent of it or. Something
so one hundred bucks a, Month i'll, say BECAUSE i Have.
Amazon but that's including My Amazon. Prime AND i don't

(30:20):
get it For. AMAZON i get it For, prime you,
Know AND i thought the same. Thing AND i don't,
know maybe yours is. Different maybe they're just bending me
over and raping. Me but My PRIME i got the same,
Thing Prime service right for the shopping, convenience And Prime
video came with it at the. Time now it's two separate.
Charges OH i don't you might want to check into. That,

(30:41):
WELL i pay, annually so, okay and that might be the.
Case i'm doing. It you, know it comes out of you,
know the bank. Automatically but it's two separate. Charges it's
one For Prime services and the other one For Prime.
Video and that recently happened within the last a year
or two, something AND i was, like what the hell is?

(31:03):
THIS i thought this was included and started to get.
Pissed but THEN i do use The Prime, video you,
know maybe not as much AS i should justify. It
i'll just let us slide because there are, times just
like With Paramount, PLUS i don't use it all the,
time but there are times THAT i do use, it
And i'm, like, okay well it's cost to, me but
it's worth. It we got rid Of Disney, plus AND

(31:26):
i THOUGHT i was gonna end up having to get it.
Back it's, fine we figured it.

Speaker 5 (31:30):
Out they haven't noticed a.

Speaker 3 (31:31):
DIFFERENCE i, mean they can still see their, shows it
just that takes a little bit more effort to find. Them.

Speaker 5 (31:36):
YEAH i got rid of the more Expensive, netflix and
now we watch the SEVEN i think it's seven ninety
nine or whatever version with commercials with, commercials.

Speaker 3 (31:46):
Which blows me. Away. Man that started off, like, hey no,
COMMERCIALS i, know watch all you, want get rid of,
cable cut the, cord you, Know and now every goddamn
service out there run, commercials and it's all adding up
to about the same much as you would pay for
a cable. Bill.

Speaker 5 (32:06):
Yeah even it's. Ridiculous even My PRIME i think shows. Commercials. Yeah,
Yeah i'd save probably fifty bucks if there were no
streaming services BECAUSE i don't have any of the big ones. Anymore,
yeah we had gotten rid of the YouTube tv a
couple of years.

Speaker 3 (32:22):
AGO i GET at AND t phone, SERVICE i GET
Hbo max for. FREE i Get APPLE tv for free
because Of apple Or apple. Devices AND i Get Peacock
nope paramount because Of Walmart. Plus oh, Nice and how
much Is Walmart? Plus it's twelve ninety five a. Month

(32:43):
but the credit CARD i put it, on they reimbursed
me for, it so it costs me. Nothing that's smart, Thinking,
yeah that's a good.

Speaker 5 (32:50):
One how much would you save if all credit cards
limit you to five thousand? DOLLARS i know.

Speaker 3 (33:01):
Who has a five thousand dollars Credit. NOBODY i, MEAN
i don't put five thousand dollars on my credit. Card
IF i, DO i already have the cash AND i
paid off within twenty four.

Speaker 5 (33:12):
Hours MY i know my house wouldn't be as furnished
as it is BECAUSE i opened a line of credit.

Speaker 3 (33:20):
With the store with the furnore a credit. Card, OKAY
i was gonna say that's not a credit. CARD i
was thinking credit, cards master, card, visa not through a particular,
store maybe Through Capital one or something to that. Effect,
YEAH i don't have. Them OH i had to SO i.
Could we didn't have. To you wanted? To, yes, yes, yes,

(33:42):
yeah people do that when they talk about. FINANCES i
had to go on, VACATION i had to get new.
FURNITURE i had to get. This whatever you don't have,
to you are choosing, now. HUH i just recently paid
off my big ass f and TV, am a washing,
dryer and my. Frigerator. Congratulations, yeah, yes that's what allowed
me to afford that vehicles THAT i got down. There ish.

Speaker 5 (34:04):
Ish if bars had a drink limit of two per,
person how much would you save in a mine?

Speaker 3 (34:12):
ONE i wouldn't be going to the, bars, right it's
the only two drink lemon hell out of. HERE i already.
Don't that's not my preference to go to the bar
because it's so, expensive or AND i can make the
COCKTAIL i like to. DRINK i make better at. Home
it's kind of like when you want A moscow mule
and you go to a bar and they don't use ginger.
Beer they use like ginger, ale.

Speaker 5 (34:33):
Right or or they don't put it in a coffee
and or.

Speaker 3 (34:35):
They don't put it, whatever, right. SAME i feel the
same way about. Restaurants, Yeah that's WHY I i'm really
nerdy about the RESTAURANTS i go, to because If i'm,
PAYING i want it.

Speaker 5 (34:45):
To be, good, Right, yeah you want it to be
so where you don't want to make that at. Home
you want to come here specifically for that.

Speaker 3 (34:52):
Meal, Yeah LIKE i don't like going to a restaurant
to have steak BECAUSE i eat steak at.

Speaker 5 (34:56):
Home, YES i, agree how much money would you save
if the airlines put you on a no fly? List?

Speaker 3 (35:06):
OH i don't fly, anyway So i'm. GOOD i MEAN
i get like. This last YEAR i flew four different,
times but the year BEFORE i did, once and then
before THAT i THINK i did. Zero SO i Guess
i'll just say a.

Speaker 5 (35:26):
Thousand, OKAY i haven't flown since twenty twenty, one so
wouldn't save me.

Speaker 3 (35:31):
Much give. Me this one is for.

Speaker 5 (35:34):
You how much money would you save if there were
no touch? Tunes oh that's.

Speaker 3 (35:39):
EASY i. HAVEN'T i Think i've spent maybe this year forty.
Bucks that's quite the one eighty for. You, yeah it
is so like only when you're really. Feening yeah, yeah,
yeah yeah for the most, part or even, Then i'll
just let everybody else load it, up and if there's something,
that like you, said REALLY i really want to hear,
Something i'll throw it on. There. Yeah but LIKE i

(36:00):
got a buddy of mine that like doesn't mess with
it at, all and he's, like, oh here's some whalen
and he'll send me money cash app and Then i'll
use that to you, know purchase you, know just so
he can listen to. Whatever and then While i'm there
because he gives me extra, Right i'm, LIKE i want
to listen, to you know something, else So i'll throw in.
SOMETHING i am adamant about not putting money in a.
JUKEBOX i think it's the quickest way to lose money

(36:23):
because someone else is putting music, in, Right and rarely
DO i hear a song that's so bad That i'm,
like oh my, GOSH i can't take. IT i could
put my own music. In. Yeah that one year of
spending however much it, was over thousand, dollars nearly two
whatever it, was that was the eye opener right there that, said,
bro you need to dial it. Back Somebody texas In

(36:44):
i'd be. SCREWED i put eleven thousand dollars a month
on my credit. Card how is that? Practical are?

Speaker 4 (36:50):
You?

Speaker 3 (36:50):
Like do you pay it off every month like you have?
That because some people do. That they have a credit,
card they put all their expenses on it and then
they pay it. Off, right take the money like let's
say they're using it to pay their utility. Bills, yeah
and that money that would go originally to, it that's
going to the credit card, correct to build that credit
or to earn points for things like airline miles or
things like. That, yeah so that, Okay but if you're

(37:12):
doing it and have no, plan your plan is no.
Plan uh that's not. Sustainable, YEAH i can't. Imagine That's
i'm sweating just reading.

Speaker 4 (37:20):
That uh.

Speaker 5 (37:21):
Huh if hunting weren't. Allowed, now this one hunting season
is like my shoe. Collection so When kevin goes to
get another bag of corn to feed the fill the deer,
Feeders i'm, like, oh that's. COOL i was eyeballing a
new pair of, bugs you, know so like.

Speaker 3 (37:43):
You're going, Hunting i'm getting new shoes right.

Speaker 5 (37:47):
Right, so LIKE I i add, up like the corn
to fill feeders is like anywhere from like ten to
seventeen dollars a, bag AND i think the bags are
like forty pounds a. Bag so and he'll there's five
so with, tax probably one hundred dollars a. Month and
then you gotta Buy, ammo sure it's a.

Speaker 3 (38:09):
Hobby, yeah twenty.

Speaker 5 (38:10):
Dollars a, box, shells the license and tags around one hundred.

Speaker 3 (38:17):
Dollars, right fifth. Bourbon, yeah, HEY i didn't even think about. That,
yeah that's that's you gonna, Say, ammo you better say that,
exact especially duck, hunting And.

Speaker 5 (38:28):
I'm just talking about deer, season which lasts From october
first To january, fifteenth and good bourbon will go with
like sixty dollars, bottle so to twenty seventy. Eighty, yeah

(38:49):
about around three hundred. Dollars that's just, yeah, yeah, yeah it's.

Speaker 3 (38:57):
Good Jim, bean, man it's it's just as. GOOD i
won't drink.

Speaker 5 (39:01):
THAT i won't drink. That but if there was a
three pair of shoe limit per, person how much money
do you think you'd.

Speaker 3 (39:08):
SAY i get a new pair of, shoes like maybe
once a, Year like every, YEAR i get a new
pair of shoes just because my shoes are my daily, riders,
RIGHT i don't have a whole bunch of them THAT
i cycle. Through as a matter of, fact can get
a bunch of them THAT i need to give To
goodwill because my room smells like, shoes like, feet And

(39:28):
i'm trying to get that funk. Out so that's the
only time THAT i ever buy new. SHOES i don't
go to the store and be, like, oh those are,
Cool i'm going to add those to my. Collection so you.

Speaker 5 (39:38):
Give them To goodwill to make them make goodwill smell.

Speaker 3 (39:41):
Like your f that's what they. Do they clean all
that stuff quote unquote they're supposed. To, HMMM i would be.

Speaker 5 (39:48):
RICH i would be. RICH i get probably two pairs a.

Speaker 3 (39:53):
Month, Really, yeah do you wear they say that you're.

Speaker 5 (39:59):
Supposed to depending on how often you wear your tennis
shoes every three?

Speaker 3 (40:04):
Months what are you? Doing you're trying to justify you
buy tennis. Shoes you only buy. Tennishes, okay here's the.
Question how many do you get rid of every? Month
do you? Purge?

Speaker 5 (40:15):
Probably?

Speaker 3 (40:16):
One one?

Speaker 5 (40:17):
Pair one PAIR i will IF i, BUY i try
to definitely get rid of one as.

Speaker 3 (40:23):
Well operative, word try.

Speaker 5 (40:25):
To, yeah shoes, though that's a it's a weakness for.

Speaker 3 (40:31):
You, yeah big, time big.

Speaker 5 (40:33):
Time but, anyway maybe you'll think about how much money
you're spending before that Next amazon. Purchase or you could
have the mindset of my late brother in. Law it's
just money and you'll make more of.

Speaker 2 (40:46):
It go, Ahead, Okay, Lensen, Lensen, Linsen, lensen l and

survey finds Blank christmas. Gift survey finds Blank christmas.

Speaker 5 (50:07):
Gift Worst christmas, Gift, Okay Best christmas.

Speaker 3 (50:12):
Gift most commonly, Bought, oh most Wanted, okay most. Useless
survey finds most sought After, Okay Better christmas. Gift survey

(50:32):
finds most Expensive christmas. GIFTS i like. That The National
survey has found this year's Worst christmas. Gift the, survey
commissioned by BET Mgm, casino found the most unwanted gift
this year is the self help. Book the, survey titled
The Great Christmas, debate also found that only twelve percent

(50:54):
Of americans believe the best part Of christmas is receiving
or giving. Gifts Another christmas debate solved by the survey
found that over seven and Ten americans approve of Regifting christmas.
Presents seven and. Ten, WOW i don't believe That i've
never regifted a gift outside of a white. Elephant, yeah even,

(51:16):
THEN i haven't white.

Speaker 5 (51:17):
ELEPHANTS i approve of it BECAUSE i feel, like if
you give me something That i'm, like, mmm you know,
WHAT i do know someone that would love.

Speaker 3 (51:26):
THIS i look at it as you, know you took
the time and put the thought into, it maybe a,
lot maybe not, much but to get it and get
it for. Me So i'm not going to give it
to somebody else just BECAUSE i think it's. Mick so
regift means never, used.

Speaker 5 (51:40):
Right, well and not NECESSARILY i don't, know, yeah not.
NECESSARILY i look at it as, that if you're regifting
something like, that unless it's white, elephant of, course that
means it's definitely.

Speaker 3 (51:54):
Used, yeah white, elephant anything's on the, table, Right, yeah.
Y'all and to love WHAT i got for us this, year.
Awesome Oh i've got a high end. Thing oh, yeah,
yeah THAT i don't use. Anymore. Awesome i'm gonna Bring
we're doing a white elephant gifts exchange here at. Work
But lindsay's idea was you bring something you don't, want
so instead of throwing it away or taking it a good,

(52:16):
will you bring an entering gifted maybe someone else would. Want,
Right that's how you end up with the used fleshlight Though,
nope not How idiope somebody gonna oh, great Last Pennis,
Blank Last Pennis blank struck, used Last pennis? Stink do My?

(52:49):
Pennis lindsay doesn't know what we're. Talking, no that's a little,
bit but still hilarious to this. Day Last pennis in,
Circulation Last. Pennis this is the thing that we're referring, To,

(53:14):
lindsay does my pennies? Think man who had a ton
of pennies and he didn't understand why they wouldn't take
them at the bank or restaurant or wherever it, was
and when he was doing THE tv, interview he, said
does my pennies? Think the last pennace minted by THE

(53:36):
us government are expected to bring in big bucks at
auction this. Week the coins will be sold By Stax
Bouers galleries On, thursday with two hundred and thirty two penny,
sets one for each year pennies have been in. Circulation
coin nerds. Rejoice each set will include two regular pennis
from The mints In philadelphia And denver and one twenty

(53:58):
four carrot gold penn and each is expected to bring
in around forty five to fifty thousand. Dollars. WOW i
figured something like that would happen because it's the very
last one being. Struck it's just who's going to. Pay
somebody gonna pay forty five thousand dollars for one? Cent,

(54:19):
yeah and apparently it'll raising. Value, Okay Waymo software recall after.
Blank do you guys know what weimo? Is is that
the new automator, car the automated car. One nobody's in,
it right except the? Customer Waymo software recall after blank
after the car crash makes?

Speaker 5 (54:37):
Sense, Umm, NO i think they. Were they're not, stopping,
okay they just keep.

Speaker 3 (54:45):
Going might stop, okay WELL i guess we're going around
the block then.

Speaker 5 (54:51):
Yeah, No but it was when they were supposed to
stop because it had something to do with, buses LIKE
i think it was school. Buses they're supposed to stop
at the school, buses and they, weren't you know how
like the side oh, yeah comes out the, sign the stop,
sign and they were going right by it f them.

Speaker 3 (55:08):
KIDS wamo was doing a voluntary recall of software tied
to robo taxis that illegally passed school buses at least
twenty times in several. Cities waymo cars kept driving when
school buses were stopped with lights flashing and a stop sign.
Extended waimo's software recall comes after the start of an
investigation by The National Highway Traffic Safety. Administration and there's

(55:32):
another INCIDENT i saw in the news where three met
in a street and one was trying to back out
and they kind of got stuck and they just they
couldn't figure it. Out, yeah, Apparently and this was a
story THAT i had heard a months ago that like
there's a certain parking lot like they go to and
that's kind of like their storage they're holding for, yeah, yeah,
Yeah and they keep honking at each, other right because

(55:55):
they're getting in the way of each other trying to park.
Themselves so the people that live around there are furious
because these goddamn cars won't shut the hell, up you,
know when you, know trying to do dinner or WATCH
tv or. Whatnot because it's the end of the day
and all these automated cars just keep honking at each,
other talking to each, other and it's causing quiet the. Stir,
well let's address that they're not talking to each, other.

(56:17):
RIGHT i don't even know why they need a, horn.

Speaker 5 (56:19):
Right.

Speaker 3 (56:21):
If they're supposed to stop if somebody gets in their,
way then you would there's no point in having a. Horn,
yeah you're right, now you could, Go, oh it's for
when they back. Up some people do that before they
back up their work, vehicles they hit their. Horn right,
again if it's built correctly on the way we're led
to believe how it, operates you don't need that because
you won't hit. Anybody, yeah but apparently they didn't think about,

(56:42):
that because they didn't think About, hey what about school
buses and kids getting? Out oh, right we should figure.

Speaker 5 (56:47):
That but maybe they do have to come with the
horns because you, know there are some underpasses where like
that are very narrow and you have to it says
their signs posted it say honk before you enter because
to alert other oncoming.

Speaker 3 (57:02):
TRAFFIC i think what you're referring to is narrow roadways
like single lane bridges and things like. That but, AGAIN
i don't think that that's very common. Anymore, YEAH i
know there's one over in O Sage county or right By,
sperry but it doesn't have a. Sign, yeah but, yeah

(57:24):
maybe that's. It influor influencer raises blank for eighty eight
year old grocery store. Clerk influencer raises blank for eighty
eight year old grocery store. Clerk, Sure i'm sure that
made his. Day Ormm right raises fifty. Five that's a

(57:50):
good chunk of. Change raises. Concerns, yeah why are you still?

Speaker 5 (57:56):
Working? Right raises a, flag raises a retirement fund.

Speaker 3 (58:04):
Close an eighty eight year old grocery store employee In
michigan has received a check for nearly two million dollars
after his story went viral on social. Media Ed Ha
bambis Of brighton met social media Influencer Sam wiedenhoffer during
his grocery store shift about two weeks ago and told
him he couldn't retire because His General motors pension had

(58:25):
been wiped. Out in twenty, twelve following the company's, Bankruptcy
wheedenhaffer asked his millions of TikTok followers to help the,
man and that video wracked over ten million views and On,
Friday whetenhoffer presented the man with a check for one
point seven million. Dollars that's, awesome, yes but it does

(58:48):
create a financial situation that he has to deal. With
puts them in a different tanks. Bracket and if you
can't afford life as it, is still having to work
after you, know, Retiring, yeah that. Sucks sucks for. Him
now maybe he's good and he doesn't have to work,
anymore and that is the nice. Part BUT i think

(59:08):
gift exclusion is only like twenty, grand so putting him
in that gift feels pretty. Crazy SO i don't, Know
maybe there's he's. Fine maybe he can.

Speaker 5 (59:23):
Mark it as like an.

Speaker 3 (59:24):
Inheritance, well ritual died the cat was eighty, eight so
this says that this is a single gift to one,
person which we agree it. Is THE irs treats. It
because one point seven million is far above nineteen thousand
dollars annual, exclusion he'll need to File form seven oh.
Nine but because the lifetime exemption is three thirteen point nine,

(59:48):
million you don't automatically owe gift tax on the one
point Seven the excess over nineteen thousand gets subtracted from
the lifetime, exemption you'll still have twelve million dollars left
that he can so as long as he's never reached
received any other, minimum he's paying nineteen thousand, Dollars so

(01:00:09):
that's pretty. Good but, nonetheless he's eighty eight and he
has to deal with. It what if he doesn't and
he's just A dirp or dirp right because he's, like,
oh this is, nice, okay and nobody tells me he
has to do, that and then he gets arrested for tax. Fraud. Right,
Yeah i'm always leary of these that you give this
money and it's, nice and the motive is, there and

(01:00:31):
it's it's so, Sweet but are you also holding their
hand across the finish? Line are you just doing the
gripping grin and getting your ticks or your clicks and
your likes and then never checking in on? Them probably
Half Jack osborne expecting blank child Told ozzy before his

(01:00:51):
death he'd be a grandpa. Again Jack osborne expecting blank
child Told ozzy before his death he would be a
grand father there. Again third. KID i don't know how
many Kids jack's.

Speaker 5 (01:01:04):
Got he has one for, sure, okay because he's saying grandpa.

Speaker 3 (01:01:09):
Again, WELL i mean Doesn't, Kelly oh, Kids yeah, Right
SO i mean technically telling TELLING ozmn that he would
be he wouldn't be, Lying BUT i.

Speaker 5 (01:01:18):
Feel Like i've seen pictures Of jack and wife with a,
kid So i'll go.

Speaker 3 (01:01:24):
Second Jack osborne has confirmed that his Wife airy is
pregnant with their second child and shared the touchy moment
he told his late Father ozzy before his. Passing the
news comes after a challenging period marked by grief Following
ozzy's death in twenty twenty. Five, jack who recently appeared
On i'm A, Celebrity Get me out Of here because

(01:01:45):
he was grieving so, much expressed how the pregnancy has
been a source of healing and hopefulness amid the. Grief
he believes his father would have been supportive of his
journey on the reality show and expanding the. Family the
announcement brings a moment of joy and anticipation for The osborne,
family offered a reminder of, continuity a mis amid, loss
good message there at the. END i don't know If

(01:02:05):
ozzie was excited to find out he has a tenth.
Grandchild maybe he, WAS i don't, know but tin feels
like the shininess has worn. Off. Yeah blank And Avenge
sevenfold announced co headlining tour next. Year blank And Avenge
sevenfold announced co headlining tour next. Year probably the most

(01:02:27):
bizarre it is duo EVER i, SAW i.

Speaker 5 (01:02:30):
Was, like hah damn my short term. Memory yeah, RIGHT
i talked about it.

Speaker 3 (01:02:37):
Yesterday, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah yeah. Yeah is it Cold?
Play no kind of be? Awesome? Right It's, oasis no punk,
rock listen to All american. Rejects. Huh Avenge sevenfold And
Good charlotte have announced a cold headlining twenty twenty Six

(01:02:57):
american tour set to Run july Through. August the sixteen
date tour will kick off In Ridge, Dale, missouri and Concluding,
phoenix with stomps in major markets Like, Chicago New, york And.
Dallas Good. Charlotte Good charlotte's First North american tour since twenty,
eighteen and we'll coincide with The Benge sevenfolds release of
the new Single magic From call Of Duty Black ops

(01:03:19):
Seven season one. Patch ticket pre sales begin On december,
eleventh with general going on Sale december. Twelfth Bench sevenfold
is a fantastic. Show i've seen them two or three.
Times never ever DISAPPOINT i am shocked That Good charlotte
is on the. Tour, yeah they're Not.

Speaker 5 (01:03:37):
Good charlotte's not the, headliner.

Speaker 3 (01:03:39):
Oh nonold for. Sure but whose idea was to put them?
Together was it one of those, Ah like Maybe Avenge
sevenfold was, like, Hey i'm a, fan let's Get Good
charlotte on, board or was it we can't find anybody?
ELSE i think That Good charlotte's AM i, MEAN i don't,
know because to, me maybe they're, Buddies maybe their management

(01:04:01):
teams work, together maybe they have the same management, team
OR i don't know for, me besides the obvious that
they feel like not different genres of, music not just.
PUNK i would Call Good Charlotte moore pop. Punk, right
they're not Even Green day And Green days for sure pop,
punk but they're feel more female. Ish i'm not dogging on.

(01:04:21):
It i'm just, saying And Avenge suthfold is not that
not saying males and females can't like those two. Bands
it's just the way it. Is so it feels like
they're two opposite ins of the. Spectrum, yeah it reminded
me of this STORY i heard of when The Rascal
flats we're gonna go on tour and for loostener know
that was a supergroup and they were trying to find

(01:04:44):
an opener that was suitable to you, know be, impressive
and they found. Someone but the headliner was known for playing,
late not showing up when he said he, would playing
well past time that he was suppose, to kind of
being a pain in the. Ass, yeah and they, said,

(01:05:05):
hey you can do, this but you can't be that.
PERSON a couple of days happened didn't work, out and
he was, like, okay DO i conform to what they
want or DO i be? Me and he was, like,
WELL i be, me and so he told him to get,
bent went and did his own, thing went on to
be quite. Successful i'll tell you who it is in the.
Second then they found a replacement and this replacement was

(01:05:25):
also an up and coming. Musician knew that that person
could hold the. Stage it really impressed, people but was
good friends with the person who just got kicked off
the tour and called the good friends, like what do you?
THINK i know what happened with?

Speaker 4 (01:05:40):
You what do you?

Speaker 3 (01:05:41):
Think and the person the other artists that got kicked,
off was, like you do, it it'll be awesome tour
went on to be quite. Successful both artists that were
openers became, huge and the one that was a ruckus
and not really got kicked off Is Eric, church And

(01:06:02):
Eric church is a monster. Performer. Now the other one
Was Taylor. Swift oh. Wow the Point i'm making with
telling this story is that usually you don't find someone
who's gonna whoop your ass in the, opening, right and
But Rascal flats were, like, yeah we want someone who's bringing.
It So i'm sure that was an awesome. Tour Good

(01:06:22):
charlotte is hardly going to. IMPRESS i feel like they're
two different audiences showing up, absolutely and maybe that's their
their ploy there is try to cater to a wide
like a shotgun. Method maybe the moms and their.

Speaker 5 (01:06:36):
Kids, exactly or the dads and their.

Speaker 3 (01:06:39):
Kids blank tops box, Office blank tops Box.

Speaker 5 (01:06:44):
Office it's Not Zootopia.

Speaker 3 (01:06:47):
TOO i don't. KNOW i haven't seen anything in the
movie news, lately or haven't paid attention enough to. IT
i will stick With zootopia. Too wicked what else came?
Out let's go With, yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:07:11):
Oh what else came?

Speaker 3 (01:07:12):
Out Five night At Freddy's too is claiming the top
spot at the weekend box, office to which a lot
of you are going. Huh the second, film inspired by
the popular horror game, franchise took first place with sixty
three million dollars in the. Opening utopia came in second
at forty three, million followed By wicked For good in third.

(01:07:35):
PLACE i know the. GAME i don't Think i've seen
the first. ONE i can't. IMAGINE i guess it is
quite the. Demand. YEAH i tried watching the first one
AND i couldn't get into. It that's SO i turned it.

Speaker 5 (01:07:49):
OFF i can't play the.

Speaker 3 (01:07:50):

Speaker 3 (01:07:59):

Speaker 5 (01:08:33):

Speaker 3 (01:08:37):
Three hundred ninety million Dollars Beauty, Pie you'll be, Nothing

(01:08:58):
paid attention to a little bit of, it but not
all of. It and that is The Golden globe. Nominations
apparently this year they're including, podcasts and the list of
nominees should shock. You the nominees consist Of Armchair expert
With Dak, Shephard it's An okay, Podcast Call Her daddy Podcast,

(01:09:19):
again An okay, Podcast Good hang With Amy. Poehler it's
hit or. Miss sometimes it's really, good sometimes it's a little.
Ridiculous The Mel robbins Podcast Okay, SmartLess which Is bateman
and Will arnett and it's. Okay and then NPR's up.
First of those THAT i just, mentioned how many of

(01:09:42):
those do you think are in the top? Ten? Three? None?
One r nprs up. First, yeah that's the only. One
how do you not Include Joe, rogan, right, massive massive, following,
yes massive? Guests? Yes how do you not INCLUDE Theo vaughn? Podcast?

(01:10:06):
Right how do you not include The Sean ryan? Podcast
how do you not include Crime? Junkies how do you
not Include Tucker. Carlson i'm not saying these are SHOWS
i listen, to BUT i am aware that they're quite. Popular.
Yeah here's the, thing, though all those podcasts that are
up right MINUS npr all have what movie star names

(01:10:28):
attached to? Him Mel robbins isn't call her? Daddy? Isn't?
Okay maybe it's just the ones That i've filtered through my.
BRAIN i, Mean Dak, shepherd, Sure amy Pol Amy, pohler,
sure SmartLess, Okay i'll go with fifty fifty. Percent, sure
but that's Does if it was that then.

Speaker 6 (01:10:48):
Okay and maybe that's why because it is the The Award.
Show but you still have half of, them, Aren't so
that thought is, negated. RIGHT i was shocked by. It
and maybe there's an agenda. There maybe there, isn't BUT
i can't imagine there's an agenda when you have something.

Speaker 3 (01:11:14):
Like The Caller. DADDY i don't know why that's better
than maybe the other side of politics or. Whatever, RIGHT
i just shocked me WHEN i saw. That and a
lot of these podcasts are available on The iHeartRadio app
that you can listen to for. Free just search for
your favorite podcasts Like Us Take Us. Anywhere but IF

(01:11:38):
i was gonna pick for Top i'll just pickt top five.
PODCASTS i think. YOU i don't know if you do
Both Joe rogan and. THEOVAON i feel like it's pretty, redundant,
right But i'm good with both. Those you definitely got
to Do Sean. Ryan Sean ryan's podcast though quite, long you.

(01:11:59):
THINK i Think Joe rogan's. LONG i think there's one
episode that's like four. Hours Good, lord it's a good,

(01:12:46):

Speaker 5 (01:12:56):
Good crime junkie surprising, That, yes it's, massive any of
the crime, ones.

Speaker 3 (01:13:06):
Two, bears One. Cave. Nope but that's a fair that's
fair to put it on, there, right, Right but if
this is a popularity, contest then it's no shock that
they're not in. There but those are the most, popular.
Right we're talking popularity as in like so far as
in the industry. Itself you, know, Granted Joe rogan very.
Popular people know who he. Is is he popular amongst his,

(01:13:29):
peers amongst the people in the acting? Industry because isn't
that what The Golden globes is, about all about? Actors, no, no, no,
NO i don't. KNOW i have no. IDEA i don't
think pay attention to these stupid. Words The Golden globes are.
Decided this is a pretty funny rabbit hole to go.
Down The Forum Press, association which IF i, remember is

(01:13:50):
a group of one person Really Hollywood Forum. Press, yeah
it's a small group of international. Journalists that, says, yeah.
Yeah so if those small group of international journalists get
together and none of them Like Joe, rogan none of
them Like Theo, vaughn but they do Like Amy, poehler

(01:14:11):
then that's explains why that they're in there and these
other ones that are highly successful are not because it's
a popularity. Contest this says that it was sold in
twenty twenty three because of all the, scrutiny and now
it's owned by a entity Called Pinske, Media eldridge. Whatever that.
Is so, okay, baby, listen any award you get is.

(01:14:35):
Dumb i'm just being. Honest most time they're bought. Right
sometimes they're even voted on in a manipulated. WAY a
lot of movies that are up for awards for like The,
oscars you have to submit and you have to kind
of campaign for cost. Money right, again a popul. Larity,

(01:15:00):
yeah it's it's on the same lines of the best
football team doesn't win The Super bowl because of injuries
or bad days or. Whatever, right people will misinterpret like
The world series of The Super bowls being the. Best,
no they were just the best that, day, Right, yes
they won other, games but there are reasons. Why the best.

(01:15:23):
Band you've probably never heard the best, band and that's
not some high up top. Thing that's They maybe they just,
disbanded right and they never got to they never got
a record.

Speaker 5 (01:15:33):
Deal i'll watch The Golden globes just for the. Host
Nicky glacier is. Hosting she's.

Speaker 3 (01:15:41):

that we're looking. At, man that's right up there with
The Home alone. House SO i want to say a
fifteen hundred a, night this says the, house spend the
night reliving your favorite movie and sleeping in the brothers twin.

NO i get. It does the heater work? RIGHT i
think they have somebody on, call moter. FINGER i think
if you do, that you've got to have some moment
where the heater goes out absolutely and you have to
sit down and you have to tell one of your,

(01:17:45):
kids tell me how mama's little piggy. Eats, yeah the
bumpuses dogs have to be next? Door, yeah? Right and
what about the little asshole. Kids they kept terrorizing the. Neighborhood,
yeah you get A Red rider baby gun to shoot at.
With so of the houses THAT i would stay at From,

yeah he's got his hands in a lot of. Everything
and he is having them to meet you, know the,
family and and uh yeah he's not a good, dude
but he's trying to And Brian cranston isn't on, board
but he wins Every Meghan, malal isn't. It it's a
really funny, movie doesn't it end by winning him Over

(01:18:51):
Brian cranston over by having kiss play yes, okay because
he was going to propose to the to the girlfriend
right and make this big deal about it And Brian
kranston was, like don't do all, that just be simple AND.
Beu but the communication got crossed and he'd already planned
all this stuff With kiss to come up and play
part of the. Engagement, yeah and So kiss ends up

(01:19:13):
walking into the, house you, know and they're, like, oh, hey,
sorry we're terrible. Hosts CAN i get you something to?
DRINK i mean it's a great. MOVIE i think it's.
Great now that is kind of an obscure one for
what for homes THAT i would stand For? Christmas but come,
on The McAllister, House oh for, sure that's easily the best. House, heck,
yeah so. Huge it's so, huge and you know it's

(01:19:38):
got good security right, right you just got to get
through all the booby. Traps oh, see, yeah that's the
thing about the Y M, house. RIGHT i remember When
Brian kranston got stuck on the, toilet the assistant had
to come in and help. Him, YES i don't want
that to. Happen so there's a there's a drawback to
all of these. Houses, yeah you can stay at this house,

(01:20:02):
Too McAllister. House, yeah that seems more. Fun even in
The i'd stay at the sequel where they stay at the.
Hotel the hotel's the, house, Right? Oh it was it
Like Trump tower or something like. That, yes, yeah that
feels like a good choice. Too The Griswold's, House, Yes Christmas. Vacation,

(01:20:26):

It?

Speaker 3 (01:21:20):

To wright that doesn't. Suck, yeah that'd be a pretty
great place to. Stay The Kid's house From Bad. Santa
that's a good house To arizona or, something, Right, yeah,
Yeah i'm just saying there's a lot of good. HOUSES
i don't know If Christmas story would be the top
