I think, Gimpi's really gonna likethis. Yes? Is there such thing
as too fast when driving on thehighway? Oh? Yeah, for sure,

(04:26):
there's such thing as too fast.I mean speed limits typically what sixty
five people go about eighty. Youcan get away with ninety pushing one hundreds
kind of pushing it. If you'regoing one twenty, that's kind of too
fast. If you're going anything overone thirty, I'm thinking, oh holy
hell man. Okay, you know, the fastest I've ever gone on the
highway in a car was one twentyfive. Whoa, So let's just go

(04:49):
with what you normally do normally, right, like, how fast over the
speed limit? Do you go?What are we talking about here? Car?
Bike? Because there's a difference,is there one? To me?
There is to be curious. Idrove speed limits the speed limit regardless of
the feeling you have, And Ithink that's what I mean absolutely absolutely.
The speed limit is sixty five milesan hour, but if in my car,

(05:11):
I'm usually rolling with traffic and that'shitting about seventy seventy five. Maybe
depends on which highway I'm on.If it's one sixty nine, you're hit
about seventy to seventy five. Ifit's on the turnpike where the speed limits
are eighty. And this is whatblows me away. Man, eighty miles
an hour you think is pretty damnquick, right, I'll be doing eighty,

(05:35):
got the cruise control on, andpeople are still blazing past me like
I'm standing still. It's fascinating yousay that when you're like, I went
to one hundred and twenty five, like it was no big deal, so
you shouldn't be surprised that people gofaster. No, no, no,
no, that was me being adumb ass kid when I was doing one
hundred and twenty five. Okay,But nonetheless, usually in the car,

(05:57):
I'll keep up with traffic. Ifit's on the innert or excuse me,
the turnpike, it's running about eightyfive or so. On my bike,
though, I'm rolling anywhere from eightyto ninety on any given highway. So
in your bike you feel more reasonto speed. I don't know more reason.
It's just I don't know. Itjust it's just a way I do
it. What about you, Lindsey? So if it's sixty five, I'll

(06:21):
go seventy, and if it's seventyfive, I'll or eighty. I'll do
eighty. If it's definitely eighty,I'll go eighty. But you won't go
over eighty. Eighty's your top foryou. It feels comfortable. And so

(06:41):
when the speed limits eighty, youpractice restraint. Yeah. Interesting, Okay,
okay? Is there too fast yeahfor speed limit? For a speed
limit? No, I mean likea post of speed limits? Is that
what you're saying, should the speedlimit be higher than sixty five? I
think we're having a tough time tryingto follow what you're going with here,

(07:03):
like like there's a difference. Ijust think you guys are over complicated.
Is there too fast for a speedlimit? Not so far? Yeah.
If the speed limits at one hundredand thirty, that's too fast. Yeah.
So far, I have not seena speed limit anywhere that's been too
fast. So apparently overwhelmingly people don'tthink so that there's no, too high

(07:30):
of a speed limit. Okay. The Triple A did a study and found
that the majority of the people haveno problem with speeding, and over forty
percent think that it's not dangerous whenyou go thirty miles over the speed limit.
Okay. So let's say the speedlimit sixty five thirty mile, that'd

(07:53):
be ninety five. Okay. Ifeverybody is pushing that limit at the same
time, then no, it's notthat bad. If everybody is doing the
sixty to sixty five mile an hourspeed limit and you're the only one that's
doing ninety five to one hundred, then yes, there's danger involved. Forty
six percent consider more than fifteen milesper hour over the speed limit on the

(08:18):
freeway to be extremely or very dangerous, with only forty percent openly omitting it
to doing it a few times, and a lot of folks don't recognize that
it's dangerous. According to the TripleA, who's you know they're gonna say
that, right, right, theyare. They're all very focused on safety.

(08:39):
Of course, people still when yougo like eighty five, will pass
you. Yeah, there's always someonegoing faster than that, Oh yeah,
always always. I'm guilty of speeding, right, you were generous on one
six nine. I think the peoplewill go about eighty oh yeah maybe,

(09:03):
so I don't take it that often, be honest with you, And I'm
shocked with the motorcycle that you gofaster, because to me, the slower
speeds feel faster on a motorcycle.Really, when you if you're going forty
on a motorcycle, when you're seeingthe ground move by you, it feels
faster. Definitely, you shouldn't belooking at the ground when you're riding.

(09:24):
But point taken, I don't,I don't, I don't know. It's
just eighty nine's where the cruise capsout at. So so you would go
faster if it let you. Imean, that's just on cruise control.
I've had that bike up faster thanninety miles an hour many times. But
overall they say speeding is the standoutbehavior. And a person Oh so this

(09:52):
is interesting. A person hit bya vehicle going thirty miles per hour seventy
percent more likely to be killed thanbuy a car going twenty five, So
ten mile an hour five mile hourdifference increases their chances of death dramatically.
This text here says, I thinkit's safe for going thirty over than thirty

(10:13):
under for who I mean, Iguess that makes sense. Let's say think
about it. You're on the highway. Highways speed is sixty five miles an
hour. That's the Postes speed limit, right, if you're doing sixty five,
got the cruise control on. You'reminding your own business, you know,
listening to Van Halen or whatever, having a good old time, and

(10:35):
you come up behind somebody who wasdoing thirty five. Boy, you got
to slow down draumatically, real fast. And it's more dangerous for the person
doing thirty five both parties actually, because you know you caught them by surprise,
and there's a chance that you canget rear ended on the highway for
going so slow. As to wherelike, if you're doing sixty five or

(10:58):
whatever, somebody's doing sixty five andyou I think if you come up you
can get around them a little biteasier doing over the speed limit, it's
not as dangerous. I mean,it's an interesting argument to speed, but
I think statistically it's always safe fortwo go slower. This text here is
yeah, and he's right. Itsays you go faster on a bike to

(11:20):
stay away from traffic. That istrue. You got to stay the hell
away from people. Man, Thenwhat are you doing on the road if
you're trying to stay away from traffic, Well, people run over you all
the time. Well they want toanyway, they don't want to. They're
just not watching from exactly because they'regoing ninety but yeah, their phone or

(11:41):
they're distracted by something else, right, right, So yeah, go faster
to stay the hell away from thestay ahead of it. I just it's
an odd argument to be like,I want to get away from traffic when
literally that's what you're doing is youwant to be in traffic. That's why
you're on a bike. You're inthe traffic. That's the whole point of
the road, in any vehicle intraffic, yes, not just bike specific.
But you know when when you've hadso many close calls from people not

(12:05):
paying attention to changing lanes without lookingand you have to swerve to get the
hell out of way, Yeah, yeah, stay ahead of them that way,
you ain't got nothing to worry aboutit. No, I get it.
It's the whole reason I don't rideanymore because of the other driver.
I just it's it's always safer togo slower. Statistically, you say,

(12:26):
you save yourself should you crash. There's no statistical data right that shows that
speeding is better. It's a fascinatingargument because people get really territorial about it.
I't. They get really defensive, like I want to go faster.
I want to get there faster, but you don't. You might get there

(12:50):
two minutes, you might get therethree. Again, I am guilty of
speeding. I'm not saying I don'tgo to speed. I don't speed.
Someone text in say it takes fourtimes longer to stop at eighty than at
forty, Yeah, and four timeslonger at forty than twenty yeah, one
hundred percent. But overwhelmingly people arelike, don't see it's according to the

(13:13):
study, which is the whole reasonI'm bringing this up. Don't see speeding
as dangerous, which is so bizarreto me. Well, and I suppose.
I mean, if you are aconcentrated driver too, if you're not
a distracted driver, if you arefollowing the other rules of the road,
not using your cell phone, nottexting while driving. You know what I'm

(13:33):
saying, not eating this is youronly vice? Is that what you're saying?
Exactly? Yeah, exactly yeah,I and people don't want to pay
those heavy fines when they do geta speeding ticket because they ain't cheap.
Right, Speeding is a massive Ithink a massive problem in this community.

(13:54):
Yeah, yoh yeah. Everybody's ina hurry to get somewhere. Maybe I
think it's more of like like anego thing, do you think, so,
yeah, I need to get thereearlier. Okay, I my I
can do. I'm a better driverthan you. Oh, I don't know.
I think society in general is justthey don't have time to wait in

(14:15):
traffic jams, like they don't likeI mean, traffic is annoying for everyone.
Yeah, but we just have sucha small, very small attention span
for it. We just don't havethe time. You know, how long
will you wait for a tiktoking video? You know you scroll to the next
one if it gets too long, all right? And those are all just
a couple of men exactly. Youjust don't want to wait. Yeah.

(14:39):
Yeah. Getting behind people that areslow, it's like, come on,
I understand the speed limits. Fortyyou could do at least forty thirty five
speed up, scream, I'm goingto go around you. There we go,
get out of the past. Probably, as lady said, that's your
only vice. You probably use aturn signal, look over your shoulder.

(15:01):
Absolutely. Absolutely. It was ona local news down here in Florida.
Someone doing ten under the speed limitis thirty percent more likely to cause an
accident than someone doing ten over thespeed limits. Huh, well, good,
so now the news doesn't lie.Now now we're on board with the

(15:22):
news in Florida. Right now we'reon board. I just thought it was
interesting that people don't see speeding asdangerous. Yeah, what do they see
as dangerous? I think people feelincredibly safe in their cars. Absolutely.
I think that's why you see roadrage as such a problem. That's your
ow little personal bubble made out ofsteel and plastic. You see people's personalities

(15:45):
who are not insane human beings actinsane like it's this little time workplace they
go to that they think they canjust be a completely different person. Right,
you can't get me. I'm inmy car. Yeah, roll up
the wooden news and lock the door. You'll buy a car to look cooler
or tougher. You'll do extras toyour car to look cooler or tougher.

(16:07):
You'll tint your windows to look coolerand tougher. Don't give me this hole.
You suddenly care about the air quality. I mean, it does take
the temperature down inside your car tremendously. It does. But that's not your
first motivation, right. You don'twant people looking at you, right,
You want your privacy. The sunbeaming in on you. There ain't nothing
worse. No tended windows in thesun's like a magnifying glass burning your retinas.

(16:30):
I have that stripe on the front, yeah, And I had it
pretty low before, and love Atfirst, I didn't think I was gonna
like it. I love it.It's nice. Oh my gosh. And
the next next windshield after I replacedit, it wasn't as high, and
I was like, right right, because you're to it being right there.
I think the legal limits like rightunderneath the vite or the rear view mirror

(16:52):
there, so you're used to that, and you just a few inches makes
a huge difference to where the sunis just beaming in your eye. All
right, we gotta take a break. We got tickets to Burt Kreischer We're
gonna give away. Burt Krisher isgonna be at to be Okay Center tomorrow.

going on? News quakies from TheBig Man Morning Show. In ninety seventy
five, kmod Man waves gun atBartender's who told him bar was closing.
This comes out of Florida where CarltonLacy, thirty nine years old, was
arrested and charged with the two countsof aggravated assault, resisting arrest, and

(18:27):
possession of a weapon by a convictedfelon on Sunday, Mother's Day. According
to an arrest Affidavid from the LakeCounty Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to Big
Dog Saloon in Mount Dora at aroundtwo point fifteen am in reference to the

(18:47):
assault. They spoke with two bartenderswho said that Carlton Lacy allegedly pulled a
gun on them after they had toldhim it was time for the bar to
close. One of the bartenders saidshe was telling patrons that it was time
to leave, and Lacey allegedly grabbedthe gun from his waistban and said who

(19:07):
needs to leave, and then wavedthe gun in the air in her direction.
Then the other bartender asked him toleave, and he responded by grabbing
his gun from his waistband a secondtime and pointed it at her chest.
Keep playing with me, bitch,That's what the bartender said, he said

(19:30):
to her. Multiple witnesses confirmed topolice that they saw Lacey with a gun
waving it around inside and outside thebar. Deputies located Lacey in the parking
lot, but he is accused ofrunning away. The bartenders were able to
give deputies the license plate to thecar that Lacy arrived in, and deputies
conducted a traffic stop nearby. Threemen were inside the car, one of

(19:53):
whom matched Lacey's description. He wastased and taken into custody. He actually
denied having a gun or threatening thebartenders. Deputies were not able to locate
a gut inside the vehicle or inthe area where he ran. He remains
in custody in Lake County with twentyone thousand dollars bond. I love the

(20:17):
up reviews, oh of the bar. I love dive bars and having made
some of my best memories in placeslike this. Don't bother trying to sing
karaoke here. The DJ sings morethan the patrons, even with a long
Even with a long wait list,a group of people came in and immediately
were next on the list. WhenI asked the DJ why we were skipped
over, he said I should haveslipped him at twenty if I wanted to

(20:41):
sing. I've been here twice andboth times fights have broken out. Definitely
not the type of place to feelsafe. I never go into a dive
bar with expectations, but this placeis somewhere to stay clear of. Yeah,
all, it sounds like a goodtime. It sounds like a dive
bar man. It was a tryingto be a big dog in the saloon

(21:03):
man busted for battery with a soileddiaper. There's this kid. He's eighteen
years old. His name's Damien Caston, and he's paralyzed from the waist down
and he lives with his brother.Well, apparently not too long ago,
him and his brother got into abit of a verbal argument and Damien got
pissed, and Damien starts throwing thingsaround the house, damaging the walls and

(21:25):
the what nots. And then heturns to his brother and another witness and
starts throwing things at them. Sowhat does the brother and the witness do.
Well, they pick Damien up,and they take him outside and place
him in the front lawn for everybody'ssafety, at least that's what they say.
Anyway, they throw down a blanket, right, Damien didn't like that

(21:47):
too much. I see I pictured. They took him out of his wheelchair
and then just placed him in thelawn, so he can't really get it,
not like he's walking or anything anyway. So Damien didn't like that.
Too much. So Damien takes offhis diaper and throws it at his brother
and gets diaper remnants all over theporch and the chest of his brother.

(22:07):
And by diaper remnants, I meanduty. Yeah, cops get called out.
They hauled Damien off to jail.He got busted for domestic battery and
was told not to have any contactwith his brother. I mean, he
doesn't have a lot of choices sofar as we mean well, I mean,

(22:30):
he can only go with what hecan reach, right exactly. And
I guess if that's your dirty diaper, then then have at it. But
how about just not throw things atpeople? Two things? What does this
tattoo say above his eye? Canyou see? Can you read that?
Gimpee? Oh shyman? More thanlikely gimme a Sherman schwinn. I didn't
even notice the tattoo champion. MaybeI don't know. And also, unless

(22:53):
you're you're Amish, don't girl beardslike this? Yeah, that's a weird
looking beard. I get it.You're trying to grow a beard. Bro,
you look like you're trying too hardto be fair though, he's only
eighteen, so he hasn't really gottenthat far into the the facial hair even

(23:14):
more. Even more, he thinkshe's mad enough to get a tattoo above
his eyebrow like that, right,Look, that mustache needs some work,
so uneven, all of it does. Yeah, no, regirts. I
think his tattoo says champion. Ihad to do what a lot? It
looks like it says championshire, right, Yeah, like the champion logo,

(23:38):
champion athletic. Yeah, if youwere gonna get a tattoo above your eyebrow,
what would you get? Oh,that's easy for me. It'd be
kimpinging an easy hashtag you right here? But okay that makes yeah, that
makes sense. Yeah, okay, lindsay an eyebrow, an actual eye.

(24:00):
You have to know he would haveto say something. Yeah, that's obviously
not what we're talking about. Uhmy one of my kids' names. Okay,
sure, just one? Huh wow, you just play favorites all day,
don't yet? Well, she coulddo a unibrow and have all three
of them just right. I wouldaccept that answer. That would be hilarious.

(24:21):
Yeah, I don't. I guessI would get something like faith spirit
hope, the shortest word thought possible. I'm not getting champion, right,
that's a little presumptuous. Well heis champion diaper tosser. No, he's
not. He got in trouble.H Well, you know, he'd probably

(24:42):
do better I could. Neighbor exposedgenitals before he was shot to death.
New information about a deadly disturbance betweentwo neighbors in Las Vegas. Metro Police
say the victim, forty seven yearold Joe Marino, was shot multiple times
on Monday night after he exposed hisgenitals to the suspect's family, including his

(25:03):
five children. The suspected shooter isidentified as thirty two year old get that
Junk out of here Eddie Morino Junior. Though there are no reports of the
men being related, court documents saythe men live next door to each other.
The suspected shooter, who surrendered topolice without incident, is facing a
murder charge. Well yeah, allegedlyaccording to him, he's saying he shook

(25:29):
his junk at them and yelled I'mgoing to kill you, okay, which
is quite convenient. Yeah, yeah, I feel threatened. I would argue
there's the chance of him grabbing hisgenitalia and doing his best Jersey Mafia.
I'm you know, I'm gonna killLike, yeah, I may. Maybe
he said some derogatory like I'm goingto f you up, or I'm gonna

(25:52):
do something derogatory in front of yourchildren. H but I'm gonna kill you
as he grabs his junk. Thatmakes no sense. And it wasn't clear
if he unzipped his pants and grabbedand exposed or if he just Michael Jackson.
Okay, Well, when I hearthe word exposed to me, it's
like it has to be out ofthe clothing, you know, and you

(26:15):
Michael Jackson, and then you're justgrabbing your crotch and going. But yeah,
you exposed it. That means that'swaaner out the trousers worth getting shot
over the kids. They're kids, absolutely, yeah, you shield their little
eyes look away? Come on,man, I mean for real, dude,

(26:41):
I mean you're definitely not going handson. No, no, you
don't try to take that weapon awayfrom him? And was he if he
was in his like they were acrossthe driveway from each other, across the
street. Just go inside, right, Why do you have to unholster?

(27:03):
You don't trick your junk? Right? What what are you in for?
Man? Somebody tried to hit me. So I saw him and then I
accidentally killed him with a punch.Oh man, what are you in for?
Someone broke into my home and therewas an altercation that I killed him.
Were waiting for trial. Another onewhat did you do? Shaked his

(27:23):
penis at me? Huh? SoI shot him several times, several times,
not one shot. That's where shesaid, all right now, we
got to take a break. We'llbe back. Tulsa's Morning Show is coming

(29:18):
tonight when the reigning champion Denver Nuggetsaimed to clinch a spot in the Western
Conference Finals. They're going to facethe Minnesota Timberwolves in Game six in Minneapolis,
and that game starts at seven pointthirty on ESPN. Steph Curry will
need to make room in his trophycase for some new hardware. The Golden
State Warriors Superstar guard has been namedthe winner of the twenty twenty three to

(29:41):
twenty four Magic Johnson Award. Theaward is given annually to the NBA player
who excels both on the court andin how they deal with media and fans.
It is the second time that Curryhas won the award, after taking
it home for the first time backin twenty sixteen. Damian Lillard and Shane

(30:02):
Bettier are the only other two timewinners. The thirty six year old career
was named the NBA's Clutch Player ofthe Year just last month. It's weird
they have to give this award out. Why do you say that it should
just be expected. Oh yeah,I see what you're saying. Yeah,
why do they have to make anaward for it? Yeah, it should
just be expected you conduct yourself inthat manner. Yeah, you think the

(30:26):
people that don't conduct themselves in thatmatter, go, I want to win
the award. Sure. And also, uh, he's not a He's not
a guy that's really been that's everhad to deal with a lot of scrutiny
or anything. I mean he's Autumn, yes exactly. And Magic Johnson.

(30:47):
It being a Magic Johnson Award,I guess he has had to deal with
a lot of scrutiny because of beingHIV positive before that, before that,
I mean when he he was alwaysknown for being charismatic. Uh huh Is
that why the award came about?I have no idea. Hmm. It's

(31:08):
a ridiculous to me. It's aridiculous award. Yeah. Not because it's
named after Magic. Magic's a ridiculouslytalented player, and the story of him
playing in the NBA is fantastic, and maybe there were maybe they were like,
if we have this award, maybeit'll deter our players from acting.

(31:29):
No pool neblic and no, youknow, no, clearly it hasn't helped.
No, it doesn't matter. Netflixis jumping in the Dallas Cowboys huddle

Netflix says it will tell the definitivestory of Jones and his unique journey

(31:51):
in transforming America's team. There isno release date yet. I think this
is fascinating. I can't wait towatch some of this. I will definitely.
I just want to see some ofthe insight like behind the scenes type
of things, right, Like whatwas the turning point for you guys to
just suck ass all the time? Was it? Was it nineteen ninety eight?

(32:13):
Was that the year? Well? And the other part is is this
a Jerry Jones thing? Like ishe getting final cut okay to make it
look good? Yeah? Right, there's no way he's gonna let the Cowboys
or himself look bad. No way, Oh not at all. And HBO
is bringing Hard Knocks back, butwith a twist, now concentrating on football

life off the field. The show'snext season is titled Hard Knocks Off Season
with the New York Giants. Thefive episode series will debut on July second
on HBO and run through July thirtieth. Things fans are likely to see on
the show a reported and failed pursuitof first round quarterback prospect X, the

(33:00):
free agent departure of running backs KwanBarkley to conference rival Philadelphia, and the
addition of much hype to LSU widereceiver Malik Neighbors. I mean, there's
been so many incarnations of The HardKnocks. To me, they're all kind
of the ship the same. Yeah, did you didn't they do the Cowboys

(33:23):
on Hard Knocks too? Oh yeah, they've done the Cowboys probably the most
out of anybody. Yeah, likethree or four times. I'll probably watch
that one though, too. Itdepends on if it's compelling mm hmm,
right, if it's a snoozefest likeit was a few years ago, Like

(33:45):
the Dolphins one was pretty good, the Jets one wasn't very good, the
Cardinals one wasn't very good, theLines one was okay. Yeah, uh,

of OTA's Espnry orts. Cameron Haywardhas not participated in voluntary workout so far

I feel like you know cram twelvepickles down my throat pretty easily, easy.
Easy. Hey, you guys knowwhat miss connections are? Yeah?
Do you ever have one? No? Can't say that. I have never
ever, even before you know, marriage and all that, never had a

(36:31):
missed opportunity miss connection with somebody. No, I mean miss connections in the
the way that I'm thinking of itis like on Craigslist and uh, you
saw someone you want to try andhook up with them or find them.
So, uh, Craigslist was misconnectionthing. Was not really a thing when
I was single, right right,we're not really looking at you know,

(36:53):
did you place an ad on missconnections? Just? Did you ever have
an opportunity like that? You hada misconnection that you look back and you're
like, man, I should havesaid something at that point in time.
I'm sure I do, but Ican't recall it. Okay, Okay,
I recently had one, Yes,and uh, and I was like,
all right, well that's interesting. So instead of taking the Craigslist, I

(37:15):
figure I got this giant platform here, might as well you oh right,
hold on, so let me wrapmy head around this. You recently saw
an individual and you felt like afterwards, you felt like there was a chemistry
or something there that you want totry and pursue. So you're going to
try and find them on the airright now. Absolutely, man, Our

(37:37):
listeners are amazing. Our listeners areawesome. We do a segment about it
every Monday. We just have tobe doing Veterans this month. But yeah,
man, I figure the wiki Dix. They they they're sleuthe the Internet
sleuth. Surely somebody knows exactly whoI'm talking about and can be like,
hey, they're talking about you wantto read. You know many times you

(37:57):
know people are like, hey,I heard you talking about me on the
road. Oh yeah I was.So I know people are listening, and
I know somebody knows exactly who I'mtalking about. So the goal here is
for you to get a connection tothis individual. Like you don't know if
they're single, married, no,no, straight, gay, Like you
have no idea, know nothing aboutit. I was just see what happened

(38:19):
was I was on my way homeTuesday, Tuesday, Tuesday, what's up?
Brother? And I'm on my bikeand I'm cruising down seventy first Street
heading home and uh, I'm aboutlike seventy first almost one sixty nine,
right, and there's this We're intraffic, and traffic of seventy first Street
at that time of the day it'spretty backed up, right, So I

(38:42):
had to stop light, and I'mjust kind of minding my own business and
I look around and I spotted thatthere's this bike behind me, nice looking
cronch rocket too. I was like, Oh, that's cool. But I
also noticed, and I can spotthem from a mile away, it was
a lady rider. I was like, oh, hey, what's up to
me. They're out the sexier thana lady that rides, you know what
I mean? Well, she wearinglike how what is the designating feature that

(39:05):
makes you know it was a femaleminus I'm assuming they had a helmet on.
Yeah, dude, she dressed likea ninja, all black, black
pants, black top, black jacket, black helmet, covered up the mouth,
nothing but eyes. But there wassomething in the eyes that I could
see and tell it was lady reader. Also also size, stature, body

(39:25):
shape, stuff like that. Okay, I just looked back on. I
was like, and I took adouble take. I was like, oh,
lady rider. Cool, all right. So light turns green and then
we get up to the next stoplight, right there at one sixty nine,
and uh, and I look backagain, and she pulled up a little.
I was like, and I motion, hey, come on up here,

(39:46):
come come on, wave my littlehand up there, come on up
here. So she does. Shedoes, and pulls right up next to
me, right and it's this beautiful, beautiful black BMW cry rocket, Tell
me about it, Tell me aboutit? And uh, so you know,

(40:07):
we we silently compliment each other oneach other's bikes. And the light
turns green. She pulls ahead, gets on Highway one sixty nine. I
go straight forward on my way home. And that's when I said, goddamn
it, I should have gotten overon the highway and rode a little bit

(40:27):
with you know, molitor I,But that's what you mean. But at
least, you know, hey, let's pull over and talk for a little
bit, you know, because whenyou're on a bike, especially one as
a lot as mind, you reallycan't hear much of anything, right,
So we all have to use handgestures and stuff like that. And that's
how we were talking to each otherat this stop line. So she pulls

(40:50):
off and uh, and I waslike, damn, I should have I
should have got behind her at leastgot on the highway in motion. Hey,
let's get off the highway and pullover in a parking lot sitting maybe
get you know, get to knowone another after that. But that's where
the misconnection comes in. So I'msitting at home, I'm thinking, well,
god, damn, kicking myself inthe ass man man, wow,

(41:12):
hell all right, Well, youknow they used to do the thing,
and they still do. It's stillthere, miss Craigslist, Craigslist or whatever.
I was like, well, Imean, I guess I could.
I could take the Craigslist, butthat never pans out that I that I
know of. I've never known anybodythat says yes, I put an ad
on misconnections on Craigslist and we metup when we, you know, been

(41:36):
together ever since. Uh So Iwas like, well, fine, f
it, we're gonna talk about thison Thursday. So I wrote a couple
of misconnection and ads. Yeah.So they's not nothing much. That's the
thing about misconnections. You don't wantthis giant soliloquy, uh you know,
of words going on and on andon. So these are some short,

(41:59):
simple misconnection ads that I had puttogether. What day was this? This
is on Tuesday? Is when thishappened. So the fourteenth, yes,
yes, Tuesday around lunchtime. Okay, So I put my thinking toucon and
I get to type it up.All right, So here you guys,

(42:19):
tell me what you think about this. This is my first misconnection ad and
I try not to be as creepyas some of them are out there.
You know, we've read some onthe year before that was like, you
know, I saw you in theQuatrip parking lot. You were redheaded and
wearing short shorts, and I justknew that I had to have you.
Yeah, trying to be creepy likethat. I just want to get this

(42:42):
out there in case somebody knows thisone that I'm talking about, and they
can, you know, be like, hey, gimpeople talk about you on
the radio, want you to geta hold of them. You should do.
So. So here's miss connection addnumber one. I call it blue
Eyed Ninja because she had blue eyesdressed like a ninja, makes sense right
mm hm, And says I sawyou while you were behind me on your
bike on seventy first and one sixtynine, a black BMW crotch rocket.

(43:06):
You were dressed in all black, covered up like a ninja looking just as
good as the bike you were onthe moment we made eye contact, you
took my breath away. Oh god, let's go ride sometime. Tell me
how I complimented you on your bikeso I know it's you. Is that
too creepy? Not creepy enough? What do you think, Lindsey, if
you read that and you were theperson, what would you think? I

(43:28):
don't find it creepy at all.Really, No, even the part that
says the moment we made eye contact, you took my breath away. No,
I think that's flattering. Shucks,yeah it is. It's flattering.
Gorbyan has a guy. What doyou think? Too creepy or you know?

(43:51):
Just right? I hope. I'mraising my girls to not fall for
the you took my breath away line, because that's not what happened. You
never know. That's a cheesy lineused guys used to make it sound like
they're attracted to them. I begto differ. I beg to differ because

(44:13):
I had some palpitations after she droveaway and I left. Yeah, she
drove so you didn't lose your breath. You had it. It took a
while for it to get lost hotlycrap. But it's still lost. It's
still gone. It doesn't matter theduration of time. It just happened.
You asked my opinion. I'm justsharing it, and I'm shutting down anyway.
So I wrote another one. Iwasn't sure. Yeah, I wasn't
sure about that one, all right, So I wrote another one. It

(44:36):
says here, black bike near onesixty nine and seventy first Street makes perfectly
good sense, right, that's thelocation, that's the bike she was riding.
I'm thinking, you know, readingthis on Craigslist, that the person
who's reading it and was like,yeah, that's totally I got a black
bike. I was on seventy firstto one sixty nine. That must be
me, I says. It wasa sunny Tuesday in Tulsa around now.

(44:58):
We were both on our bike onseventy first Street close to one sixty nine,
and you were behind me on ablack BMW sport bike. I spotted
you in the rear view and motionedyou to pull up, and you did.
We complimented each other's bikes, andwhen the light turned green, you
got on the highway. Tell mewhat jesture I made to compliment you on
your bike, So I know whatyou. I feel like it's like that's

(45:19):
something you have to have in amisconnection, right, that's all some sort
of to know you're getting the rightperson. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
yeah. All the ones that I'veread that have something like that on there.
So I don't know what do youthink about that one, Lend the
first one was better, however,I feel like she would you would know
if it was her. You've you'veseen her eyes? Yeah right, but
he's getting a message? Sure,Oh that's true, yes, right,

(45:40):
and eyes is all I saw?M M. Yeah, I think that.
I think that it is definitely uhstill cheesy, okay, right.
The thing is, you said ityourself. All of them have this thing,
So how are you gonna make itnot sound creepy? Somebody text in
and I agree you are already behindthe ball on this. Oh yeah for
sure, because you know what awoman likes, a strange man following her

(46:05):
in her car or on foot oron a bike. It would have scared
the hell out of her to followher. Maybe so yeah, maybe so
maybe not though not everybody's like that, No, no, not everybody's like
that. Especially are you implying alot of people like it, I'm not
saying, and a lot of peoplelike it. I'm not saying a lot
of people don't like it. Youjust don't know who that person is.
Just because you might be creeped outabout it doesn't mean that that person is.

(46:29):
It is a weird mentality to go, I wanted to talk to you,
Move up so I can talk toyou, and then hold on,
and then also be like, Ishould have followed her and commanded her to
pull over so I can get toknow her. Yeah, because if she
wanted to talk to you or wantedmore with you, she would have pursued
you. Maybe so, maybe so, Or maybe she was in a hurry

(46:52):
to get somewhere, maybe so.He had things going on. But in
Ghimpia's defense, when he did motionfor her, she didn't have to come
up next to him if she wantto, one hundred percent, one hundred
percent, especially with creepy claw wavingyou up there. Yeah, that right
there. If she didn't want tohave anything to do with it, she

(47:13):
would have not. She would havejust stayed back there, a bike's length
away, a car links away, and not would have even thought about coming
out. And he said that shewas completely covered up. She could have
just acted like she didn't see him. She could have ignored it completely.
Like two way you think Lindsay hadtwo things. One, bikers typically feel
safer together, and if he wasmotioning her, she may be like,

(47:36):
oh, a fellow biker, right, all good. And then the other
part is who doesn't want to advancein the line to the light? That
is a true statement. On theother side of that coin, though,
there was, you know, asilent conversation had at the light. If
she didn't want to have anything todo with me, there would have been
no interaction at all whatsoever. Sonot only even if it was just you

(47:57):
know, I feel safer or hellyeah, I want to get up closer
to the light, there would havebeen zero interaction. I would have,
you know, complimented you on herbike and she'd have just kept staring forward.
But instead there was interaction in betweenus. So to me, I
feel like there was there was somethingthere. It may not be a bonfire,
but it was, there was aspark. It reminds me of a

(48:19):
thing I saw that just because awoman's being nice to you back doesn't mean
she wants to bang you or talkto you or have a relationship with you.
You ever know, though, you'reright, but you don't know until
you try. How you gonna winif you don't play easy? You just
kind of let the other person alsoplay if they want to. And apparently
that person wanted to. No,no, they could have just been being
nice. You very right, andyou know what if let's just say,

(48:40):
I love how you're crushing this.By the way, I'm not crushing it.
I'm just kind of are. Butit's okay, it's okay, listen.
You didn't bring it up for meto go, Yeah, keep going?
Can be Actually I did none theless you didn't. Nonetheless, if
there wasn't any action there, youknow, maybe yeah, we get on
the highway emotion. Hey, let'spull over, let's chat, and then

(49:01):
that's when we get to find out, oh hey yeah I'm taking or you
know, there's no interest or anythinglike that there, you know, instead
of just letting it go home. But you know, like, again,
how are you gonna win if youdon't play? So nonetheless, my last
one here before we get out ofhere, because yes I had three and
yes, you're right, it wasn'tlast week I had a girlfriend. It

(49:21):
was a couple of weeks ago.It didn't work out. Thanks for listening.
Last one here Hotty on a crotchrocket. That's why I labeled this
one. It says, to thehotting on the black BMW crotch rocket,
you were behind me on seventy firstStreet going east bound towards Highway one sixty
nine. I was on my wayhome and you were going somewhere. I
says, you're wearing all black withnothing but those beautiful eyes showing emotioned you

(49:44):
to pull up, and he did. While at the light, we silently
complimented each other on each other's bikes, and when you pulled ahead of me
to get on the highway, Isaw you have the greatest glutes God could
give anyone. Let me know Iover complimented each other and let's go some
time. So that's good. AllI can. All I'm picturing is like

(50:07):
Ron Burgundy right now. I thinkthat was his best one. I can
hear him be like I can hearRoden Burgundy be like you were behind me.
But I want you, I wantyou to be on me at least.
That was the most authentic one ofhim. Yeah, absolutely, it
was his best one sixty seven percentof the time. It works every time,

(50:30):
right exactly. Might also be arooty situation. It's the last game
of the senior year. Let thelittle guy get in the game. Shoot
your shot, homie. These aresome texts that are coming in misconnection to
the hot babe on the BMW CrotchRocket. I want to take my hog
for a ride. Yeah, no, I think there might be something there.
What would you have him? Right? For a misconnection? Lindsay,

(50:52):
yeah, knowing the details? Yeah, but you got Yeah, I liked
the the hottie on the crotch Yeah, no formula, let's hear it right
right? What are you writing forme? How do you on the cross
rocket? Uh? I want toget to know you better and if you're
interested, let's I'd like to takeyou out. Yes, something along those

(51:19):
lines. You have you want totake her out on the date? Okay?
Yeah? Right right? Yeah again, I think you are This is
a tough situation. You missed thewhole option, so anything you do is
going to be uncomfortable. So Ithink you got to go something with you

(51:40):
are on your bike at seventy firstand one sixty nine. We talked at
the light. Let me know whatcolor. My hog was, I'd like
to get you to get to knowyou better. Sure leave it at that.
Yeah, if she's going to missconnections because she felt the same chemistry
right as you're you said you werefeeling, then she's gonna like you wanted

(52:01):
to be you right, which iswhat I feel like. All those are
things you would say, fair enough, fair enough either way, it's worth
a shot. If you happen toknow this hot chick on a black BMW
crotch rocket, tell her to geta hold of me, call me be
drown. No world, take mystrong hand, get on give train,

(52:23):
Holma, give train hand round,No world, take my strong hand,
get on the dam. I feellike you know, cram twelve pickles down
my throat pretty easily. Tulsa's MorningShow continues next AX, good morning,

Show nine one eight for six ohkmod. You can also text bmms and

(59:07):
then what you want to say toeight two nine four five. Let's see
what Gimpie has in his four xfour eh Calvin. It says here that
Biden and Trump debates are set forJune and September. The two will participate
in a CNN debate on June twentyseventh in at Atlanta and a second debate
hosted by ABC News on September ten. The debates were scheduled hours after JB

(59:32):
challenged the former president on a videoposted the X. Trump responded saying he's
ready and willing to debate. Crookedjew Ben Carson calls for an end to
no fault divorce in his new bookout this week. The former Trump cabinet
members says no fault divorce should beremoved or radically reduced for the sake of

(59:58):
families and the perilous fight. Carsonwrights, it's natural for people to gravitate
towards that option when their marriage hitsa rough patch, but he says what
those people often don't consider is theharm inflicted on their children. Now,
the first no fault divorce law inthe US was signed in nineteen Giggey nineteen

(01:00:19):
sixty nine. Before that, peoplefiling for divorce would have to prove misconduct
by their spouses, such as adulteryor domestic of violence. I can see
how someone would get to a placewhere they think no fault divorces should be
illegal. Okay. With that beingsaid, you shouldn't be forced to stay
in a marriage you don't want tobe a part of anymore. Absolutely,

(01:00:40):
on hundred percent, I agree,So I can see how someone gets there.
But also, no, yeah, you shouldn't be if you want out,
you want out, and if yougot to use the courts to get
out, then it should be okay, you want out, Yeah you want
out? Yeah, fine, signAnd I know some people are going to
say, well, then you shouldn'tget into one if you're not prepared to
stand in front it. No,we quit stuff all the time, all

(01:01:00):
the time, and then go backto it. That's what's wrong with America.
Shut up? What else we havehere? The number of overdoses have
dropped for the first time ever infive years, it says new Preliminary data
from the CDC's National Center for HealthStatistics shows about one hundred and seven thousand

(01:01:21):
to five hundred people died from drugoverdose last year. That's around thirty five
hundred less than twenty twenty two.Despite the drop, overdose deaths in twenty
twenty three were still almost double thatnumber from five years ago. Synthetic opioids
like FIT and AL were involved inalmost seventy percent of overdose deaths. But
hey, the numbers going. Whogets credit for that? For the deaths

(01:01:44):
the lack of Oh oh, that'sa good question. I don't know.
I mean, are their programs. Is their government programs out there saying don't
do the drugs now? I mean, are they cracking down on the If
they're cracking down on the amount offentanyl or the accessibility of it, then
that would go the credit would goto government agencies. My question isn't is

(01:02:05):
it because of the lack or lessusage or is it because more people are
having access to the what's the drugthat brings you back mark narcan? Yes,
that's possible too, for more usageof narcan. I mean, I
don't care how the cheese is made, as long as we get cheese right,
right, right, six and onea half does know the other.
Lastly, here state insurance departments plansto offer grants to encourage Oklahomas to install

(01:02:31):
storm resistant roofs. The grants. The grants offered for four to five roof
installations, can offset the ten tofifteen percent extra costs and will be offered
starting in twenty twenty five. Theprogram will require specific steps for the installation
by roofers, roofers certified to bepart of the program, and with an

(01:02:52):
independent inspection before and after the job. State Insurance Commissioner Glenn Mulera said that
the Oklahoma program is modeled after Alabama'sprogram, which was created after repeated losses
from Hurricane I'm intrigued to find outwhat a storm resistant roof is. From

(01:03:13):
what I read this morning, it'slike a coat that goes over the down
to the decking, goes over thedecking right and under the shingles and it
prevents your decking from getting soaked andcausing water to drip inside your house,
even if your shingles get blown off. So I mean, if you're in
a tornado and your entire roof comesoff, you're aft. But if the

(01:03:35):
shingles the winds are high enough andit's blowing the shingles up and it's taking
shingles off, it's not going tolet the rain soak into your decking and
then leak into your house because there'salready paper that goes under the shingles,
right, and that's not apparently Imean, it's yeah, it leaks right
on through that as well. Allright, let's see what Lindsay has for
balls to the wall sports. Well, we all know that time flies in

(01:04:08):
exactly one hundred days. Florida Stateand Georgia Tech will kick off the season
on August twenty fourth at Aviva Stadiumin Dublin, Ireland, with what's unofficially
dubbed we Go College of Football's offseason drought. What mercifully end with a
game that has acc title implications. But this isn't just a countdown to kick

(01:04:33):
off. It's a flare ahead ofa twelve team college Football Playoff, the
most historic change to the sports postseasonsince the BCS ended in twenty fourteen.
It's the start of a football seasonwithout the Pac Twelve for the first time
in more than a century, andit's the beginning of historic conference realignment that

(01:04:54):
includes moving the LA schools to theBig Ten and the Big twelve's biggest brands
to the It's also the end ofsome eras, as former Alabama coach Nick
Saban has retired and former Michigan coachJim Harbaughs moved into the NFL after winning
a national title. Here are theten first time conference matchup must seize this

(01:05:15):
upcoming season, according to ESPN.That is in septemp This is all these
games take place in September. YeahYeah. Florida State at SMU on September
twenty eight. The Mustangs host thedefending ACC champs in their first ACC conference
game BYU at Utah on November ninth. The Holy War is back after a

(01:05:36):
three year hiatus, and as aconference game going forward, should be the
most wholly contested rivalry in the newBig twelve. USC at Michigan on September
twenty first, the Trojans make theirBig ten debut in Ann Arbor. I
don't think that. I don't thinkso, because there was a pretty much
an exodus when Harball left. Sothey're not going to be the same team.

(01:06:00):
USC is going to be a differenta completely different team. Oh yeah.
Oklahoma State at Colorado on November twentyninth. This old Big Eight rivalry
has been revived, with coach MikeGundy facing off against Deon Sanders in a
meeting that could hold Big twelve titlegame implications. Michigan at Washington on October

(01:06:20):
fifth. That'll be a good onerematch of last year's national championship, except
not simple, guys, But yeah, right, Oklahoma at LSU on November
thirtieth, I'd be interesting. Yeah, And Alabama at Oklahoma November twenty third,
Every Oklahoma game, but yeah, absolutely, Ohio State at Oregon October
twelfth. Let's see Texas at TexasA and M November thirtieth, always good.

(01:06:45):
Yeah, and number one Georgia atTexas October nineteenth. Number one right
now in what could be a previewof a playoff participants, yes, maybe,
yes, and yeah, And that'syour balls to the wall sports,

Moody dot com. All right,Conspiracy Theory Thursday. There's been a lot
of talk about whistleblowers, especially withthe Boeing situation, and so these are
disappearances and deaths of whistleblowers. RossAndal Alderson he was the BC casino whistleblower.

(01:08:26):
He was an Australian living in Canada. He was previously Director of Anti
money laundering Investigations at the British ColumbiaLottery Corporation, and he was one of
the people responsible for monitoring and stoppingmoney laundering schemes in the Canadian province.
He worked for the bclse an investigatoras an investigator for seven years from two

(01:08:47):
thousand and eight to twenty fifteen, when he became the director and worked in
that position until he resigned two yearslater in October of twenty seventeen. Documentation
shows that he had repeated concerns aboutlaundering casinos. He became a more senior
member and eventually became the director ofthe BCLC and began to experience health issues.

(01:09:08):
Despite the health issues, he seemedwilling to help with a Commission of
inquiry in late twenty nineteen, evencalling it necessary and saying he was willing
to help. However, he hasnot responded to a summons to attend the
commission. He spoke with the mediain twenty nineteen was someone to attend.
The Commission of Inquiry has not responded. His failing health was certainly a concern

(01:09:32):
with such a stressful job. Somecolleagues even suspected that I might be suffering
through some mental health concerns. Hecannot be found. They don't know where
he is. They're not sure ifhe moved back to Australia, dodged the
Commission, or is dead. Typically, money laundering is involved with some sort
of crime group, right, someillegal scheme of sorts, and he's like,

(01:09:57):
I got wind of it, andthey're like, you might hurt your
leg, you might fall and tripon your face. We don't want you
to have an accident. Alberto NismanNismannisman, he's a lawyer. He was
a whistleblower. Whistleblower who disappeared undermysterious circumstances. He was an Argentine attorney

(01:10:21):
who specialized in international terrorism. Hewas reported dead in twenty fifteen. He
died of a gunshot wound. Anauthorities ruled his death of murder. However,
he was already well known throughout Argentinabefore his death. The largest bombing
in that country's history, the Amiabombing, happened in nineteen ninety four.

(01:10:43):
From the blast, eighty six peoplewere killed and more than three hundred were
injured. The government investigated the bombingitself for ten years, with no clear
conclusion. In two thousand and four, Alberto Nisman was placed in charge as
the prosecutor, so began contentious litigationbetween the attorney and the government. He
was certain there was a cover up. On the day before his death,

(01:11:04):
he filed a complaint accusing many Argentineofficials of concealing information. The officials included
the president and the Minister of ForeignRelations, among other government employees. According
to the complaint, he believed thepresident had intentionally silenced witnesses and avoided investigating
locals who may have been responsible insome way for the attacks. He insisted

(01:11:26):
that the Argentine government had deliberately obstructedthe investigation to maintain diplomatic relations with Iran
and Syria. The following day hewas found dead, tried to call out
the government can't be doing that.I mean, fang Ben sound familiar totally.
We hung out just yesterday. Idoubt it as he is one of

(01:11:50):
the more modern ones, as hewas the reported whistleblower in a little place
called wu Han. He filmed andbroadcast images videos on social media showing the
first stages of the coronavirus pandemic. As a citizen in wu Han, fang
Ben saw the early infections and howquickly virus is spreading. He also saw

(01:12:11):
numbers of deaths and apparently he alsonoticed the Chinese government was not transparent about
it. His first video was uploadedin twenty twenty. His videos were uploaded
and viewed with interest around the globe. A week later, on February first,
he was arrested. That was afterhe shared a new video. The
video showed soldiers piling corpses into avan in front of a hospital. Police

(01:12:32):
arrested him that evening. He waslater released in February first of twenty twenty.
This was not the end of histroubles with the wu Han police.
Been released more videos, including oneshowing police coming to his door. His
final video shows a piece of paperwith the words resist all citizens, hand
the power of the government back tothe people. That was his last public

(01:12:53):
appearance. No one has seen himsince. Yeah he did COVID right.
Serena shim She was a whistleblower thatwas a Lebanese American journalists reporting in Turkey
near the border with Syria. Shewas working for Press TV at the time.

(01:13:14):
She had reported that ISIS agents werebeing taken across the border to Syria
from Turkey. Political implications of thisreport were huge for Turkey. This made
Turkey look like they were harboring terroristsand secretly supporting ISIS. Following her report,
the Turkish government claimed that she wasa foreign spy. She denied these
reports and said, I'm very surprisedat this accusation. I've even thought of

(01:13:34):
actually approaching Turkish intelligence, and becauseI have nothing to hide, I've never
done anything aside from my job,and I'd like to make that apparent to
them. However, I'm a bitworried because, as you know, as
the viewers know, Turkey has beenlabeled by Reporters Without Borders as the largest
prison for journalists. So I'm abit frightened about what they might use against

(01:13:55):
me. She made those comments onOctober seventeenth to twenty fourteen. She was
killed in the car crash two dayslater under suspicious circumstances. She was twenty
nine. Val Bruskmitt He was theDeutsche Bank executives that he's the son of
a former executive Deutsche Bank, isan international bank in Germany. Upon the

(01:14:18):
unexpected death of his stepfather via suicidein twenty fourteen, he received documentation and
emails from Deutsche Bank. You sharedmuch of the documentation. He was contacted
by the federal authorities, including theHouse Intelligence Committee, to investigate Deutsche Bank
when they suspected of money laundering connectedto Russia. Through his cooperation investigation,

(01:14:40):
Forensic News reported that Deutsche Bank Americareceived a deposit of three hundred and thirty
three million from a bank connected tothe Russian intelligence Service. He was last
seen in April of twenty twenty one. Thorty He's found his car running with
the keys in the ignition in SouthLos Angeles the next day. They don't
know where his disappearance is or wherehe went, or if it was because

(01:15:00):
of his whistle blowing activities. Theyjust don't know where he's at. Just
found his card, just decided toleave. That's it. Just people just
disappear vanish. Hey man, weall get fed up one day. It
can't take it anymore. Absolutely,or you died because you read it on
the company you work for, becausesnitches get stitches right. Hey Wan Striteum

(01:15:26):
hey Wan gings in Cape Town,South Africa are known for being quite dangerous.
The twenty eighths gang is one ofthe most well known and lethal in
the country and was led by GeorgeJewald Thomas. When authorities arrested Thomas,
he was charged with fifty two Hewas charged fifty two times, including attempted
murder, weapons, charged murder andothers. The trial lasted four years.

(01:15:49):
Witnesses in these cases were frightened tospeak out, worried that they may face
consequences. One witness, Harwin's Stritum, was willing to speak before he comes
to trial. He was gunned downin November of two thousand and eight for
his untime untimely death. With hislast breath, Stretam spoke out and had
identified the killers as Jowald's henchman. It's not the first time he had silence

(01:16:15):
potential witnesses. Stretam's bravery allowed theSouth African South African government to convict the
gang leader. He's currently serving sevenlife sentences and another one hundred and seventy
five seven life plus one hundred andseventy five Frederick Valentech he is Australian.

(01:16:38):
He's a pilot. He was onlytwenty years old and still learning to fly.
On Saturday, October twenty first, nineteen seventy eight, he was flying
over Australia. While flying, hereported to air traffic control several disturbing thanks.
He first said that an unidentified craftwas following him. After being told
there was no aircraft in the area, he described the aircraft. He reported

(01:17:00):
seeing green lights and thought the otheraircraft might have deliberately played with him.
The last thing he said was it'snot an aircraft. Following this, he
and the aircraft disappeared. Search andrescue efforts continued until October twenty fifth.
So four days many potential X fourdays. Well, really, you're going

(01:17:24):
to go three, right right, cause it's gonna take them a while to
get out there. They didn't goall of the twenty first right right right,
so only three days three and ahalf. We'll give them a half,
you know, and they didn't gountil midnight on the last day,
So we'll go three guys. I'mgood, we've been here three days.
Let's call this one a half dayand get on out of here. Huh
many potential Explanations for what happened tothe young pilot abound, but none have

(01:17:47):
been proven. Some suspect he lostcontrol of the plane and flew upside down
without realizing it. Others suspect thathe staged his disappearance for media attention.
There's a little evidence to support eithertheory. Others think the extraterrestrials have him.
That was my first thought. Aliens, aliens, unidentified craft. He

(01:18:09):
calls it in. They're like, day, ain't nobody behind you? Why
because aliens use radar blocking technology, right, And then they're like they caught
up to them and they heard theradio transmission. They're like, we gotta
get this guy we work because that'show they speak. And then they took
them down and then they probed them. Maybe it's a thing where like they

(01:18:29):
have an arrangement where they sacrifice somany people over to keep them at bay.
Okay, like we're feeding the alienslike human people just to keep them
happy. I could see that.Charles Horman Charles Horman was an American journalist
and documentarian who was reporting on thepolitical crime in the political climate in Chile.

(01:18:51):
He reported on an attempted coup involvingthe United States government in the seventies.
Eventually, the military military coup coupdid a. Horman was detained and
arrested by soldiers from the Chilean Armysix days later. Many suspect that Horman
faced torture and interrogation. Eventually,it came to light that he was executed

(01:19:12):
on September nineteenth, three days afterhis arrest. His case generated much attention
and is still being investigated today. Some people suspect the US government knew of
his arrest and allowed the execution tooccur. Hormantruth dot Org is still investigating
the mysterious death and seeking justice.David Kelly Doctor David Kelly was employed as

(01:19:39):
a weapons inspector an expert for theBritish government. In two thousand and three,
in an interview with BBC journalist AndrewGilligan, Kelly revealed that the British
government had found no weapons of massdestruction in Iraq. According to Gilligan,
doctor Kelly was an anonymous source, and Gilligan never reveal yield his identity.

(01:20:00):
Due to pressure, Kelly revealed himselfas the source of the league to his
superiors, though he thought he wasnot the only one. Shortly after,
someone leaked Kelly's name to the mediaand he received unwanted media attention. Two
days later, on July seventeenth, two thousand and three, doctor Kelly's or
body was found in his home. His left wrist had been cut. Autopsy

(01:20:23):
revealed that he had taken twenty ninetwenty nine co proximol tablets, which is
apparently a painkiller. Sooarty's ruled hisdeath of suicide, but circumstances are suspicious.
Never trust. I knew by thenamed Gilligan. I knew that one.
Some of these other ones I didn'tknow. I knew about the UFO

(01:20:45):
won, the Australian UFO guy.And then there's this one. And this
is the one. The whole reasonI'm bringing this up. I had no
idea about this one. William Morgan. William Morgan was born in Virginia in
seventeen seventy. There is no recordof his younger life, but Morgan married
in eighteen ninety. Eighteen nineteen,he and his wife moved to Canada with
their two children, and Morgan starteda brewery. After a fire destroyed the

(01:21:09):
brewery, the family returned to theUS. Upon returning to the States,
Morgan attempted to access the Freemason Society. He claimed to have been part of
the secret society in Canada. However, local Freemason lodges were not willing to
allow him to join. After manyattempts to join up with Freemasons, William
Morgan, which by the way,is a nice colonial name, announced he

(01:21:30):
would publish a book detailing the secretsof the Freemason Society, to be named
Illustrations of Masonry. Following the announcement, he faced the consequences. Freemasons are
a secret society that does not wanttheir secrets revealed. Police arrested him on
theft charges, and there was anarson attempt on his newspaper business. Eventually,

(01:21:51):
he disappeared. He was never seenafter this disappearance. Theories including that
he was tossed into the Niagara River, Freemason's made him to leave the country,
or he committed suicide. He's anearly example of whistleblowers who disappeared under
weird and mysterious circumstances. So ifhe was never in the Masons, yeah,

(01:22:12):
how would he know? How didhe know any secrets exactly? Well?
Maybe he did, I mean, maybe he found a book or something,
or started talking to somebody else andhe wanted in on it and they're
like, yeah, sorry, we'refull. Mm yeah, and he's like,
well, fine, screw you guys, I'm gonna go back to America.
I'll join their Masons. And thenthey wouldn't let him in. Sorry

(01:22:33):
we're full. Oh yeah, wellI got secrets. I'm gonna expose you.
Id hofdas my grandfather he was ahe is I guess still a Freemason.
My dad was a Freemason. Humhmm, yeah, one hundred dad died.
What do you guys? Yeah?I was in de Malay, which

(01:22:54):
is a youth organization for young menbetween the ages of thirteen twenty one,
also known as a cult, alsoknown as a cult, also a subsidiary
of the Masons. Yeah. Idid work with the Shriners. I no,
I've went to their circus. Iwas a part of rituals and didn't
ritual competitions and learned the passages.None of it felt secret. Yeah,

(01:23:20):
I'm not saying there weren't things thatwe had, like secret handshakes or whatever,
which I couldn't someone did to metoday, I'd be like, what's
wrong with your hand? Soy boy, what's going on? None of them
would be enough for you to go, oh right, really that seems weird,
I think in that lower level ofthe organization though, of course they're

(01:23:41):
not gonna be They're not going toexpose all the secrets or any of the
secrets. This is just an introductionto the cult also known as the Masons,
right. The Shriners are a partof that as well, and it's
like it's a step stool to getup to that. And then okay,
so you finally get to join theMasons, and you guys are all great
and having fun and you wear yourlittle habit spahetti dinners, yeah, yeah,
and raising money or whatnots. Butthey're you know, the higher you

(01:24:02):
step up into the the hierarchy ofof the Masons, you know, that's
when the secrets start getting exposed. We're like, hey, Frank is like
one hundred and six and he's gonnadie soon. You're next in line.
It's kind of like when the Presidentcomes in and he gets, you know,
the Book of all the Secrets Sureof America. It feels like it

(01:24:25):
would be very different from that, but I understand it's this all on the
same lines. You get what I'mtrying to say here, They're like,
all right, well you're next inline, Bob, because Frank is about
to die. So, uh,here's your book of all the secrets of
the world. Uh, don't tellanybody, and if we find out you
do, we're gonna kill you.The number of people that are Free Masons
is astonishing. There's no way oneof them isn't blowing the whistle. And

(01:24:51):
the last guy was in seventeen ninety, right or whatever. Right, and
the finding the book thing, maybea pamphlet, I'll buy that, but
ultimately they were pretty rare commodity tohave some a book, so you weren't
going to just drop it. Yeah. So I have a hard time going
with that ideology. And there's somany groups that the maybe that's you've got

(01:25:17):
to be in it for so manyyears, but they don't just let you.
You pay your due, whatever, you check out your hat or whatever.
You order a mini ring or something, a mini scooter, and then
they're like, okay, sit down, we got some stuff to hold on.

(01:25:38):
You got your fez, you gotyour car, here's your fancy ring,
you got all the all the spaghettidinners locked in and the fish fries.
All right, now here's your nextgot a couple of parades I need
you to keep track of, right, okay, so here's all the secrets.
Yep. If something like that happenswhere they have all these secrets,
you got to be in the topone of the organization. Oh yeah,

(01:26:00):
for sure. They're not letting Bobfrom Bob's Drywall join and then be like
here you go, Bob, noton day one, Not on day one?
What day then? I mean it'sgoing to be like day seven thousand.
You know. I feel you gotto be in there for at least
ten years before you get even exposedto any kind of secrets. Somebody tells

(01:26:25):
this Freemasons aren't really a secret oldass tradition, sure, but really just
an old gentleman's club that teaches menhow to be better men, a lot
like a grown up boy Scouts minusthe sex. What you know of come
to a meeting if you like Lindsay, has to go to the White Shine
or the Emerants, it must bean actual Mason that is taxting in man.

(01:26:46):
I mean I have been to Mason'smeetings and he is right. They
are one traditional. Yeah, there'straditions, much like at your church,
right, much like at your church. But but they're not just gonna willy
nilly, let you not a nonmember. They're not gonna expose you to

(01:27:09):
any of that secret stuff. No, I'll show you the traditions, and
this is how we do things. And we're an organization for men to try
to make men better men, youknow, man on man whatever. Uh.
But you know they're not just gonnaall right, new guy or guy,
we don't even know we're gonna exposethis to you know, you gotta
you gotta build that trust man andbecome a member, and then you know,

(01:27:31):
like I say, work your wayup the higher archy. Yeah,
the d Malay mimicked the Masons, you know, on a smaller scale.
I held state level positions. Notonce was ever pulled into a room and
been like okay, right, ormaybe I was and I'm just trying to
cover it up. That's a goodpoint. How do we know, gotta

(01:27:53):
take a break. We'll be back. Tell USA. This morning show is
coming right back. Tulsa's rock stationKMOG. Good Morning, It's the Big

(01:28:15):
Man Morning shown six kmo D.You can also text DMMS and then what
you want to say to eight twonine four five conspiracy theory Thursday. You
might remember a video while back ofa family who took a video in their
backyard where they claim there was aliensin their backyard. Any One, there's

(01:28:45):
aliens in my backyard. It's whatbedemon. Here's a video. A few
guys don't remember it, and aman named Scott Roader of Evidence Room,
Animation and Exhibits, who is consideredto be a video expert, says that
there is no editing. This isan original video. We tried to bunk

(01:29:10):
it to see if there was somethingthat was added to the video. All
of our results came back as itwas authentic. You might remember the story
from last year where the family contactedMetro Police in Vegas after a police officer's
body cam coincidentally recorded something unusual flyinglow across the sky. In the call

(01:29:31):
to police in my backyard, Iswear to God, this is not a
joke. This is actually we're terrified. They're like eight foot, nine foot,
ten foot. They look like aliensto us. Big eyes, they
have big eyes. I can't explainit in big mouth. They're shiny eyes.
They're human. They're one hundred percentnot human. The expert believes he

(01:29:51):
that he spotted two aliens in thevideo, just like in the original nine
one one call that was to thepolice. We took vector motion points in
space and then we attach that tothe figure in the background to show the
movement of the shadow and reflects themovement of body that is attached to the
head. We don't believe it's afloating head. We believe it's attached to

(01:30:14):
a body, and the motion ofthat head from right to left is consistent
with the motion that we see betweenthe slats on the fence. It's there,
It's absolutely there. In September twentythree, the police closed the case
without any resolution or confirmation, butthe family doubled down. One of the
witnesses claims the family is not tellingthese bizarre alien stories for publicity. I've

(01:30:39):
made no money off this. Idon't need money. It was really bad
and traumatizing experience. What do youthink, I think they crazy? That's
just me tripping on LSD something likethat. But I mean, the expert
says there was no doctoring to thisvideo. Of course he would say that,

(01:31:01):
And what time of the day wasit when they made the call?
Well, you saw the video Isent you, right, Yeah it was
it was it dark? Yeah?Yeah? Yeah? So was it night?
I mean it could have been earlymorning, but yeah, it was
dark outside. I don't see anything. I didn't either. I didn't either.
I mean I'm just looking at thebody cam footage or whatever from the

(01:31:25):
police that showed up. I'm notseeing the actual video that these people had
post so I don't know if we'relooking at the same video or not.
Yeah, the police report is whatI say. You guys are the news
reporters say you got right, andthe one that shows what he put animatronics
on, like you know, outlinedit. You're like, yeah, because

(01:31:45):
you you drew a picture of it. I'm seeing the Jesus and the toast,
right. I can tell you this. If I was trying to make
something valid and nobody was believing me, I'd find someone to say it.
A classic lawyer move is you findsomeone to make them crazy, right,
right, And if there's a drin front of their name, of course

(01:32:09):
it's going to be more believable.Well, this is a doctor. Even
if it's you know, just aPhD doctor, you know he's still a
doctor, right, Well, he'ssmart well, there's implication that someone that
gets their d R does research andit has validity and doesn't just a fly
by night Charlton right, right, right, But there's crackpots just like everybody

(01:32:29):
else. Oh, I mean Icould do better than that. You can
just say you're a doctor, right, because who's going to check short of
you going to get surgery and nota lot of you do that. You're
not going to check, right,You're just gonna go, oh, he's
a doctor, right, got infront of his name. Hell, A
dentist is a doctor. Not toofar from the idea that a chire practor
is a doctor, or not toofar from the idea that if you you

(01:32:53):
say, when British people talk, they sound more intelligent, right, like
these comments. The most suspicious thingabout this to me is the fact that
when the officer goes to the backyard where this supposedly happened, now the
video cuts out. They said itwas because it was on private property.
Ah, I don't buy that.I literally watch bodycam videos every week,

(01:33:15):
which takes place everywhere, including insideof people's homes. The government was involved
here, at least that's the wayit seems to me. Right. Another
one in the age where everyone feelsthe need to film everything on their phones,
but decide not to film this incrediblemoment. That's that's a good point.

(01:33:39):
I think that if you really havenothing to prove, why are you
continuing to push it right right, right right? What would you guys do
if you get let's just say, aliens land in your backyard? What are
you doing? Are you going outthere my wife? Are you gonna hide
you know? Hi? Yeah?Or go about my life? Whatever?

(01:34:02):
I mean? Oh, you meanlike in the moment, Like yeah,
in the moment you like these peoplesaid they saw aliens land in their backyard
or they're in their backyard and theygot the big buggy eyes and blah blah
blah, all that jive. Youknow that happens to you. What are
you gonna do at that moment?Do you flip the light on and off
and hopes that they leave? Doyou confront them with the shotgun? Do

(01:34:27):
you hand them a cold beer? What are you doing? Lindsay, I'm
definitely talking to my husband. Ithink that we are gonna record it for
sure. We have this footage,so okay. So the problem with this
question is that it's set up asaliens, which there's a desire to see.
So she's going, oh, Iwould definitely record it. You have

(01:34:49):
to go with and disturbance is happeningin your backyard. You have no idea
what it is, and you goout there and you peak and you're like,
what kind of looks like it?But you don't know that they're aliens
yet. Well then we figure outthat it's aliens. How no, you
because you don't know there's a disturbancein your backyard. We go to check

(01:35:14):
it out, all right, yougo and you check it out, uh
huh. And then you're in yourbackyard, you and your old man,
maybe even got the whole family damnlyout there, right yeah, and then
you see that they're the grays becausethose are the most popular ones, right
you know, big eyes, bigbig head. Yep, what do you
do? Start recording? I don'tbelieve you. Get the kids in the

(01:35:34):
house. I don't believe you becauseyou just said you're like, I'm going
to get my husband. Like youhave played there. You have displayed more
than once that those type of thingsare not comfortable to you, and you're
not confronting them head on. Buteveryone wants to see that we have to
know that it that they're out there. I need the proof. I've got

(01:35:55):
the proof right here. What amI doing with that information next? I
don't don't know. I just thinkthat in the moment filming, it isn't
going to be top of mind, right, disturbance in my backyard. I'm
grabbing my gun. I'll be going. Nobody's going with me. It's not
the way my house operates, right, And so I'll go out there.

(01:36:16):
But if a ship but I lookand I'm like, that's a ship,
I'm probably not going out there atthat point. Okay, you're gonna stay
in the house or go back intothe house. I listen, I ain't
about to get probed. But wedon't know if that's really if we see
the ship that they arrived on,probably not going to go out there.

(01:36:39):
And what am I gonna do?Let's just say I've got the kohonas to
go out there right with my mySpringfield XDM right, Ryan millimaner right,
right, right. Aliens are inyour backyard. They they they've you know,
landed on your ground and they're justkind of one looking around. Yeah,
like they took a wrong turn somewhere. Yeah, yeah, ah uh

(01:37:00):
uh No, I don't want togo to wherever they're from. It could
be awesome or not. It isequally a chance of being very bad.
And then I'm being read on somestupid morning show as someone who went missing
because he complained about the company.Right. I say, you grab an

(01:37:27):
icy cold bud light and you goout there and say, hey, welcome
to the neighborhood. I'm a coldone, and they go, he's attacking.
Maybe so, or they could becurious. What if you're you're in
a foreign spot, name a partof town that would be foreign to you,
and you go, you don't speaktheir language, and someone tosses something
at you you can't identify because youdon't know what beer looks like. You're

(01:37:50):
gonna be like, this is prettyawesome. Hell's no, you're retreating or
attacking. They'll know what it isbecause they've been keeping an eye on us,
right for right, No, exactly. No, we just said they're
lost, so they're not very observantif they have been toss a cold beer,
tell them come on in here, hit this, I get HI with

(01:38:14):
your alien friends. Why not?Why not make the best out of the
situation. If you end up gettingprobed whatever. Yeah, not surprised you're
okay with that? I'm right sayingyeah, because the other part of this,
the DF part, is uh huh, who's gonna believe you? Right?
Right? And that's that's that's avery good question, you know.

(01:38:35):
That's why when you're sitting out theredrinking beers with your alien friends, smoking
blunts or whatever, you start takingselfies. Man be like, hey,
let's get a picture real quick togetherand they're like no, and then they
lower the camera without touching you onYou're like, well, that's a cool
trick. Did I hate some mushroomsor something? Man? All right,
we got to take a break. We'll be back. Tell us this morning

(01:38:57):
show. No, yeah, he'scoming right back. Actually, Big Bad
Morning Show, Tulsa's rock Station ninetyseven five KMOD Good morning, It's the

(01:39:24):
Big Mad Morning Show. Nine one, eight four six oh K M O

eight two nine four five. Joiningus on the line right now is Mike
Malega with the Tulsa Drillers. Hey, buddy, good morning, corbyin how
are you good, sir? Drillersin action this week one oak Field,

(01:39:45):
and you guys always have exciting thethings happening around the ballpark tonight. Uh,
specials on drinking on Thursdays where youdo special pricing on certain beers,
right, Yes, sir, wegot if you have three dollars Domestics tonight,
and well I think we have fourdollars Medello's as well, so you
know, always good for the twentyone plus crowd coming out on Thursdays,

(01:40:09):
you know. And then we gotKing Cabbage. We'll be out there like
the house band every Thursday night. They have been great. Unfortunately we've always
had like rainy weather every Thursday sofar this season. Hopefully today clears up
and we got some great weather andfans can really enjoy those guys because they're
a blast. And tonight's Drillers Golfhad nights. We'll be looking for that.
You got fireworks on Friday and Saturday, get back to back double fireworks

(01:40:30):
this weekend as we're wrapping up theschool year. Should be should be a
great weekend for some fireworks in DrillersBaseball. Yeah, and then of course
day game on Sunday. Let theFunday Sunday where the kids eat free Hornsby's
Hangout and James Outman Drillers jersey giveaway. Yes, one of my favorite drillers
in the Los Angeles Dodgers era withus, James Allen, and so we'd

(01:40:55):
love to honor honor James. Jamesdid a great job when he was with
us. He's just one of thoseguys that does everything well. You know.
He was a real spark plug forthe driller. So we got these
awesome T shirt jerseys that were givenaway on Sunday that are going to be
just a great giveaway first thousand fans, I think. Yeah. And besides
all these great things that's happening tomake sure you get your tickets at Tulsa
Drillers dot com is that the playersyou're seeing the future stars, not just

(01:41:17):
of the Dodgers, but whoever they'replaying when they're in town. Like this
week it's the Wichita wind Surge. And last night you had maybe one of
the craziest maybe I don't want tosay craziest, but definitely a bizarre thing
that happened with Dalton Russian. Who'sam I fair to say he's the star
of the team. Definitely, he'sthe number one prospect in the Dodgers organization.

(01:41:41):
Definitely the biggest prospect we've got thisyear. Yeah, and so set
the play up if you can,so sure a shallow ball gets hit down
the third base line. Yeah, just kind of a dribbler, you know,
minutes or the wind surger up atthe play we're pitching, you know,
rushings behind the plate. Catching guyhits a little dribbler up the third

(01:42:02):
base line, almost like a likea bunch off and off the end of
his bat and it's going right downthe baseline and it looks like it's gonna
stay fair and brushing. He justhas the presence of mind. He comes
running out, throws his mask off, is running up the third base line,
dives to the ground, and heblows the ball foul. It is
pretty classic. I mean the ballis almost made it to the grass,

(01:42:26):
that's how far it is away fromthe line, and he just takes a
non smoker's deep breath and just andyou know, big bad Wolfson across.
I mean, the ball hops acrossthe line. I thought he for certain
hit it like you know, withhis glove or with his chin or something.
The way the ball bounced, Imean, a baseball is not really
that light. I mean, it'sit's not heavy, but I wouldn't call

(01:42:47):
it a light. I wouldn't callit like something you can just blow off
a table, you know, typeof thing. And yeah, the ball
took a hop it went foul.Unfortunately, you're not allowed to do that,
so the guy was awarded the basehit. But it was just a
class shot and we've got this beautifulpicture in him. He looks like Degum
Disney Gillespie there blowing on his freakingtrumpet, I mean, cheeks full of

(01:43:08):
air and he just hoists this thinginto foul territory. If it had counted,
it would have been one of thoseplays that you just look back on
and said, what a smart play. That's a high baseball IQ guy.
And it just shows the excitement thathappens when the drillers are playing down on
one oakfield. These guys are givingit at all, trying to make it
to that next level, and yousee just good fun baseball happening. Even
though he knew that he couldn't dothat, it was still fun. Yeah,

(01:43:30):
you got to go and check thatout. It's on our socials.
Minor League Baseball's picked it up andsent it out like it's everywhere. It
kind of went viral. Everybody's gotit on their channel because it was just
such a funny and unique play.If you hadn't seen it, take the
time go look at it. It'sa funny one and it's the first time
that I've ever seen that with theDrillers. There was a play when I
was a kid, and you're tooyoung to probably remember at Korman, but

(01:43:51):
there was a play. There wasa show called This Week in Baseball and
they played it on there forever. But there was a third baseman from the
Seattle Mariners. His name was LennyRand and he did the same thing,
and I think he got away withit back then, and they changed a
rule afterwards. But that's the firsttime I've seen it since then. It's
probably been forty years since that happened. Yeah, and ironic that he used

(01:44:12):
win to try and get out oneof the guys from the wind search.
So very well done yet very ironic. Easily the non play play of the
year so far. That happened downat one Oak Field, So make sure
you see him in action. Andalso what I to bring up to even
though you guys are in town MemorialDay you are having a game on Monday,
right, correct, Yeah, sowe're not. We're not home the

(01:44:33):
weekend leading up to Memorial Day,but we are playing on Memorial Day.
So if you want to cap offyour long weekend, we're gonna have fireworks
that Monday, May twenty seventh, you know, postgame. I think we're
gonna go with like a six o'clockstart. If I'm not correct on that,
double check it when you buy yourtickets. But I think it's a
six o'clock start, So we'll geteverybody out of there pretty early to get

(01:44:54):
back to work on Tuesday. Butit should be a nice way to cap
off the Memorial Day weekend. TulsaDrillers dot com to get your tip.
It's Mike. Have a great week. I appreciate you. Thanks Corbyn,
you get too, all right, take a break. Good morning, It's

If you missed it, that's okay. You've got eight more chances throughout the

(01:46:03):
hyperbig Man Morning Shows top List,Random topics, randomly drawn with random results.
Now here's Corbyn Kimpion Lindsay with thisweek's top list. This week's top
list is favorite Baseball Players of alltime, Favorite Baseball players of all time.
Lindsay, all right, Baseball's notmy favorite sports, but I do

(01:46:30):
have some favorite players, starting withnumber five. Chris Bryant. Chris Bryant.
Who's Chris. He was a favoriteof mine when he played, of
course for my Chicago Cubbies, anoutfielder, and he was a World Series
winner in twenty sixteen when the Cubswon the World Series. He was MVP

(01:46:53):
that year. He was a NationalLeague Rookie of the Year in twenty fifteen,
and in that year he hit thelongest home run of the season at
four hundred and ninety five feet plus. Chris Bryant is just adorable, super
easy on the eyes, huge qtiePatuti Number four for me Aaron Judge.

(01:47:24):
Ah, not a Cub, buthe is just a home run king man,
five time All Star, a twentyseventeen Rookie of the Year, and
then the American League record for mosthome runs in twenty twenty two. I
mean, he's broken just about everyhome run record I think there is.

(01:47:48):
He's he broke Babe Ruth's home runrecord, he broke Roger Marris's home run
record. He's won the MVP Award. He broke Joe DiMaggio's home run record.
I mean, the list goes on. He won the twenty seventeen Home
Run Derby. He's just a powerhousefor home runs. His swing is amazing

(01:48:15):
and again very easy to look at. Number three on my list. First
baseman Anthony Rizo of when he playedfor the Cubs on the World Series team
twenty sixteen, first player in Cubshistory to have three game winning RBIs.

(01:48:40):
In his first five games with theteam, he hit seven home runs,
the most by a Cubs rookie ina calendar month since Mel Hall in nineteen
eighty three. He also led rookiesin home runs among the National League.
And again he is a qutie pie. He's the only actual baseball jersey that

(01:49:04):
I own as well. Anthony Rizzolove him to death. It was a
sad day when he got traded awayfrom the Cubs for their rebuilding year.
Number two on my list Andre Dawson. He was an outfielder for the Cubs.

(01:49:25):
Number eight, nineteen eighty seven.Call him the hawk Awesome Dawson forty
nine home runs the year he wasan MVP for the National League. And
I put him on my list notjust because he was a Cub, but
I got to meet him when Iwas nine years old. I think he

(01:49:46):
was at the McDonald's across the streetfrom the house I grew up in signing
autographs, So I have an AndreDawson signed rookie card. Oh that's cool.
Yeah yeah. And he was supernice and I'll never forget that.
He actually when he was in theMcDonald's, sitting at this table, he

(01:50:08):
had three drinks sitting with him.He had a nice water and then he
had a chocolate shake, and hehad a cup of coffee sitting next to
him, and he had an emptygarbage like a big Mac or not a

(01:50:29):
big Mac, but a burger, some sort of hamburger whatever. But he
was super sweet and the line wasso long, and he was just a
very cool guy, very nice andhe signed every autograph, shook every hand.
Very cool guy. So is hethere just on his own or were
they having a promotion? They werehaving a promotion sign Oh yeah, but

(01:50:51):
I mean just super nice guy.And then number one on my list because
it's the first baseball player that Iprobably was ever introduced to, Babe Ruth.
I ever learned about him the greatBambino and I love the movie The

(01:51:12):
Sandlot, and of course he wastheir hero in that movie. And that
was probably the first real sports moviethat I ever fell in love with,
you know, and was a hugefan of. Uh yeah, and he
again his home runs. The onlyuh, the only drugs I guess you

(01:51:34):
could say that he was ever addictedto was cigars and scotch, you know.
And yeah, and none of thosewomen, yeah, and really none
of the players were ever accused ofusing any sports enhancing drugs. A John
Goodman movie about Babe Ruth or whatever, right, Yeah, I think that

(01:51:57):
was. Yeah, I forget thename of the babe the babe. The
babe babe is the one about thepig right. Not to be confused,
both of them fat probably smelled, probably went we I think Andrey doesn't had
a little uh nose problem. Ohyeah, we like to go skiing sometimes.
I'm sure a lot of players inthat timeframe did. Oh yeah,

(01:52:17):
it was the eighties, man, everybody was yeah, tomp list favorite baseball
players of all time? What doyou got, GIMPI. Number five is
going to be Ken Griffy Junior.Man. He's growing up in the nineties.
This cat was a stud man, played for the Mariners. I played
the game, the video game KenGriffy Junior. I think my brother had

(01:52:39):
a poster somewhere. Either way, just one of those ones that stick out
to me growing up, Ken GriffyJr. Okay, Number four is Nolan
ryan Man talk about a badass pitcher, dude, and I looked it up,
but I was like, get cutone still alive seventy seven years old.
Okay, good for him, goodfor him, but just record breaking

(01:52:59):
all time badass pitcher I'd hate togo up against. As I read somewhere
that like every pitch that he threwclocked in it over one hundred miles an
hour. That's damn fast, man. I mean that that probably needs cleaned
up. There's a doubt he threwevery pitch at a hundred miles right right.
Well, that that's just what thewiki said, So take it for
what it is. Uh, whatwe got on here. Number three is

(01:53:21):
going to be. Now, thisis when I was growing up in California
and actually paid attention to baseball orwhatever. This These next two would be
Mark McGuire. I grew up inthe Bay Area, so the Oakland A's
were that was my team. Man. It was the Niners for football and
the A's for baseball, and uh, and I never forget it was like
eighty six eighty seven something like that. Folks took me and my brother to

(01:53:45):
go watch the A's and the Giantsplay there at a stadium and it was
awesome. And uh that was backbefore Mark started doing steroids and getting all
ripped be where he played for theCards or whatever, and uh, it
was just an awesome time, youknow. Taking those memories going back to
that particular time, that game traumatizedme as a small child. I'll never

(01:54:13):
forget. Oh God, the mimageis still burnt into my head. So
here I am just a wee, little gimpy guy, right, and I'm
like, hey, I gotta goto the bathroom. So my dad takes
me to the bathroom, right, and that's when I discovered the trough,
and I'm like, that's weird.Right. But as I'm walking back towards
the stall, because I'm not gonnasit there and piss in a trough next

(01:54:33):
to a bunch of grown men whoare drunk, that's just weird to me,
I'm walking past and some guy issnapping a deuce with the door wide
open, and you get to seeeverything that this baseball fan had to offer,
And that picture has been burnt intomy head to this day, still

(01:54:57):
there. It's disgusting. Number two, it's shocking that you pick you were.
I'm not shocking. It's interesting youwere an A's fan because you were
a South Bay guy. Right. You guys lived south Uh. We lived
Travis Air Force Base, So weweren't like really even close. We were
close, but not close like whatyou're thinking. That was just the area
that I lived in. So Ninersfan, San Francisco forty nine Ers fan,

(01:55:21):
and and I preferred the A's overthe Giants, and I think it
was because of Mark Maguire. Andthen my next pick, jose Canseco coming
in a number two. Man,dude, that guy was a badass too,
just knocking him out again again, you know, same baseball game against

(01:55:42):
the Giants, whatever, same traumatizingmemory. But I just remember rolling up
and that guy was a stud. And then I think what he moved to
the Rangers or whatever and then finallyretired. I think he got into a
little bit of a little bit oftrouble or something like that. And you
really just don't hear much from joseCanseiko any more. Maybe I just don't
pay attention as much as I usedto. Number one his wife or his

(01:56:08):
daughter. Really, yeah, I'ma look in. Yeah, his daughter,
and I think she's dating or engagedto somebody questionable. Of course,
her name's gonna be Josie, twentyseven year old Josie can say, oh,
yeah, she is hubba hubba.I doesn't say anywhere who she might

(01:56:29):
be dating or whatever. But Idon't, I don't, I don't care.
Oh, Johnny Manziel, Yeah that'sit. Yeah, there you go.
Yeah, Johnny Manziel. Yeah, about that game, Number one on
my list of favorite baseball players ofall time. Was actually quite an inspiration
for me myself personally, nothing todo with baseball at all whatsoever, but

(01:56:55):
him as a person and his abilityto do what he did. And that's
Jim Abbott, pitcher for the Angelsway back in the day. One handed
pitcher. And when I say onehand, he only had one hand,
he'd have to put his glove onand hook his you know, just kind
of put his glove on his handlessharm and then throw the ball, switch

(01:57:18):
real quick, catch the ball, pull it out. Da da da dah.
That guy was a badass. Andthe inspiration behind that. Hell,
if that guy can do that,if that guy could play baseball and throw
balls that fast and be that muchof a badass with one hand, well

(01:57:39):
then I can do anything with theone and a half that I got one
and an eighth something like that.So real inspiration for me growing up in
life. And it just showed tome that, you know, don't let
anything slow you down, all right. Just because you may look a little
different or you're missing an appendage, that don't mean s you can still do

(01:58:00):
it. You just gotta figure itout. And if Jim Abbott can figure
it out, then you can figureit out. Yeah, that's a good
one. Doing top lists, we'redoing baseball favorite baseball players of all time
like Lindsay and Gimpie Minor connected tomy childhood, a lot of them.
And number five is King Griffy.I mean that smile. He felt like

(01:58:23):
he was smaller than everyone else,so like you're like, oh, okay,
even though he was over six feetor something, but he was just
a guy. You're like, man, he's a stud. He's so cool.
He looks fun right because he hada great smile and was charismatic in
interviews. Number four Hal McCrae, outfielder for the Kansaity Royals designated hitter,

(01:58:44):
went on to be a manager,So I got like two versions of him,
and he was known for being quitethe hothead and interviews after games as
a manager, and yeah, that'sI love that about him. He was
very sparky. Number three Rick Sutcliffe, cy young winner for the Cubs eighty

(01:59:04):
four. He married a woman thatlived across the street from my grandmother,
So I would play catch with himabout like at that time when he was
winning his cy young. Yeah, when he was in the off season,
he would be there a lot,or visiting with my grandpa, which is
kind of weird now that I lookback on it, because that'd be like

(01:59:27):
me going to visit my in lawsbut then going across the street right to
visit their neighbors. Yeah, nonetheless, so big deal. Felt like,
Oh, I knew this guy becauseI played catch with him. It was
my first like association with somebody ofa status. That's pretty cool though.
Yeah. Number two George Brett. If you are a Royals fan, George

(01:59:49):
Brett is where it's at, fromthe Pine Tar playoffs to the number of
commercials you saw him on growing up. I mean, and he was Kansas
City institution and you associate him withKansas City Royals fans, and so he's
got to be one of the tops, if not the top, for most

(02:00:10):
Royals fans. And then my numberone is a super famous baseball player.
But I didn't pick him just becauseof his baseball skills. I picked him
because as I've gotten older, I'velearned a lot about him and who he
was, and it was he wasn'tthe star of the team. He had
to play behind Babe Ruth and thenwhen Babe Ruth retired, he had to

(02:00:33):
He thought he was going to bethe star and it wasn't. This guy
named Demaggio shows up and he getsshadowed by DiMaggio, but he goes on
for being a guy who played themost consecutive games for over five decades and
never understood why guys went out andpartied and why guys didn't give it their
all, and known for playing withinjuries and he would get hit in the

(02:00:58):
back a lot. I mean, this is guy that is the epitome of
like a gritty guy to play baseball. When he finally had to retire,
he didn't sit on his ass.He went and worked for the parole Board
and became a huge advocate at thepole parole Board and gave it just the
same tenacity he did playing baseball. And that's lou Gereg. Lou Geregg might

(02:01:21):
be one of the most fascinating baseballplayers to ever live. Everybody talks about
like Scottie Pippen be in the shadowand how he was really good and he
ain't got nothing on Luke Gereg.Forget the you know, dealing with the
sickness and all that other stuff, and man, you have a disease named
after you. That's pretty good. But you're right, whot. But like

(02:01:43):
he is an unbelievable human belief beingthat believed, I've got to make this
count. He made every game count. He went out and gave it his
all every single time because he waslike, it can be taken away.
He grew up very poor, didn'thave anything, and he was like,
I'm here for a reason and neverunderstood why everybody else kind of just drank

(02:02:03):
and partied and whatever, and hewas all business. Like two thousand and
twenty one hundred games or something likethat, he played squentially, that's a
lot of games. Yes, onehundred and fifty two game seasons. At
that time, he was like thehome run the RBI leader or something like
that. He had an RBI everygame he played, right, insane stats

(02:02:25):
this guy has. And he hadto play second fiddle to Babe Ruth and
Joe DiMaggio. And he only playedlike thirteen fourteen seasons. So lou gerrig
is by far the best baseball playerof all time. For me, what
do you think should be on yourlist? We'd love to see it.
Text to us be a mess andwhat that is to eight, two,
nine, four or five. Takea break and we'll be back. He

(02:02:45):
tells this morning show them Big BadWarning showtuus next ninety seven KMOD Good morning,

(02:03:09):
It's the Big Mad Morning Show.Nine six k m O D.
So I love when we do likemusic stuff. So I'm gonna I don't
want you guys looking this up.I want to see if you can guess.
But there is a song that hasbeen at the top of the UK

(02:03:33):
charts for four hundred weeks. Wow, And we're gonna see if you can
guess it right. But I'm gonnahelp by playing one through nine, Okay,
And it's nearly has been in thetop one hundred for four hundred weeks,
which is nearly double to second place. So it's unequivocally a massive song,

(02:03:58):
gotcha right? So number ten isThe Pogues and fairy Tale of New
York. Now I don't expect reallyanybody to know this. It's kind of
this maybe like Irish ditty thing. It's well, it's the UK chart,
so it's gonna be a little weird. This is the weirdest one I think

(02:04:20):
to be on this. I likethe Pogues. I don't like this,
No, that's good. Yeah, yeah, yeah, right, it picks
up a little bit. I waslike, this is a little too slow
for my pogue taste. But allright, I think number nine is a
song that I would think a lotof people know. It's a pretty modern

(02:04:44):
song and the song is called Riptideby Vance Jones. If you knew,
if you've probably heard the song onlike a TikTok video or something to that
effect. As I'm waiting for itto load, uh, you probably would

(02:05:04):
know it in dream Yeah I knowthat. Yeah, pretty popular song.
It's a good chill song. Yeah, Onday afternoon kind of song. Yeah.
So that's Vance Jones. That's numbernine, right, trying to eliminate

(02:05:25):
So you guys can try and guesswith the number one, number eight not
playing, But it's Mariah Carey. All I Want for You is Christmas one
hundred and thirty one weeks in thetop one hundred. That's a pretty big
deal, right. How often doesthe UK update their charts? Yeah but
no. But the point is isthat you have to be a massive hit.
That song broke a lot of barriersbeing in the charts after Christmas and

(02:05:46):
before Christmas, so it's an anomaly, right, But to your point,
Frank Sinatra, My Way one hundredand thirty three weeks, Okay. A
song I wouldn't expect a lot ofpeople to know off name, but when
you hear it, you should knowit. George Ezra and the song is
called Shotgun. Dude, he's asu I'll be right shuck. Yeah,

(02:06:15):
So there you go that now youknow who that is. Just dip into
my list, man, my Piacarry and then Georgia we'll find out the
weekend. Blinding Lights is on thislist at number five. Snow Patrol Chasing
Cars number four, number three,Ed Sharon and Perfect number two is a

(02:06:43):
song I don't expect a lot ofpeople to know, but you're gonna know
the song when you hear at LewisCapaldi and someone you loved. If I
can get it to play. It'seasy to say, but it's never say.
You hear the song and you're likewow, and and then you see
him and you go, oh,no, Zemlin looking dude. It looks

(02:07:04):
like he'd be really good at fortnitedrinks, some energy drinks, but an
unbelievable crooner. Yeah. So that'sthat's the song that I didn't think a
lot of people would know. That'snumber two. So number one the song
that has reached the top one hundred, been in the top one hundred for

(02:07:25):
four hundred weeks, so been apopular song for a long time, but
it never got above tenth on thechart. So it's been in the chart
for four hundred weeks, but itnever got above ten. Well, these
other ones were pretty much like oneand five and one. So what do
you think it is? Is ita male or female? I'm not helping.
I just gave you nine helps.Uh, Chumbawamba Chumbawamba, tumba thumpy?

(02:07:51):
No, how about Holy Holy Fieberand Chance the Rapper? No okay?
Is it a sheer song? No? Okay? Last one guess Lindsay
Beyond Beyond? No gimpy Mika, big Girls, Oh good guests. I

(02:08:16):
like that's a solid guest. Iwas gonna see if Mika was even on
this No, Mika' is not onthis list. But this is the blew
me Away. And now this hasnever reached number one. It's just been
on the charts in the four hundredweeks, four hundred weeks, somewhere on
the chart for four hundred weeks atdouble of Lewis Capaldi with two hundred and
something. So this is the beenon the chart the longest. People want

(02:08:41):
to hear it, really really andI know Gimpy's nay in it. Lindsay
shrugged her shoulders. This song isso popular because the lyrics are easy to
remember. It's easy to sing. They played at baseball games, they played
at football games. It is amassive song, so you can may it

(02:09:05):
like it ain't a big deal orit ain't your cup of tea, but
you all know the song. Yeah, and it's like the Killers, they're
good. I mean they have onealbum. No, you have one album.
You know what's that. It's nota song that you get sick of.
It's hard to get burnt on it. It's the technical term yet absolutely

(02:09:26):
yeah, there are rock songs thatexists that way too, But yeah,
easily their biggest song ever, eightycent pop feel right. I was blown
away by this. I would havenever guessed this to be the longest charting
song in UK history. Real, yeah, everybody, you know the song,

(02:09:50):
even when you don't want to admitit. It gonna be stuck in
your head later. You're welcome.Brandon Flowers, tiny man, very tiny,
