Got Nebraska and you see tonight. So you start looking
at first games. Typically teams that don't return, you know,
nineteen starters do have breakdowns. So it seems to me
big plays will be about what happens this evening. Does

you see have big play capability because we know Nebraska
does well.

Yeah, you worry about Sooresby in his size, his ability
to run, his ability to create you know, how will
this younger defensive line group handle him and contain him?
Because I do think that is probably the key for
them in this game is keep not letting him extend
drives with third down runs and scrambles and what's the plan.

He's two hundred and thirty five pounds, he doesn't slide,
and he's a veteran. He's played a lot of football,
So I think Soresby is probably the key for the
defense and what the plan is for him here tonight.

Is it a little risky for Nebraska defensively to blitz
a lot tonight, given that you just don't want to
have big plays hurt you this early in the season.
So do you think they'll blitz him tonight or try
to beat him in the base three to four?

Well, I mean they're basically it's not really a three
three five anymore. I mean it's pretty versatile. They'll they'll
roll out with four man front tonight, they'll five man front,
they'll have three man front. So you'll see all looks
from this group in the game itself, and I think
you feel it out. I mean, they have three new
starters on their offensive line from the transfer portal. It's

going to be loud, the probably the loudest football game
any of these football players on either team have played it,
just because we know the history of Arrowhead. It's been
recorded as the loudest football stadium in the world. It's
an eight o'clock kick. It's going to be a lot
of Oscar fans. So I do you wonder about the
crowd noise? Can that affect their O line in this game?
But yeah, the blitzing, I think you got to be

in the right situation. I know they're really excited about
some of the different looks that They've dialed up and
put in four pass rushing, and they got to be
in those situations. So you've got to be in third
and six, third and seven. So those early rundowns too
in this game with Prior the Ohio State transfer and
then Tywee Walker the Wisconsin transfer, slowing those two guys

down will be another big key.

Where do you think they are in the Big twelve,
the SEC and the Big Ten of the premier conferences
in football Big twelve? How far behind those two leagues
is the Big Twelve?

Speaker 3 (02:41):
I would say it's I would say the gap is
fairly significant. I would say that the fourth conference after
the ACC, they don't have a Clemson of Miami. You
know some of the teams that you see in the
ACC in North Carolina. I mean, I you know, look
at Colorado last year. They were nine and three in
the Big Twelve, and is smoked them and Lincoln. I mean,

I'm not saying the Big Twelve is not a good league,
but it's this different league week to week. What you see,
especially at the line of scrimmage, That's what we saw
in the Colorado game last year. So you hope that's
what plays out early that there is a massive difference
in the line of scrimmage and the type of players
Big ten teams have. Yet you hope Nebraska can show
that early in this game, almost like what they did

a year ago. There's no Ty Robinson though, there is
no nationh hot Manker Jamari Butler, so there's a little
bit of a difference there. But yeah, I look at
Cincinnati as a team that's going to probably win anywhere
between five and eight games, and Nebraska is probably a
team that can win anywhere between eight and ten games
this year. So there is a little bit of a difference.
I think when you look at these two teams, and

you know, Cincinnati is hoping they can play up a
little bit more. Right now, they're picked towards the middle,
maybe even the top of the bottom third of the
Big twelve.

Yeah, I think warm ups, and you know, I've heard
