(00:04):
And welcome back to the Jason BramblettReal Estate Shows. We're diving into all
things real estate, considering, investing, considering, considering, converting the house
you live in into your first investmentproperty. You didn't even know you're a
real estate investor, and now maybeI don't know, maybe the lights went
off a little bit and something thatyou're thinking about. So if you need

(00:26):
to go and you should investigate thatfurther, dig in deeper, you can
always give us a call the officefive five three zero seven nine six.
So, I, as well aseverybody else, love the thought of having
somebody else pay for and allow meto have everything I want and let them
pay and I like it. That'snot a terrible idea. But you mentioned

(00:46):
something earlier. You were talking aboutthe people who were going to get out
of the job they hate, theywere going to change their lives. The
average person actually gives up on theresolution about six or seven days in.
So why don't we see if wecan change that? So what do you
think? What can you suggest tosomebody who's kind of in that situation you
talked about, You know, theyhate their job, they just kind of

(01:07):
they want to change, They needsomething different this year, right you know.
Oh, man, the way youjust said that, I thought,
Yeah, people give up on theirresolute New Year's resolutions six to seven days
in on average. On average,do you actually realize you're you're further now
away from It's the twentieth so you'veactually done it less now on the other
side of giving of Interestingly enough, average person gives up in six to seven

(01:32):
days. Yeah, and if youcan make it through the end of January,
your odds of actually maintaining through therest of the year go up astronomically.
It's sound of like January thirty firstis kind of the Yeah, if
you can keep it up for onestraight month, because you've created a habit,
that's it. It's from an ideato a habit. Yeah, it
is, folks, It's I teachit every day. It's mindset, skill

(01:53):
set, habits. Yeah, youmaster those three. Uh, pretty much
on stoppable in my opinion. Soall right, I know what Key said
to be true. Well, becauseI pretty much talk to you guys every
day. I talk to people everyday that are just they feel stuck.
And man, feeling stuck is nogood. I mean, they got you

(02:15):
know, and I get it.You got family, got bills, et
cetera, et cetera, college kids, you know, insurance, taxes,
everything. But this doesn't have tobe your story. You don't have to
be stuck. And you know nowyou do need a strong desire to break
free. I will say that. And that's where that mindset comes in.

(02:36):
I mean the other things I can. I can help you with skill set,
that's easy, that's utility. Wecan teach skill all day long.
Habits. I can give you thedisciplines to form the habits to where you
aren't sitting there at January sixth goingeh, another year. I'll start again
next year, you know, Decemberthirty first, not that far away,
right, No, we can helpyou build the habits. Now. Your

(02:58):
mindset, well, that's that's adifferent thing. And you know, if
you're waiting on the stars and themoon to a line and all that kind
of stuff, and this might sortof kind of work or whatever, No,
it's not. You've got to beone hundred in the mindset of no
matter what, with the right leaderand the right training and systems and my

(03:23):
attitude, I'm gonna win. Iam unstoppable in my mind. The rest
of it is all behavior and learning, and that is easy. Skills can
be taught, and I can, definitely I can help you fix your mindset,
but ultimately it is your mind.It is the self work that you
have to do. And you know, for me, look, guys,

(03:46):
I don't have a college education.I went to culinary school. I can
throw down some food, no problem. Somebody gave me an opportunity, and
I decided to burn the boats andsaid, you know what, And the
only thing the person told me wasI think you'd be good at real estate.
I didn't know anything about. Ididn't own a house at that time.

(04:09):
I was renting an apartment. Youknow, had I don't know,
sixteen month old child. And youknow, it's just I decided that skills
could be learned and habits could beformed, and as long as I had
the right mindset, then I couldovercome some of my limiting beliefs and that's

(04:30):
all that they were. And soI headed on this journey of real estate
and for the last twenty five years, and I'm not done yet. I
keep learning, I keep investing inmyself. I and the crazy thing is,
I can remember the first little thingI went to was like fifty bucks,
and I was like, fifty dollars, Oh my gosh. And I've
had coaches. I've paid over onehundred thousand dollars a year. The most

(04:56):
I ever paid. I think Ipaid a guy thirty grand for twenty minutes
of time. Twenty minutes, butit was worth it because it helped me
get to the next level, thenext step, the next stage, whatever
the case may be. So Ichallenge you, in this new year,
in this new time, get outof there and think about what is it
that I want to do and takesome action. If it's real estate,

(05:16):
give us a call. It's fivefive three zero seven ninety six. You

investing more next week. Everybody, stay warm out there, grab that extra
