left, so Keith, let's wrapup the Let's wrap up the show today.
So it's not like back in theday. There's a lot of different
ways you can sell a home.Today we discussed some of the more traditional
ways. We talked about the cashoption, which is amazing. What other

ways do you have if you wantto sell your One of our most popular,
I guess ways that have been happeninghere recently is our office exclusive option
to sell. And so this optionbasically allows our team of agents to sell
your home exclusively, so you're notgoing out on the open market. It's
a much more control process. It'sactually not much more. It is one

hundred percent of controlled process. Andwhat do I mean by that, Well,
you know, sadly, I meanit's frustrating. The qualifications to be
in real estate are just about isridiculous as it just makes no sense to
me. I mean, truthfully,for what the state requires, they might
as well, like you turn twentyone, they might as well just give
you real estate license and say,let a rep manse because it just doesn't

line up with customer services. There'snothing there that you're learning other than how
to get a license, which doesn'tteach you anything about real estate houses,
how to sell any of those states. But here, here's the thing,
here's what does matter. Do youknow how many buyers are walking through your
house? They can't even buy it. They're not even pre approved, they
don't even talk to the bank yet. And sadly, based upon some of

the polls and surveys that we do, it's all like almost fifty percent of
the people walking around today. Agentsare out here showing them houses and they
can't even buy one. And thatis just crazy to me. It's a
total disservice to the seller. It'sa total disservice to the buyer as well.
So with our clients, our buyersare one hundred percent approved, ready

to go, not pre qualified,they are pre approved. They're actually what
we call TBD. Essentially, ourbuyers are as good as a cash buyer.
The only thing that they need todo is agree on a price with
you, get an appraisal from thebank that make sure the bank's cool with
it. And we got to makesure the title is good to where well
you actually owned the property, likeall of it, and not maybe a

previous owner that forgot to sign something. So we're going to make sure the
title's clear. And I tell youthis is next level. It's not like
the car lot. We're not letthe general public just walk through your house
like to do over the car dealer. It's way different than that. So
this is very much a top notch, high professional, high touch, white
glove type service. And so ifyou don't like the experience of the general

public coming to your home, ifyou maybe have done that in the pass
and didn't enjoy it, then ouroffice exclusive option is something definitely to talk
