(00:01):
And welcome back to the Jason BramlottReal Estate Show as we're diving into all
things real estate here on this Saturdaymorning. I hope you guys are having
a fantastic weekend. If you've gotquestions about anything that we have discussed,
you know how to get in touchwith us five five three zero seven nine
six at the office or go toJason Bramlitt real Estate dot Com. With
that, let's let's dive back inhere, Keith. So, I want

(00:22):
to recap from before the break alittle bit. So let's assume I've got
a house. Maybe it's you know, it's primarily paid for, maybe you've
got a couple of years left orwhatever, or maybe it's even all the
way paid for. You know,I just haven't had the ability to kind
of keep up with it. Triedto put it on the market. Feedback
was just not phenomenal. You know. That's the kind of houses you're looking

(00:44):
for, just kind of dated onthe inside. I mean is that with
that the point? Absolutely? Yeah, And I mean it can really be
in any condition. I mean, obviously, if you've got foundation issues,
the walls are buckling in the basement, or the crawl space, the roof's
caving in. I mean, yeah, well we'll look at anything. All
of it can be fixed. That'swhy I've told owners this for twenty five
years. There's nothing that money can'tdo to fix your house, even if

(01:07):
we had to rebuild the thing. But it sometimes it doesn't make sense,
you know. Also sometimes you justsometimes you do need to tear them down,
you know. And if that's thecase, okay, we'll look at
it. But I mean, yeah, we're looking for homes really, like
like I said in nineteen eighty nineteenninety five dated they got good bones,
good area. A lot of times, Keith, I find that so many

(01:27):
Americans are poor savers that all themoney they have in the entire world is
in there paid for a house. And then they have social Security and maybe
a little bit of retirement, andthat's all they have. And so they
don't have the means to be ableto get top dollar other house because they
can't do the remodel, they can'tfix the house up because every bit of

(01:49):
their money is in a house. And so those are the people that we
can really assist and really help. And so who is that, I mean,
what does that house look like?Well, you know, if you
listen to this show, I'm talkedabout it in a while. But you
know how I love brass. No, it's got to go. It's got
to go. So if all yourfixtures are brass, then yes, I'm
talking to you. Your home isdefinitely dated. I know some people have

(02:09):
argued with me and said it's comingback. Well, it might, but
I doubt it, and it mightbe twenty forty before it does. But
you know, some of us maynot even be on this rock anymore by
the time it comes back. Buthow about wallpaper from like fifteen years ago.
Berber carpet, Yes, I saidit, that's you. I'm talking
to you Berber carpet guys. Butdated bathrooms, dated kitchens. You know,

(02:30):
we talked about four mica tops thatmay be colors that aren't even available
anymore. Like they're almost vintage. You could almost sell them vintage on eBay
probably, you know, maybe youcould. But yes, unfinished basement,
if you've got a great house withunfinished basement, yes, we would definitely
be interested in talking with you forsure. But you know, so many

(02:52):
homeowners get stuck because they just theycan't they can't really bring the house up
to today's buyer's expectation and is yourhouse functional? Is it great? Doesn't
have great bones? Sure? Doesanybody want it? That's the question.
And if the answer is few arenone, that's a problem. You want,
really the masses to be wanting yourproduct in your home. And I

(03:15):
think for this new generation that's buying, these millennials is why they migrate toward
new construction so much. One theyhaven't lived in an error, probably as
gen xers, maybe the last ofthe Mohicans, if you will, of
people that actually would call their friendsand buddies and be like, hey,
I need to fix my deck orI want to build one. They're like,

(03:36):
yeah, I'll be over, we'lldo it. Yeah. I don't.
I don't really see that on onsocial media too much, where a
bush of millennials got together and builda deck. I just don't see it.
Yeah, I don't. I don'tsee that. I just I missed
that episode of whatever it was,but I didn't see it out there get
together and watch someone else build it. I think that's it. I think
that's it. I think they callthat a watching h g V rightday,

(03:59):
they go what is that? Whenyou bende you binge that well you beinge
watch. Yes, that's what they'redoing. So but here's the thing.
We've got the means and the peopleand the resource of the help. So
if that's you, let's talk.We can create a win win situation for
the owner, our company and thesebuyers that are relocating into the area.
So if I'm talking to you,you know what to do. Get in

(04:20):
touch with us. Let's talk,so real quick, we're almost out of
time. But you mentioned at thevery beginning of the show that you had
a message for wholesale and real estateinvestors. Yeah for sure. Yeah,
So if you are a whole seller, let's talk. I mean, we
need your product. You guys areout there working, you know, beating
the pavement, knocking on the doors, doing the things you do to find

(04:40):
the deals and to find the opportunitiesand to find homes and to help people.
And you know, that's that's reallywho we want to talk to as
well. So if that's you,and maybe you don't have a big group
of investors, and if you're lookingfor quick turnarounds, we can definitely do
that. We can actually cash youout of a deal in like ten days.
We just need clean title and ayour path. That's some good paperwork

(05:00):
and we can help you there. So, if you're ambitious wholesale real estate
investor out here and just pushing throughall the things you do and knocking the
doors and creating opportunities, let's talkfive five, three, zero seven nine
six, or go to Jason browmlittreal estate dot com. Then of course
we've got more information. To getin touch with us at anytime. Everybody,

(05:24):
have a great, great Saturday. We'll be back here next week.
