A viral video of a social media influencer starting his
day at four am as inspiring others to join the
early Risers club, but older generations are not impressed. iHeart
sales executive and military VET Rod Wyndham says this is
more of the participation trophy culture.

In other words, all you got to do is participate,
and you're going to be rewarded. And I never was
in favor of that. You got rewarded for producing. So
if there's a time and place for everything, if you
want to do that, but nobody cares that you got
it before locked and you're not going to get extra
points for that.

years but didn't need to make a big deal out
