No-Sell: Texas Bill Bans Gun Buyback Programs

The Texas House has passed to build a banned taxpayer
funded gun buyback programs. Gun Owners of America Texas director
Lee Gibson says these programs are ineffective and front with problems.

and often you can do private sales just.
