KTRH moneyman patch In says it's allabout the Fed. Last week we
saw the Russell two thousand small capindex outperformed the S and P five hundred
large cap index by its widest margin. The reason the markets are quickly pricing
in the Federal Reserve will indeed startcutting interest rates at their September meeting.
