Speaker 1 (00:00):
I I've got some stuff going on with my boyfriend or
I guess as of tomorrow he won't be that anymore.

Speaker 2 (00:08):
That's not good news.

Speaker 1 (00:10):
Yeah, I've been living in the Bay Area for several
years now. I'm just kind of sick of it. I'm
sick of the rat race. I'm sick of this daily commute,
like the grind is killing me. On top of the
job troubles, I have a boyfriend, Stephen, and he moved
in a couple months ago when he lost his own job.

(00:31):
And we're several months and he has no job, nothing
to report, not even like a part time something, something
to hold him over. He's living rent free and I, yeah,
I know, I'm calmly talking to you now. However, I
really hit a wall and I'm actually moving out of

(00:52):
the country tomorrow. Wow. Yeah, I had some savings, so
I actually bought a one way ticket to Ireland.

Speaker 3 (01:04):
To live.

Speaker 1 (01:07):
On the Irish countryside. I visited once a couple of
years ago when I fell in love. And I'm just
gonna tell him and I'm I'm getting out of here.
I'm done taking care of everybody except me, you know what.
I even set up a remote job so I'm ready
for you with this.

Speaker 4 (01:25):
Yeah, really, you cannot live your life for somebody else.

Speaker 2 (01:29):
Let me get him on the phone. It was Stephen, right,
it was Steven. Okay, let me get Steve.

Speaker 4 (01:33):
On the phone and Sayonara, Stevie, Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:39):
I'm a letter talk to you. You sound like you
already know what's up.

Speaker 3 (01:43):
I kind of have an idea.

Speaker 2 (01:45):
All right, Well, let me get her on the phone, babe.

Speaker 1 (01:47):
Hold on, Lily, Hey, Steven kind of needed to talk
to you. I can't keep, as Sonna said, putting my
life on hold. I've actually decided to take my life
in my own hands. I'm actually leaving tomorrow. I'm going
to Ireland. I've got a one way cricket and I'm
I'm not looking back. So sorry, I felt it coming.

Speaker 3 (02:11):
We're just it hasn't been working. I mean, I know
you probably painted a picture about what I was doing,
but you know you were doing a lot of toxic
stuff as well. So I already got my bags to
spend some time with my brother. So you know, oh, well.

Speaker 1 (02:29):
Glad you'd figured that out now instead of a couple
months ago. What have you been doing living living rent
free again?

Speaker 3 (02:37):
That's you painting that picture, like I was paying for
the utilities, I was paying bills, I paid car payments
for you as well. You paint me to the whole
world that like I'm probably like some I'm a moocher
or whatever it is, and it's not true.

Speaker 4 (02:54):
You know what, This is exactly the sign that tells
you both that it's time to just part ways.

Speaker 3 (02:59):
So yeah, I mean she'll come back. She doesn't know
what she's doing. Nobody just oh, I'm going to go
to Ireland because I've been there once, Like yeah, and
then what what are you going to do?

Speaker 2 (03:09):
All right, Stephen, is no longer your concern. Yeah, I mean,
let that woman bust a move. However she's gonna move.

Speaker 1 (03:15):
Man.

Speaker 4 (03:15):
You know, if you're comfortable where you're at that school,
and there's a lady out there that will love that
about you, and it's not this one. I mean, I
don't know, no di to you, man. Everybody live your life,
live it happy.

Speaker 2 (03:23):
However that is right, I mean it kind of is
it to me.

Speaker 3 (03:26):
But it's fine. Like I know you guys are on
her side because you're painting a stupid picture, But that's fine,
all right.

Speaker 2 (03:32):
He hung up.

Speaker 4 (03:33):
So I guess I'll just wish you bone voyage. Yeah,
enjoy your time out there. I hope it does turn
into something amazing for you and it's not just compulsive
or whatever he's trying to make it seem.

Speaker 2 (03:46):
And I hope everything works out for you for the best, Lily.

Speaker 1 (03:49):
You know what, y'all, I don't have any plans of
coming back. This has been a dream of mine for
a long time, and frankly, the Irishmen or hunter, so
I'm out.
