There's a woman named Kelly Castro and her son Carson,
was diagnosed with autism. Well, she was worrying about the future,
especially after learning that unemployment rates for autistic adults are
around eighty five percent. So Kelly took her hobby and
launched into Carson's Cookie Dough. It started as a side business,
but over the past few years it's grown into a
full service bakery that trains and employs young adults with disabilities.
