This Texas mother of four and a full time custodian
at A and M Central Texas University named Jessica Caldwell
has earned four college degrees, all while working over night
shifts and caring for her kids during the day.

Yeah, for more than a decade she balanced cleaning classrooms
at night and attending college courses in the same buildings
by day, and eventually she just completed her bachelor's and
master's degree.
Speaker 2 (00:28):
That's somebody who should be running a corporation. Absolutely, they
can juggle that much and stay focused and be that
on point for that long. I know that person should
be running a corporation.
