Speaker 1 (00:00):
It's the after show decompression session doing what they do best,
flapping their gums.

Speaker 2 (00:06):
Hey, that was fast. No sooner did we shut up
on the real show than we're flapping our gums on
the after show.

Speaker 3 (00:16):
Yeah, much to the chagrin of some of the people
who try to call in and like, well, you guys
are already started, you already finished. Well, yeah, it's been
a long morning.

Speaker 4 (00:24):
It's the same five people anyways that call in, so
it's like we're in an echo chamber. Sometimes hid Hi, Diane, Hi, Matt,
who else? Suzanne, Oh, Suzanne will check in. Suzanne did
such a great job with us at the Blood Drive.
She was hanging with us on Monday, Wednesday and Friday

(00:45):
Billy Bob's.

Speaker 3 (00:47):
She shot a ton of great pictures. She sent me
a bunch already. But those Friday Billy Bob's pictures she's
having problems uploading from her phone.

Speaker 4 (00:56):
Well, we had a professional photographer, Heidi with our Else department,
was out there on Friday at Billy Bob. She took
some amazing pictures.

Speaker 2 (01:04):
Is she a professional photographer in the pre much?

Speaker 3 (01:07):
Is she's got her own business? I can't think of
the name. We just met Heidie's daughter in here yesterday
to Brandy, who is an old friend of mine, And yeah,
she posts pictures from her mom sometimes and puts the
name of Heidi's little quote unquote photo company.

Speaker 4 (01:25):
And Heidi is also a children's author too. So she
had a dog named Gizmo who passed away unfortunately, and
she was already working on these books Gizmo Goes Too.
And she took pictures of Gizmo like in Washington, d c.
At the Grand Canyon. So she has this line of
books of Gizmo Goes Too well, and she has a
cute little website and everything. She gave me a book

(01:47):
for my little great nephew, my little great niece.

Speaker 2 (01:50):
Doesn't She also have a book called Daddy What's that
dangly thing?

Speaker 4 (01:53):
No, that's another author, that's another Heidi or Hodi.

Speaker 3 (01:59):
Heidi. Ho Oh, God, bless we love you. Thanks for
being out there with us. Man Billy. Bob's was just
a mind blower.

Speaker 4 (02:08):
It really was. I mean from the moment that we
got there, from the when they opened the doors, the
chairs behind people donating completely full. Yeah, we had one
hundred procedures over last year. Yeah, yeah, that's pretty good.
I know, very proud, very happy, and thank you North Texas.

Speaker 2 (02:31):
You guys are the best.

Speaker 3 (02:33):
Let's just start laying out the groundwork for number fifty.
I think we should come up with something wondering to
be the fiftieth.

Speaker 4 (02:40):
It's the gold anniversary. The fiftieth is the gold isn't it? O?

Speaker 2 (02:44):
Yes, golden memor I remember when my grandparents had their
fiftieth wedding anniversary and it was the golden wedding anniversary
and they gave each other something gold.

Speaker 3 (02:57):
I don't even remember.

Speaker 4 (02:57):
If they have a party in Corsicana at their house
in course, Oh yeah, like a backyard barbecue or is
it a full on buffet dinner kind of.

Speaker 2 (03:05):
Thing, full on buffet dinner?

Speaker 4 (03:07):
Oh yeah.

Speaker 2 (03:08):
And my aunt Mary Ann was there, and my cousin Steve,
Brian and Jeff were there, and I haven't seen them since.

Speaker 4 (03:16):
That's what's so nice about weddings and anniversaries and a
lot of times funerals is that they turn into family reunions.
People you hadn't seen in forever will show up to
those kind of events. A fiftieth wedding.

Speaker 3 (03:29):
Connect that's a big deal.

Speaker 4 (03:31):
And once again, congratulations to Mike Doocy and his wife
Ruth celebrating their forty forty seconds anniversary the way.

Speaker 3 (03:40):
To that golden anniversary. Yeah, I wonder what forty two
is your number one wedding anniversary's paper? Fifty is gold,
I don't know. All the ones in.

Speaker 4 (03:48):
Twenty five is silver, twenty five is silver. Forty two
is a sports for Mike Deocy.

Speaker 3 (03:57):
Sixty to twenty anniversary is toilet paper. Yeah, right, Charman,
good toilet paper.

in that big, huge park.

Speaker 4 (05:06):
Well he also did it at a ranch outside of Austin.

Speaker 3 (05:09):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, what was that Steve.

Speaker 1 (05:15):

Speaker 3 (05:17):

on the air, So we'll be off the twenty seventh
through July seventh. Back on July seventh.

Speaker 2 (05:27):

Speaker 1 (05:30):
