Speaker 3 (00:42):
All right, Tampa Bay, Welcome back to the Business Happy Hour.
Speaker 1 (00:45):
Man.
Speaker 3 (00:45):
I hope you guys had a great Christmas a happy
New Year. Unfortunately, you've probably heard a couple reruns and
maybe a news broadcast or something like that here in
the place of the Business Happy Hour over the last
ten years on the air here right here with I
heart Radio, iHeartMedia WFLA. I don't know what they call it,
something different every week, but We love being here part
(01:06):
of the family. We got James Burlander as our producer
in there. He's on the on the magic sound effects,
so that something fun happens there he goes, there's mister James.
We have a good a good producer. Of course, we
have some exciting news to talk about the Buccaneers Today.
We're going to talk about the beginning of the twenty
twenty five real estate market. What is going to happen
(01:26):
in twenty twenty five. I give a clue for you.
It's already turning out good. So get ready, buckle your
seat belts and in studio with my amazing and fun
co host Senya Aikeisha. How you doing Senia?
Speaker 4 (01:37):
Hello, Hello, I'm doing great. Happy New Year to everybody.
Speaker 3 (01:41):
Yes, So we only had two cameras set up today,
so Rocky is getting the camera. Matter of fact, Sin,
I just realized we could use my other phone and
in the break and we're gonna get you on the
video as well. So I can't I can't have this
only being Rocky and myself all day today. But if
you guys don't know who Rocky Roche did, he is.
He is our guest today. Rocky is a retired US
(02:04):
Navy captain and commodore, thirty three years serving our country.
I want to first thank you for your service right now, Rocky,
thank you very much for that.
Speaker 2 (02:13):
Thank you, thank you appreciate it.
Speaker 3 (02:14):
Thank you very much, and thanks for taking your time
to come on the show. I know you're a busy guy,
especially after this last election debacle.
Speaker 2 (02:21):
Maybe yeah, to call it a debacle was probably somewhat
of an understatement. But yeah, And you know what's really
sad is last Friday, this just past Friday. I was
supposed to be scorn in oh and then we had
we had already programmed and we're going to take the
my group of folks, we're going to have dinner at
Old Vid Grill right next to the White House. Oh Man.
So I was a little bit disappointing, but that's okay.
(02:43):
We got lots to talk about. If I was I
would have kept the reservation. No, I've been there, so
I know exactly what you're talking about. Yesterday, January six
was yesterday. It just happened to be my birthday.
Speaker 3 (02:55):
Birthday, birthday, Frank, Thank you guys. Actually it's kind of funny.
This is like my first day back to work. To radio,
to everything in like two and a half weeks. It is.
I don't know about you. It's hard to get back
in the groove a little bit. I'll be honest. I
dropped my daughter after school. I went home and took
a nap, I really did, and I woke up and
(03:16):
it was like a whole nother day. It was like,
this is amazing. So anyway, as you can see, I'm
very excited. Today Rocky was running Flora, Florida Congressional District
fourteen versus Kathy Caster. You may have heard that name
as well. We're gonna get into Rocky story. I want
you guys to learn who Rocky is if maybe you've
never met him or never seen him on TV or
the radio. We're gonna do that here in just a
(03:38):
little bit. But before we've got some fun stuff. As
if you've been listening to the Business Happy Hour for
many years, you know that Sinny and I like to
do a little segment with statistics, and I know we
kind of had a break, but Sennya, I'm putting you
on the spot. I'm thinking maybe some stats came out
while you and I were on vacation. Did anything he did?
Speaker 4 (03:55):
We have our awaited November number.
Speaker 3 (03:58):
Oh boy, here it is, yes, and they.
Speaker 4 (04:00):
Were actually I think they were better than we were
all expecting.
Speaker 3 (04:03):
Oh, please tell me that's.
Speaker 4 (04:05):
That's a good thing. We'll just go over the our
Tampa Saint Pete Clearwater MSA, which is Hernando Panela's Pasco
Hillsborough counties. Our closed sales were still a little down
year over year by four point two percent, okay, but
the median sales price just took a slight little hit
(04:25):
of one percent.
Speaker 3 (04:27):
Gosh, down, down four percent on the number of sales,
but only a one percent decrease in sales price.
Speaker 4 (04:33):
For October it was nine point four Wow, So this
is this is good.
Speaker 3 (04:38):
Right, it's a big improvement if you have a big improvement.
Speaker 4 (04:41):
But the number that I do really like is that
new pending sales were up by almost twenty two percent.
Speaker 3 (04:46):
Oh my gosh. So that's the biggest jump we've seen
in months.
Speaker 4 (04:51):
So coming into yeah, coming into December, hopefully some of
those will be closed and we'll see where we end
up with the closed sales. But I was also looking,
you know, everybody's got their predictions for twenty twenty five, right,
and I mean I think we're expecting good things, not
you know, oh my gosh, what a huge you know change.
But we're getting into a more balanced market. I think
(05:13):
lots of good things for buyers.
Speaker 3 (05:15):
I agree, you.
Speaker 4 (05:15):
Know, price is sure, they're softening. I don't see any sinking.
You see some of those headlines where oh my gosh,
we're just going down the drain.
Speaker 3 (05:23):
Just not true, just not true.
Speaker 4 (05:25):
But I think sellers are being more negotiable, you know,
and deals are getting worked out, and we're expecting, hopefully
buyers to get off the fence and more sellers to
also enter the market. We still need that inventory, and
that's you know, we're hoping for a good twenty twenty five.
Speaker 3 (05:42):
Cenia, I have to tell you, I am really looking
forward to twenty twenty five. I think it is going
to be a completely different market. I think you and
I have proverbially bit the bullet over the last two
years in the real estate market, especially here in Central Florida.
It was tough enough before those hurricanes came. Those things
came and literally wiped out not only houses, but businesses
(06:04):
and and our pipeline as well. But I do feel
that we are resilient in the state of Florida, especially here.
Hurricanes don't phase us. We're We're back on our feet.
The beaches are opening again. I just went down there
a week ago and saw John's Pass and what they're
doing down there, and it's just a ray of sunshine.
So here's my message is, sellers, you better sell now
(06:25):
because your market is about to change. I think, I mean,
I'm sorry for buyers. I meant to say, buyers, you
better buy now because your market's about to change. Because
when more competition gets out there, the prices are going
to go up. As we can see that the price.
But say inventory, how is inventory? Do you have anything
on inventory? Has that really changed?
Speaker 4 (06:42):
I mean, not a whole lot from the numbers that
we've had the last few months. It's definitely a lot
higher than you know it's been, you know, the last
couple of years.
Speaker 3 (06:50):
Yep.
Speaker 4 (06:50):
But for our Tampa msay the month supplies three point
six three points up by thirty three point three percent
year over year. So yeah, yes, seeing an increase there, Yes,
but we need.
Speaker 3 (07:02):
More, We need more inventory. So sellers, get out and sell.
It's time to do it. A buyers, you better get
out and buy any other thing you want to go
over on the stats before we move into some fun
and some politics.
Speaker 4 (07:13):
I did pull an article, but I guess, uh, you know,
with predictions and this was from g TAR Okay, it's
GTR now or Tampa Realtor Association. And yeah, I mean
the predictions are good. They're predicting just a more balanced
market in twenty twenty five, which I think is good
for both, you know, sellers and buyers. It's usually sellers.
(07:34):
I mean they're going to buy too. So I do
want sellers to think of this in terms of don't
wait around for you know, something a little bit better
in your favor, those multiple offers to come back right,
you know, because you're buying in this market too. You know,
you got to live somewhere.
Speaker 3 (07:48):
Now, what if they need to get in touch with you, Senya,
what are they going to do?
Speaker 4 (07:50):
Well, they're gonna call me at eight one, three, seven
five five real And the one change I told you
I'm going to make. Since ROSA is not with us,
I'm gonna use my old website. Well I've still had it.
Just individual it's Tampa real Estate dot pro.
Speaker 3 (08:07):
That's very easy, Tampa real Estate dot pro.
Speaker 5 (08:09):
Yep.
Speaker 3 (08:09):
All right, so that's what we're gonna remember from now
on is Tampa real Estate dot pro. And don't forget.
If you forget Tampa real Estate dot pro, just go
to eight one to three Mortgage or contact Frank Thebank
dot com, whatever is easiest for you to remember. You
can tell me to get you in touch with Senya.
I will do that right away. She'll do the same
for me. We work as a team over here, and
we want you to work with Mahara and Associates. They
(08:30):
are one of the top real estate teams in all
of Tampa Bay Area. Ray Mahara has built a family
owned company over the years, much like I built Lincoln
Lending Group, and I really encourage you to give them
a shot over at Mahara and Associates by going to
Tampa Realtor dot pro.
Speaker 4 (08:47):
We're gonna get this. No Tampa real Estate dot pro,
so Tampa real Estate Pro just it's one of those
extensions instead of the dot com.
Speaker 3 (08:54):
Tampa real Estate dot pro, Tampa really now dot pro
dot com Tampa real Estate dot pro. Yeah, so what
you gonna see, I'll get it right after like the
fifth or sixth. It only took me a week to
get her to her name right, So, oh man, so
thank you Sennya. That's always wonderful. Thank you for the stats.
Let's talk here, we've got we've got a couple of
minutes left, Rocky. Are you from Tampa by chance?
Speaker 2 (09:16):
So? My wife and I have been residents in Hillsborough
County for almost forty years.
Speaker 3 (09:21):
Oh well, then you are definitely from Tampa. Then we're
just gonna say it like that. About this, let me
ask you a different question. Are you a Bucks fan?
Speaker 2 (09:27):
Big?
Speaker 3 (09:27):
All right, so did you see the game? Did you
exactly did you see the game Sunday?
Speaker 2 (09:32):
Oh? I wouldn't miss it for the world.
Speaker 3 (09:34):
How about the ending? How with Mike Evans?
Speaker 2 (09:36):
Amazing? Amazing that he would you know, it was kind
of we I think everybody was wondering, are they now
they've won the game? All they did a kneel down
or are they going to actually let let him get
those those last ten yards or fifteen yards whatever was
he needed? Are they going to actually do something? And
I was so excited to see them line up and
then throw him the ball and let him get his
(09:57):
unreal Yeah.
Speaker 3 (09:58):
And it wasn't even it wasn't even a gimme it
wasn't he any Did you watch it? By chance? Did
you watch it?
Speaker 4 (10:03):
I watched the Vikings game, which.
Speaker 3 (10:07):
Turn out well, might have turned out for us because
now we're playing the Washington Redskins. Sorry, I'm not going
to call him the Commanders or whatever they're called, or
the football team, but yeah, Rocky and I watched the
endiing of that Bucks game, and this came down to
a couple of things. It was a Mike Evans to
tie Jerry Rice's record, if I remember correctly, for the
most eleven consecutive one thousand yard seasons. He was like
(10:28):
four and a half yards short. Like Rocky said, they
had already won the game, and they could have easily
taken a knee. Would to playoff, no problem, But they
took a chance. And my brother in law is really
big into sports. He's down in Miami, and he called
me afterwards and he brought up a really good point.
He said, you know, this isn't about the money, because
Mike did get a three million dollar bonus for that,
(10:48):
which is crazy that one catch got him three million dollars.
But he got into the Hall of Fame basically from
this that he had into the record books and what
my brother said is he said, what was more important
is what the other players in the league saw happen.
They saw the organization get behind one of their veteran players.
They saw the organization help that guy get that record
(11:10):
and make that bonus, when any other organization could have
been selfish and said, no.
Speaker 5 (11:14):
Mayfield, you're taking a knee. We're going into the playoffs. Yeah,
I mean, the risk was they could have lost the game.
I mean, kind of an unlikely event because they were
dead on eight, but you know, could have happened. Yeah,
absolutely could have happened.
Speaker 3 (11:26):
Could have been a pick six. Yeah, Evans could could
have twisted. I mean, look at what happened in the
game where we lost Evans and Godwin, right, you know,
and some could argue we should never have done that.
But anyway, point is, congratulations to the Buccaneers. You're gonna
be playing the Redskins this Sunday night at eight pm,
which is tonight if you're listening to our Sunday Morning show,
and it's Sunday if you're watching us right now, like
(11:46):
and share. When we get back from the commercial, we're
gonna learn all about who Rocky Rochford really is, Where
he's from. We know he has a decorated career in
the military as a Navy captain and commodore for thirty
three years. We know he is running for office, but
I want to get to know the man, and then
we're gonna talk about what happened in this election, Rockey,
because from what I understand, it was a little different
(12:07):
than what we expected. So I'll let you hold to
that because you're only got ten second.
Speaker 2 (12:11):
Rock Like, I'm ready to go.
Speaker 3 (12:12):
In just a second, we'll be back on the Business
Happy Hour with Sinia from Maharran Associates and yours truly
Frank the Bank from Lincoln Lending Group.
Speaker 1 (12:18):
Stay tuned now we're back with some serious real estate
and business talk with three of Tampa Bay's top experts.
Your host of the Business Happy Hour, Frank the Bank,
Kodo Rosa Bihiti and Senia Akeshna.
Speaker 3 (12:31):
Hey, Tampa Bay, welcome back to the Business Happy Are
your number one show for all things business and entrepreneurial.
I am your host, Frank Theebank Coodo. You can find
me at eight one three Mortgager go to contact Frankiebank
dot com. You know I love doing those reverse mortgages
for people. I love doing all mortgages for people, especially
when it's Maharan Associates bringing the buyer, because I know
I can trust that that deal is going to close
(12:52):
and that that buyer got a great negotiated deal. If
you want to talk to I think one of the
best agents on Mahar's team. If you ask me, it's
gonna be my co host, Cini I Kizhina. Thanks Frank all.
Speaker 4 (13:03):
I know, I appreciate it, and you can reach me
at eight one three seven five five reel or at
Tampa real Estate Dot Pro.
Speaker 2 (13:10):
I love it all right.
Speaker 4 (13:11):
I missmake you for the introduction, but I wanted to
reintroduce mister Rocky Rochford, that's with us today. Thank you
again for coming on.
Speaker 2 (13:19):
Thank you, thank you.
Speaker 4 (13:20):
We're excited to talk to you and you know, get
all the low down on the election stuff. But when
we first met, you did mention something to me about
you know, real estate and investors and things like that,
which I thought was interesting. And since we're wrapping up
the stats segment, I thought this would be a good
time to have you reiterate on that.
Speaker 2 (13:41):
Well, you know, and I appreciate it and I've there
is a bill that's up in Congress and it's stalled.
And what that bill says is that if you look
at what's happening today, corporations and head funds are buying
up as many houses as they can get. And what
they don't do is they don't turn them around. What
they do is they rand amount. Right, So they are
controlling not only the housing market, but the rental market
(14:03):
as well. And I think that's bad for mister and
missus America out there. That's bad for people who are
looking to be the first home buyers, that that they're
looking for that great deal that's out there, because there aren't.
And you know, I was watching the statistics over the
last month or so about how much money you have
to earn in order to get to buy your first house,
(14:24):
right you know. And that's and that's just a travesty.
And and and of course the government, the government stepping
in to do certain things is bad. Like, you know,
we're going to give everybody fifty thousand dollars as a
you know, well, where does that fifty grand come from?
Speaker 5 (14:39):
All?
Speaker 2 (14:39):
It comes from? Taxpayers?
Speaker 1 (14:40):
Right?
Speaker 2 (14:41):
You know, So you're you're you're playing you're playing a
game a game with the money. But that doesn't help anything.
What helps is get corporations out of the housing market
and let them if they want to buy rental properties,
you know, rental big, big properties by all means, but
stay out of the single single family home business.
Speaker 3 (15:01):
I what do you think that's.
Speaker 4 (15:03):
The essence of this bill is that they're just trying
to stop that activity altogether. Yes, okay, And I did
hear actually something very similar. Remember when RFK Junior was
the keynote speaker at the event, I went to Yep,
he did say something similar to that effect, which you
know in our business. I do think that people right now,
especially once they can't buy, they do have to rent.
Speaker 3 (15:25):
Yeah, so because of the cost of homes and to
get you know, a lot of people hear the word
black Rock, Blackstone, like you know some of these other bane.
They hear these giant hedge fund in private investment firms
and whatnot. And you you, you hear the word, but
you don't associate to what it is. But that is
what Rocky's talking about. He's talking about these giant corporations
(15:46):
buying up the real estate, holding it, renting it. Now
they're controlling the actual rental market. They're controlling what all
of you pay. And when you have one entity or
just a few entities owning that much, they truly set
the market. It is not the same as Sinny and
I going out and buying a rental property and based
on her, you know, experience and whatnot set in a price.
(16:07):
Me doing what I need based on my needs. No,
it's across the board, and I think it's dangerous. So
I agree with you.
Speaker 2 (16:13):
Yeah, you know, And the Tampa Bay market is expected
by twenty thirty that to be over thirty percent of
the market owned by corporations. Our houses, I mean as
a statistic that we saw as we were as we
were building. You know. I've been working with a lot
of folks in the self work Spring area because to
to me, one of the biggest failures of our society
(16:38):
is that is you. If you can't take care of
those most in need, then you have failed as a society. Right,
So I'm a big fan. So we had this woman
who has a son, no as a brother that was disabled,
needed help. Went to the county and said, hey, I
need help with taking care of him, and and they said,
(17:01):
you have too much equity in your house. So she
sold it to a corporation now our markets mab was
like four to seventy five a month, Oh right, and
turned around and rended it back to her twelve hundred bucks.
Speaker 3 (17:10):
Oh my gosh.
Speaker 2 (17:11):
She couldn't afford it on a street. Yeah, her and
her and her disabled brother, we're both now living on
the street. And so we were able to help them
and get them into into some of these places that
will help you get back in your feet and all that.
But that's that's just a perfect example of why this
is a bad thing.
Speaker 3 (17:31):
Yeah, I agree, it is a terrible thing across the board.
And you know this is why. By the way, guys,
that is not just the national elections that make a difference.
You need to elect local officials to affect things. Like
Rocky knows that over the next so many years, we're
gonna be what are they saying, thirty percent of this market,
it's going to be right here. Well, we have to
have good officials who are looking out for us right here,
and then it flows, you know, obviously downhill in the
(17:52):
right direction. Rocky, we have a few minutes left in
this segment. I'd like to take that because I know
we have a lot to talk about regarding what happened
in your election. There's a big story to it, there's
there's a fight. I've got a couple questions from some
sides I've heard about. Tell us a little bit about
you over the next couple of minutes, like who are you?
Where do you come from? Rocky?
Speaker 2 (18:12):
Well, Well, I didn't come from any of those UFOs
that are flying around were still those games now we're
trying to figure that one out. But so I grew
up just south of Boston in a little town called Situate, Massachusetts,
Kennedy Country. So I'm you know, I'm a I am
a fan. I'm a Republican, but I am a fan
of RFK Junior. I think that his conservative values shine
(18:35):
through when they're needed to. I don't agree with everything
that he says, but I do agree with a lot
that he says. And I am so excited that Trump
brought him on board.
Speaker 3 (18:44):
Yeah, me too.
Speaker 2 (18:45):
So So I went to the Merchant Marine Academy in Massachusetts,
mass Merrittime Academy and graduated there, went into the U,
went into the Navy UH and UH and spent thirty
three and a half years of the Navy station and
all over the world. UH Sentcom. Worked for General Franks.
I ran his command center, I ran his Joint Operations
(19:07):
center as a team chief. It's it's it's been along,
it's been along road. So I get out of the
Navy and I retired. And you know, my wife and
I have traveled the world, but never say any of
the US. So we bought a big RV and we
drove the country and we had we had a great
(19:27):
time with it. I mean, it was just a wonderful
opportunity to see Montana and Dakota's and all that kind
of stuff.
Speaker 3 (19:34):
So I think everybody should do that. That is a
great idea.
Speaker 2 (19:36):
So then I came back, we had enough of that
sold the RV, started watching the news and said, I,
this is crazy what's going up and washing DC needs
needs some leadership, needs some help, and I believe that
I can provide that. I'm I am the problem solver.
This is what I've done my entire career. So so
I'm excited that I had an opportunity to run for office.
Speaker 3 (19:58):
I love it and I love hearing people coming from
the private sector saying exactly what you said, is that
I see a problem. We need something to fix it.
We need some help, We need some leadership. And that's
I believe what our forefathers intended is they wanted guys
to come out of the woodwork, serve their country, and
then go back into the public into private life. So
with that said, we're going to learn all about in
(20:19):
Rocky's election and what happened there in the fourteenth Congressional
District right here in just a minute. When we get
back from the Business Happy Hour, stay tuned.
Speaker 1 (20:26):
Welcome to the Business Happy Hour radio show with your host,
Frank the bank Kodo, President of Lincoln Lending Group and
eight one three Mortgage for twenty years right here in
Tampa Bay, joined by his incredible co host Rosa Bahiti
and Sinia Akishna, top producing real estate agents with Mahara
and Associates. These three bring nearly five decades of experience
(20:47):
in the local real estate market. If you're looking for
real estate or business advice, no matter what your experience level,
the Business Happy Hour team has been there for you
for almost a decade right here on news radio WFLA.
Now sit back and get ready for some serious real

Speaker 3 (21:07):
Right, Tampa Bay. By the way, Rosa is not with
us anymore, but she's here in spirit Ross doing the
commercial side. We're gonna have her on every once in
a while, So Sinny and I promise we will adjust
our intro sooner than later, because you guys are like,
where's Rosa? Where's Rosa? By the way, if you want
to reach Sinnia and you have any real estate related
questions on the housing the market, what you should be doing,
(21:27):
Sinia can be reached at.
Speaker 4 (21:29):
Eight one three seven five five real or a Tampa
real Estate.
Speaker 3 (21:33):
Dot pro that's at Tampa real Estate dot Pro that
new website, and of course anything mortgage related, contact Frankdebank
dot com. You guys, I know you always ask about
rates every time I talk, and I never say it,
so I just pulled it up just now because I
always get blasted afterwards. Faha. And va, guys, Rocky's a veteran.
He qualifies for this five point seventy five. Guys, you
can get down as low as five point seventy five
(21:54):
right now on a thirty year six thirty year fixed
for a veteran. If you're doing an faha, loan, we
can offer you the same five seven five, And yes,
your conventional rates are.
Speaker 2 (22:02):
A little lower.
Speaker 3 (22:03):
You're gonna be in the low sixes on conventional. So
get your butt off the fence because when these rates
drop more, you're gonna have more competition. I'm gonna leave
it at that, and we're gonna go into the politics
side of the show. Rocky Rockford Rochford, I said, I really,
I actually read it and I still said Rockford. I said,
I like Rockford Rochford. Rocky Rodford ran for Florida Congressional
(22:24):
District fourteen. Very interesting race, Rocky. You're up against Kathy Castor.
And one of our friends of the show sent me
in a question. It's really not a bad question. I
was like. I was like, hey, man, don't send me
any like crazy things. I actually want to have a
regular interview with Rocky. He said, he goes I'd like
to ask Rocky said, some people might say that you
(22:46):
did an absolutely amazing job in the election against Kathy,
considering that she is considered sometimes by others as Tampa
politics royalty and her district is jerry mandered down the
spectrum of liberal voters from downtown Saint Pete to Seminal Heights.
Do you agree that this maybe is one of the
hardest districts in Florida to turn red?
Speaker 2 (23:07):
You know, personally, that's a great question, and I would
say that no, it's not a difficult thing to do
because we were we had a grassroots effort. We were
very much My campaign manager, his name is Haimi Ariano
and his dad same name. His dad was a political
prisoner in Nicaragua. He was the voice of Nicaragua for
(23:28):
years and years, spoke out against Sandinistas and Ortega and
they threw him in jail and he was sentenced to
thirteen years in prison. He spent two and a half
years in prison, had a heart attack and a stroke,
and they said, if you want us to treat you,
sign this, and he told them more to go. So
(23:48):
I have been an absolute force multiplier for helping and
fighting against socialism and communism across this country and where
it lives in Brie and and so so we have
the Latino community has stood with me and and and
me with them, and we have been fighting very hard,
(24:10):
and we had the numbers. Matter of fact, all the
all this the statisticians on election day said that Rocky's
going to be the one. He's going to flip it,
and he's going to he's gonna win. Look at all,
look at all the data, all the data that supported it. So,
so what happened? Why did I lose? Well, that's a
(24:30):
good question. So let's start with Right after the election,
on my way home, I called a good friend of mine.
His name is John Samas and he he's, uh, was
an auditor with the US Navy Department of Defense, and
so he's he's a brilliant mind and has a brilliant
auditing mind. So he went and started looking at at
statistics and data, and what he found is that in
(24:54):
order to the the absentee ballots vote by mail ballots.
This is where many of the problems exist. There are
other problems with the voter rolls that'll be next we'll
talk about. These are just the two items I wanted
to bring up with you. So, so, in order to
request a vote by mail ballot, you must provide either
(25:14):
the last four of your whole security number or your
driver's licenses Florida driver's license number, got it, And then
the county supervisors of election upload that data weekly. How
many requests, who requestsed, and it goes into the Florida
database and it's maintained. So after the election, he went
in and he looked at it across the entire state
(25:36):
of Florida. I've got a graph here, and I'm sorry
you won't be able to see it.
Speaker 3 (25:40):
Yeah, I'll try to put it up for you guys.
Speaker 2 (25:42):
Okay, So what that graph shows you is that on
there were only two days with these massive anomalies. One
was was September ninth. In Penelas County, there were one
hundred and ninety seven thousand requests for absentee ballots. Now, yes,
has a lot of ballots, but the problem was is
(26:04):
that not one of them, i mean zero, provided a
social Security number or a driver's licens number. These are
called no no ballots. We name that because they don't
have either one. Four days later, in Miami Dade County,
two hundred and forty two thousand requests for ballots. They
(26:24):
were all no no ballots, and on both of those
days all of those ballots were issued. Now there's a
protection system in place, but the problem with that protection
system we were talking about that before the show is
there's ANNFF button, right you can turn it on and
off as you want. So that means the controls the
(26:45):
control whether or not because none of those ballots should
have been issued because they didn't provide any identification. Wow,
so this is the premise. This is the beginning of
where we're our cases. This is irrefutable. This is not
our this is not our data. This is the data
from the state. We pulled this down off of their website.
(27:06):
Actually they gave us permission to download it, and then
all we did was put it into columns. Interesting. So so,
so now why am I doing this? This is I
think this is an important aspect of this because yes
I was, I was upset that I lost the election.
But the bottom line here is that all of those
(27:28):
who voted for me were disenfranchised. These people who had
a constitutional right to vote for whoever they wanted, their
votes were squashed by those numbers. Okay, so those are.
Speaker 3 (27:43):
All ABS and TEE ballots as well.
Speaker 2 (27:45):
These are all vote by mail ballots right.
Speaker 3 (27:48):
Right, which has had a lot to do with it.
You know, in the twenty twenty election with Trump, that's
where a lot of we believe the fraud came from
is in these ABS and tee ballots and these ballots
that were just handed out that ended up in boxes.
Speaker 2 (27:59):
That's that's exactly right. So just to look at the
Penalans County, one hundred and ninety seven thousand ballots requested.
Of those, one hundred and sixty three thousand were returned, completed,
and counted.
Speaker 3 (28:14):
Wow.
Speaker 2 (28:15):
So this is the premise. This is the starting point
of the fraud.
Speaker 3 (28:19):
Now, how many ballots did they say you potentially lost by?
Speaker 2 (28:24):
So when you combine so, you can't trust any day
that a no no ballot was issued. Because the controls
were in THEFF position, you can't trust any of them.
So you eliminate that. Then you eliminate the which is
the next portion of the fraud, which is cloned ballots.
(28:48):
When you eliminate all that I won by, I've seen
numbers as low as I won by ten thousand, and
as high as one hundred thousand.
Speaker 3 (28:56):
Interesting answers. Now, what has anybody done about this?
Speaker 2 (28:59):
So we are? So we are. I have a lawyer.
His name is Peter Tickton. He was roommates with Trump
back at the New York Military Academy when they both
attended nice and he's a lawyer here in Florida and
he represents me with our case to the to the state.
We submitted a case to the state for fraud to
(29:21):
the second Judicial District, which is up in Tallahassee. Because
District fourteen crosses pelt Penelas and you know multiple counties,
you can't send it to either one of those, you
have to send it. Still, it makes sense, right, So
they have this case, what are we going to get
out of that? Because they can't. They can't overturn a race.
Only Congress can do that. So what they're going to
do though, is we want them to put in writing
(29:43):
that this was fraud because then now, because the intent
of this this lawsuit is to fix this so it
never happens again, so it doesn't happen in twenty twenty six.
So the second half of this or do you want
to wait till we get into the next.
Speaker 3 (29:59):
Now you got two and a half, let's do it, okay.
Speaker 2 (30:01):
So the second half of this is called cloning. Now,
Peter Tickton hired a guy who's very very smart computer
computer geek off the charts, and he said that they're
using NSA level encryption, which which from my time in
the DoD for the Navy. I've worked with NSSA and
(30:22):
I've seen NSA level type things where it's it's off
the chart. So I am not an expert and I
don't know all the nuances of this. So when we
have someone who's very interested in this, I have to
put you in touch with with this guy who works
for Peter, who can walk you through the entire process.
But what he's done is he's taken all of the
(30:45):
voter rolls and he started in New York. Now, these
are not these are not no no ballots. These are
people who are registered to vote. And what they're doing
is they're cloning you, right, same name, birthday, same year, dates,
different interesting and you'll find you'll find the in voter
roles people who were cloned once, twice, three five, I
(31:10):
think the most is nine I've I've heard.
Speaker 3 (31:12):
So they clone me, But then how does that work?
Then they they they make.
Speaker 2 (31:16):
Then your clone votes, and then they delete the clone
and the vote is already set. Because remember now the
ballot doesn't have your name on it, there's no way
to go back and say, well, this was your ballot.
So to say we'll do a recount, you're gonna county counting,
counting garbage.
Speaker 3 (31:35):
Yeah, I've never heard that. This is like above my
head over, I'm like, so, so, how do you even
catch that?
Speaker 2 (31:44):
So his algorithm identifies in red flags people who are cloned.
Speaker 3 (31:49):
Okay, they can see based on them data they have
that this should not be the same. It should not
be two of these.
Speaker 2 (31:56):
People correct, correct, and and so there are millions of
those people across the country. He has done New York,
he has done and he's not done with Florida yet. Yeah,
but the indicator are indicators are at least two.
Speaker 3 (32:10):
Million, Okay, at least a minute that you know that
that first, and we're going to take a break here
and then go into our last segment to that. First
that first, when this graph, I mean, I like visual things,
and I think it's it's it's I think that needs
to be answered for and and somebody clearly is going
to have to answer for that. And that's why we
have attorneys involved in this. When we get back from
the break, we're gonna have more with Rocky. We're asking
(32:31):
him a couple other questions, but we're going to find
out what other anomalies could have occurred and what would
happen if this does get changed at the state level
right here on the Business Happy Hour with Sennia from
Maharan Associates and yours truly, Frank the Bank. We'll be
back in just a minute.
Speaker 1 (32:46):
Now we're back with some serious real estate and business
talk with three of Tampa Bay's top experts, your host
of the Business Happy Hour, Frank de Bank, Coodo, Rosa
Bahiti and Senia Akeishna.
Speaker 3 (32:57):
Hey, Tampa Baby, welcome back to the Business Happyer. I'm
going to get right into it here. We've got Rocky
Rochford could have been a possible other election interference we're
talking about. I'm proud to have him in the studio.
And by the way, being fair, miss Castor, if you'd
like to come on the Business Happy Are you are
welcome to and we will invite you to have equal
time on the show. It's so funny in politics, we
(33:18):
do that every single time and it literally never happens.
So we'll find out if I get called out this time.
But we've got Rocky on here talking about the potential
election interference. We just looked at a graph which was
very interesting about this data dump, which you know, we
hate to say, Rocky, this is all too familiar and
something that we might have seen a few years ago.
(33:38):
But you know, one the thing you mentioned is you've
got your website still active and I assume, I mean,
these legal fees can't be cheap. Are you having to
pay these legal fees yourself? Are we getting volunteers or
what are we doing there?
Speaker 2 (33:48):
Well, there's a couple of ways we're doing this versus
a foundation that has stepped up and is offering mister
Tickton some of to cover some of the fees. But
then there are some that will fall in onto me.
And then when like this this week, a couple of
big things are happening versus our We have a hearing
(34:09):
tomorrow with the judge. It's the first hearing in this
in this case. And then Thursday, because I know we're
gonna save it to the end, but Thursday, Uh, Speaker
Johnson's being briefed on this because Congress is the only
place that can undo the election. Can't be done by
(34:29):
the governor, can't be undone by by a judge.
Speaker 3 (34:32):
Well, you just kind of you answered the question Sinny
was gonna ask.
Speaker 4 (34:34):
But yes, I mean, what is yeah the hopeful resolution
like and how does this play out.
Speaker 2 (34:41):
So we we we wanna we want to have the
judge declare, declare fraud, and order an investigation. We want
the governor to step up to the plate and order
because because they have under the Florida Department of Law Enforcement,
there's an election Integrity and Fraud Department, And and I
called them and started to show them the information, and
(35:04):
they went, wow, we're going to open an investigation into this.
And they did. But I haven't heard anything beyond that.
I mean, all I know is they opened an investigation.
Speaker 3 (35:16):
So the endgame has got it has to get to
the US Congress. And that's why Johnson is being briefed
on this because I assume in the end, I mean,
we just want justice to prevail.
Speaker 2 (35:25):
So what So there's a couple of outs. One is
is that you look at the fraud and you go,
this is clear and evident fraud. Now throw out the
election and do a special election. Hopefully during the investigation
part of this, we can identify who was involved, right
and and if if anyone on in the Democratic Party
(35:46):
was involved, there may not be they may they may
throw it out and throw people in jail, because I'm
pretty sure I've heard that Pam BONDI is very excited
about jumping into all of this as well. Okay, yeah,
but Mike Johnson is going to be briefed on this
because this affects the size of the Republican side of
the House, right right, you know, I mean this is
(36:08):
another seat, yep, because it's a plus one minus one,
so that minus one plays a big role too, especially
because Gothy castor Leans folks are so far left right,
which is a you know, which is a problem for us.
Speaker 3 (36:20):
Yeah, I think we lost a couple of House seats
this time, even though we gained in the Senate, so
it's is very important. There's there's no question.
Speaker 4 (36:28):
So this does happen then, and you know, they do
overturn it. I guess, like what would be the step then, like.
Speaker 2 (36:36):
Would so so they could say fraud existed. But that's
the end of it. And now I run again because
I'm registering right now. It's in progress to run again
for twenty twenty six, so.
Speaker 4 (36:50):
You'd have to wait, so like, there's no like redoing
what had happened.
Speaker 2 (36:55):
So the first one is nothing happens, okay, And outside
of the fact that I get a judgment, I may
not even get a judgment. They got the summary judgment
may not happen, but which which would be ridiculous because
I mean, this is this is self evident. I mean,
it's it's right there, Rockie.
Speaker 3 (37:10):
I'm just curious. Could anything negative happen to you? Could
there be sanctions against you or anything like that, like
if they say it's not right.
Speaker 2 (37:17):
Or no, because we didn't This is not this is
not our data, right, got it. This is the State
of Florida's data.
Speaker 3 (37:23):
Got it?
Speaker 2 (37:24):
So you can see, Well, yeah you can't. You can't
blame me for their data.
Speaker 3 (37:27):
Yeah, you just took it and put in the form
of a graph.
Speaker 2 (37:29):
Well, the explanation was is that is that the safe
was unlocked and the safe door was open. And also
we did was reach in and grab grab the document
and pull it out. Okay, So we didn't have to
break anything, We didn't have to do anything illegal. You know,
it's very straightforward.
Speaker 3 (37:45):
Got it.
Speaker 2 (37:46):
So that's one second, is we get a new election.
They throw out the election and say, yes, fraud was
was rampant and and we'll do a special election. That's
that's another another potential outcome. Another potential outcome is that
is that fraud was exists, and either the Democrats or
or or my opponent somewhere on her staff something happened
(38:06):
and someone was involved, and so they they throw that
out and and then I become the governor then gets involved.
Speaker 3 (38:14):
This is well, he's it so interesting? Has that to
your knowledge? Has that ever happened in our country? Have
have they ever thrown out an election or done the
one of those other two steps?
Speaker 2 (38:26):
Well, so I'm pretty sure that all all of those
have happened. Yeah, okay, I mean I know that right
now that there's a number of folks who were who
are making claims with the State of Florida and the judges.
The judges dismissed and sealed the documents, which is unfortunate,
but but they were pro se representing themselves. And you know,
(38:48):
my my lawyer, Peter ticked and you know, very unlikely
that he's going to tolerate that. I love it. I
love it.
Speaker 3 (38:55):
So I do want to mention this before we in
the show. Is Rocky does have his website still up?
It's Rocky for Congress dot Com. That's Rocky the number
four Congress dot Com. You can go there and you
guys can still check out his platform. You can still
donate if you would like to help the cause. I
know a lot of people are very convicted one way
or the other on these things, so it's a great
way to go. And Rocky you mentioned there is gonna
(39:16):
be a GoFundMe coming up as well, which I assume
will be on the website. People can get to the GoFundMe.
Speaker 2 (39:21):
Yeah, so there'll be a link there and then it
will wherever however they advertise it. I've never done one before,
but so the intent is to anticipate some of the
threats that have that are rumbling around right now. Is
I'm gonna I'm gonna need to just make sure that
me and my family are protected.
Speaker 3 (39:39):
I agree with you these things. Listen, Politics alone is
a dirty game, and you do need to protect your
family first and foremost. So that is Rocky for Congress
dot Com and I know Cinyo you you will share
this with me. I'd love to have Rocky back on
as this progresses, because it sounds like we just had
him on in probably one of the most pivotal weeks
in this whole discussion. Uh So things progress, maybe after
(40:01):
Johnson picks it up or something let's definitely have you
back on the show. Is there anything you want to
leave the listeners with. We've got about a half a
minute here.
Speaker 2 (40:08):
I would just say thank you very much for letting
me come on and talk about this. This is obviously
I had no anticipation when I ran I'm an honest man.
I ran an honest campaign. I give back the wrong
change at the supermarket. That's just who I am and
I'm what I ran for office. My intent was, I'm
going to do this because I can be part of
(40:29):
the solution and I can help make things better for
our community. And to have this happen is just But
you know, I'm focused, We're fighting, and that's what we're doing.
We're staying right on it. I love it.
Speaker 3 (40:43):
Perfect timing. Sen Thanks for being on the show. Thank you, Thanks, Yes,
everybody will see you next week on The Business Happy Hour.
Stay tuned.
