Tampa Bay Welcome back to the Business Happy Hour. You're
number one show for all things business and entrepreneurial, and man,
I'm excited today. Do you know why I'm excited? Cause
I live in Tampa Bay and the Tampa Bay Light
are going into the playoffs tonight. That's right, we have
our home opener playoff game. Applause. Everybody they get James.
Nobody in our studios applause. Hey, there we go. No,
(01:11):
I'm excited today, got my lightning shirt on. I'm taking
the family to the game tonight. My daughter might not
want to go to the game. But guess who's going
to Lightning playoffs. Liliata is going to Lightning playoffs. That's right,
you got called out today. I should do like that
ice bucket challenge, Like if you don't go to the
playoff game, you get ice. Have you guys heard of
this ice bucket challenge? By the way, is that killing you? Sorry?
Let me introduce my host and co hosts here. I'm
(01:32):
having too much fun getting right into the show. I'm
so excited, can't you tell? I just turn it on
today with my lightning gear. My incredible co host Sannya Akishaa.
Speaker 4 (01:41):
Hello, Hi, nice to see you doing good? Doing good,
I mean, not as good as you. I don't get
to go to the Lightning game tonight, but I'm excited.
Speaker 3 (01:50):
Can you tell? I'm excited?
Speaker 4 (01:51):
Yes, I would be too. I love going to lightning games.
Speaker 3 (01:53):
Yeah, it's gonna be good and Lightning Lightning Playoff have
you been to one. You've gone on to one of
the playoff games before.
Speaker 4 (01:58):
I don't know that I've gotten to a playoff game,
but I like any of them. They're so fun to watch.
Speaker 3 (02:02):
Amazing Now, Lenny, I see you shaking your head over there,
we've got Lenny in the studio. He is the founder
and CEO of Rewaken Life. Hold on, let me remember
transforming your health no, no, no, empowering your health while transforming
your wealth. That's right, God, I'm good. I normally don't
get a good that first time there, Lenny, welcome to
(02:23):
the show. It's good to happen.
Speaker 5 (02:24):
You for having us, and go Bolts Go. They have
a shot this year.
Speaker 3 (02:27):
Have you been to a Lightning playoff game before? I have.
Speaker 5 (02:29):
I actually been to a Stanley Cup as well.
Speaker 3 (02:31):
Oh man, the Lightning Stanley Cup. Yes, how was that?
Speaker 5 (02:34):
It was good? Unfortunately it was one of the ones
we lost, so I don't go anymore because of superstition.
So I watched the Stanley Cup.
Speaker 3 (02:42):
It was your fault, it probably was. Actually, you're not
allowed to go tonight. Whatever you do. It's so funny.
I went to that. I went to a couple of them,
and when we won the Cup. I actually got to
see both Cups. Game seven pretty freaking awesome, right, But
the last one was kind of funny. It was during
the COVID. It's when the COVID. I think I would
think it was in the beginning of the COVID, right,
(03:03):
the COVID. It was the freaking biggest super spreader ever.
I am pro every single person that I know that
went to that game, every single person that I bumped
him too. Maybe all was the Patiant zero, I don't know,
but every single one got COVID. I'm like, without doubt
it was hilarious and we're all, well, I guess it wouldn't.
Nobody got hurt bad, so I can say it now,
and plus we're past it. But yeah, it was funny.
It was a super spreader. But we won the Stanley
(03:24):
Cup and then what was it the next year, that's
when we played in the Stanley Cup and one with
no fans. Do you guys remember that? Have you burned
that out of your memory? It was terrible?
Speaker 5 (03:35):
Remember it was horrible? Yeah?
Speaker 3 (03:37):
I mean literally the Stanley Cup in an auditorium with
no fans and it was so piss poor it was umblie.
I cannot imagine, like Cinya, you you like sports a
little bit, can you imagine playing the biggest game of
your career and there was not a single screaming fan.
Speaker 2 (03:52):
No.
Speaker 4 (03:53):
I mean that's a big part of playing. I'm playing well, right,
I mean you need that, you know, support from the fans.
Speaker 3 (03:58):
Yeah, it's not like they had Frank the Bankins hands,
you know, Cheron trying to make as much noise as everybody.
Speaker 4 (04:02):
Even if it was just you there, I don't think
it would all the difference.
Speaker 3 (04:05):
That ye go, yeah, she always gives me all the
good credit. But no, it was. It was absolutely horrendous.
And I remember when we're watching it on TV, they
actually had like like piped end audience sounds. You remember that, Lenny.
Speaker 5 (04:16):
It was like, yeah, they had to pipe it in.
Speaker 3 (04:17):
So it seemed it seemed like, yeah, like a real game.
You're like, oh, this is terrible. Anyway, Lightning, good luck tonight,
we guys. We hope you guys come in and win.
The game is at eight thirty pm. This is only
if you're watching the Instagram live. By the way, do
not try to turn on the game on Sunday night
because I don't even know there's a game on Sunday night.
I think there probably is, but it is going to
be a great game eight thirty pm. Try to see
(04:39):
what else we need to tell you guys about the
game you're playing the Panthers. Hopefully you guys already knew that.
Did anybody hear the funny little joke of the political
goat joke where I think it was Trump that made
it and he was talking about to some Canadians and
it was real. He said something like, oh, oh no,
it's DeSantis. He said, well, maybe you know, if they
come down to Florida, we'll show him what a winning
hockey team looks like because the Panthers they had the
lightning what Anyway, Sorry, I'm having too much fun today,
(05:03):
so let's go back every show. In the beginning of
the show, we like to do the real estate statistics.
Sinya is with Maharran Associates, one of the top real
estate teams in all of Tampa Bay over one hundred agents.
If you guys are probably closed like a quarter billion
dollars in real estate by now. Have you ever looked
at that recently?
Speaker 4 (05:19):
By the way, we're going to get there. We're going
to get there soon because no, I mean it's been yeah,
it's yeah, and it's still early, but we are hoping
for a better year than last year.
Speaker 3 (05:29):
Well, I don't know about you. I'm feeling like that.
The energy is there, the phones are ringing.
Speaker 4 (05:33):
It's getting busy. We're busy listing, which is a good thing.
But I mean buyers are getting off the fence too.
Speaker 3 (05:40):
So well, like you've always told me, and this is
why we do the stats every week. If you don't
have listings, you don't have buyers, right. And I never
really until you started doing this. It's terrible. I've been
in this business twenty five years, but until I started
doing the stats with Sinning about a year ago, I
didn't realize the how direct the correlation was to the
amount of inventory to the amount of back activity because
(06:01):
I thought, oh, okay, you got buyers either way. They're
all coming in just buying houses when they want to.
But explain that to people a little bit. How does
how does the amount of inventory correlate to more activity
in the market.
Speaker 4 (06:11):
Well, I mean, buyers have choices.
Speaker 3 (06:13):
You know.
Speaker 4 (06:14):
It's not so fun when you're a buyer and you
know you got your dream home in mind, and it's
just not there. Right, So it's nice to go shopping
for a home and actually have options. You know, it's
rare that you just see one. Okay, I guess this
is it. So, yes, we're getting that inventory. Definitely huge
pickup you know for us, you know, this month, and
I don't think it's going to be stopping, which is
(06:35):
you know, it's great. But yeah, speaking of stats, actually
I pulled.
Speaker 3 (06:37):
Up and Lenny, you're welcome to China chime in on
our stats here. So any this is all good stuff here,
and and if she doesn't bring something positive, we just
shut her mic off.
Speaker 4 (06:46):
Yeah, I try, I try it only the positive, no,
but just to give you a perspective on it. So
for a month supply of inventory, which we you know,
discuss every week, but February, you know, we talk about
three point e which is still not quite where we
need to be to get that you know, full you
know balance feel. But February of twenty twenty four it
was only two point eight. Oh but even that two
(07:08):
point eight was forty seven percent higher than the year
before that. Whoa, So when you remember all the like
COVID craziness in that market, I mean that was a
big contributor to it. There was just there was no inventory.
Speaker 3 (07:20):
So you're going all way back to twenty twenty one.
Speaker 4 (07:23):
Twenty twenty, Well, yeah, so I guess this would be
even in twenty three. I mean we had a lack
of inventory for a while. Yeah, but I mean that
contributed to the you know COVID market with you know,
interest rates being so low. Everybody wanting to buy, but
they just didn't have too many options of you know,
what they could buy and all the bidding wars. You know,
you put one house up and you got twenty offers
(07:43):
on it. So no, the inventory growing. That's great for
buyers because you know, I'm sure they're getting tired of
waiting around. They've been waiting around, and we are seeing
them get off the fence.
Speaker 2 (07:53):
Hey.
Speaker 4 (07:53):
You know, interest rates are a little bit lower, you
know than they have been. Maybe not where people want
them to be, but I mean still it's not it's doable.
Speaker 5 (08:02):
Yeah, yey. Now people in refinance when the rates.
Speaker 4 (08:04):
Strap exactly, that's yeah, that's your big phrase. What's marry
the house date the rate.
Speaker 3 (08:10):
There it is, marry the house date the rate, Marry
the house date the rate. Well, what that really means
is by the dang house right now at today's prices
before all this crazy you know inventory stuff happens and
rates go down. When the rates go down, you have
more competition, which could lead to higher prices. Like you know,
are you seeing any multiple offer situations right now?
Speaker 4 (08:28):
We do come across him, yeah, sure, yeah, So it's
out there. It's out there. If you've got you know,
the you know house that's beautiful and priced, well, it
definitely happens. But to wrap these up because they should
have my March numbers next week. Okay, but this is
what I found interesting. At the price point of a
million or more so, your luxury properties, those closed sales
(08:49):
are actually up by nearly seventeen percent year over year.
Speaker 3 (08:52):
Holy crap. Yes.
Speaker 4 (08:54):
And the other number that's pretty interesting is that the
days on market is down by thirty seven percent, and
it's thirty eight days from you know, the time you
list to getting a contract. That is actually lower than
just our average number all around.
Speaker 3 (09:10):
This is this is from.
Speaker 4 (09:13):
MS a million and up yep, So they're actually going
under contract quicker on average than you know, the rest
of the homes that are lower priced.
Speaker 5 (09:22):
Why do you think Lenny, people moving here from California
New York are used to those prices.
Speaker 3 (09:26):
That totally could be it. We have had a major
influx of people moving from up north and out east
out west. Sorry, and you're right, the prices in those
two areas are much higher than what we have here,
so they're going to walk in a million very affordable.
Speaker 4 (09:38):
People that come here from those areas are probably oh
my god, I can get this for a million dollars.
Speaker 5 (09:42):
For three thousand square feet, sign me up.
Speaker 3 (09:44):
Yeah exactly. I mean, and people here are like a
million dollars. This should be eleven thousand square feet and
have a four car garage, which it doesn't. Sorry, but
in country there, yeah, I went, I went to count
you sorry that that was my Pasco counties. Did you
have any Pasco stats?
Speaker 4 (09:58):
Now this I pulled for all three. You know what,
next week I'm going to have all of them. But no,
I mean, I think that's great for the luxury market.
You know, properties are moving, we're getting you know, yeah,
lots of people coming in buying up the real estate.
Speaker 5 (10:11):
And see too, right, a lot of construction is happening. People.
Speaker 4 (10:15):
Construction's been doing well, yes, so I mean they still
can't quite keep up because they mean still inventory levels
we could always use more.
Speaker 3 (10:23):
Yeah, well, I think the key is what Cinya just
said is they can't keep up, so there still is
a lot of demand right now. But I love your
stat on the million and up because I'm telling you
right now, a million is not that expensive of a
home anymore. I wouldn't say it's a starter home by
any means, but it's kind of like your starter home
for your upper middle class in any way. Right it's
(10:45):
and we have a lot of that here in Tampa.
We have a lot of good businesses going on in Tampa.
Speaking of good businesses, we've got a good businessman on
the radio show today. We'll finish off our stats here
in a second. We have Lenny Swergeen, the CEO and
founder of Reawaken Life Reawaken not Reawaken by the way,
it's spelled r e w a k E n reawakenlife
(11:05):
dot com as the website. When we get back, we're
gonna have businessman leneon with us. I've known this guy
for a long time. He's been involved in real estate.
He's bought and sold multiple businesses right here in Tampa
Bay area. I would say he is a serial entrepreneur.
But you have really dug your heels into something amazing here.
So we're gonna have our audience. You're gonna tell us
about it when we get back Cinnia, as always, thank
you for the stats that really got me excited. Now
(11:27):
next week. Does that mean we're going to have the
March to March next week? Yes? Oh man, that fingers crossed.
I hope.
Speaker 4 (11:34):
So sometimes you know, it's not always quite on schedule,
but yes, I get excited to get new numbers.
Speaker 3 (11:39):
Listen if Sinny is not here, you know the March
to March numbers were not good next week. But stay tube.
We'll be back in the Business Happy here in just
a minute, and don't forget. You can check us out
on three channels as always, twelve fifty WH and Z
one O five point nine FM and nine to seventy
w f LA, as well as a podcast, a YouTube channel,
and an Instagram Like and share. We'll see you guys
(11:59):
in just a minut. It on the Business Happy.
Speaker 1 (12:01):
Hour all the best mortgage or real estate advice from
Tampa Bay's top experts. It's the Business Happy Hour with
Frank de Bankkoto and Senia All right.
Speaker 3 (12:11):
Friends, welcome back to the Business Happy Hour, your number
one show for all things business and entrepreneurial. We love
doing radio, and by we I mean me and Senia.
Look at her. Does anybody remember do you remember your
first shows? Oh my god, you were so timid like
you were, you didn't even want to talk.
Speaker 4 (12:27):
It was I remember, and you remember.
Speaker 3 (12:29):
Like a month and I'm like, sorry, I'm not going
to be here and then you're like, uh, but she
is awesome.
Speaker 4 (12:35):
James and I just talked about it. I'm like, you
had to do a lot of editing on that episode.
Speaker 5 (12:39):
He did not.
Speaker 3 (12:40):
Well, maybe he did a little, but anyway, No, Sannia
is awesome. I love having you on here. I can't
talk enough about Maharran Associates. We're actually about to plan
a big event with you guys, which is going to
be a lot of fun. I guess I'll have to
tell you about it.
Speaker 4 (12:51):
But yes, as your meeting with.
Speaker 3 (12:53):
A yes, well, we're about to where all you're about
to We're about to and then we go to fill
me in some exciting stuff. But Maharran Associates, there's a
logo right there over my shoulder. You guys, give them
give them a check them out. But the way to
do it is to call Cinia and the best number.
Speaker 4 (13:07):
Is eight one three seven five five reel. Or you
could just go online to Tampa real Estate dot pro.
Speaker 3 (13:13):
It's at Tampa real Estate dot pro, my favorite website.
When I want to learn about what's in the inventory
right now, and guys, do not wait because I have
a feeling if the stats are this good, if million
dollar home sales are up seventies, the home sales are
listings up seventeen percent, home sales whose sales sales closed,
sales up seventeen percent February to February, all right, and
then you are days on market down thirty eight percent.
(13:36):
That's almost cutting in half the time that you're on
market to sell your house. It basically means you got
to get moving because if the million dollar houses are selling,
then you know the five hundred thousand dollars houses are
going to start selling. So I'd like to know about
that in March. Yeah, excited, Yeah, seven five five reel.
Make sure you give Cinny a call. Sorry, I like
to talk a lot. Lenny. How we doing.
Speaker 5 (13:54):
Today, joom, good man, It's good to see you, man.
Speaker 3 (13:57):
It's great to see you, so you you have definitely
I've done many things in the business world. We know
each other from real estate. We were joking when we're
in off air about doing some events together where we
both were keynote speakers and getting up and talking. It's
always a lot of fun. So having you on radio
is definitely fun because I know you know how to
talk your dynamic. But what's exciting is that you've created something.
(14:17):
Now I understand it and I know about it, but
our listeners don't, and they don't know who you are.
So I always like to start by just asking you.
You tell our listeners a little bit about Lenny, and
then let's figure out where did this rewaken life concept
come from? And what is it there for? Who can
it help?
Speaker 5 (14:32):
Just tell us, Well, I'll give you a little bit
of story. I've always been someone who likes to work
for myself, so I've owned several businesses. We're always looking
for a niche or a need in a business, not
exactly what type of business, but what need it can fill.
And my wife got really sick and for a year
doctors told her she was crazy and nothing was wrong
with her. And I found it one day passed out,
(14:54):
rushed her to the hospital and if I would have
got her there thirty minutes later, she wouldn't be with
us today. She passed away and a holistic doctor we
took her to cured her, made her better. But we
found out that overcharged is by ten thousand dollars. So
at that point we just sold my business, the one
that you knew me at, and said, you know what,
We're going to start our own holistic medspa and make
(15:15):
a place where people could be listened to, not treated
like a number, and not overcharged. And we created it,
and we found very shortly that the cost of the
medical side of things was sucking the life out of
the business while the body sculpting was making us all
the money. So we couldn't get rid of the medical
because the reason we opened it was for the holistic
medical part of things to help me. That was our passion.
(15:37):
So my wife forced me into creating something to where
we could still do it and make money, and that
was rewaken life and we became a seven figure mid
spa and ended up selling it and we saw a
huge need in this market. So in the medical weight
loss field, there's a lot of companies that really just
want you on the prescription and want you on it forever.
There's a lot of online companies that sell water down
(15:59):
versions that have sie effects. There's a lot of medspas, chiropractors,
physical therapists out there that offer it but have a
medical director that they pay a fee to that they
never see and never sees the patients. So who's actually
prescribing you the medicine? So we create everywaken life and
we have over twenty five thousand in network physicians that
specialize in medical weight loss that service three hundred thousand
(16:21):
patients a month and this is what they do. And
with our service, we train people who either own a
business or don't are that want to offer this to
their clients to be a certified patient coordinator for us.
And they're kind of a walking commercial. So you're pretty
much a marketing rep and a walking commercial that talks
to people about what the medications do them. When they're interested,
(16:42):
they just go through the app and send it to
them and the client gets the app, downloads it, fills
out the intake and consent to the doctor. Through the
app schedules the consult with the doctor. The doctor does
a consult with them, checks on them for two months
with medical health coaching, so they know how to take
the medication, how to administer, what to eat, what not
to eat, checks on them every thirty days, and we
pay commissions on the fee income we get from generating
(17:04):
the clients to the physicians. And it's better than going
to a doctor who has zero hours of nutrition training.
It's better going than going to a medspa that you're
never going to see the doctor. And it's better than
going to an online company where you're going to get
a compounded crap version of the semi glue tider trissupstide.
So it's it's better all the way around.
Speaker 3 (17:23):
That was a lot that.
Speaker 4 (17:24):
Was I saying you skip cried over because actually I've
been curious. I've heard that word before, some glue tide.
I don't really know what it is.
Speaker 5 (17:32):
So it's a golp one hormone and it's been around
for over twenty years. A lot of people are scared
of it because Lily, the maker of Manorno, Ozimpic and
all of those, has sent out and they pay a
lot of money to advertising companies, so they slam the
compound in anything that's generic, but the compound that has
caused issues and side effects are non FDA approved, non
(17:53):
five oh three, non sterile, non legit script pharmacies, and
a lot of them are overseas pharmacies that are banned
in a lot of states. Those are the ones that
cause those issues. We only use it straight from a
drug manufacturer that makes an exact copy, so it's just
like the CBS ibuprofen, right next to the advil. It's
the same exact thing. You just don't have to pay
two dollars more for it.
Speaker 3 (18:13):
But what tell Yeah, tell them what it does, because
a lot of people don't even know.
Speaker 5 (18:17):
Yeah. For twenty years, they use it for diabetics, and
all these diabetics were losing weight, and they figured out
it was the semi glue tide in mangorno, which is
a GOP one. It does several things. One Mentally, it
increases the staity levels in your brain, which actually tell
you that you're full, so you mentally feel full when
you're not. It slows the digestive system down by like
(18:38):
seventy percent, so you get full faster and you stay
full longer. It decreases the amount of fat you're produce
in the body and sugar, so it decreases your sugar
levels and your fat production. So for those that are
borderline diabetic, they're no longer diabetic. The fat production your
body decreases, You're not eating as much and you don't
mentally feel hungry anymore. So you can lose fifty sixty
(19:00):
pounds on it. Every single celebrity in Hollywood is on it.
In fact, the last oscar is the very opening line
of the host said the biggest winner tonight is ozimpic.
And then on Christmas, Elon Musk posted a picture of
himself and a Santa Claus outfit and called himself the
Ozimpic Santa Claus because he lost sixty pounds on it.
Jonah Hill lost like one hundred and fifty pounds on it.
(19:21):
Every celebrity in the world that's gotten skinny is on
a GLP one. Wow.
Speaker 3 (19:25):
Okay, so except for Frank. I know, well, either I'm
notice had an.
Speaker 4 (19:30):
Amazing workout program.
Speaker 5 (19:32):
But there you go.
Speaker 3 (19:33):
Either I'm not a celebrity or I'm not skinny one
of the two. I haven't figured it out. But when
we get back from the break, we're gonna have Lenny
Sweringen over here, the founder and CEO of Rewaken Life.
By the way, rewakenlife dot Com is the website if
you want to learn more. He's going to tell us
more because I wrote down some questions while he was
talking about all this GLP ones and stuff like that.
But we're to find out about how we can lose
(19:55):
weight and take care of our bodies and maybe make
some money. Here. When you get back to the Business
Happy hot A, stay tuned.

We actually do mortgages and real estate in here. We're
going to talk a little bit more here with Lenny
Swerge and but but you know, it is so impressive.
You know, when you drive by the McDonald's sign, it
used to say like one billion sold. Then it probably
had like two billion sold. Ray and your team has
(21:10):
actually sold over a billion dollars of real estate right
here in Tampa Bay. And that's a lot.
Speaker 4 (21:15):
That is a lot.
Speaker 3 (21:17):
That's why I always messed with him about how many
guys got up now because you know, in a couple
of years, you guys hit one hundred million, right, which
is amazing. Might take a couple of years, right, but
that's going to add to that number. He's gonna have
to change his sign like McDonald's soon it's gonna be
two billion. And it just made me start thinking about
how much Lincoln Lenning's closed. I'm like, I don't man,
We've been in business like twenty two years. I don't
know if we've closed a billion dollars in real estate.
(21:38):
So I'm going to check into that now. Anyway, great commercial, especially.
Speaker 5 (21:42):
Now the houses are a million dollars?
Speaker 3 (21:44):
Are you thinking that?
Speaker 1 (21:45):
It's me?
Speaker 3 (21:45):
I was literally doing the math down. He was like, dang,
if every house is a million dollars. I was like, Ray,
you're gonna be at like forty billion pretty soon. Anyway,
seven five to five reel. That's how you get in
touch with them, and guys, I still do mortgages. Don't
forget as much as we love doing radio and having
our guests on today, contact for the bank dot com.
That's the way you want to reach me. If you
need any mortgage advice whatsoever, I will actually call you.
(22:06):
I really do try to call my customers, especially if
you come through the radio, because I love my listener,
so like and share. If you're on the Instagram or Facebook,
make sure you check out YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and all
of our radio channels and our podcast on iHeart Radio
as well. So back to the show, we were talking
about semi glue tide we were talking about, and this
(22:27):
is one of the main things that Rewaken Life does,
is that right as one of your crux is and Senny,
I know you had a couple questions about that. Then
we're going to get into the business side of this
because there's there's more to this, and I want to
ask you about, you know, the SPA thing. You know
you I assume it's telemedicine that you talk to the doctors, right,
which is awesome by the way, But Sanyo, you had
a question.
Speaker 4 (22:46):
I think, well, I mean, I guess so semi glue
tide that is, I guess ozembic is the name brand
of a semi glue tie. Is it the same thing?
Speaker 5 (22:54):
Yeah, and get the legal part out to make my
lawyers happy. We do not sell zempic Mandrono R with GOV.
We sell generic versions that have the same ingredients that
they do, which we call semi glue tide and trisupatide,
which are the medicine name of the medication. So it's
similar with what it has in it, but it is
not mozambic armon join.
Speaker 4 (23:16):
Okay, Well, I've heard of the names, but I really
I don't know too much about it. Is it like
a pill form or they're different forms of taking it.
Speaker 5 (23:23):
The most effective is a substantaneous shot and you take
it once a week. It's a small little needle that
you don't feel. That's the same with an insulin. We
do have the pill versions as well for those. Yeah,
it's not as effective as the injection because straight into
the bloodstream you get one hundred percent of it instead
of absorbing sixty percent. Is all the body absorbs when
you take.
Speaker 4 (23:44):
And the injection. Say, is that something that they have
to come in somewhere to do?
Speaker 5 (23:47):
Now they can talk to themselves that okay. Yeah. So
part of the telemedicine is the first two months anyone
that signs up they get two months of medical coaching
from the physicians, and the physicians are on video calls
with them explaining how to take shot, how to draw it,
and walk them through the entire step for two straight months.
So the first eight shots they have a guide helping
them along the way and it's a super simple, easy
(24:09):
thing to do. And trust it from someone who is
scared of needles and lost forty pounds on it, it's
not that big of a deal.
Speaker 3 (24:14):
Not only the salesman also a client.
Speaker 5 (24:16):
I'm also a client.
Speaker 3 (24:18):
Well I have this is a weird question, and if
my wife is watching, don't freak out. I'm going to
ask le any though, what you what if you already
you know, are pretty trim and you might just want
to shred up a little bit. Is that is it
would hurt me to take something like that?
Speaker 5 (24:32):
Or you have to have a BMI over twenty seven
to be able to take the medication?
Speaker 3 (24:37):
Is a rule to.
Speaker 5 (24:37):
There is a rule to that, and there are things
that people that can't take it, but it's only six
different contra indications that prevent you from doing it. But
we do have medication like the HDH S Moreland that's
a peptide that people with even lower BMIs that want
to build muscle mass and get their metabolism going and
have healthier skin and air, we have products for them
(24:58):
as well. So for you two and your wife, some
Morlan would be better.
Speaker 4 (25:03):
So if you get too so say you're on the
Summit glue tide and then you get to that you know,
twenty seven or lower b AM, then would you switch
them like if they want.
Speaker 5 (25:11):
To, you can switch, or you could have done it
the whole time, so that way you could be building
muscle mass. You can do it in conjunction with and
our entire goal at Rewaken Life is to get you
off the medication. We have a specifically made supplement program
that was made by twenty six award winning doctors and
designers that have designed supplements for people like Tom Brady
(25:31):
and the Olympics and others. And it will be out
in four months and it helps you get rid of
all the side effects, maximize the benefits, and not gain
the weight back when you're done. And it's an all
natural supplement and that will be coming out in the
next three four months just because we have to have
the manufacturers build a line for us because no one
else has it, so we'll be the only one in
(25:51):
the world that has a specifically made supplement for GLP ones.
Speaker 4 (25:55):
So in four months, you're coming back and telling us
all about it.
Speaker 3 (25:57):
I will tell you this, Yes, Citia, you literally read
my mind. I'm over here like okay, so like you're
telling me all the stuff that I want to take,
you're gonna have in four months. And and Cinya too,
like you said you want you want to I don't
think you need to beef up. But you know, if
you want to muscle up, we can do it. We
can muscle up together a little bit. Let's take this
and we'll be like your test cases. You give some
to a girl, some to a guy, and then we'll
(26:18):
just measure our arms and stuff.
Speaker 5 (26:19):
It'll be cool.
Speaker 3 (26:20):
Can we do that?
Speaker 5 (26:21):
We can do it. We'll get with a gym. I
love it.
Speaker 3 (26:23):
I love it. Well, we can bring in Illy.
Speaker 4 (26:26):
Oh well, actually yes you heard yes.
Speaker 3 (26:28):
Tell me about it, and then we're gonna go right
back to the business side of this. I started, you
started experts.
Speaker 4 (26:33):
I finally, you know, got over the fear, and yeah,
I shouldn't have been afraid.
Speaker 3 (26:36):
How was your first works out workout? Were you sore?
Were you like, oh my god, I was.
Speaker 4 (26:41):
Yeah, you start feeling it right away, but you know what,
it was so quick and that is really my favorite party.
It's like, no matter if you're okay, I don't really
want but it's so quick. You just get it done
and it just makes you feel so much better that
you do.
Speaker 3 (26:52):
So I well, I love it. That's Exports Body dot com. Illy.
She is our great friend and show partner. And finally,
SETTI tried it. And she's in. So we're gonna get
an update from Senia in a couple of weeks and
see how that goes. And we're definitely gonna have Lenny
back on in four weeks or four months, four months,
four months, So we're gonna go ahead and schedule him
now and we're gonna hold him to that so we
can get that natural muscle builder before I go and
(27:13):
get on testosterone. Come on, don't make me do that, Lenny.
There is a business aspect to this. Okay, you said
we're empowering health while transforming wealth. How do we transform wealth?
Speaker 5 (27:26):
Well? As a business owner, if you want to sell
medical weight loss and prescriptions, because we also do hormones
and hair loss and sexual health and the longevity like
nad shots be twelve shots and peptides. To do that,
you either have two options. You can go to school
for eight years and become a doctor and have that
(27:47):
mountain to climb, or if you're a medspar or a business,
you can hire a medical director and get a nurse
practitioner and get the insurance. It's gonna cost you twenty
grand a month, and that's a lot of medical weight
loss sells to break even yeah, So we created this
so if you're a business owner or an individual we
have two different avenues and want to sell it to
friends and family, or you have a business where you
want to offer it to your patients. We certify you
(28:08):
as a patient coordinator. It's a one time training fee
that's not very much and we never charge you ever again,
and we give you all the support and training. We
have a private Facebook page where we do morning huddles
three days a week talking about what's going on in
the market, how to market your area, how to treat patients,
how to talk to people, how to do consultations. We
give you the full training, the support, and the transition
(28:31):
is easy when you sell it to your patients because
you literally just put in their email phone and the
prescription they want and click send and you're done. The
doctors do the rest and all the care and all
the follow up, and then we ask our patient coordinators,
who either own a business or individual, to check on
the client every thirty days, because we want to be
a place that's always helping and checking in and taking
care of the client throughout the entire process. So you
(28:52):
have someone locally that's calling and checking in on you,
you have your doctors, you have your coaching, and then
we eventually want to get you off medication into a
holistic life.
Speaker 3 (29:02):
Wow. So I mean the end goal you set is
to get you off the medication. So people could come
in for a whole bunch of different things, and a.
Speaker 5 (29:11):
Whole bunch of different things from the hormones to longevity,
to nad for recovery from after cancer and things of
the nature. We're also going to be aviting ivermectin down
the road as well, so I have that treatment for
those that are coming off of cancer treatment, our side
effects from getting a COVID vaccine or blue or anything else.
(29:32):
Ivermectin is great for that. We treated patients twenty patients
a day during the COVID vaccine with ivermectin.
Speaker 3 (29:38):
I know a lot of people had a lot of
good luck. I didn't end up getting a chance to
use it. I use the other hydroxyl chloric on on
in the very beginning the first covid you know ours.
After that, I'm like, I got my own bodies, I
don't need anything. Give me some vitamin D, you know,
and that's that's pretty much all I did. But no,
that's really really cool guys kind of on the forefront.
So the let's say we got a couple minutes in
this segment, so let's just talk about SINNI and I. Okay, Well,
(30:01):
actually me take it back, because you keep saying a
business owner or an individual.
Speaker 4 (30:04):
Right, tell me more about that, because I've already thinking, oh,
do I have any friends that maybe right, So.
Speaker 5 (30:10):
Real quick, on the business owner side, I have a
I use a medspa in Ohio as an example, she
used a medical director. She did about two hundred and
fifty grand a year, and it cost her about one
hundred and twenty grand a year, so she needed one thirty.
She switched to us. She made two hundred and eighty
last year with no costs.
Speaker 3 (30:24):
So when you talk the business owner, you're saying people
who are already in the medical.
Speaker 5 (30:27):
Has a med spa and she does cryo skin, not
a medical so she had no medical director or anything
like that. She doesn't have medical training, but by being
able to refer her body sculpting clients to us, she
made an extra almost three hundred grand last year. She's
selling our clinic, which is one of the reasons why
I gave us the idea because she's making more on
us than she does her clinic. Individuals who want to
sell to friends and family or added on, realtors are
(30:50):
great in this because they're always looking for that side
hustle inside.
Speaker 3 (30:53):
Yeah, about those people like us, the mortgage and real
estate people. And we have a minute left, so why
don't we started and then let's do the whole back
the next segment on it for everybody.
Speaker 5 (31:04):
Sounds good?
Speaker 3 (31:04):
Well, you know, maybe maybe can you can give a
little big picture right now? How about we do this?
How about you guys can go to the website and
learn about it and be by the end of the week,
we're gonna have a link that you can specifically go
in and sign up. It's gonna be on the YouTube channel,
it'll be on the Instagram. I'll add it to this
Instagram video. We'll have it everywhere, you know. We'll put
it on the the what do you call it? The
(31:25):
iHeart podcast as well. But we'll get that all up
and we'll have some videos up of Lenny right now.
If you guys want to learn more about it, you
just simply go to the website, which is rewakenlife dot com,
not Reawaken rewakenlife dot com and then we will get
you a link and if you're interested, you can always
go to contact Frank Thebank dot com and send me
a little message and I will definitely get back in
(31:47):
touch with you and help you on your weight loss journey.
Or maybe you have some other things you'd like to
talk about which I didn't know you did all these,
you know, the hair loss, erect dysfunction, hormones. That's awesome. Anyways,
reawaken life dot com. Check out this website. We'll go.
Let's get.
Speaker 1 (32:03):
Show with your host, Frank the Bank Koto, owner of
Lincoln Lending Group, and his co host Sennia Akishana.
Speaker 2 (32:09):
Realtor with Mahara and Associates.
Speaker 3 (32:12):
All right, Tampa Bay, welcome back to the Business Happy Hour,
your number one show for all things business and entrepreneurial,
and today we're doing entrepreneurial with Lenny from rewakenlife dot com.
Rewakenlife dot com and Lenny, I think before you go
into the business, maybe run down one more time kind
of a quick list of everything you guys can offer
(32:33):
through the medspa, as much as you can remember because
it's so much. And then let's talk about this business
side because Senny and I are both. I mean we're
business owners, whether we own a business or not. We're
in real estate mortgages, we're business owners. We want to
know how can we take this to the next level
with our clientele.
Speaker 5 (32:47):
Maybe yeah, with you know, the medspa chiropractor, physical therapist
offers you the ability to offer all types of medical
care to the patient, from blood work for food allergies,
environmental hormones. You can do the medical weight loss of
the semi glute tide, tris tide that are known and
you know the name brands of ozimpic and we'll go
VI and all those. You can do hormone treatments for
(33:08):
men and women. You can do sexual health treatment for
men and women. You can do hair loss for men
and women. You can do a longevity from our peptides
like some Moorland to n A D plus to be
twelve plus shots, all of that to really help. And
and then we also have our all natural supplements that
will be out in four months.
Speaker 3 (33:23):
And you guys send all this to the people and.
Speaker 5 (33:25):
Then straight to the patients.
Speaker 3 (33:28):
So you give yourself twelve shot. Yes, Is that like
an insulin needle? Is that a big needle? It's a
big I knew it was a bigger. I was like, oh,
scare out a muscle needle list. And sometimes Sinny and I,
you know, we tie one on there at the bar
and we're like, we need to be I'm just kidding.
We don't do that, but a B twelve shot it
does sound good every once in a while, especially after
like a late night lightning game. By the way, go
Bolts tonight.
Speaker 4 (33:49):
I've never had one, So maybe don't mention it.
Speaker 5 (33:51):
Don't mandle your medication with alcohol.
Speaker 3 (33:54):
Do not do that, as as our provider has told
us here. So Lenny, Letny talk to us about this
business angle. What if Senny and I wanted to offer
this and we're just regular old joes, like we don't
have a medspot.
Speaker 5 (34:05):
Right, But this is perfect because the only thing that
you need certification or training wise, is what we provide,
and we provide you all the certification you need to
really just be a walking commercial. And the best example
of it is just two days ago, my daughter's car
was getting fixed and the mechanics saw I have a
rewakened life debit card and he asked about it, and
I told him about it. He was like, I need
to get on it. And I was looking at it,
(34:25):
but it was so expensive, and I started tell him
our prices and our process and he was like, sign
me up. And I just went into my app on
my phone, put it in his name, email, phone number
and what he was looking to get, and click sent
and I sold it. And that's how easy it is
for anyone who's out there that wants to do this
as either a side hustle or as a main hustle.
And the great thing about it is it's a branded partnership.
(34:46):
So just like realty, if you recruit other realtors to
be underneath you and build a team, you make money
on what they do as well. We can help you
build a team, or you can just do it on
your own. Depending on how into it you want to
get and how far you want to go and how
much you want to make. You can either be a
side thing or it could be your full thing, or
you can make a lot of money doing it.
Speaker 3 (35:05):
Just to cod tell you, do we make mind?
Speaker 2 (35:07):
You?
Speaker 3 (35:07):
I thinking the same thing, how do we make mine?
Speaker 4 (35:09):
I'm just thinking that's great that there's an opportunity for
I'm sure, like Pop'll tell us all about it.
Speaker 5 (35:13):
But yeah, I mean, well, legally, we're an MSO management
services organization. We provide marketing technology, application, customer service, and
client acquisition to the medical team. They mass themselves as us,
but they are a separate entity. They pay us for
those fees. We track it based on activity and we
pay commissions based on the fee income generated, which is
how we are legally able to do it. There's no
(35:34):
stark law violations or anything like that. You're not selling pharmaceuticals.
You're advertising for the medical group, So we're we're not
running drugs. We're not running drugs. Now, as a certified
patient coordinator, you are providing customer service and advertising to
the medical group, and then whatever you get for that
medical group you get paid based on the fee income
generated from those services. So that's how we're able to
(35:58):
do it legally. And where you have no life ability,
you're not part of the medical piece of it, but
you're checking in on on them and helping them along
the way.
Speaker 4 (36:05):
You're just a walking live commercial, but you're walking live
is the best way to you know, get in the
word out there.
Speaker 3 (36:11):
Isn't that what we are? All righty? So basically we're
just gonna throw another channel on our TV boxes called
our Faces right and be like, you know, give this
guy called now is it? Is it appropriate for me
to ask, like, what could an average person make on
a monthly basis if they told, uh, I don't know
a few friends about it and they signed up, But
maybe what if one person signed up a week? I mean,
(36:32):
I know it's very relevant to the services they it's.
Speaker 5 (36:34):
Relevant to the services they buy. One a week, you're
going to make a couple hundred bucks a week. The
thing with the services is most people stay on it
for eight months to a year, and it's recurring. So
if you sell ten one week or one month, you're
going to make money on eighteen the next month because
eight stayed on it, and so forth and so forth,
and as it built, so after a few months, it
could be easily something that you make a good ten
(36:55):
twenty grand a month doing. Because our average person makes
about one hundred and fifty grandy.
Speaker 4 (37:00):
Oh wow, that's some pretty good And.
Speaker 5 (37:03):
If you build a team and everything else, you could
really get up there in the upper exchel of mak
it in.
Speaker 4 (37:09):
I'm so excited. I have a friend in mine that
I think would be perfect for us.
Speaker 3 (37:12):
I know now, correct me If I'm wrong, Sinnia needs
to get We need to get our link, and then
Sennya would sign up under the link is Cinya would
then need a link right right? Am I understanding how
this works? She can get her friend signed up?
Speaker 5 (37:25):
Correct? And once you get signed up, and if you
have a friend, you sell it just like you do
a client. So instead of product, you click registration and
you put if they're an individual, are a brick and mortar,
and you send it to them and that they have
their paperwork they fill out and the payment they make
for their training, and then we notify them and send
them their online training. And then after they finish all
the online training, we then do a zoom call with
(37:46):
them to make sure they're comfortable, get them set up
on our private Facebook page, and they start attending huddles
and everything else and we help them along the way.
Speaker 3 (37:53):
Now, I know this isn't the question I really want
to ask, but I'm going to ask it is, what
if the person that you're talking to on the other
side of that garage doesn't really want to have anything
to do with the business aspect, He just wants to
buy the product. Is that something we do too, if
we're part of this or no.
Speaker 5 (38:09):
You sell them the product, but you don't sign them
up to be a patient coordinator.
Speaker 3 (38:12):
That's no.
Speaker 5 (38:13):
That would be like that old MLM stuff where you
could sign up to be a partner and you make
you buy you the product less, but then it's not
really people working for you. It's just people signing up
to buy product, which is kind of like the Pyramids.
Speaker 3 (38:26):
Mela Luca back in the rec Yeah.
Speaker 5 (38:28):
But that's not what we do. So if a client
just wants to buy it, we just sell them right
the services and set them up with the doctor.
Speaker 3 (38:35):
Because I'm already set up as a provider or what
did you call us?
Speaker 5 (38:39):
What do we? Branded partners?
Speaker 3 (38:40):
Branded partner? So I'm set up as a branded partner.
We'll pretend like I am set up. Not yet, I'm
going to be set up as a branded partner. And
now Senio wants semi glue tide. We're not gonna let
you take it. It's it's sorry, the other thing you
want the other She wants the other thing in four months,
so so can I just you know, let her like
I'm selling it to her, like she's ordering it under
my account and then I'm getting a commission for whatever
(39:01):
she buys.
Speaker 5 (39:02):
Correct.
Speaker 3 (39:02):
Oh, but then I'm going to be like Senny, Listen,
I'm your friend. I want you to be able to
make money and offer to your friends. I'm going to
encourage her to become a randed partner, and.
Speaker 5 (39:09):
Legally you make commission on the fee income generated from
that transaction, not on the pharmaceutical soldier. Ah, there you go.
Speaker 3 (39:15):
Not in the drugs. I'm not making money selling drugs,
all right, ma get it a whole different way. Anyway, Lenny,
we got like forty seconds left. What do you want
to tell the listeners in this last little clip here?
Speaker 5 (39:25):
