You're welcome my self. It's very cool. Which is the
case for Jessica who reached out. I think Jessica lives
in Livermore. Okay, she asked, Hey, Carolyn and Courna, I'm
curious to know is there a clothing brand you are
super loyal.
Speaker 1 (04:50):
To well Jessica.
Speaker 3 (04:52):
If Amazon is a clothing brand, I think a lot
of people would answer that way.
Speaker 1 (04:58):
Oh really, okay, good?
Speaker 4 (05:00):
It would be more.
Speaker 3 (05:00):
Does Kirkland brand stuff count?
Speaker 1 (05:02):
Because Costco?
Speaker 3 (05:04):
I buy a lot of clothing these days. You did
Costco and there is legit Kirkland labeled stuff.
Speaker 1 (05:11):
When I go into my Costco.
Speaker 2 (05:12):
And I don't know if all Costcos are like this,
but the one I go to isnt conquered on Monument Boulevard.
When you walk in, it's clothing. Yeah, like that's is
that how it is in San Francisco too. It's it's
kind of like in the center. It's by near the
checkout stands. But yeah, they know how to get you.
Speaker 4 (05:26):
And I always feel so bad because there's always two
or three Costco employees that are they're folding the clothes
after a ussia who's go through and mess everything up?
Speaker 2 (05:35):
Are you somebody? I think I know the answer to this,
but are you somebody When you go into a store
and you like, pick up a shirt and you look
at it, do you try and fold it?
Speaker 4 (05:43):
I do?
Speaker 2 (05:43):
I do too, because I feel bad for the people,
yeah that are having to pick up other people's messes anyway.
So okay, Kirkland for you, Kirkland for me, Amazon for me.
I wouldn't say loyal. I would just say it's just
a convenience. Sure, But I do love Adidas shoe, so
that is a clothing brand that I do love.
Speaker 1 (06:02):
I'm wearing a pair of Look I.
Speaker 4 (06:04):
Can see IM got him on. Now she's telling the
truth everybody.
Speaker 2 (06:07):
Yes, so I am an Adidas fan, but I mean
that would be my most loyal Yeah, clothing brandah.
Speaker 3 (06:12):
Actually for me with shoes, I kind of wear all
sorts of brands. I see you with a lot of
Adidas though, but Nike too.
Speaker 4 (06:18):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (06:18):
Yeah, good question, Jessica.
Speaker 2 (06:19):
I wish Jessica called because then we could ask her
what her loyal brand is.
Speaker 4 (06:23):
That is true.
Speaker 3 (06:24):
If you do send us a question and you're asking
us that question, go ahead and answer it yourself.
Speaker 4 (06:29):
We want to hear your answer as well.
Speaker 1 (06:30):

I'm the principal's assistant.
Speaker 4 (07:40):
Oh, assistant to the principle.
Speaker 1 (07:42):
So when does the principal come in?
Speaker 5 (07:44):
She gets into eight. I get in at seven.
Speaker 1 (07:45):
Oh my gosh.
Speaker 4 (07:47):
You get in to get all the stuff actually done. Yeah.
Speaker 3 (07:49):
Oh, don't let the principle hear that. Court, it's principal
going to do put me intottention.
Speaker 2 (07:54):
Maybe you don't want to get Carly in trouble, but
I mean, do you? Is that why you get in
early to do all the stuff for the principal.
Speaker 5 (08:01):
I open the office and get everything ready for everybody
to come in.
Speaker 1 (08:05):
That's cool.
Speaker 2 (08:06):
Being a principal's assistant is like, I think that would
be a cool job because you have power, but they
have to make all the big decisions.
Speaker 3 (08:13):
You know.
Speaker 1 (08:13):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (08:14):
I just get to be like all the kids friends
and then get to do the hard work.
Speaker 1 (08:20):
What a job?
Speaker 3 (08:22):
What would you say, Carly? Is your favorite part of
the job? Like, what do you like the most?
Speaker 5 (08:27):
My favorite partly job is the kids because I do
middle school and I really love the kids. I love
the person that they come and talk to about their
little middle school problems.
Speaker 3 (08:38):
Oh, their middle school problem, and it's nice to they
know that they can come to you and talk to
about it.
Speaker 4 (08:44):
Yeah, a lot of times, you know, kids aren't very
first cut off adults.
Speaker 5 (08:47):
So mean, exactly do.
Speaker 1 (08:50):
You have a dog at your school, Carly?
Speaker 2 (08:53):
I'm not there yet, Okay, I just have to clarify.
Speaker 1 (08:59):
We'll have a good day. Hey, thank you for listening again.
We appreciate it.
Speaker 5 (09:02):
All right, great, have a great day.
Speaker 3 (09:03):

Speaker 2 (09:17):
Coming up just under an hour from now eight oh
five this morning, we're gonna have another chance for you
to win tickets to the Disneyland Resort. They're celebrating seventy
years at the Disneyland Resort. Yeah, and you can't go
wrong celebrating the holidays inside the park. Now, I've never
seen anybody do the holidays better than the Disneyland Resort.
Speaker 4 (09:34):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (09:34):
Four tickets up for grabs at eight oh five here
on the Morning Breeze. They are the Beg's at seven
twenty seven. Here on ninety eight point one, the Breeze.
It's the morning Breeze with Carolyn and Corn and it's
time now for us all to collectively learn something together.
It's the More you Know, sponsored by the San Francisco Symphony.
Speaker 2 (09:54):
So there was a Halloween trend this year, and there
is still time. As I know you mentioned a minute ago.
Is there time for you? Because I know you're a
huge Halloween guy.
Speaker 4 (10:02):
Halloween is my favorite holiday of the year.
Speaker 2 (10:05):
This is trending this year and it is not the
candy when it comes to Halloween. Okay, Halloween shoppers in
twenty twenty five are prioritizing decor this year over everything else.
We're talking decorations.
Speaker 1 (10:20):
They are more into the decorating for Halloween than they
are the candy this year. I love this trend. I'm
a participant in myself already, not to the degree that
I have been in years past, and maybe just because
my daughters are moving out of the house getting older. Sure,
not into it as much, but I have found the
(10:40):
best deals for Halloween. Decor happens on November first.
Speaker 2 (10:45):
Oh always after well that's like day after Christmas. I'll
go buy my wrapping paper for next year.
Speaker 3 (10:50):
Because if you were yeah, because if you were to
go to like the home Depot or Low's right now,
you probably find very little Halloween decorations available to.
Speaker 1 (11:00):
You because they've been purchased because everybody's into decorating. This
is the trend this year.
Speaker 2 (11:06):
Yeah, speaking of did you see that house on the
news a couple of weeks ago where the family decorated
this house and made it look like it was on fire.
It was in another state, I think, yeah it was,
and it looks so real. I'm too real, like very scared,
like it was burning to the ground. No, very very
(11:26):
I wonder what that looks like on the inside. But yeah,
so people are going over the top this year with
decor and I'm wondering, like, is there somebody in your
neighborhood maybe that you've seen where you've.
Speaker 1 (11:35):
Got that house.
Speaker 2 (11:35):
Everybody's got the house in the neighborhood that goes big,
Like we'd love to hear and we could share this
on the air too, Like where you live, what what
are the cool houses.
Speaker 1 (11:44):
To go and look at the decorations? Yeah?
Speaker 3 (11:45):
Yeah, yeah, I have a friend, she actually lives out
of state. She has so much Halloween stuff. They have
a storage locker, like a really it's off site.
Speaker 4 (11:56):
She there's so much stuff.
Speaker 3 (11:57):
They have stuff inside and outside and it would fill
five rooms. Ah, it's a little too much for me
that I was gonna say. That says a lot coming
from you.
Speaker 2 (12:07):
So now you know that is the trend this year
with Halloween prioritizing decor. And we are at eight seven
seven nine eight one, nine eight one. It's the more
you know. We do it every weekday morning here at
seven twenty five, and.
Speaker 3 (12:19):
Don't forget coming up at eight oh five, more chances
to win those tickets to the Disneyland Resort.
Speaker 2 (12:24):
Yes, you are going to enjoy the holiday season during
the Disneyland Resort seventieth celebration. The fact that they've been
around for seventy years is incredible. So be here at
eight oh five. That is your next chance to win
tickets here on the Breeze.
Speaker 3 (12:38):
Up for grabs this morning. Here on the Morning Breeze
is a four pack of two day, one park per
day Disneyland Resort tickets. And congratulations to you you've just won.
Speaker 1 (12:47):
Yay, So tell us who you are and where you're
listening to us. Labasas from City, California.
Speaker 2 (12:56):
All right, nice job, Latasha and again, you have won
four tickets to the Disneyland Resort enjoy the holiday season
during the Disneyland Resorts seventieth Celebration, and your next chance
to win will be four to five This afternoon here
on the Breeze.
Speaker 3 (13:11):
Carolyn, I got to share a moment of actually a
couple moments of gratitude because there's something that's happened in
my family last couple of months.
Speaker 4 (13:20):
Oh really, both of my daughters have been involved in
minor fender benders. Okay, one was at fault, one wasn't.
But in both cases they had to you know, because
this is one of those things you try to train
your kids for, like how to handle it, handle it, yeah,
to be prepared for what they should do, but in
the moment, like all that goes out the door, get
(13:41):
kind of emotional. In both cases, they dealt with adults
that also kept their cool, oh good, and we were
able to handle it really well. In fact, in the
in the case where my youngest daughter, Sloan was the perpetrator,
she she's the one that the purp.
Speaker 3 (13:55):
Yeah, she's the one that bumped the vehicle in front
of her, the rear ender. The guy who came out
was super super calm with her, very cool as she
started to break down a little bit, and kind of
walked her through what needed to be done. So it's
just one of those moments where it's just like all
of us should take that step back that even though
somebody is obviously.
Speaker 4 (14:13):
At fault, just be cool.
Speaker 2 (14:15):
Well I think too, you know, as the other drivers,
when you get out of the car and you realize
that this is involving a young kid, you're going to
know that they're probably pretty new to driving, right, give
them a break because I don't think anybody rear ends anyone,
well young kids on purpose. Like I don't think that
there's an intention there. So to your point, like take
(14:37):
a step back before you blow your top. And I'm
like super glad to hear the girls are okay, all
really really good learning all it was liner.
Speaker 3 (14:45):
In fact, the other accident, which was Quinn in her car,
she was nobody was She wasn't even in her vehicle.
She just watched somebody back back into her and she
had to even go notify them, hey just hit my car.
Speaker 4 (14:57):
They weren't even aware.
Speaker 1 (14:58):
Oh my gosh.
Speaker 2 (14:59):
Okay, Well again glad the girls are okay and moment
of gratitude, A good.
Speaker 1 (15:04):
Lesson for everybody though. Yeah, all right, we're at.
Speaker 2 (15:06):
Eight seven seven nine eight one, nine eight one coming
up later this hour, as we do every weekday morning
to start off your workday. We're going to be commercial
free here on the breeze.
Speaker 3 (15:16):
That's right, ninety eight minutes of NonStop, commercial free, relaxing
favorites happening at eight fifty.
Speaker 2 (15:20):
And think about how much music that is for ninety
eight minutes and the amount of things that you could
do in that time.
Speaker 1 (15:27):
Can you see me over here, I'm getting out my calculator.
Speaker 3 (15:30):
Ninety eight minutes divided by the average length of a
song is three and a half minute.
Speaker 1 (15:35):
It's a lot of a lot of music. It's a
lot of music. We will be commercial free at eight
to fifty on the Breeze.
