Joining me now is Andrew Kingsbury, who is the manager
of Sea Squared Steak and Seafood at Cash Creek Casino Resort. So, Andrew,
I am blown away by how good your menu looks.

We have options on our menu that you won't see
at regular steakhouses. The meat program that we have to
meet at second to nine, we use Creakstone Farms Prime
Beef out of Arkansas City, Kansas. We have Ultra American WAGU,
and then we have a Crewe WAGU from Australia and
then a five WAGU from Japan. Oh gosh, all the

meters are of prime plus quality. And also you know
WAGU is the grade and it's the highest grade in
the WAGU that we get. The program is just amazing.
And of course then you have your stables like your
lobs during your kingkrab legs.

By the way, Andrew, I'm also equally impressed by your
wine menu. I know you guys have a lot of
local wines on your menu.

We just try to make sure we have a nice
wine list that mimics our food menu.
