already this morning, if you've steppedoutside already today, you probably noticed how
big the moon appears. Well,it's not only a super moon out there,
it's a blue moon. Did yousee it on your way to work

today, Court, I was lookingfor it, but I you know,
I live fairly close to the radiostation here, so it was a short
walk and I couldn't see it.Yeah. I had a feeling you wouldn't
have gotten a chance. I wascoming over the Bay Bridge this morning and
it was like one of those pictureperfect drives in where the sky was clear,
the city was lit up with allthe lights, and then the moon
right above the city, and itwas just I thought, the photographers here

in the Bay Area must be havinga field day with this. Yeah,
super rare blue super moon. Yeah, So tonight the moon will appear.
It's going to peak tonight. Itwill appear fourteen percent larger than an average
full moon, So it's really goingto be big tonight and you'll be able
to view it anywhere in the BayArea. But of course they say like
darker locations with minimal city lights,that's the best place to appreciate the brightness

of the super blue moon. MaybeSkyline Boulevard in Oakland or the anywhere in
the Oakland Hills, even from TreasureIsland, it would be gorgeous. So
blue moon that is when there's afull moon twice in a single month,
right, So the second full moonis the blue moon exactly. The super
moon is when the moon is fullat the same time it's closest to Earth.

Apparently, this is what I read. I don't know this, but
this is what I'm learning with you. Not a scientist. I am definitely
not a scientist. So that's justkind of the breakdown of super moon and
blue moon. So the next bluemoon August of twenty twenty four, the
next super moon twenty thirty two,super blue moon twenty thirty two. Yeah,
