Speaker 1 (00:00):
Remember during the campaign when George Clooney stepped up and said,
this is not the same Joe Biden. Now the Department
of Justice is investigating things like pardons during that time
period to find out whether or not something needs to
be done. To discuss in a little further examples is

(00:20):
Ryan Schmelz with Fox News Radio I in Washington, d C.
Thanks for doing this today, of course, thank you. One
of the things that Republicans are focusing on is autopen.
That's and I think we've all used that before, right
to electronically sign your name.

Speaker 2 (00:36):
Yeah, exactly, yes. And President Trump has actually used the
autopen in the past as well to sign certain documents.

Speaker 1 (00:43):
So it's who may have had access to the ability
to sign for him that's coming up right now.

Speaker 2 (00:51):
Or if people took advantage of him in order to
sign things for themselves. You know, if there's a use
of autopen, you know where these people were. Was President
Biden cognitively mentally fit when he was signing them, Was
he aware he was signing them or people just using
him and his mental state to get to get what
they wanted done. That's kind of been the question that

(01:12):
I think some of these members are asking and to.

Speaker 1 (01:14):
Do that, they are interviewing some folks, so talk to
us a little bit about what may seem subjective and
how they will attempt to come to some sort of conclusion.

Speaker 2 (01:25):
Yeah, so it looks like there's two separate investigations right now.
You got the Department of Justice and you've got the
House Oversay Committee, where the House oversid Committee got started
a little earlier, and they have been in contact with
the lawyers of five people. One of them is the
White House physician or President Biden's physician, I should say.
And then you also have a number of other advisors

(01:46):
to President Biden too, and they are hoping soon to
interview them for transcribed interviews about, you know, what they
may have known and how this is working. And then
go from there.

Speaker 1 (01:58):
What are we hearing from the Biden about this investigation.

Speaker 2 (02:03):
I haven't heard anything yet. Yeah. I mean they've they've,
they've they've they've they've shot down these accusations every single
chance they get. I think one thing that did stand
out is that the uh we talk about the auto
pen Well, one of the most key partons in this
whole process was the pardon of Hunter Biden, right and
Peter Doucy pointed out yesterday that that was actually signed

(02:23):
by President Biden himself.

Speaker 1 (02:25):
So there you go. Well, we'll keep an eye on
the investigation and what it might flush out Box News Radios.
Ryan Schmelz in Washington, d C.

Speaker 2 (02:32):
Thank you, Thank you, buddy, having go on
