Speaker 3 (00:16):
The Vatican is hosting a quote unquote hot priest influencers
who spread the Word of God to a younger faithful
group in order to help with numbers and congregations.

Speaker 2 (00:28):
That's right, oh, hot priests.

Speaker 1 (00:30):
That's their term, their term.

Speaker 4 (00:32):
Okay.

Speaker 3 (00:32):
Over a thousand priests and friars flocked to Rome starting
yesterday to advance the efforts to reach the younger generation
of would be worshipers as congregations decline. Quote from the
New York Post, one of them is Father Jessup Thesori,
a body building silver fox from Bresica, Italy who has

(00:53):
more than sixty thousand Instagram followers, some of whom are
thirsty for more than just commanion wise.

Speaker 1 (01:00):
Okay, boy, Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:01):
They're hoping that this is going to be.

Speaker 3 (01:03):
Part of that social media move to try and bring
the younger faithful into the church.

Speaker 2 (01:08):
I've done a little research.

Speaker 1 (01:09):
And wow, what's his last day?

Speaker 2 (01:13):
Headed back to church?

Speaker 1 (01:15):
Joseph?

Speaker 2 (01:16):
It is fo sorry f U sa r I he is?

Speaker 4 (01:21):
Is that a CB handle silver fox?

Speaker 2 (01:23):
Quite a handsome, quite a handsome man of God.

Speaker 1 (01:27):
Oh yeah, he appears to be in pretty good shape.
There you go.

Speaker 4 (01:33):
So, yeah, he's only got you by what five years?

Speaker 1 (01:36):
Right, it's like looking in the mirror.

Speaker 2 (01:38):
He's quite blessed. We'll say that.

Speaker 1 (01:40):
At number four in the list, Washington Road became sticky
and sweet mess. On Monday, a semi truck overturned and
spilled its load of cherries onto its roadway. This is
in Washington State, Douglas County Sheriff's office set on social media.
The truck overturned on Grant Road between Union and the roundabout.

(02:01):
Just so you know, the road was closed in both directions.
Well crews worked to clear the wreckage and the now
crushed cherries into the pavements. Yeah, don't bring your Manhattans
and hope to just pop a couple in uh into Manhattan.
The only reason I did this story is because our
cherries are better and they noticed stay on their trucks.

Speaker 4 (02:21):
Amen.

Speaker 1 (02:22):
Really, Sandy can't and all those years that that was
kind of a staple in my life. I could never
understand why, knowing like pure rocket fuel with a little cherry. Jesus,
that's kind of what the man is. Yeah, they're like,
is that a mixed break?

Speaker 4 (02:36):
Yeah, sort of.

Speaker 1 (02:37):
It's just two different kinds of alcohol and a cherry.

Speaker 5 (02:41):
At number three, the Celebrity Deathwatch, unfortunately is on again
because sorry about this. Smitting for all the Cubs fans
and I grew up watching him back in the day
when you got WGN of those afternoon games at Wrigley Field.
Chicago Cubs legend Ryan Sandberg, known as Rhino, passed away yesterday,
long his battle with cancer. He was sixty five and

(03:04):
just a sad story. He had developed cancer and was
aware of it. He announced it in January of last year.
Had been diagnosed with prostate cancer. He had chemotherapy and
radiation treatments, and in August of last year he was
cancer free, but then in December announced it had come back.
He lost his battle and I love with Tom Ricketts

(03:25):
of the Ricketts family and Cubs organization said Ryan Samberg
was a hero to a generation of Chicago Cubs fans
and will be remembered as one of the all time greats.

Speaker 4 (03:33):
In nearly one hundred and fifty years of this historic franchise.

Speaker 1 (03:36):
I quickly forget that those superstations right that were broadcast
in a lot of cable companies across the country. Yep,
folks got to see the Atlanta Braves and the Cubs,
and they became like Nations teams. Because of that.

Speaker 5 (03:51):
I would never have known much about Ryan Samberg, Bob Horner,
Dale Murphy.

Speaker 2 (03:56):
I think we have a Sandberg autograph. My dad got
his autograph one year when he came.

Speaker 4 (04:01):
Really ten time All Star Hall of Famer.

Speaker 2 (04:05):
Hey and number two.

Speaker 6 (04:05):
Turns out, the nation's best ice cream is from the
banks of the Red Cedar. The MSU Dairy Store named
Grand Champion of the American Dairy Science Association exactly at
twenty five best ice cream. The two flavors that won
the biggest awards where the Spartan Swirl salted caramel ice
cream with fudge swirl and brownie pieces and Beaumont Brownie

(04:27):
Bliss Cake battered ice cream with cake pieces and a
green frosting swerl od.

Speaker 2 (04:32):
My mother in law brings it every time she watches
the kids.

Speaker 1 (04:34):
I think It's important to point out that no water
from the red cedar is used in the production.

Speaker 4 (04:40):
Of that ice cream.

Speaker 2 (04:42):
That was the salted part.

Speaker 1 (04:44):
No, yeah, there are standards there.

Speaker 5 (04:47):
If they want to be a stickler too, they're at
least a good one half mile from the red seedar too.

Speaker 1 (04:51):
And not even groundwater is affected by that. Finally, we
have an updated story. The escaped water monitor is now.

Speaker 2 (05:00):
I have an update on that lizard on the loose.
Police say it has been spotted in Connecticut.

Speaker 1 (05:06):
That's right. It's gone from Massachusetts somehow to Connecticut. And
I don't know if it's because folks see it put
their hands up and say whoop, I want nothing to
do with that, or if it's elusive. But police and
webster masks and this five foot lizard, it's a lizard
that's five foot law how.

Speaker 4 (05:23):
Long of that is it tail?

Speaker 2 (05:25):
Oh that's a good question, Yeah, strong question.

Speaker 1 (05:27):
I don't know. I'm not a lizard dollar Well, I'm just.

Speaker 5 (05:29):
Saying, you know, you're making it sound like it's a
five foot lizard.

Speaker 4 (05:32):
It might be a two foot lizard with a three.

Speaker 1 (05:34):
Foot tail if you're in Connecticut. Just so you know,
its name is goose Goosey, goosey, Yeah, try the high voice.

Speaker 3 (05:41):
By the way, you would be a herb teleologist.

Speaker 1 (05:45):
Talk to me, goose that city's top five lizard sist
