major legal battle, being sued by four women who say
they used to work for him, claiming he repeatedly sexually
assaulted them during their employment. There are allegations of rape
as well. The suit filed yesterday in LA made by
four Jane Does, claiming they used to work as housekeepers

for the music star and his wife, Francis. They say
they all overlapped while working for the two and were
assaulted multiple times, the first alleged incident occurring in two
thousand and seven, with incidences as recently as last year.
Smokey's wife is included in the suit, though the women
are clear she never engaged in any of the behavior.

They're suing her because they say she knew about the
prior misconduct and did nothing to prevent it from happening.
