Fear lab at Our Who's university in Denmark. Sure this
is a real life thing and they say that actually
Halloween frit's good for your anxiety. Matthias Clayson is a

co founder of this new study. He said, as humans,
we are constantly forecasting what's gonna come next, And it
turns out horror gives us the worst case scenario and
actually trains our brain to better handle the trauma next time.
He said, it actually quells your anxiety because you are
able to say, oh, my fight or flight is kicking in.
I know exactly how to handle this. The difference is

picking your horror versus being given your horror. They even
say listen. Depending on the kids' ages that you have,
it can even help with childhood anxiety. What It's a really,
really fascinating study. I'll try to get this up at
