Well, this is going to be a big one because
officially Friday, I do believe every single school district in
West Michigan is done and on summer break, and you
can tell there is a ton happening this weekend. We're
gonna start with a big happy birthday to our very
own grand Rapids turning one hundred and seventy five. That

celebrated at Rosa Parks Circle on Saturday. They're throwing a
huge party, carnival, games, cake, ice cream, live music, and

The Grand Rapids Public Museum is opening Sharks on Saturday.
This is supposed to be an incredible exhibit. It was
actually created by the Australian Museum. So they've got nine
life sized, scientifically accurate models of sharks, over a one

hundred specimens and artifacts. They've got a full like one
eighty immersive experience that talks about everything the history of sharks,
what they do for our environment. My kids are very
into sharks right now. This is a super cool one.

It's the figurative immersive though right we're not.

Talking about I don't think you find yourself in a jaw.
But I also can't confirm or deny if you're a

You, It's really cool. My kids were most excited because
the giant inflatable duck went up this week. So yeah,
we drive by every time to make sure that the
duck is still there. Carnival games awesome, there's bloody Mary's
Bingo Rotary Club puts the whole thing on.

I just want to know if the zipper is a
part of the carnival.
Speaker 2 (02:53):
The gravitron is though. And my best friend lost her
lunch last year. Oh so hey, we don't mess around
up there.

No, it's a lot of fun. Minute. We're not talking
about a sack lunch here. We're talking about she went
on the gravity, my friend Megan and threw up.

Yes, she tried to.
