Speaker 1 (00:00):
Check it out at tattletale dot com.

Speaker 2 (00:06):
Is it's just so darn easy. If you're really contemplating
in the new year that you want home security or
to better protect your business, try Tattletale. You'll be so surprising.
How listen, if I can do it, anybody can?

Speaker 1 (00:19):
I know? Is Brian back in town for the holidays.

Speaker 2 (00:21):
He's coming this week.

Speaker 1 (00:22):
He's coming this week. I half expected, like say, Tattletale
to end up on my porch. Well, its back here
this week, Brian. If you're listening somewhere, you better be good.

Speaker 2 (00:33):
I better be good. I better be good to get
out of my nice Yeah. He give me one.

Speaker 1 (00:39):
Well, Hi, we're in good news right now. And so
what what do you got?

Speaker 2 (00:44):
Oh my gosh, mine hit me while I was getting
a nail fixed. Okay, see that always how it happens.
Man comes in. This guy's like eighty one years old,
eighty or eighty one. Let me look back at my notes,
and he God love him, go to the desk and says,
I need to buy my mom a manicure and a

(01:04):
pedicure because she's gonna go get her hair done and
I want to do it all in one day. First
of all, I thought. This guy's eighty one years old.
His name is Mike Arnold of Westerville. Mike, I hope
you're listening, because I told you I was gonna put
this on my good news for my side. I don't
know Mikayla has for her side. Not his mom one
hundred one years old, really one hundred one years old.

(01:27):
She had three boys. The youngest died at seventy seven
years old of Alzheimer's. But this one son still keeps
taking great care of his mom at one hundred one
years old. She's gonna go get her nails done. She's
gonna go get a pedicure after she gets her hair diad.

Speaker 1 (01:44):
I love that. Take care of your mom got like
this is a continuation of our last conversation. Part of it,
take care of your mom one.

Speaker 2 (01:51):
Hundreds he's taking care of old and he said her
mind is still great. The mom's name is June Arnold.
So June turned hundred and one on Wednesday. Happy birthday
from Mikayla and myself. And you've got a really great son,
Mike Arnold. Keep it up. I tell you what I
loved when I was just eavesdropping, because that was right now.

(02:12):
That's to the registered. I'm like, I need to use
this because that's a great story. I love to share
stories like that.

Speaker 1 (02:20):
You do, and it's so great to have it right
in your backyard. Okay, So mine has to do with
actually a grandson in this situation. And I'm curious if
some of you know this voice you believe.

Speaker 2 (02:34):
Smarter than new scene and stronger than.

Speaker 1 (02:38):
And cudea the fun Who is that?

Speaker 2 (02:42):
That's the famous famous character. What's his name? Was he
Mickey Mouse? What? Winnie the Pooh?

Speaker 1 (02:49):
Yeah, So, Jim Cummings is a voice actor who's played
more than six hundred cartoon characters. And obviously Winnie Poo's
been around, Winnie the Poo's been around for a while,
but he's been Winnie the Pooh since nineteen eighty eight
when they've put something together. So that was his voice,
his famous voice, doing the most important work of all,
soothing his infant grandson. So he had a grand baby

(03:11):
for the first time this year, and you put on
social media him taking care of the kid baby, like
soothing him with that voice, and the baby is just like, yes,
catatonic that that was a bell at the right time.
Catatonic and just so like, Oh that feels so good.
The voice is so soothing.

Speaker 2 (03:30):
Some people really have that perfect voice. I used to
tell Bob Nunley all the time he had the best
voice when it came to TV broadcasting, and Paul Keel's
I feel the same way. Oh yeah, better voices than that.
That's why they probably had the careers that they had.
But that voice can be so soothing and so great.

Speaker 1 (03:52):
It can be so I just thought that was super sweet.
The other one that I saw that was super interesting
and fun. It almost could hot topics, but I felt
like it was good news because of what it was.
Did you know that the post pope had a priest
dj a full blown rave at a cathedral overseas in

(04:12):
Europe for young people. They did a rave in front
of a cathedral. Because we talk a lot about kids
coming back to faith. Well, there's a lot of kids
that are coming back to the Catholic Church, and I
think he's making an opportunity for that to happen. And
so it's an allegi because it is ray, there was lights,
it was music, it was all the thing in a

(04:32):
way that.

Speaker 2 (04:33):
You can reach young people if you can bring more
and more people back to God, whether it's Catholicism or
if a Methodist church, wherever you feel in your heart,
there's nothing wrong with it. You've got to think outside
the box sometimes to reach everybody. I thought that was
good news. That's great.

Speaker 1 (04:49):
Yeah, well we have a visitor who's making himself known
on one of our cookie contestants, which happens to be
thirteen year old Christian.

Speaker 2 (04:56):
Yes, Christian, but it's not time yet.

Speaker 1 (04:59):
Got a way to eat all? What are you sneaking
around over here? Many has cookies of her own in
that box. You don't need to eat any extra cookies
right now.

Speaker 2 (05:06):
You want to save You want to say this so
you can eat as much as you can. Did you
bring the milk? The milks in the refrigerator because you
don't drink milk. I was told by Mikayla in case
you had to pitch hit for our reigning champ who
had to go to the emergency room and couldn't partake
that you can't eat chocolate, So you've got ste She
doesn't like to eat chocolate.

Speaker 1 (05:27):
Not he can't.

Speaker 2 (05:28):
He doesn't like which is crazy, so he won't.

Speaker 1 (05:30):
He doesn't like it. Yeah, that was one.

Speaker 2 (05:32):
You're all set because Steve fan Seally from Lowlanderzeppies set
up with non chocolate cookies.

Speaker 1 (05:37):
And he didn't eat milk because you don't drink milk.
I don't know who you are.

Speaker 2 (05:40):
We're gonna get your contestants coming up at five point thirty,
but we have a whole other half hour that we
need to get through. Shut too. There's a guy and
a girl competing.

Speaker 1 (05:47):
Oh, I meant to the guy who gave the cookies, Steve.

Speaker 2 (05:52):
Steve shout out to Steve. That's my cousins.

Speaker 1 (05:54):
So that's part of what Steve. So part of what
happens in the next half hour is we're going to
talk with Little Lynn Giuseppes, Steve van Selli about the
holiday season, how it looks there and why should go
see them in the new year.

Speaker 2 (06:06):
Yeah, that sounds good, but don't eat anything, buddy. We
want you to have a fighting chance in this competition.

Speaker 1 (06:11):
Save up all right, That and our cookie eating contest
what we do annually. It's all coming up in the
five o'clock hour. This then WTVN
