Mindy and Mikaela speak with the Lundquist group about how frequently people are moving!

and you know, we were obviously talking about the fifty.

Speaker 2 (00:04):
Year mortgage ideas. They know what they threw out there.

Speaker 1 (00:08):
The average age, No, the average number of years that
people stay in their home.

Speaker 2 (00:13):
Kayla and I both guess ten. Yeah, we both were
on seven. Seven seven is the average. Why do you
think people move around so much? Culture? I think it's culture.

Speaker 3 (00:24):
People want instantaneous, people want new, people want different. People
don't stay in car. People don't have cars as long
as they used to be starter home.

Speaker 4 (00:32):
You start starting a starter home and then have kids
and you know, need to move up. That's one reason.
But I also think I had another idea and I
just forgot.

Speaker 2 (00:43):
It's okay, we're at the end of the show. We're
just stuck a show. Do you have any fun Christmas plans?

Speaker 3 (00:50):
I should ask you guys that everything's fun with a
four year old Christmas you have you now have three kids.
They have seventeen kids. Y I three.

Speaker 2 (01:01):
She looks at me.

Speaker 3 (01:02):
All the time and she's like, how how do we
don't know how you do it? I'm like, you did it?

Speaker 2 (01:06):
Yes, I don't know what you mean. I don't think
I did it as gracefully. She's doing well and it's
a different world.

Speaker 3 (01:11):
It really is a different world now comparatively, so you
could do.

Speaker 2 (01:15):
Everything is going to be magical.

Speaker 3 (01:16):
Yes, everything You need to go to Coside, the library,
all the people that we had on today, Columbus Symphony Orchestra,
they are going to have your oldest try and instrument.

Speaker 2 (01:25):
If you go to holiday Pops. There's so much to
do well.

Speaker 1 (01:28):
Plus, Morgan's like me, we are coaches wife's true her.

Speaker 2 (01:32):
Husband is the head coach at Westerville Central.

Speaker 1 (01:34):
Thank goodness, we don't play Westerville Central with Krista Ray
and Randy.

Speaker 3 (01:39):
I have never understood Mindy's passion I have. I'm very
into sports doing everything. I understand it so completely. Now
I sit in that corner I want to be a
round no one because I just I want to either scream,
cry or vomit the whole time.

Speaker 2 (01:55):
You don't want to hear what parents are saying about
your husband. Never never would be really easy to be
a coach's wife. It really isn't.

Speaker 3 (02:02):
Now, It's it's not for the week.

Speaker 2 (02:06):
Well, it's fun too. How are things How are things looking?
They are good?

Speaker 3 (02:10):
We have a wonderfully cohesive team. And I think anyone
knows that last year we needed to grow from that.
We needed to play together and gel and these kids
are so good.

Speaker 2 (02:23):
Well there you go. Oh that goes a long way.

Speaker 3 (02:25):
Yes, right, yep, it is going to take us light years.

Speaker 2 (02:29):
See and I think they're just thankful to have a coach.
See positivity. You got to start somewhere. You have to start.
My other idea for the house.

Speaker 4 (02:43):
You move, because you know what, you can earn a
lot of money if you have the ability to do
that and you get you and your house.

Speaker 2 (02:51):
Yes, and they make if you.

Speaker 4 (02:55):
Stay in it. I mean some people stay in it
over two years. It's a lot of work. Yeah, I
mean that's how I've seen a lot of people move,
move and make money six years and every year they've
made so much money they can just move up bigger.

Speaker 2 (03:06):
That's a different conversation. We may have to think about that. Wow,
we're heading to December tomorrow.

Speaker 1 (03:13):
Yeah, it is years.

Speaker 3 (03:14):
So no matter what you do this week, spend some
time doing what matters.
