I'm so happy that you got to go and experience it.
I want to ask you this, though, what was something
that you missed the most when you were I don't
mean your kids, because I get that, but they do
miss about and your dogs. But I mean that you
missed about being in America. Because I was gone from
America for two weeks. I would miss our country. I

love our country.

I love our country too. Our country is kind of
angry sometimes about.

with the politics, but they don't let it drive their lives,
so you don't feel the anger. So like John, Like John,
I mean not that people don't have problems, because they do.
But I was just telling Mindy, like, the crime rate
seems low. I don't know. We were doing some research

in the break. I'm very curious. Rome is basically New
York and the crime rate I didn't see. I didn't see.

People walk the streets at night, you know, and talk
to each other.

Okay. Crime rate in New York City was three thousand,
thirty nine point three per every one hundred thousand person,
and that was in twenty twenty four three thousand, zero
to thirty nine point three per one hundred thousand people.

Okay. Crime rate in Italy. In Rome, Italy was six thousand,

did I miss about America? You miss your people, But
when it comes to the country itself, I think they
have a lot of pride in Italy.

Okay, but wait, if you wanted to go to the bathroom,
you were telling me commercial okay, sorry to pay to
go to the bathrooma public place. I was thinking, like,
I'm really really had to go.
Speaker 2 (01:56):
Yeah, so I did miss the fact that, like you
walk into a restaurant, like you can go into McDonald's
if you have to go to the bathroom and go
to the bathroom, you don't have to buy anything. In Rome,
they have water closets, right, that's what they call them.
And there's only one in some restaurants for both men
and women. There's no stalls, just one and you are

pressing one button or the other depending on what's going on.
In your bathroom world, every single toilet.

Yes, but if you don't go into a restaurant to go,
you have to pay.
Speaker 2 (02:26):
You have to pay, You pay a dollar twenty bodies
that you just open up and go. You have to
have some change on you, and they have change makers.
If you only have cash, if you only have heroes,
I should say. And so I thought that was odd.
I was like, do these people have iron stomachs and
like bladders that'll hold for days? Because they are Italian?
But I so, I guess I did miss that. I

missed that about America, the ease of being able to
go to the bathroom.

When you wanted to go to the bathroom for.

Free and no cost. So I did miss that. So
there you have it. There was a lot of wiener dogs.
I couldn't believe how many wianards.

that I missed. I missed our dogs.

What about stray dogs? Did you see any straight.

I did see a couple of straight dogs and a
couple of tons of cats.

They eat well.

Stray dogs and stray cats eat very well because they
pick up the scraps. I also told you. Did I
tell you about the plastic thing on air or that
the diet I thought this was fantastic corcial break. Yeah,
so diet coke or water bottles, they have a little
piece of plastic that keeps the lid attached and so
people don't litter the lid.
Speaker 1 (03:36):
I love that. And I was like, this all fall together.
It's it's attached.
Speaker 2 (03:41):
No, you kind of got to get used to it,
you know what I mean. And they all love their
bidets too, and like what is it with bathrooms? And
the Italians like they really still have good days in
the hotels.
Speaker 1 (03:52):
You eat a lot. When you eat a lot, so
you're got to go to the bathroom.
Speaker 2 (03:56):
But like they don't have enough bathrooms. But yet you're
gonna get hosed down after you go to the bathroom.
I don't know.

So yeah, you need to go.

I know. So here's what you and Randy need to do.
It's an easy flight, really easy. He needs a bulkhead
seat where he can stretch his legs out and be
able to get up and stretch and walk around. But
you have to go experience your family's heritage. We have
no connection there. And Marcus was in love with it.

Oh, I can tell by all your videos and pictures
I would go over some time. I would. I hope
you did. And if Cammy ends up playing professionally in Italy,
which two Italian teams have reached out to her, but
there's the Florida Vibe team that has reached out to her.
So I do know one thing, she will be playing
professionally next year. I just don't know if it'll be
in Italy or in America.

Well, I guess time is going to tell, and time
will tell here pretty quickly in the next few weeks.

Yeah, she did ask earlier, and I think she gave

Well. See, you know, guys, I hope you really enjoyed

And and she had said that she totally believes in Jesus.
She feels like Christ Jesus was a psychic.

just think there's so much we don't know about the
other side, right, So I think we all just need
to consider that.
