The Ottawa Humane Society is in urgent need of 30 foster volunteers for its Sheltering Animals From Emergencies Program, better known as SAFE for short. This pivotal program provides temporary shelters for pets whose owners are in a time of crisis. Stephen Smith is the Senior Manager of Marketing and Communications at the Ottawa Humane Society.
