Canadian unions are calling on the feds to urgently implement a gameplan to protect Canadian workers. This comes after U.S. President Donald Trump doubled the existing tariffs on steel and aluminum products. Francois Desmarais is the Vice-President of Trade and Industry Affairs with the Canadian Steel Producers Association.
