🍂 Labour Day’s in the rearview, and I know the calendar says it’s still summer… but come on. The evenings are cooler, the leaves are just starting to show a hint of colour, and I had my first pumpkin spice latte over the weekend. For me, that’s the official start of fall.
And fall means one very important thing: soup season. 🥣 There’s just something about this time of year that makes a bowl of soup feel like magic. Chicken noodle when you need comfort, roasted butternut squash when you want those cozy fall vibes, potato bacon when you’re craving something hearty. Even a can of tomato soup with grilled cheese feels like a win.
Summer was great, but this? This is the season of sweaters, crunchy leaves, and big pots simmering on the stove. I’m all in. 🍁
