Bob Rae, a former Premier of Ontario, has spent his recent years serving as a Canadian Representative to the United Nations. In the coming days, he will be replaced by David Lametti, a former Attorney General with the Trudeau Liberals. And as Rae packs his belongings, global tensions keep rising.
